The monitor accessories are of vital importance to determine whether monitors could accurately display real-time data, which has a direct impact on the correct diagnosis of clinical personnel. The author has engaged in nursing work for more than a decade, and is now Director of Nursing Department, fully aware of the importance of care for patients at all times in nursing. A great many medical problems now in particular make me feel a great sense of responsibility. Mindray care accounts for more than 80% of the total care in this hospital. With the example of Mindray care accessories, it gives an introduction of the way to recognize accessories to assist clinical in judging whether monitor accessories are genuine; in case of the current use speed of administrative office in using accessories, it generally needs to reserve a certain amount of dynamic volume. Reserve standard of nursing work in our hospital is basically to utilize consumption material numbering date combined with recipient date to determine accessories warranty period and give full play to the equipment, so as to make our clinical nursing work better.

First, it introduces the situation on site and the parameter of the parts of equipment need to be assembled. Then show the cost for the traditional assembly method. Put forward a new method to do the work. At last, compare the advantage and disadvantage of the two methods. The new method mentioned in the paper will greatly improve the installation efficiency in the construction.

In this work, for the first time, a general approach to the functional analysis of technological accessories for woodworking is proposed. The functions of the technological accessories are determined and their applied application is demonstrated. A set of equipments for ship sewage treatment, which has been designed according to the characteristics of ship sewage with the advanced sewage treatment technique and the modern automatic control technique, makes ship sewage treatment miniaturized and automatized. The device takes biological method, + MBR Membrane Bioreactor, as the main treatment technique. After the reliability of the technique was justified through the simulation experiment, the mechanical structure of the equipment, including the detailed dimensions and relevant accessories, was designed according to the number of people. Besides, through PLC programmable controller the automatic operation and the automatic alarm have been achieved. As the result of the sewage treatment testing of the prototype, COD removal rate was above 92% , BOD5 removal rate above 98%, SS removal rate above 97%, the test value of heat-resistant Escherichia coli zero, totally meeting the IMO emission standards.

This research was conducted to determine the influence of mobile phone sales, sales of credit vouchers and sales of handphone accessories to the revenue of cellular entrepreneurs in the City of Sukabumi. Data collection in research carried out by interview, observation and literature study. Test equipment used with multiple regression analysis, regression coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination with testing partial and simultaneous testing. This study used quantitative research methods aimed at testing predetermined hypotheses. The sample used in this study amounted to 40 respondents. Analysis of the data used is the multiple regression analysis test and the classic assumption test. From the results of the significance test, there is a significant simultaneous influence (together) of the variables of mobile phone sales, sales of credit vouchers and sales handphone accessories to the revenue of cellular entrepreneurs. While based on partial testing, there is a significant influence of mobile phone sales, sales of credit vouchers and sales of handphone accessories to the revenue of cellular entrepreneurs. And the order of variable contribution that influences the revenue of cellular entrepreneurs is the variable of sales of the credit vouchers, sales of handphone accessories and mobile phone sales.

AbstractCorona viruses are a group of medium-sized positive-sense single-stranded RNA viruses with crown-like structure due to projections noted over the surface of the virus. The infection has been declared as a pandemic by the world health organization (WHO) in March 2020. Health care professionals in endoscopy are at high risk of infection by novel corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) from inhalation of droplets, conjunctival contact, feces, and touch contamination. Upper gastrointestinal (GI) endoscopy is considered to be a high-risk aerosol-generating procedures (AGPs) and the live virus has been found in patient stool. Flexible endoscopes when contaminated have been considered as the vector for transmission of infections. Infections related to the side viewing endoscopes and endoscopic ultrasound scopes are more frequent than upper GI scope and colonoscopes. Stratifying patients needing endoscopy and deferral of elective procedures will help to decrease the virus spread. Planning and revision of workflows is necessary for safety of patient and staff and to successfully provide infection prevention and control measures, for this a “three zones and two passages” concept should be followed. Manual cleaning followed by high-level disinfection (HLD), effectively eliminates nearly all microorganisms from endoscopes during reprocessing. Transmission of viral infections during endoscopy is quite rare and, it is usually the result of noncompliance from the essential steps of reprocessing. Reuse of any disposable GI endoscopic device is strongly discouraged. Environmental decontamination is essential to reduce the risk of fomite transmission. Noncritical environmental surfaces frequently touched by hands (e.g., bedside tables and bed rails) and endoscopy furniture and floor should be considered heavily contaminated in patients with intermediate or high risk of COVID-19 and should be thoroughly disinfected at the end of each procedure. If available, negative pressure rooms are preferred for endoscopy, as has been advised by Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Staff involved in reprocessing and the cleaning of endoscopy rooms should utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) including N95 mask. Reprocessing staff should undergo necessary training and ongoing annual assessment of competency.

Thermal-spraying of polymers can be traced back to the 1940s, when polyethylene (PE) was first produced by E.I. du Pont de Nemours & Company. Early work with flame-spraying guns was unsuccessful because the equipment, designed for spraying metals, produced a flame that was both too hot and too short to melt the PE without degradation. The technology has advanced considerably in the past 20 years. Flame-spray equipment and hardware accessories have been designed by numerous companies (PFS Thermoplastics, Alamo, Eutectic + Castolin, etc.) specifically for polymeric materials. The new equipment provides either a lower flame temperature or uses special cooling shrouds to cool the center of the flame, providing a longer residence time at a lower temperature. Many plastics can now be completely melted in-flight and allow heat-sensitive components to be coated with plastic.

Phosphate coatings are one of the most important methods in preventing metal corrosion, especially iron alloys. The high interest in this method for industrial applications is mainly due to the low costs associated with the phosphating solution component and technological process. Considering this aspect and the advantages offered to the materials (corrosion resistance, good adhesion, wear resistance), this study evaluates the potential of using the phosphate coating method in health and safety applications. Therefore, the deposition of a layer of zinc phosphate on the steel surface used in the manufacture of components for personal protective equipment was approached. Firefighters, during rescue/evacuation operations, use protective equipment for fall arrest, whose accessories (hooks, carabiners) are made of steel. Due to the low corrosion resistance property of carbon steel, these accessories must be replaced frequently. This paper aims to analyze the possibility of improving the corrosion resistance of carbon steel in a fire extinguishing solution. Accordingly, the electrochemical behavior of two different types of coatings was studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). In the literature, different corrosion evaluating methods or systems have been considered, and up until now, there has been no previous study to have approached the corrosive behavior of C45, phosphate C45, and painted phosphate C45 immersed in fire extinguishing solution.

The current installed air conditioner has a capacity of 40 PK, so it needs 92,6 PK PK more or 19 units of cooling equipment, each of which has a capacity of 5 PK so that cooling in the room is more efficient.

In recent years, there was a great offer of patented additives (enzymes) to the road market as solution to soil stabilization. However, they are many times rejected because there are no theoretical foundation to prove such uses, and also because researches themselves don’t see research opportunities. Anyway, these products has been marketed, and frequently municipalities and states waste resources by choosing for a solution that is not yet well studied. This study aims to present a methodology to solve the problems that affects the use of additives in laboratory, because his use in conventional tests do not shown efficient for these purposes. For this, it was used a portable traffic simulator, easy handling and common in pavement laboratories. It is a standardized equipment, used to assess the effect of compression and the strain characteristics of asphaltic coating layers. It was developed a set with several accessories to mold samples in the shape of tablets (380 x 50 x 10 mm), may be easily adapted to the equipment selected as simulator. The soils used for the production of the tested tablets were lateritic soils from Rio de Janeiro–RJ, and the enzymatic products were imported. A rigorous care was followed in the production of each tablet to ensure equality and, after, compare results each other. These tablets were molded and tested in order to obtain a series of experimental results, comparing the soil treated with enzymes with the soil without any kind of treatment. Infrared thermography has been used as a key means for the identification of overheating defects in power cable accessories. At present, analysis of thermal imaging pictures relies on human visual inspections, which is time-consuming and laborious and requires engineering expertise. In order to realize intelligent, autonomous recognition of infrared images taken from electrical equipment, previous studies reported preliminary work in preprocessing of infrared images and in the extraction of key feature parameters, which were then used to train neural networks. However, the key features required manual selection, and previous reports showed no practical implementations. In this contribution, an autonomous diagnosis method, which is based on the Faster RCNN network and the Mean-Shift algorithm, is proposed. Firstly, the Faster RCNN network is trained to implement the autonomous identification and positioning of the objects to be diagnosed in the infrared images. Then, the Mean-Shift algorithm is used for image segmentation to extract the area of overheating. Next, the parameters determining the temperature of the overheating parts of cable accessories are calculated, based on which the diagnosis are then made by following the relevant cable condition assessment criteria. Case studies are carried out in the paper, and results show that the cable accessories and their overheating regions can be located and assessed at different camera angles and under various background conditions via the autonomous processing and diagnosis methods proposed in the paper.

High-rise building structures in the course of its erection suppose primary use of methods provided for erection, concrete and external finishing works. Erection works do not differ significantly from usual ones: traditional equipment, accessories and techniques are used which are based on erection of structures in project position using a crane. Structures to be assembled in building frame include steel columns and beams, wall panels, form elements of columns, walls and floor structures. We can note heightened attention to operational control for quality of erection, but it is attributable to all works in the course of high-rise construction. During high-rise erection by means of cast in-situ reinforced concrete all formworks to be used do not have any special differences except systems specially designed for high-rise erection using sliding formwork or vertical traveling forms. In these systems special attention is paid to safety of elevated works. Working methods of placement and curing of concrete and structures as a whole remain traditional – the requirements for controlling such operations become toughened. The most evident differences in high-rise erection with regard to equipment, machinery and accessories used are in means provided for load transportation and safety of works at heights. Particularity of internal finishing works which are also obligatory during construction of skyscrapers allows not considering them in as technological differences from usual construction as far as the «height» of its execution is limited by height of particular floor and determined by price and building class.

The random discharge status of acid wastewater in laboratory is a potential hazard to the municipal drainage system, wastewater treatment system and water resources. In this paper, an in-situ acid wastewater treatment equipment for laboratory is suggested. It is composed of an acid wastewater tank, an alkali wastewater tank, a neutralization tank, a washing gas box, pipes and other accessories. It can make the best use of the alkali wastewater produced in the laboratory to deal with the acid wastewater on site. The neutralization reaction takes place in the neutralization tank, and the solution reacted couldn’t be discharged into the indoor drainage pipeline until its pH qualifies the standard. Through the sludge discharge pipe, the deposits can be collected individually, and then be hurtlessly treated and reused. Meanwhile, through the washing gas box the waste gas is decontaminated and discharged into atmosphere. So it can not only reduce the environmental pollution but also lower the treatment cost which corresponds with the idea of green laboratory. This equipment has the economical, practical, and workable property. Not only that, through a reasonable transformation, it is also suitable for other kinds of wastewater, so it has a certain technical populization value.

In these cases, it is necessary to use energy storage so increasing penetrability of these sources connected to the distribution system. This paper discusses in details some equipment and accessories of an integrated power plant using fuel cell stack, electrolyzer and metal hydrides. During the plant operation were collected the power consumption data and established the efficiency of each plant component. These data demonstrated an overall efficiency of about 11% due to the low efficiencies of the commercial electrolyzers and power inverters used in the experiments.

Because of its flexibility and modular design, it can support different data conversion, for example, analog, digital, and serial, while functioning as an intelligent conversion bridge between field fault testing platform or PXI computer and electrical system of heavy mechanized bridge electrical system. The fault diagnosis software is of hierarchical modular structure with integration of system management control, fault detection and circuit hardware driver modules together with fault repair and diagnosis database. Therefore it provides functions of human-machine interaction, equipment fault detection, fault diagnosis and analysis, as well as repair and maintenance guidance The fault testing and diagnosis system in this work is also featured with handy structure, lightweight, low consumption, large storage capacity, excellent expandability and intelligent inference capability. The purpose of our research is to determine if an investor could generate above-market returns by investing in a portfolio of the publicly traded firms that are part of this initial list. Our results, indicate that over the entire sample period, three golf related stocks outperformed the overall market index after adjusting for risk.

<p>The abundance of solar energy in Akure, South-West Nigeria and its feasibility as an alternative energy source has been proven. However, cheap, Government subsidized but unreliable grid electricity and high cost of solar equipment are considered the major hindrances to deployment of solar energy for improved power supply and environmental sustainability. An earlier work pointed out realistic pricing of electricity, reduced cost of solar equipment and reduction in solar cell degradation factor as major factors capable of speeding up parity hence, motivating solar energy consumption. It showed that parity is attainable within 14 years. Documented significant improvements in these factors in recent times are the motivations for this review. This review cost-comparatively re-assesses both sources of energy under the prevailing National electricity policy and market realities using simple mathematical and graphical modeling techniques. This is with a view to determining a new timing for parity of solar energy with grid supply. Results showed that solar PV-grid energy cost parity is now attainable within 6 years in the study region. It was also observed that sustained improvement in grid energy unit cost and reduction in cost of solar equipment and accessories may accelerate solar-grid energy parity to less than three years.</p>

Design/methodology/approach: To carry out this study 210 samples were collected through a well-defined questionnaire from the construction stakeholders viz. the consultants, contractors, and the clients who were selected on a random sampling basis. Smart PLS for Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique was used to analyze the data to obtain the formative measurement models, the structured model, and the goodness of fit. Findings: The results of the study reveal that the client-related factors, equipment-related factors, and material related factors have a significant impact on the completion delay in construction projects. The findings of the study also revealed that the Client related factors were – Delay in providing services, Delayed decision-making process, Allocation of insufficient time. Equipment related factors were – Existing low productive equipment, Unskillful Equipment operator, Breakdown of equipment and Outdated equipment; Material related factors were – Delay in supply of raw materials, Non-availability of materials, Change of materials during construction, Non-availability of accessories and Damaged materials. Research limitations/Implications: The present study covers the stakeholders of the construction projects from selected regions only. The future studies can be extended to other projects and other regions as well. Social implications: The study suggested that the clients’ cooperation especially in providing the contractors with the necessary equipment, facilities, and sufficient time will avoid such delays of the construction projects in Oman. Originality/Value: Only very few have examined the completion delay of the construction projects in Oman using SEM-PLS and it is a first-hand study of its kind and the results will be useful to the stakeholders.

Abstract:
Structure optimization of Hardness Testing Device (HTD) based on virtual design is proposed here. The purpose of the HTD is to obtain hardness properties of accessories. Since the creation of the previous HTD, a few problems have been experienced during testing. In the present work, improvements in both equipment design and automation control have been made. A realistic digital analysis is generated by combining automated and interactive approaches to evaluate the capability of the device with simulation software ADAMS and AMESim. Theoretical analysis is taken into account to obtain numerical results close to reality. The approach and the conclusions should be useful for composite structures design. The improved design of HTD reduces the number of costly physical prototypes, improves design quality and reduces product development time.

Abstract:
This work presents the results of work on a 3D printing device with a non-standard arrangement of the table and nozzle, which is necessary for the additive production of plastic cases for electronic devices. The non-standard arrangement of the table is caused by the need to use special accessories to hold third-party embedded elements of the case. A metal part - a contactor - is used as an embedded element. Due to the specific mortgage they made, as well as the experimental equipment, the authors came to the conclusion that it is economically more expedient to design and manufacture a prototype 3D printer than to modify the existing device. A sample of the FDM printing device was designed, manufactured and tested.

ABSTRACT The effectiveness of spill response organizations to handle incidents much depends on the use of well trained personnel and specialized equipment. Knowing where equipment is located, and ensuring that it is ready to use and in good working order are both vital to the planning and management of a response. It is with these goals and concerns that the Eastern Canada Response Corporation (ECRC) recently decided to update its computerized equipment inventory and maintenance system. An analysis showed that commercially equipment maintenance support systems were not well adapted to the general maintenance processes and tasks used within the organization, were too complex and were not flexible enough. For this reason, an entirely new system was created to support the management of equipment maintenance. The system was developed using Microsoft Access, with a file server architecture allowing many users to access each of 6 regionally maintained equipment databases. A simple internet based mechanism was developed to enable merging of each of the database for consultation for inventory purposes. Some of the functions included:– Support for the planning of each of 4 types of maintenance, including preventive, license renewal, safety inspections and enhancements or repairs;– A simple mechanism allowing the user to indicate that a piece of equipment is located within another piece of equipment.– The capacity to associate lists of accessories to pieces of equipment– Storage and retrieval of predefined maintenance processes description Support was also provided to the planning of equipment repair or enhancements through the production of itemized and dated tasks lists. Some other additional features included: the management of equipment names, to prevent proliferation of names for essentially similar pieces of equipment; the inclusion of a “query-by-example” mechanism for equipment search; and the capacity to export any or all data to a spreadsheet, in order to enable flexible analysis and planning. The system was also designed in a way to make it easy to upgrade to a database server architecture, should the need arise. The approach used for the system development and implementation would be applicable to any small to medium size response organization.

A main number of AD WME failures is caused by replaceable components (RCs) failures of radio-electronic equipment (REE). However, a significant part of the RCs is repairable, i.e. their operability can be restored by means of repair. The repaired RCs and aggregates from the AD WME component parts can be further returned to form a part of spare tools and accessories and used as intended to repair the AD WME component parts by an aggregate method. Until recently, a main option of faulty RCs and aggregates repair arrangement has been their delivery to industrial enterprises for repair. It resulted in delivery delays of the repaired RCs and aggregates incorporated in the AD WME pieces, a necessity to increase a number of the RCs in spare tools and accessories kits, as well as in value appreciation of the AD WME operation. Owing to creation of unified mobile organizational repair systems in JSC Principle Production and Technical Company Granit, now there is an opportunity of current repair of the faulty RCs and aggregates delivered for these purposes to deployment sites of the maintainable AD WME within the unified mobile organizational repair systems. The article considers the issues related to military technical and economic feasibility of implementing the options of RCs and aggregates repair organization: in the field environment (applying the unified and mobile organizational repair systems), at fixed-site maintenance organizations, and at manufacturing facilities.

Matching algorithms automatically discover semantic relations between two autonomously developed conceptual representations of two overlapping domains. Typical examples of such conceptualisations are electronic market catalogues (e.g., unspsc and eCl@ss) and Web directories (e.g., google and yahoo). The objective of this paper is the description of a use case in which the matching algorithm CtxMatch, developed at ITC-IRST and the University of Trento, has been used to re-classify into the Universal Standard Products and Services Classification (unspsc) the catalogue of office equipment and accessories used by a worldwide telecommunication company to classify its suppliers. On the basis of this experience we are envisaging new applications of the algorithm in the area of demand aggregation. We conclude the paper by briefly describing a future application in this area.

Abstract:
Transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI or TAVR) is a newly introduced medical procedure enabled by a new device. Although its introduction does not represent that of all medical devices, it does illustrate a situation in which a device provides a new alternative to standard care in a specific group of patients. Unlike drugs, the medical device category is highly heterogeneous and includes both diagnostic and treatment (accessories, implantable, enablers) and capital equipment. The TAVI- case was discussed as one of the examples in the Policy Forum Meeting and the authors were acting as facilitators that summed up both the case as presented and the discussion between the members that followed. We wish to give a special thanks to the participants of the group work for their input to the discussion.
