The ideal conditions for dried fig production are: temperate and rainy winters, 30-40°C summer temperatures especially in July-September, 45-50% relative humidity, alluvial, clayish-loam soil, and average annual precipitation of around 650 mm. Growing fig trees in intensive production systems under hydroponic and greenhouse conditions is an excellent alternative production system since it allows increasing leaf area index, harvest index and fruit yield in relation to the total biomass of the plant.

In recent years, the number of heavy vehicles has increased on the roads of Ukraine. But coatings that were built long ago and according to the old standards do not withstand overhauls. This leads to premature destruction of the road structure, which is also facilitated by negative weather factors.
