Abstract:
The decisive role of globalization processes and development tendencies has many positive and negative effects in economic (foreign-trade), environmental, and (bio) technological areas. From the evolution point of view still very successful human adaptation strategy hit the basic limit given by the capacity of the Earth biosphere. The evolution determinants of human society and their economic or technological activities manifesting themselves by global problems can find way out of sustainable development. The application of the so-called preventive principle represents a great dilemma.

Abstract:
Research background: Environmental management systems (EMS) is an international standard of best practices for managing impacts on the natural environment. The standard came into effect in 1996. The EMS reviews the environmental aspects and sets goals and targets for managing them. EMS is based on continuous development (Plan - Do - Check – Act). It is one of the voluntary instruments, as the obligation to introduce an EMS is not contained in any legal regulation. The mainstream of thoughts shows that globalization enforces EMS implementation mainly by sharing knowledge (best practices), but more aspects should be investigated. Purpose of the article: The article aims to formulate a conceptual model of globalization effects on the application of EMS and to document these effects on the selected company. Methods: A review of EMS literature is used to determine globalization’s positive and negative aspects of this field. To construct the model, we use the business process modelling tool Adonis CE. A case study of a selected company shows how these aspects affect the ability to adhere to its environmental policy. Findings & Value added: The article revealed a conceptual model of globalization effects on EMS. The presented case study showed the interconnection of individual effects and impact on the company’s effectiveness.

Abstract:
This paper presents the study of globalization, multiculturalism, ecological and environmental perspectives in Amitav Ghosh’s The Glass Palace (2000). The novel represents globalization, multiculturalism and eco-perspectives in inter-connected ways. This paper strives to find out these inter-connected aspects of globalization, multiculturalism, ecological and environmental concerns in the novel. Globalization and multiculturalism have central place while eco-concerns and environmental aspects are peripheral, in the novel. Therefore the objective of the paper is also an appeal to provide the centre-role for ecological and environmental concerns in the texts; along with economic development, countries must give importance to ecological and environmental aspects to save the human race and multi-cultural societies.

Abstract:
This research examines the effects of globalization on environmental degradation in Cote d’Ivoire using data from 1970−2018. Previous studies in this area mostly focused on carbon emissions as indicator for environmental degradation. However, this study uses ecological footprint to cover different aspects of environmental degradation. Using the autoregressive distributed lag approach, the results disclose that globalization worsens the environmental quality by increasing ecological footprint. Furthermore, the results demonstrate a positive and monotonic relationship between economic growth and ecological footprint. The decomposition of globalization into different dimensions reveals that economic, social and political globalization contribute to environmental degradation. On the basis of the findings, some recommendations are suggested to tackle environmental degradation.

Abstract:
Recent (geo)political tensions, the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic and the rise of nationalism worldwide have brought to the forefront processes of (de)globalization both in social, political, and economic terms. In this context, we place questions: How have Brazil’s views on international organizations changed over the years and why does it matter when it comes to understanding the country’s recent contribution to the processes of (de)globalization? To answer the aforementioned questions, this article discusses some of Brazil’s main points of view on international organizations (IOs) from a historical perspective. Therefore, we aim to analyze the criticism and political positions of Brazil regarding the most relevant IOs over time, from the League of Nations to the United Nations and the Bretton Woods institutions. Additionally, this paper addresses Jair Bolsonaro’s (de)globalization positions, especially in view of his peculiar foreign policy oriented towards the contestation of the system. As a concluding point, we provide sufficient evidence on Bolsonaro’s political inclination towards processes of (de)globalization based on his contempt for the so-called ‘globalism’, as well as his nationalistic rhetoric.

Abstract:
Globalization has become an important phenomenon in economic development and environmental preservation. This article aims to investigate the influence of globalization on these two important aspects, namely economic development and environmental preservation. In the context of economic development, globalization has provided significant opportunities and challenges. In recent years, globalization has opened the door for countries to engage in broader international trade, foreign direct investment, and technology transfer. The empirical studies conducted in this article show that countries that have been able to capitalize on these opportunities have experienced rapid economic growth. However, globalization can also create economic disparities between countries and increase the risk of vulnerability to global economic crises. Therefore, wise management of globalization becomes very important to achieve sustainable economic development. In addition, globalization also has a significant impact on environmental preservation. Globalization facilitates the exchange of goods and services across national borders, but it also accelerates the process of uncontrolled exploitation of natural resources. This article examines the relationship between globalization and environmental degradation, focusing on deforestation, pollution and climate change. Case studies show that increased international trade has had a negative impact on ecosystems and biodiversity in several regions. However, this article also identifies strategies that can be adopted to promote sustainable economic development and environmental preservation in tandem, such as stringent environmental policies, green technology innovation, and international cooperation. Thus, this article concludes that globalization has a complex influence in the field of economic development and environmental preservation. While globalization can provide significant economic opportunities, the challenges of managing its negative impact on the environment must also be addressed effectively. The integration of economic development policies and environmental preservation is the key to achieving sustainable growth and ecological balance in the era of globalization

Abstract:
This paper aims at analysing some aspects of work and globalization from historical perspective with an intention to better understand neoliberal globalization challenges of the last 30–40 years. The trade globalization, which united the world in the 16th century, was followed by the industrial globalization with decisive transformation of the work area, for instance, marginalizing the agriculture. The post-1945 globalization is more complex, although based on technological-scientific revolutions, it is characterized by other important dimensions: geopolitical, economic (financial), socio-cultural, environmental, and some of them have disturbing consequences for the work area. Among them I discuss the President Trump’s rejection of neoliberal globalization, which resulted in the “export” of millions of jobs from USA to China, the collapse of the middle class and populist reactions of the general public and in the world of politics. Meanwhile the work area is full of uncertainty, but the situation is different in different parts of the world.

Abstract:
Although globalization is a term usually restricted to economics and the social sciences, there are aspects of the phenomenon that are intimately linked to the practice and purpose of the physical and environmental sciences and exemplified through Physical Geography. At a fundamental level, Physical Geography has always sought to describe and understand the multiple subsystems of the environment and their connections with human activity: it is global and globalizing at its very roots. Globalization may be seen historically in the global export of western science, including Physical Geography, that underpinned colonial resource exploitation, and which subsequently laid the foundations for the worldwide conservation movement, and for critiques of environment-development relations, such as Political Ecology. Globalization is evident today in the burgeoning productivity and increasing organization of science as well as in the growing accessibility of scientific information. It is also at work in setting contemporary scientific agendas that are focused on larger-scale issues of environment and development and environmental change, particularly in an emergent Earth System Science, and also in Sustainability Science. These global agendas are not simply shared with but also co-produced by the public, politicians and commercial interests, providing both opportunities and challenges for traditional disciplines and traditional disciplinary practices such as Physical Geography.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to identifying current trends in the transformation of environmental law due to the global, supranational nature of existing challenges and threats. The conse-quences of the COVID-19 pandemic, the largest oil and oil products spill in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation and other negative events that occurred in 2020 showed the awareness of the globalization and vulnerability of the world, as well as the reality and inevitability of the coming environmental crises, risks and transformations. Despite the progressiveness and technological sophistication of Russian environmental law, the tightening of legal norms in the field of nature management, the reform of control and oversight activities, and the creation of special state management bodies in the field of environmental protection have failed to fully stop the deterioration of the natural environment and prevent environmental catastrophe. Climatic, land, water, biosphere, genomic and other parameters of human survival require a change in the very paradigm of environmental law, implementation of a new modern envi-ronmental policy, development of environmental regulations taking into account the best existing technologies, transition from the concept of "regulating the negative impact" of eco-nomic activity on the environment to a new concept of receiving "technological benefits from the use of environmental technologies". According to the authors, the transformation of environmental law is part of the natural process of its globalisation, "technologisation", and the creation of prerequisites for the transition to a full-fledged ecological economy of sustainable development.

Abstract:
The study is devoted to the analysis of how globalization processes affect various aspects of doing business. The novelty of the study lies in several key aspects: for the first time, the concept of preconditions for globalization transformations, factors and phenomena is defined and differentiated, their detailed description is made using the latest statistical data of world-wide development. Globalization phenomena and factors are systematized by both the positive and negative consequences of impact on socioeconomic development. The consequences of the impact of globalization transformations on business structures, in particular on innovative development, automation of processes, improvement of logistics, improvement of communications, management, expansion of sales markets, are studied. As a result of the study, approaches to understanding globalization as a multifaceted process that covers the socioeconomic, political, technological, and cultural aspects of society are systematized. The key preconditions for globalization, including the development of informatization, the introduction of new technologies, political changes and economic integration, are analyzed. It is found that these factors enable interdependence and interactivity at the global level, fostering the convergence of different national systems. Conclusions are drawn about the twofold impact of globalization: on the one hand, it stimulates economic integration, free movement of goods and services, development of technology, increase in productivity of economies, exchange of cultures and development of intellectual capital; on the other hand, it leads to economic inequalities, negative impact on local producers, environmental problems, political conflicts and loss of cultural uniqueness. The study also characterizes the impact of globalization on business, including innovation, digitalization, process automation, market expansion, the introduction of omnichannel retail, logistics optimization, reduction of delivery costs, as well as the development of new forms of financing and modern approaches to management.

Growing development of various industries and the necessity for paying attention to sustainable development, on the one hand, and undesirable effects of environmental pollution on various agricultural and social aspects of countries, on the other hand, have caused environmental protection to be one of the main concerns of policymakers. Accordingly, in recent decades, a large amount of theoretical and empirical research has focused on the methods of improving environmental quality and related effective factors. This research mainly aims to investigate the impact of globalization and agricultural value-added on the amount of pollution arisen due to CO2 emissions in the agricultural sector in Iran. For this purpose, a distributed lag nonlinear model is used over the period 1979-2016. The results indicate that positive agricultural value-added and globalization shocks have a direct and inverse relationship with CO2 emissions, respectively. At the same time, a negative shock in agricultural value-added reduces the pollution of this sector. Moreover, the results indicate significant asymmetry between agricultural value-added and pollution in this sector. The results were obtained by the NARDL method, which is used for the first time to estimate the effect of agricultural value-added and globalization on pollution arisen from CO2 emissions in the Iranian agricultural sector.

New threats to globalization have emerged, primarily the fragmentation of the world economy and increased self-sufficiency in economic policy. Of particular importance is virtual digital globalization, which will become the main direction of globalization development in the medium term.

Abstract:
Globalization is often discussed as if it were a recent phenomenon relating primarily to the development of world financial markets and improvements in information and travel technologies. But globalization is an ancient process, beginning with mercantile and cultural exchanges and facilitated by advances in transportation. In the twentieth century, the results of globalization can be seen in the rise of global capitalism and in the construction of a global economy. Most recently, the process of globalization has moved beyond the world of finance, however, into areas still traditionally thought of as national concerns, such as culture and healthcare. It is no surprise, therefore, that increasingly the challenges the United States is confronting in healthcare, biotechnology, and the environment are simultaneously faced by the international community as a whole. In the wake of the HIV pandemic, growing environmental consciousness, and a series of sensational advances in biotechnology, there is a dawning realization that problems such as improving public health, regulating advances in biotechnology, and achieving sustainable environmental development transcend national borders. In other words, bioethics concerns are global in nature.

Abstract:
The number and the scale of transboundary public health concerns are increasing. Infectious and non-communicable diseases, international trade in tobacco, alcohol, and other dangerous products as well as the control of the safety of health services, pharmaceuticals, and food are merely a few examples of contemporary transnationalization of health concerns. The rapid development and diffusion of scientific and technological developments across national borders are creating new realms of international health concern, such as aspects of biomedical science, including human reproductive cloning, germ-line therapy, and xenotransplantation, as well as environmental health problems, including climate change, biodiversity loss, and depletion of the ozone layer. Growth in international trade and travel, in combination with population growth, has served to increase the frequency and intensity of health concerns bypassing or spilling over sovereign boundaries.Although health has traditionally been seen an area of limited multilateral cooperation, there is growing awareness that contemporary globalization has led to the proliferation of cross border determinants of health status and is undermining the capacity of nation states to protect health through domestic action alone.

Abstract:
The global economic environment is closely connected with the continuous application of innovation reflecting global trends and market changes. Currently, substantial attention is focused on innovations presenting smart solutions. Their purpose rests in efficiency, economy, environmental friendliness, safety (including health). Moreover, they increase consumers´ comfort. The packaging and its functions represents one of possibilities having considerable potential for sustainable development. It is related to the need to ensure that consumers perceive packaging in the context of sustainable development. The paper deals with consumers’ attitudes to innovative (especially smart) packaging aspects. We focused on the attitude of consumers towards innovative packaging functions by using intelligent solutions and their overall perception of intelligent packaging with regard to their education and income in Slovakia. The survey results allow us identifying the main advantages of packaging functions for better understanding and consequently more effective communication in decision-making processes. The results point to the importance of packaging, especially in the protective, environmental, information and economic areas. The survey was applied as part of the global research and pointed out that consumers perceive this issue as unknown and new. This is the main reason why the results point to low consumer interest in smart packaging.

This article develops emerging critical approaches to global environmental politics by starting with the question, posed by Julian Saurin: ‘If degrading practices occur as a matter of routine, how do we account for this?’. Through an analysis of the global political economy of the car, it shows that widespread social practices which systemically produce global environmental change are simultaneously deeply embedded in the reproduction of global power structures. It focuses on three interconnected aspects of this global political economy—the role of the car industry in processes of globalization, its role in reproducing capital accumulation in the twentieth century, and the promotion of the car over its alternatives by states.

It has emerged in the space for relational thinking about contemporary movements of people and ideas beyond old societal boundaries, as an alternative to the homogenizing implications carried by globalization. It forefronts new cross-territorial contexts of encounter attending to samenesses and differences among people, places, and the nonhuman, presenting new kinds of translocal issues for anthropologists of the environment. While cosmopolitanism draws historically on aspects of Enlightenment universalist rationalism, current applications of the term forefront an empathy and respect for other people’s cultures and values. This is frequently drawn into a distinction between “normative” and “cultural” cosmopolitanisms. The first Kantian sense involves a context-transcendent level of ethical principles with general validity, while the second is about taking cognizance of difference and invokes some positive tolerance of multiplicity and appreciation of others. In both cases there is a sense of a projected “ethical horizon” (Werbner 2008).

Abstract:
One of the main issues of world politics since the 21st century is a scientific and technological breakthrough that can have far-reaching consequences in all areas of human activity. The computerization and information revolution have led to scientific and technological progress in the military field. The application of high technology has radically changed the nature and capabilities of conventional armaments, intelligence and military command systems, and expanded the possibilities of long-distance warfare. Today, the tactics of creating conflicts in many military and other fields with the help of information technology are changing in the world. Who controls information and misinformation plays an important role. Sometimes misinformation becomes a dangerous weapon. Although the existing terms "Information Security" and "Information War" are more commonly used in the military field, they are beginning to take on a slightly different meaning with the development of mass media and communication technologies. This article identifies the legal characteristics and legal specifics of the information rights of citizens, proclaimed by the Constitution of Azerbaijan. The article substantiates the need to consider the constitutional and legal foundations of information security as a complex political and legal phenomenon. It is proposed to analyze the constitutional and legal aspects of information security in the synthesis of constitutional ideology, constitutional theory and constitutional practice of the development of Azerbaijani statehood. The author proves that the constitutional legal provision of the information security of Azerbaijan considers positive international experience in this field

Now there is taken place forming of the new active risk factor contributing to the evolution of the epidemic process, namely, the technogenic environmental pollution as the manifestation of the scientific and technical progress which is closely connected with globalization processes. For the preservation of the own species for all history of the development, the human was to force to adapt to regular impact on the habitat of the negative natural factors promoting global changes of climatic conditions surrounding it. However, this feature cannot actively be shown to technogenic risk factors because this influence not only constantly changes, but also continuously increases at the expense of the constantly increasing number of the alien chemicals coming to the biosphere. Environmental pollution by industrial wastes results in significant differences in levels of the incidence of infectious diseases with its higher rates in territories of ecological trouble. Besides, in ecologically unfavorable conditions the instability of development of the epidemic process is revealed (shortening of long-term cycles and considerably bigger fluctuation band of incidence concerning the line of a trend in the years of its cyclical upswings). Technogenic pollution leads to a more severe clinical course of the infectious process, its longer duration, more frequent occurrence of complications, synchronization of process and lengthening of the convalescence period, promotes comorbidity formation. In ecologically unfavorable conditions the level of collective immunity against infections controlled with immune preventive measures in almost healthy children of school age is significantly lower, than in comparison group, which reduces the epidemiological efficiency of vaccine prevention. In the urbanized territories also a change of degree of pathogenicity takes place due to an increase in resistance of pathogens to antibacterial drugs that provide infections advantage for more wide circulation and promotes the growth of infectious pathology. All above-stated has allowed concretizing in the presented review its purpose as displays of an infectious pathology on organismal and population levels in the conditions of technogenic environmental contamination.

Abstract:
Purpose of research is to study the semantics of the French words “globalisation” and “mondialisation” in the socio-historical context of the phenomenon of globalisation. The origin of the phenomenon of globalization is considered and its multidimensional nature in the context of global processes is revealed.Methods. The research uses the method of contextual, hermeneutic, historical and logical analysis of theoretical activities and practical developments on the topic. It is based on a linguophilosophical approach to the consideration of the phenomenon of globalization, taking into account the differences between human society following the path of formation of consciousness and civilization. Theoretical developments of domestic and foreign researchers in the field of philosophy, sociology, linguistics, and history are taken into account when solving the tasks set.Results. The article presents the main stages of the emergence of the phenomenon of globalization in the course of the socio-historical development of human civilization. It is determined that the phenomenon of globalization affects many aspects: economic, political, cultural, military, environmental. The meanings of the French words "globalisation" and "mondialisation", denoting the concept of globalization, are considered, and the specific features of the processes designated by them are revealed. It is established that "Mondialization" geographically covers the designated areas, and "globalization" is a continuation of the process of "mondialization" by creating global systems in the field of production and digitalization.Conclusion. Ultimately, it is determined that the words "globalisation" and "mondialisation", which denote the concept of globalization in French scientific thought and are often used synonymously, in practice imply different, albeit interrelated, processes. The French word "mondialisation", meaning "globalization", comes from the word "monde" - "world" and means a multidimensional process affecting various aspects of the life of societies and individuals, associated with geographical expansion. "Globalisation" does not refer to a view of the world, but to liberation from national frameworks.

The article presents an overview of theoretical approaches to the definition of the globalization essence and its representation as a phenomenon of the contemporary society economic development. The authors note the lack of an unambiguous and generally recognized approach to determining the research subject and offer their own theoretical approach. Together with a refined definition of globalization, the authors present their own view on its aspects, among which they distinguish geopolitical, economic, social, humanitarian, cultural and environmental ones. The research subject is considered in relation to socio-economic systems of various levels; at the same time, the authors assume that at different levels of the socio-economic system, the globalization processes manifest themselves in different ways, carry different opportunities and threats. As a conclusion, it is noted that globalization is not exclusively a political, economic or cultural process, it is a complex that involves a large-scale exchange or penetration of technologies, culture, capital and information, labor migration, international integration in the political, economic, environmental and humanitarian spheres, it is aimed at increasing the efficiency of national economies and forming joint responses to global challenges.

Abstract:
Research background: From the world point of view, we are continually struggling with the opinion that economic growth must be connected with the deterioration of the environment and the quality of people´s lives. If we talk about environmental policy based on globalization changes, the discussion is more about mitigating the negative impacts of industrial production. Most products are not made in the way they can be reused in production, so the company is not ready to deal with the waste that is accumulated in various legal and illegal landfills. The priority of the circular economy is globally considered as save and efficiency in the use of limited natural resources, constantly streamlining the production of individual products associated with high efficiency and low consumption of low-emission resources. These are the main reasons why it is essential to focus on this area and bring innovative options on how to inform the public about this issue. The aim of the article: Our paper aims to point out, from the perspective of globalization, how important is the application of individual tools of marketing communication in the circular economy, through which the general public gets acquainted with the application of innovative environmental concepts. Methods: Main research from the dissertation thesis, the results of which we also used in this paper, consisted of more parts – analyses of findings, quantitative research, statistics methods. Findings and value-added: From a summary of gained findings is possible to prepare a general knowledge model for the mentioned areas.

Abstract:
Globalization is the phenomenon that has made quite a loud statement about itself during the last decades of the 20th century and found its representation in the formation of global economic, financial, cultural, legal, and political areas. Having been the conglomerate of various national states for thousands of years, the world’s social, economic, ecological, cultural space is now transforming into space without borders. The formation of global economic relations, ecological, demographic challenges can’t be solved individually, with local measures and means. In the second half of the 20th century, the world faced global problems and crises (ecological, demographic, reorganization of the economic and political world order), which have become the challenges that can’t be solved with the help of local actions. The global community is forced to raise issues about the ecologization of the entire industrial activity taking into account its consequences at all levels: local, national, and international. That’s what common threats and problems require. The sustainable development paradigm requires both reviewing and changing the “human-nature” system and realizing the necessity of preserving nature for ensuring the existence of the next generations. Sustainable development is to provide the transfer to a new economic type – the green economy, which requires significant investments, particularly in the renewable-energy industry, industrial waste treatment, restoration of soil fertility, preservation of forests.

Abstract:
The achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) related to the environment requires identifying new sources of environmental degradation. In this research, we examine the impact of the underground economy on polluting gas emissions. This relationship was estimated, including the role of globalization, trade, and market size. Using annual data from the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund, we found that, in the short term, the underground economy had a negative effect on global environmental pollution and a long-term negative impact. In the long term, the cointegration results indicate a long-term relationship between the series included in the investigation. The existence of a long-term relationship between the variables implies that as the underground economy increases, the emissions of polluting gases also change. In the long term, policymakers can use the black economy as an instrument to influence environmental pollution. Likewise, we found a threshold effect in the index of globalization, trade, and market size. The existence of a threshold effect implies that from a threshold, the impact of globalization, trade, and the size of the market on polluting emissions is more significant. Therefore, the environmental policy must consider these aspects to achieve greater effectiveness of regulation in favor of the environment. The results were stable, including the dependence of the cross-sections and the heterogeneity in the slope of the panel. Actions to mitigate polluting gas emissions should regulate informal and clandestine activities and take advantage of globalization and trade to improve the practices of companies and individuals.

Abstract:
Globalization is transforming food systems around the world. With few geographical areas spared from nutritional, dietary and epidemiological transitions, chronic diseases have reached pandemic proportions. A question therefore arises as to the sustainability of local food systems. The overall purpose of this article is to put in perspective how local food systems respond to globalization through the assessment of five different case studies stemming from an international research network of Human-Environment Observatories (OHM), namely Nunavik (Québec, Canada), Oyapock (French Guiana, France), Estarreja (Portugal), Téssékéré (Senegal) and Littoral-Caraïbes (Guadeloupe, France). Each region retains aspects of its traditional food system, albeit under different patterns of influence modelled by various factors. These include history, cultural practices, remoteness and accessibility to and integration of globalized ultra-processed foods that induce differential health impacts. Furthermore, increases in the threat of environmental contamination can undermine the benefits of locally sourced foods for the profit of ultra-processed foods. These case studies demonstrate that: (i) the influence of globalization on food systems can be properly understood by integrating sociohistorical trajectories, socioeconomic and sociocultural context, ongoing local environmental issues and health determinants; and (ii) long-term and transverse monitoring is essential to understand the sustainability of local food systems vis-à-vis globalization.

Basic elements of this psychology - shift of US households from saving up behavior to credit-dependent consumption, transition of large American corporations under the control of financial hawks, creation of the system of global capital inflow to the USA. On this basis a quasi-keynesian model of unstable equilibrium at the stage of growth generated by external credits is put forward. The conclusion is made that psychological disbalance of ruling elites of the USA, on the one hand, and Western Europe and Japan - on another interferes with maintaining global economy stability.

Abstract:
Developments in accounting systems at national and international level are largely influenced by the interconnection of economies and the globalization of financial markets. There is a complex relationship between globalization processes and development indicators. All factors of globalization - financial cooperation, trade, investment, scientific and technological progress and migration - have socio-economic and environmental implications and influence policy design and implementation at national, regional and global levels. Important among these impacts are the limitation of state autonomy in policy-making and, consequently, the need for national policy-making to be more responsive to international obligations, commitments and imperatives. Achieving development goals requires strengthening global partnership. The purpose of the proposed investigation is based on the analysis of the historical migration of financial, material and human resources of groups of companies, which has led to the creation and strengthening of new market relationships, markets where groups of enterprises dominate, which by diversifying their activities are now able to generate impressive financial results. The research was based on methods and techniques for aggregating migrated capital by specifying the links between economic agents within the group, describing the essence of international capital migration, the causes of international capital migration of enterprise groups, etc. The authors, studying the processes of migration of capitals of entities, personnel of groups of companies at national and international level, established the forms of migration of capitals internationally, focusing on consolidated accounts and tax aspects in terms of problematic moments and put forward proposals for solutions in the context of globalization and migration of capitals and activities of groups of companies, demonstrating the influence of migration of capitals of entities within groups on the development of the world economy.

Abstract:
The administrative-territorial reform, which is being carried out in Ukraine, has updated the search for new ways of endogenous development of its regions. Now, the real decentralization of power is one of the main priorities of the initiated changes. This should increase the institutional and managerial capacity of local governments in both individual communities and regions. At the same time, achieving this goal will be difficult if we ignore the current trends of globalization and the impact of globalization factors on the endogenous development of regions. However, recent practices show that globalization factors can have not only stimulating but also limiting effects. These factors can also reduce the efficiency of regional development potential. The case of the spread of quarantine restrictions in many countries caused by the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic can serve as an example. As a result, the government institutions of different states and their regional local governments face a number of serious challenges of socio-economic nature. The negative factors of globalization impact on the endogenous development of regions in modern conditions include: non-tariff restrictions generated by environmental, security or socio-psychological motives; opportunistic behavior of residents or businesses; corruption and the shadow economy; insufficient quality of human and social capital. It results in restrictions on the free movement of people, goods and capital under the pretext of protecting citizens from viral threats or from potentially harmful consumer goods. Another argument is the ban on using dishonestly acquired financial resources. As opposed, the main positive aspects of globalization’s impact on endogenous development of regions include: activation of interregional and cross-border cooperation, improvement of regional institutional and information infrastructure, local governments’ openness to cooperate with foreign investors and international donor organizations, cultural integration and implementation of democratic practices of public administration in regions, including instruments of participatory governance.

In our present paper, we analyze the accounting aspects of digitalization and industry 4.0 in Hungary. First of all, the accounting profession is a traditional profession and accounting rules and principles are established and have been the same for many years. However, globalization of business, stronger regulations and numerous technological solutions and innovations are not bypassing the accounting profession, either. Challenges for the accounting profession are reflected in the need for rapid adaptation and transformation of business practice and business processes without abandoning basic accounting rules and principles. The aim of this paper is to analyze and systematize the key challenges that digitalization brings for the accounting profession. The paper seeks to examine how, through environmental accounting, the broader context of corporate sustainability could be incorporated into the developing vision for Industry 4.0, the fourth industrial revolution.

Although it has vast meaning but one of its important aspects is economic this has appeared to be the major factor of influence for its other dimensions as well. This study explores the impacts of these policies on women working in industrial sector of Karachi. The impacts are not on employment but their health, safety, working conditions and decision making. It shows that formal jobs for women was already low and informal, contract based jobs are increasing. In some sectors more women are hired because of their perceived docile, tolerant and satisfied with substandard wages. Majority of women are hired in garments. Analysis of secondary data from the year 1990-2009 shows that the perceived idea of growth, increase in employment and development was not successful. Economic globalization in the form of economic policies of trade liberalization, privatization and fiscal austerity could not improve the macroeconomic indicators of Pakistan thereby increasing burden on poor, salaried class and women.

Abstract:
The article analyzes peculiarities of the renewable energy market development in the context of globalization challenges and constraints. The research methods used иy authors are statistical analysis and synthesis, grouping, correlation, and regression analysis. Dynamics of renewable energy market development in recent years is considered, and key aspects that determine spread of various energy sources on a national and global scale are analyzed. The article proves renewable energy market growth due to development of technologies, global expansion, dissemination of knowledge and human capital, and growing attractiveness of renewable energy in private sector. It is determined that until 2007 renewable energy market was dominated by hydropower, later and nowadays solar and wind generation took the lead. Efficiency of energy generation from renewable sources in regions of the world is analyzed, as well as factors that determine position of individual countries in global renewable energy ranking. It is proved that the structure of renewable energy market varies depending on region, per 1 million. population, as well as by country. Leaders in the field of renewable energy production are identified, and key aspects that allow them to remain active market players in the future are defined. Dependence of annual electricity generation volume from renewable energy sources on the present value of energy generation from corresponding type is determined. It is proved that one of determining factors in renewable energy sector development is cost of its production, along with other significant variables. The relationship between the cost of renewable energy generation (wind and solar) and the level of its efficiency is calculated using the regression analysis method. The presence of a high influence along with other important factors is proved.

Abstract:
Non-commercial environmental advertisements is a topical social phenomenon in many countries around the world. Studying its multidimensional aspects is the subject of several disciplines in human sciences. The linguistic analysis of non-commercial advertisements is aimed primarily at studying the verbal component of a polycode (print advertising) or polymodal (video clips) text. The connection of verbal and nonverbal components (images of various types) and codes, such as color and kinesics, is subject to the intention of the creator of the advertisement. One of the approaches of researching these ads is the comparative analysis of the tools used in polycode texts in two or more languages. The purpose of our comparative analysis is the study of polycode text in printed environmental advertisements in Arabic and Kazakh. The hypothesis of the study suggests that there are two kinds of characteristics to this form of advertising: the universal characteristics resulting from the effect of globalization on covering the traditional subjects in environmental advertising, as well as the cultural characteristics of non-commercial advertisements in Arabic and Kazakh. The study showed that the advertising strategy is based on constantly raising the viewer’s awareness about the environmental issues and projects by including culturally specific elements (moral guidelines, ethnic symbols, precedents of national and civilizational levels, colloquial and topographic vocabulary). Universal elements of non-commercial environmental advertisements have become the use of colored fonts, imperatives, paragraph-based means, poster designs.
