Abstract:

ABSTRACTThe Risks Analysis consists of the systematic exam of an industrial installation (project or existent) to identify the present risks in the system and to form opinion about potentially dangerous occurrences and its possible consequences. There are two types of risks analysis: the qualitative analysis and the quantitative. The qualitative analysis studies all the possible existent risks of the place, and it relates these risks in agreement with the probability of such accidents happen and with the coming consequences of such accidents. The risks that present high probability of happening and that cause great damages to the structure or the people are analyzed, then, in a quantitative way.Two sceneries were specified for the use of quantitative techniques. The studied sceneries are related with the existent risks in the storage of gasoline in drums stored in the Laboratory of Analysis of Fuels of UFPR / ANP. The models associated to the sceneries in studies were obtained of the literature. The studied sceneries were Fire on pools and Unconfined Explosion. For each studied scenery it was possible to evaluate the consequences of material, humans and environmental damages associated to the accidents. The results show that in case of the fire in pool, for a distance of 61.35 m and 42.8 m starting from the center of the flame, burns happen in third degree and first degree, respectively, in people that are not protected and, for the unconfined explosion the results show that for a distance of 15.43 m of the center of the explosion a person has 90% of chance of having tympanum rupture, and for a distance of 9.5 m of the center of the explosion a person has 99% of chance of dying.

Abstract:

This study aimed to determine the effect of self-reliance, learning style and learning enviroment for accounting achievement in grade X of SMK PGRI 3 Sidoarjo for academic years 2013/2014. Sample was 107 students selected by using simple random sampling technique. Data were collected by questionnaires and documentation method. The method of analysis in this study was a correlation research with quantitative approach analysis, multiple linear regressions. According to analysys and results showed there is a significant effect between : self-reliance to the student learning results, there is a significant effect between students learning style to the student learning results, there is a significant effect between learning environment to the student learning results, and there is a simultaneous effect between self reliance learning style and learning environment to the learning results on X grade of accounting students in SMK PGRI 3 Sidoarjo no particial effect on self-reliance to achievement of accounting, there is no particial effect on learning style to achievement of accounting, there is no particial effect on learning enviromentto achievement of accounting, and there are no simultaneous effect on self-reliance, learning style and learning enviroment on the learning achievement of accounting

No obstante, la degradacion ambiental ha puesto en evidencia la insuficiencia de los instrumentos juridicios para prevenir, proteger y restaurar el entorno. La creciente y preocupante crisis ambiental no solo cuestiona la relacion del ser humano con la naturaleza, sino que a su vez evidencia el fracaso de la perspectiva antropocentrista de proteger el medio ambiente. Frente a esta realidad empiezan a aflorar timidos, pero importantes cambios juridicos en diferentes sistemas normativos, que reorientan la proteccion ambiental, reconociendo la Naturaleza como persona juridica y atribuyendole derechos exigibles ante cualquier otro sujeto de derecho. Esta perspectiva abre, sin lugar a dudas, una nueva etapa en la evolucion del Derecho ambiental, que deja como referencia imprescindible la obra heredada de los profesores Martin Mateo y Demetrio Loperena Rota. ABSTRACT: Enviroment as a legal right worthy of protection to the service of the human welfare has reinforced human rights and has even allowed the arising of new rights, as the right to a healty enviroment acknowledged in many Constitutions of the world. Nevertheless, enviromental deterioration has revealed the insufficiency of legal instruments to prevent, protect and restore sorroundings. The growing and worrying enviromental crisis does not only call into question the relationship of human beings with nature but also the failure of protecting enviroment froom a human centered perspective. In from of that reality, timids but important legal changes are appearing in different normative systems that reorientate the enviromental protection recognizing Nature as a legal person with enforceable rights vis-a-vis any other individual subject to the law. This approach undoubtely opens a new stage in the evolution of enviromental law which leaves as a essential reference the inherited work of professors Martin Mateo and Demetrio Loperena Rota.

Abstract:

In order to protect enviroment and save energy consciously. China began to levy taxes for enviromental conservation. At present, there exists two ways to levy tax, one depends on the pollution degree of each enterprise in the chain, the other mostly lies on the profit. Both ways are of one-sidedness and lack of fair because they do not make scientific analysis to the whole industry chain.For enterprises in the energy industry chain, this paper think the best way is to pay taxes cooperatively.It can ensure seamless joint of chains and obtain resonable profit assignment.Based on game theory,this article established a model of tax assignment for enviromental conservation by means of Shapley value method.Furthermore,the paper gave out an example to prove the validity of the model.Finally, the paper put forward a modified method based on venture .

The data is obtained from 225 Gen Y employees from PT Pamapersada Nusantara. The responden ware chosen by Proportionate Stratified Sampling Technique. The data was collected with questionaire and analysis with Structure Equation Modeling (SEM). Abstract:

Soundscape ecology has emerged as an important technique for monitoring complex coastal environments. Spatial and temporal acoustic variability exists between different regions and habitats. The sound characteristics have been hypothesized to be related to the associated community’s diversity and health. The prominent sounds may originate from physical, biological, and anthropogenic sources. Biological sounds especially those at coral reefs locations may have seasonal, monthly and diurnal variations. Snapping shrimp noise can dominate the ambient noise background in these sub-tropical coastal regions. While seasonal variations of snapping shrimp sounds have been studied extensively, the diurnal variations across habitats are less understood. Ambient noise data from two sites on Oahu, Hawaii are investigated with respect to diurnal variations using both spectral and time series analysis. Motivations and inspirations from Dr. Lisa Zurk’s extensive work on passive acoustics are highlighted. In addition, Dr. Zurk made notable theoretical and numerical contributions to acoustic scattering research. Some recent studies on the scattering from gas bubbles in complex media are also outlined in tribute.

Abstract:

The objective of this research is to anlize and test the effect of rewards, work enviroment, and job satisfaction on performance. Performance is assumed to be significantly effected by the rewards, work enviroment, and job satisfaction that pertain in the organization. The causal study reported here aimed to examine the hypothesis. It was conducted through a survey in the Apartemen Botanica Jakarta a sample of 111 people randomly selected from the overall population of 135 employe. The data of each variable were collected separately by the respondens’ filling in a questionnaire. The path technique was applied to analyze the data wich had been previously treated with the aggressive and coorelation procedure. The result proved that the employee performance was directly effected by the rewards, the work envoroment and job satisfaction was in turn, directly effected by rewards and work enviroment. The findings suggest that the variation of performance of the employee might have been effected by the rewards, the work enviroment, and the job satisfaction in the organization. This further implies the need take the variables of rewards, job satisfaction, and performance into the consideration in the strategic planning of the human resources development in the Apartemen Botanica Jakarta

Helburu hori gauzatuta dago Europa, Espainia eta Kataluniako legeetan, baina lehenbailehen garatu behar da araueta jurisprudentzia-mailan. RESUMEN: El derecho humano al medio ambiente reconocido por el Convenio de Aarhus clarifica su reconomiento, también, a nivel europeo, español y catalán, ya sea como una situación jurídica subjetiva (derecho o interés legítimo colectivo) u objetiva (legalidad ambiental). El objetivo más importante de dicho Convenio es otorgar una protección real y efectiva al derecho humano al medio ambiente. Si bien este objetivo se ha plasmado en la legislación europea, española y catalana, es necesario y urgente un importante desarrollo normativo y jurisprudencial del mismo. ABSTRACT: The human right to enviroment acknowledged by the Aarhus Convention clarifies its acknowledgment also at european, spanish and catalan level either as a subjective legal situation (right or collective legitimate interest) or as objective (enviromental legislation). The most important objective of the already said Convention is to confer a real and effective protection to the human right of enviroment. Even though this objective was enshrined in the european, spanish and catalan legislation, an important development in normative and case law is necessary and urgent.

The findings suggest that the variation of performance of the lecturer might have been effected by the organizational cultural, the work enviroment, and the job satisfaction in the organization. The aim of the report is to analyse the financial problems of the environmental protects in Latvia. The main tasks are the following: To become familiar with the formation o f various financial recourses on the environmental protects - the state budget investments, the local budgets sources, the grants and credits from International and other financial institutions. To analyse the structure of expenditures on environmental protection. The monographic method, the analyse statistic dates about environmental protection in Latvia in 1993-2000 are used the research. The main results o f the research are the following. The natural resources tax incomes are insufficient to solve the problems of the environmental protects. It is necessary to increase the base o f taxation. The incomes from ecology taxes must grow up on the summary state budget. It is necessary to increase the part o f natural resources tax to supliment local budgets, to solve local governments’ tasks o f environmental protection (especially garbage department) Till local financial resources are insufficient, it is necessary a supplement from state budgets to tie investments from various financial institutions.

Abstract:

The research purpose is to knowing the effect of enviromental education in school, education facilities, the teacher learning method through learning motivation to the learning social studies result. The research method used descriptif verifikator, ex post facto and survey. The collection data technique using questionnaire and test. The taking sample technique is approached simple random sampling. The amount of sample is 144 students on SMPN 22 Bandar Lampung. The data analysis using track analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research result showing that there's a positive relation lickages between endogenous variable, exogenous variable, and intervening variable. THE INFLUENCE OF THE SCHOOL ENVIROMENT AND LEARNING DISCIPLINE TO THE ACHIVEMENT OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS IN ENTERE BUDDHA FONDATION SCHOOL IN TANGERANG CITY ". Meanwhile, this study aims to examine 1) Is there an effect of School Enviroment on learning achievement, 2) is there an effect of Learning discipline on learning achievement, and 3) is there an effect of School Enviroment and Learning discipline on learning achievement together. This type of research includes quantitative research with conclusions drawn through statistical analysis. The research location is in private junior high schools throughout the city of Tangerang, the population is Class V totaling 171 students, and the research sample totaling 120 students. The data collection technique used a closed questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques include: (1) instrument test, validity and reliability test. (2) Research prerequisite test, consisting of normality and linearity tests. (3) Homogeneity test, 4) Hypothesis test, using multiple regression test, partial regression test, F/simultaneous test and coefficient of determination test. Based on the results of the study: There is a positive and very significant effect between School Enviroment (X1) on Learning Achievement (Y) with a correlation coefficient score of ry1 = 0.678a, the influence of High Learning discipline (X1) will have a strong influence on Learning Achievement (Y) private Elementary School students in the city of Tangerang with a coefficient of determination score of r2y1 = 0.654, a contribution or influence of 65,4%, the remaining 34,6% was contributed by other variables that have a positive relationship with an increase in student achievement (Y) Elementary School in Tangerang City., the effect of School Enviroment (X1) and Learning discipline (X2) together with strong learning achievement (Y) will have a large relationship with learning achievement (Y), with a determination coefficient score of r2y3 = 0.781. Contribution or influence of 34,6%, the remaining 65,4% was contributed by other variables that have a relationship with increasing learning achievement (Y).

The type of research used is quantitave research, with a total population of all employees of the public works office of Takalar Regency with the number of samples used as many as 48 respondents. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS IBM 21. The results of this study indicate that the (parsial) t- test of the variabel of leaderhip style. Occupational safety and health and work enviroment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and leaderhip style, safety and health. Occupational health and work enciroment have a f (simultaneous) effect on employee performance.

Abstract:

The objective of this research is to analuyze the relationship of knowledge and enviromental conservation intention output of school students with students participation in the clean enviroment. The methode used was a survey and correlational techniques in One Senior High School, Depok.. The sampel of this research were 70 students wich proporsional random sampling. The results showed as follow: (1) The relationship between the Environmental Protection Knowledge with Students Participation in Environmental Hygiene showed a negative relationship. (2) The relationship between the intentions of the Output School Students with Student Participation in Environmental Hygiene showed a positive relationship. (3) The relationship between knowledge and intention of Environmental Protection against Output School Students together with Student Participation in Environmental Hygiene showed a positive relationship. From the research, the conclusion is that most of the students were able to understand the concepts, facts and procedures related to conservation of the environment, so most students have a strong intention to academic and non-academic.

Abstract:

Abstract- Software-Defined Networking (SDN) is a promising sample that allows the programming behind the network’s operation with some abstraction level from the underlying networking devices .the insistence to detect and mitigate Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) which introduced by network devices tries to discover network security weaknesses and the negative effects of some types of Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks. An SDN-based generic solution to mitigate DDoS attacks when and where they originate. Briefly, it compares at runtime the expected trend of normal traffic against the trend of abnormal traffic; if big deviation on the traffic trend is detected, then an event is created; as an event associated to a DDoS attack is produced, an SDN (OpenDayLight) controller creates flow rules for blocking the malign traffic, By designing and implementing an application that reactively impairs the attacks at its origin, ensuring the “normal operation” of the network infrastructure. The evaluation results suggest that the proposal timely detect the characteristics of a flooding DDoS attacks, and mitigates their negative impacts on the network performance, and ensures the correct data delivery of normal traffic. The work sheds light on the programming relevance over an abstracted view of the network infrastructure.
