Abstract:
Constitutional principles and norms are the basis of the environmental policy of the Belarusian state at the present stage of its existence. They determine the limits, intensity, methods of its implementation, the degree of participation in the implementation of environmental policy of both the state bodies and civil society institutions. The scientific methods of cognition used in the research include analysis, synthesis, abstraction and comparative method. The study concluded that environmental protection in the Republic of Belarus is a set of measures, a system of state, international and public measures for the rational use, protection and restoration of natural resources, protection of the environment from pollution and destruction in order to create the most favourable conditions for the existence of human society, to meet the material and cultural needs of both living and future generations based on the constitutional principles and norms. Environmental protection can be considered as an independent constitutional principle underlying the modern policy of the Belarusian state.

Abstract:
Wana Wisata Kawah Putih is a natural tourist destination in West Java with the potential of ecotourism being developed and becoming the most demostic tourist attraction. As an ecotourism concept destination, Wana Wisata Kawah Putih should focus on enviromental, development and community welfare. The tour manager needsnto know more about the perception of visiting tourists as assessments in order to be in line with what managers want and what tourists expect. Thus the goal of research is to identify natural attaractions and analyze the domestic tourist perceptions of ecotourism in the Wana Wisata Kawah Putih. The design of the research is to use qualitative methods of data collection that researchers are using to observe, an interview of the administrators of KBM ecotourism who have been to the Wana Wisata Kawah Putih haven with a snowball sampling and a library study. After analyzing data collection through that data using data reduction, collate data and verifying data. Based on the results this study, it could be concluded taht natural tourist atrrations in the Wana Wisata Kawah Putih have already made a number of efforts to maintain environmental ecosystems but haven’t been optimal in the field and i haven’t had access to the tour guide, the interpretation board and the restoration of the tourist area. While the domestic tourist perception of ecotourism in the Wana Wisata Kawah Putih that tourists can feel natural beauty and take a picture but the domestic tourists have less active participation with environment.

Abstract:
Mangrove forest is one of the habitats and at the same time the holder of an important role in the coastal ecosystem. Mangrove forest itself is home to several types of marine life. Based on forestry data in Indonesia, there are around 3,489,140.68 Ha. The largest mangrove forest is in Sumatra. In Jakarta, there are mangrove forests in North Jakarta, precisely around the Kapuk to Muara Angke areas. The ecosystem area is 291.17 ha with a density level of 272.79 ha (rare) 16.83 ha (medium), 1.54 ha (heavy). In Kapuk Muara there is already a wildlife sanctuary for the mangrove forest in Muara Angke. However, there are still mangrove forests with a damaged category of 272.9 ha and 18.38 ha categorized as undamaged so that they are included in the critical category. This situation is exacerbated by the reclamation activities which have only been partially implemented. Fishermen lose their livelihoods because the bait and fishing nets are buried by reclaimed land so that the fishing area is reduced. According to his writings on locality theory, Sutanto (2020) states that architecture in its development must utilize sustainable technology. This becomes important in building a new tradition that can provide usefulness to its users. This locality approach is expected to help the fishing communities in Muara Angke deal with their problems. In addition, this study also refers to the environmental architecture method, which respects the environment and local characteristics of the local community that make up the Muara Angke area. The purpose of the study is to produce a concept of structuring a mangrove restoration area, as well as to improve the welfare of fishermen in that location.

Abstract:
The purpose of the study was to determine the wear rate of Equia Forte HT Fil with Equia Forte Coat or without coating and compare it with Fuji IX GP high-viscosity glass ionomer cement (GIC) in conditions with acid load or at neutral pH. The samples were stored for 7 days: (1) in artificial saliva, (2) in artificial saliva and cyclically exposed to low pH, and (3) in distilled water and cyclically exposed to low pH. Wear was determined by measuring the difference in mass before and after brushing in an abrasion testing device. The wear of Fuji IX GP was significantly higher than that of Equia Forte HT Fil with or without coating (p = 0.000). The difference between Equia Forte HT Fil with and without Coat was not statistically significant (p < 0.803). The differences in wear resistance between samples stored in saliva and in distilled water were not significant (p = 0.588). Periodic exposure to the low pH solution significantly affected the wear resistance of all materials (p = 0.000). Equia Forte HT Fil was more resistant to wear than Fuji IX GP in all storage conditions. A resinous coat did not significantly increase wear resistance.

Abstract:
Variously colored abalone (Haliotis diversicolor Reeve, 1864) is the one of 22 protected species by Bach Long Vi National Marine Protected Area. In 1987, the yield of abalone was 37 tons per year, but it was reduced to 5 tons per year in 1992 and before the year of 2013, the yield is less than 1 ton per year [3]. Acording to the survey in October, 1974 the density ranged from 1 to 4 individuals/500 m2, the average for the all of island is 1.25 individuals/500 m2, the current reserve of variously colored abalone is about 0.05 tons. Some of the major causes of abalone depletion include the use of destructive fishing practices such as mines, cyanides, asynchronous development of infrastructure, and sources of pollution... Some solutions to recover the source of profit from abalone such as: The management board of Bach Long Vi National Marine Protected Area and competent authorities have to strengthen communication activities to protect the natural environment, resources as well as to have strong sanctions to strictly handle the environmental pollution activities, illegal methods of fishing. There is a need of research plan to rehabilitate Sargassum and reproduce abalone to return to natural enviroment. To invest in scientific research, to build the facilities and equipments for the management board of Bach Long Vi National Marine Protected Areas should be paid attention.

Abstract:
Mining activities can have a large local impact on the environment, in particular for the soils the problems are toxicity, high concentrations of heavy metals and low concentrations of nutrients and they are the cause of the difficulty in the development of plant species in these areas. In order to perform an environmental restoration, in these areas it is necessary to intervene on the ground by means of the substrates that are able to support the development of the vegetation (Tordoff et al., 2000). In mining areas it is necessary to intervene with the substrates to enhance growth of vegetation (Tordoff et al., 2000). In Sardinia, the mining activity has caused big changes of the territory with consequent problems of degradation and environmental impact. The problem of management of industrial structures and of the enormous amount of deposits of potentially polluting materials are created by the cessation of mining activities (Bacchetta et al., 2007). The purpose of this work is to study the development of methodologies, using a technical-scientific approach to use man-made substrates in environmental restoration in areas contaminated by heavy metals. This objective was pursued through the study of different man-made substrates, obtained by mixing different percentages of contaminated soil with dedicated substrates. The dedicated substrates were obtained by mixing different raw materials according to specific proportions. The considered disused mining area is that of Montevecchio, western Sardinia, in the area of Sulcis-Iglesias-Guspinese, identified as the site of reclamation of national interest (DM 468/01) and bounded by Decree of the Ministry of Environment and Protection of Land and Sea of 12 March 2003 (Plan Reclamation of disused mining areas of Sulcis-Iglesias-Guspinese, 2008). The contaminated soil was collected from the tailings pond in the mine of Montevecchio. After an analysis of previous studies and a careful bibliographic search, it was decided to use like plant species: Artemisia arborescens L. (Fam. Asteraceae), a native plant and colonizing plant; the Nerium oleander, a perennial plant that can be sampled throughout the year and the Populus Nigra L. Italica, a fast-growing species with a percentage of rooting for vegetative reproduction of 65%. All individuals of the populations used in the experiment were obtained through the taking of clones from mother plants growned in the wild. Subsequently the selected plants were propagated by agamic reproduction, through cuttings. The cuttings were grown in the greenhouse in plateaux and after rooting, were transplanted into pots, previously filled with the man-made substrate. The clones were placed in the greenhouse, in conditions of controlled temperature and humidity and regularly irrigated by drip. Weekly have been verified the plant health condition and the growth of the aerial part by detecting heights of plants by measuring the distance between the plane of the edge of the pot and the apical part of the plant. For each man-made substrate it was determined the content of C, H and N, pH, CSC, EC, the content of heavy metals and nutrients. The efficiency of the substrates were determined by the development of the growth curves, obtained by the mean value of the parameter biometric height. By the comparison between the curves it was possible to measure the influence of the genetic variability on the growth of different clonal populations planted in the same substrate and the influence of different substrate on the same clonal population.

The aim of this investigation is the exploration and analysis of the environmental conditions which have been arisen during the exploitation of the lignite quarries in the Ptolemaida – Amyntaio basin. Also, of great value is the study and estimation of the current environmental restoration methods which have been applied from the national electricity company, which utilize the lignite mining areas. Last but not least, our intention is to propose alternative restorative applications for the vegetation and landscape of the mining areas, in order to accomplish the continuation of lignite exploitation with minimization of the consequences to the environment.

Abstract:
Being one of the most important values of modern society, a favorable environment requires not only carefully elaborated norms that will allow it to be protected from possible damage, but also, in case of its infliction, to form mechanisms for compensation of damage and restoration of harm in various ways. Today, humanity, more than ever, needs to realize the importance of caring for the environment in order to preserve it for future generations.
