Dolgozatunkban a teljesítményvolumen-korlát (TVK) hatását kívánjuk bemutatni a Pécsi Tudományegyetem Klinikai Központ (továbbiakban PTE KK) intézményi szintű finanszírozására. Adatok és módszerek: Az elemzésben szereplő adatok az Országos Egészségbiztosítási Pénztár (OEP) felé küldött jelentéseken alapulnak, mindenhol az aktív fekvőbeteg-szakellátásra vonatkoznak és a 2004–2008 közötti időszakot fedik le. Meghatároztuk az egy súlyszámra eső tényleges OEP-térítési díjat, a TVK okozta finanszírozási veszteséget. Elemeztük a területi ellátási kötelezettségen kívüli, illetve a sürgősségi esetek arányát klinikai bontásban. Eredmények: A PTE KK egy súlyszámra eső forint térítési díja a TVK bevezetését követően elmaradt az OEP által előre meghirdetett díjtól. A vizsgált 5 év alatt, vagyis 2004–2008 között a PTE KK esetében a TVK okozta veszteség 3,256 milliárd forintot ért el. A PTE KK egészének vonatkozásában az ellátott esetek 25,3%-a, illetve a teljesített súlyszám 24,5%-a a területi ellátási kötelezettségen kívülről érkező betegek ellátását jelentette. A sürgősségi esetek arányának vizsgálata a teljes betegellátási volumenen belül azt mutatta, hogy az esetek 31,5%-a, míg a súlyszámok 36,1%-a származott sürgősségi betegek ellátásából. Következtetés: A teljesítményvolumen-korlát bevezetése jelentős mértékben csökkentette a Pécsi Tudományegyetem Klinikai Központ egészségbiztosítási finanszírozását 2004–2008 között.

Abstract: Introduction: Violence against health care providers is getting more awareness nowadays. This topic is in the focus of international scientific attention also, although in Hungary exact data is lacking. Aim: The present study aimed to assess the correlations between violent acts against health care workers and their effects with different sociodemographic and workplace-related factors. Method: A quantitative cross-sectional online survey was conducted enrolling 1201 health care providers. Data were analysed trough chi-square, Kolmogorov–Smirnov, Mann–Whitney and Kruskal–Wallis tests, where appropriate. Results: Verbal and physical aggression was experienced more frequently by nurses who were males, above the age of fifty, working in in-patient care or in 12 hours shifts or constant night shifts. The same groups of health care providers suffered more from the negative emotional consequences of violent acts. Conclusions: Aggression is a serious problem in the Hungarian health care system, therefore employees have to be prepared for these acts. Orv. Hetil., 2017, 158(6), 229–237.

A emberek D 3 -vitamin szükségletének legfontosabb forrása a bőrben lezajló D-vitamin szintézis, ennek kulcslépése a D-provitamin ultraibolya sugárzás hatására bekövetkező fotoátalakulása D-previtaminná, amelyből a D 3 -vitamin hő hatására keletkezik. Hazánk elhelyezkedésével azonos szélességi körökön végzett vizsgálatok alapján az ultraibolya-B sugárzás a téli időszakban nem elegendő a D 3 -vitamin szükséglet biztosításához, ez D 3 -vitamin hiányhoz vezethet, és növeli az osteoporosis kialakulásának kockázatát. Célkitűzés: E tanulmány célja annak megítélése volt, hogy a magyar lakosság számára a napból érkező ultraibolya sugárzás az év különböző hónapjaiban biztosítja-e napi 1000 IU D 3 -vitamin keletkezését, illetve az ultraibolya expozíció szempontjából kedvezőtlenebb téli és tavaszi hónapokban kialakulhat-e D 3 -vitamin hiány. Módszer: A szerzők elemzéseikhez a rendszeres méréseken alapuló, a földfelszínt Budapesten érő ultraibolya-B sugárzási adatokat hasnálták fel. Jelen becslés elvégzéséhez a szerzők a D 3 -vitamin termelődés szempontjából legkedvezőbb feltételeket vették figyelembe, és ezekkel az év egyes hónapjainak ultraibolya-B sugárzási átlagértékére vonatkozóan meghatározták a D 3 -vitamin termelődés lehetséges optimális mértékét. Eredmények: A számítások alapján Budapesten a déli órákban a föld felszínét elérő legnagyobb mennyiségű hatékony ultraibolya-B sugárzás júliusban, míg a legkevesebb december hónapban jelentkezik, a két hónap között a különbség több mint 35-szörös a júliusi hónap javára. A november–márciusi időszakban több mint 200 percet kellene a szabadban napon eltölteni, hogy elégséges D 3 -vitamin termelődhessen a bőrben. Ez egyrészt irreálisan hosszú idő, mert már túlnyúlik a dél körüli maximális napsugárzási időszakon, amit a számításokhoz alapul vettünk, másrészt, ha csak az arc és kéz fedetlen, akkor a szükséges besugárzottság meghaladja az 1 minimális erithema dózis értéket, azaz a bőr leégését okozza. Következtetések: A kapott eredmények alapján, Budapesten az egész évi hatékony ultraibolya-B sugárzás több mint 95%-a a márciustól októberig terjedő időszakban mérhető, tehát a november–februári időszak feltehetően akkor sem nyújtana elég mennyiségű ultraibolya sugárzást, ha ennek érvényesülését egyébként nem akadályozná az ebben az időszakban jellemző és elkerülhetetlen zárt ruházkodás és kevesebb szabadban tartózkodás.

A végstádiumú szívelégtelenség jelenleg ismert, hosszú távon legeredményesebb kezelési módszere a szívtranszplantáció. Célkitűzés: A szerzők a hazai szívátültetések eredményességének javítása érdekében retrospektíve megvizsgálták az első 16 év minden fellelhető adatát a korai műtét utáni időszak tekintetében és összevetették a szakirodalomban található eredményekkel. Módszer: 1992. január 3. és 2007. december 31. között 125 beteg esetében 127 szívátültetés történt Magyarországon. Az Ér- és Szívsebészeti Klinika dokumentációján kívül az Igazságügyi Orvostani Intézet archívuma, az Országos Vérellátó Szolgálat regisztere és a Gottsegen György Országos Kardiológiai Intézet adatai szolgáltak forrásként. Eredmények: A korai halálozás az utóbbi időszakban erősen közelít a nemzetközi gyakorlatban tapasztalható szinthez. Vezető halálokként a szerzők gyakorlatában is a donorszív elégtelensége tehető felelőssé a legnagyobb számban. Mellette fertőzés, műtétkor nem uralható vérzés és többszervi elégtelenség fordult elő gyakrabban. Súlyos graftelégtelenség kezelésére egy esetben sikeres retranszplantáció történt, a leghatékonyabbnak ismert műszívkezelés azonban a vizsgált időszakban teljesen hiányzott a hazai eszköztárból. A heveny kilökődés kezelésére alkalmazott gyógyszeres terápia, a nemzetközi szintnek megfelelően, kiváló eredményűnek bizonyult. Következtetések: A továbblépés érdekében kiemelt feladatnak kell tekinteni a műszív alkalmazását a hazai gyakorlatban. A donorkezelésben és a szervkivételek során országosan egységes és javuló minőséget biztosító protokollok kialakítását és alkalmazását kell szorgalmazni.

A tanulmány amellett érvel, hogy eredményes város- és településfejlesztés, csak úgy képzelhető el, ha azt a mai szükségletek felmérésén túl az épített és természeti környezet komplex ismeretére alapozzák. A legtöbb nyugat-európai országban a hosszú távú és folyamatos műemléki topográfiai kutatómunka biztosítja az ehhez szükséges tudás és ismeretek szilárd alapját. A magyar műemlékvédelem másfél százados története során szintén voltak figyelemre méltó erőfeszítések annak érdekében, hogy az ország műemlékeinek, illetve tágabban műemléki értékeinek kor-szerű és többé-kevésbé naprakész kataszterét megalkossák, de ezzel a szükséges szakmai mélységben sohasem sikerült a teljes ország teljes területét lefedni és az 1950 és az 1980-as évek vége közötti periódustól eltekintve, a vállalkozás mindig csak részlegesen, gyakori megszakításokkal és hosszú szünetekkel valósulhatott meg. Az 1990-ben bekövetkezett politikai rendszerváltozás után minden szakmai érv amellett szólt, hogy újrainduljon a magyarországi műemléki értékállomány rend-szerelvű számbavétele. A magyar épített örökség jellegzetességei alapján a topográfiai számbavétel szempontjából szóba jövő objektumok száma jelenleg 300.000-re becsülhető. Ezt a célt szem előtt tartva a tanulmány tömör, átfogó képet ad Német-ország, Ausztria, Svájc, Franciaország és érintőlegesen Anglia példáján a műemléki inventarizáció, illetve topográfia európai, elsősorban kontinentális fejlődéséről, aláhúzva a műemléki topográfia és a műemlékvédelem elméleti és gyakorlati kihívásai közti szoros összefüggést és a társadalmi háttér jelentőségét.

Inventorization of Monuments and Making Accessible the Built Heritage
The author argues, that any kind of settlement or town development needs the complex and thorough knowledge of the built and natural environment in question. The long term and continuous research in the field of monument’s inventorization has provided the solid foundation for all these aspects of knowledge in most of the western European countries for more than a century. In the course of the one and a century old history of monuments protection in Hungary there were also notable efforts to create an up-to-date and updated inventory of every kind of monument in the country, but it never managed to cover the territory as a whole to the required professional depth, and apart from a period from1950 to the end of the 1980s the project was fulfilled only partially, interrupted many times and with protracted gaps. After the change in the political system in 1990 all the professional arguments promote the effort to restart the systematic inventorization of the monumental substance of Hungary. According to the characteristics of the built heritage, in Hungary the number of the objects which today have to be taken into consideration might be estimated as being as many as 300,000. In favour of this ambition the study provides a concise overview of the historical development of the European, primarily continental development of monuments inventorization (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France and superficially England), underlining the connection between the inventorization and the practical and theoretical challenges of monuments protection, and their societal background.Keywords: inventorization of monuments, built heritage, Inventory of Historical Monuments, protection of monuments

Összefoglaló. A társadalmi innovációt és közösségi tanulást kutatók általában társadalmi méretű természeti katasztrófákból indulnak ki (Moulaert et al. 2013: 113–130). Mi a járványt próbáljuk úgy tekinteni, mint az egész közösséget érő kihívást, amely új tanulásokat és innovációkat eredményez (Márkus–Kozma 2019: 5–17). Paradigmatikus kutatási módszerünk a résztvevő megfigyelés (Moulaert–MacCallum 2019: 115–120). Ezt kiegészítjük a szociális média elemzésével, valamint célzott interjúkkal és folyamatos monitorozással. Az események lefutására példaként az oktatást (tanárokat, tanulókat, szülőket és fönntartókat) használtuk. Négy lakossági csoportot és jellegzetes magatartásaikat sikerült körvonalaznunk a kormányzat mint aktor mellett: a „lojálisakat”, a „vádaskodókat”, az „aktívakat” és az „innovatívakat”. Az oktatásügy története a járványveszély idején változó dinamikát mutat. A járványveszély kihirdetésekor a civilek innovativitása fellángolt; ezt azonban a kormányzati adminisztráció később fokozatosan visszaszorította. A kívánatos ezzel szemben a felek partnersége lett volna. Summary. Researchers of social innovation and community (social) learning usually start their analyses from natural disasters (Moulaert et al. 2013: 113–130). In this paper, we defined the first six weeks of pandemic threat (COVID-19) in Hungary as a community-wide challenge that resulted in new learning and innovation (Márkus–Kozma 2019: 5–17). We choose participatory observation as the main research method (Moulaert–MacCallum 2019: 115–120) which was complemented by social media analysis as well as targeted interviews and ongoing monitoring. We used education (teachers, students, parents and owners of institutions) as an example. We outlined four population groups and their typical attitudes towards the government’s anti-virus education policy: the “loyal”, the “accuser”, the “active” and the “innovative”. The education policy showed changing dynamics at the time of the epidemic threat. When the threat was announced, the innovativeness of civilians flared up; however, this was later gradually suppressed by government decisions. The desired, on the other hand, would have been a partnership between the parties.

Abstract: Introduction: Eating habits act on mortalities from gastrointestinal tumors and cardiovascular diseases. Aim: To investigate the role of wine drinking on these mortalities in Hungary. Method: The standardized mortality data of people from 206,159 subjects died of gastrointestinal tumors and cardiovascular diseases between 2000–2010 were compared in four wine regions: Tokaj (white), Eger (red), Balaton (white), Szekszárd/Villány (red) and in Hódmezővásárhely (not-wine region). Results: The significantly smallest number of tumors (664) occurred in Tokaj, but the cardiovascular mortality here was the highest (5955). On the other hand, the fewest cardiovascular mortality occurred in Szekszárd/Villány (3907), but showing here (831) and in Eger (934) the highest values of tumor death. Conclusions: The protective effect of red wine on cardiovascular mortality was verified. Surprisingly, the low value of gastrointestinal mortality in “Tokaj” – besides the higher level of selenium in tap water – shows some hidden features of these white wines. A digitális világ fejlődésének köszönhetően a videojátékok és a professzionalizmus együttes megjelenését figyelhetjük meg. Ezt a jelenséget nevezhetjük e-sportnak. Az ezzel foglalkozó szubkultúra gyökerei visszavezethetőek a ’70-es és ’80-as évekre, azonban maga az e-sport csak a közelmúltban alakult ki. Ennek ellenére hatalmas fejlődésen ment át, manapság már diverzifikált, így a megértéséhez megfelelő tipológia is szükséges. Bonyolult versenyrendszerekkel rendelkezik, nemzetközi szövetség segíti a fejlődését, és komoly kapcsolódási pontokat fedezhetünk fel a hagyományos sportok és az e-sportok tulajdonságai között. Fontos leszögezni azonban, hogy nem minden videojáték e-sport! Ahhoz, hogy mélyebben megértsük ezen iparág működését, meg kell értenünk, honnan fakad a médiaképessége, és azt is, milyen csatornákon éri el a többmilliós érdeklődő réteget. Magyarországon most kezdik felismerni az üzleti jelentőségét és a mögötte álló tömegbázisban rejlő lehetőségeket. Ennek köszönhetően hazánkban is lehetőség nyílhat a digitális sportok gyors ütemű fejlődésére.

Esport as business? The emergence of an industry
Video games and professionalism are appearing together, thanks to the world’s technological advancement. This appearance is called esport. The subculture around it can be traced back to the ‘70s and ‘80s, although esport itself did not appear too long ago. Despite its novelty, the world of digital sports has gone through an enormous advancement since its appearance. Nowadays it is diversificated and needs a self-explanatory typology to be handled well. Connection points can be observed between the world of sports and esports. There are serious competition systems. Professional athletes and a fully functional international organization helps the development of esport. To fully understand the industry and its growth it is necessary to observe the media capability and its distribution channels. Hungary is starting to recognize esports’ business value and the opportunity within its mass support base. Thanks to this digital sports in this country may well also develop more rapidly.

Összefoglaló. A székletmikrobiota-transzplantáció (faecalismikrobiota-transzplantáció – FMT) a Clostridioides difficile fertőzés (CDI) kezelésében nemzetközileg széles körben elfogadott, megfelelő szakmai háttér mellett végezve biztonságos, potenciálisan életmentő, költséghatékony, valamint a hospitalizációs idő és az orvos-beteg találkozások jelentős redukálására képes eljárás. Az FMT elvégzésére egyes országokban magas szintű minőségirányítási háttérrel működő, célfeladatra szerveződött donor- és székletbankok rendezkedtek be. Máshol, így például hazánkban, az eljáráshoz az egyértelmű jogi szabályozási környezet, a standardizált technológiai háttér és a finanszírozás hiánya miatt nem egységes a hozzáférés. Régóta időszerű továbbá, hogy a heterogén, nemegyszer háztartási eszközökkel előkészített beavatkozások helyett a nemzetközi és legújabban már a hazai ajánlásokban is megfogalmazott, a betegbiztonságot legjobban garantáló elvárások mellett történjen a széklettranszplantáció. Az új koronavírus (SARS-CoV-2) okozta pandémia megjelenése erőteljes szakmai érv országos szinten az FMT minőségirányítási környezetének és technológiai hátterének újragondolására, mert a SARS-CoV-2 egyszerre jelent kockázatot a CDI miatt kórházban kezelt sérülékeny betegpopulációnak, és egyben veszélyezteti az FMT biztonságosságát mind a recipiens, mind pedig az eljárást végző egészségügyi személyzet tekintetében. Ezekre a szakmai és társadalmi kihívásokra reagálva, a széles körű beteghozzáférés és a legmagasabb szintű betegbiztonság garantálására, a Debreceni Egyetemen új eljárásrendet dolgoztunk ki az FMT végzésére. Ezen eljárásrendnek a COVID–19-pandémia miatt módosított, a fagyasztottgraftbank üzemeltetése és a rendszerszemlélet tekintetében releváns elemeit ismertetjük. Javasolt, hogy országos szinten hasonló, megfelelő minőségirányítási és technológiai környezettel, a SARS-CoV-2-fertőzés kizárását is integráló donorszűrési rendszerrel, továbbá fagyasztottgraft-banki háttérrel működő laboratóriumok vegyenek részt a széklettranszplantációk végzésében. Felmerül továbbá, hogy az eljárást a számos analógia és a donor–recipiens koncepció alapján a sejt- és szövettranszplantációkra vonatkozó szabályozórendszer keretei közé ajánlott beágyazni. Stool transplantation (faecal microbiota transplantation – FMT) is a widely accepted, potentially life-saving, cost-effective medical intervention for the treatment of Clostridioides difficile infection (CDI), which has an acceptable safety profile if performed with an appropriate professional background. FMT can significantly reduce hospitalization time and the number of patient visits. National donor and stool banks with high-standard quality management systems were established in certain countries for supporting the procedures. In other regions, including Hungary, patient access is not uniform due to the lack of clear legal regulations, standardized technology or financial reimbursement. It has been expected for a long time to replace the heterogenous techniques, occasionally utilizing household equipment with a technology providing improved patient safety and fulfilling international and recently published local FMT guidelines. The emergence of the novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) pandemic is a very powerful argument in favour of urgently reconsidering the quality management and technological background of FMT procedures. SARS-CoV-2 is a major threat to the vulnerable patients suffering from CDI and also impose risks for the recipient and healthcare personnel involved in carrying out the transplantation. New FMT guidelines were implemented at the University of Debrecen to address these professional and public challenges, to provide wide patient access and to guarantee the highest achievable patient safety. Relevant elements of this new protocol are presented, focusing on a systemic quality management approach, on the operation of a frozen stool bank and on a modified donor screening algorithm taking the risks of COVID-19 into consideration. We suggest that laboratories with proper quality assurance and technological conditions, implementing SARS-CoV-2 donor screening and operating a frozen graft bank should participate in faecal microbiota transplantations. It is also recommended that, based on the analogies and the similar donor–recipient concept, FMT should be embedded under the organ tissue and cell transplantation polices in Hungary. Összefoglaló. Bevezetés: Congenitalis coronariaanomáliának tekintik azokat a coronariamorfológiai rendellenességeket, melyek 1%-nál kisebb gyakorisággal fordulnak elő. Többségük nem jár tünettel, olykor azonban okozhatnak mellkasi fájdalmat, eszméletvesztést, és hirtelen halálhoz is vezethetnek. A coronariaanomáliák gyakoriságáról Magyarországon eddig csak invazív koronarográfiás adatok alapján jelent meg közlemény. Célkitűzés: Jelen vizsgálatunkban a coronariák eredési rendellenességeinek gyakoriságát mértük fel intézetünk coronaria-komputertomográfiás angiográfián átesett betegeinél. Módszer: A coronaria-komputertomográfiás vizsgálatra került betegek felvételeinek értékelésekor rögzítettük a coronariaanomália jelenlétét. A vizsgálat indikációja általában mellkasi fájdalom volt. 128 szeletes berendezést használtunk, a vizsgálatok során részben retrospektív, részben prospektív EKG-kapuzást alkalmaztunk. Eredmények: 1751 beteg komputertomográfiás angiográfiás felvételeit elemeztük. A betegek között a férfiak aránya 38,4%, a vizsgálatra kerülők életkorának átlaga pedig 58,07 ± 11,07 év volt. Eredési anomáliát 1,83%-ban találtunk, ezen belül a leggyakoribb volt a körbefutó ág (ramus circumflexus) és az elülső leszálló ág különálló eredése a bal Valsalva-sinusból (1%). A további rendellenességek a következők voltak: a jobb coronaria eredése magasan az aortából (0,34%), ramus circumflexus a jobb sinusból vagy a jobb coronariából (0,34%), jobb coronaria a bal Valsalva-sinusból (0,057%), elülső leszálló ág részben a bal Valsalva-sinusból a circumflexustól külön, részben a jobb coronariából (kettős elülső leszálló ág, 0,057%). Következtetés: Mindössze 0,057%-ban fordult elő potenciálisan tünetet okozó coronariaeredési rendellenesség (a bal sinusból eredő jobb coronaria). A komputertomográfiás angiográfia segítségével a coronariaeredés helye pontosan megállapítható, tisztázható az ér lefutása és ennek során viszonya a környező struktúrákhoz. Orv Hetil. 2020; 161(47): 1995–1999. Summary. Introduction: Congenital coronary artery anomaly is defined as a coronary morphology which occurs in less than 1% of the cases. Usually these anomalies do not result in symptoms but sometimes they can cause chest pain, syncope and sudden death. In Hungary, the prevalence of these abnormalities was published only from data of invasive coronary angiography. Objective: In this study, we evaluated the prevalence of the anomalies of coronary origin in the patients of our institution undergoing coronary computed tomography. Method: While reading the computed tomography angiograms of our patients, we registered the presence of coronary anomalies. In most of the cases, the indication of the coronary computed tomography was chest pain. A scanner with 128 detectors was used, scans were performed partly with prospective, partly with retrospective ECG gating. Results: We assessed 1751 patients. The ratio of males was 38.4%, while the average age of patients 58.07 ± 11.07 years. Anomaly of coronary origin was present in 1.83% of our patients, with the separate origin of left anterior descending and left circumflex artery being the most frequent (1%) among them. Other anomalies were as follows: high take-off of the right coronary artery from the ascending aorta (0.34%), left circumflex arising from the right sinus of Valsalva or from the right coronary (0.34%), right coronary artery from the left sinus of Valsalva (0.057%), left anterior descending arising partly from the left sinus of Valsalva, apart from the left circumflex, partly from the right coronary (dual left anterior descending artery, 0.057%). Conclusion: The prevalence of potentially symptomatic coronary anomalies was only 0.057% in our series (right coronary from the left sinus of Valsalva). The computed tomography angiography can precisely define the origin of the coronary artery, depict its run-off and its relationship to the neighbouring structures. Experiments were conducted during the period between 1972 and 2002 at three sites in Hungary. At Érd 97, Helvetia 10, and Újfehértó, 3 cultivars were studied in variety collections. Observations were made on the blooming phenology (start, main time, end and length of the bloom period), on the blooming dynamics (the rate of the open flowers counted every day), on the receptivity of sexual organs, on the fruit set following self- and open-pollination and on the effect of association of varieties in the orchards (choice, rate and placement of pollinisers).
Based on the results the rate of the overlap of the blooming times were calculated and varieties were assigned into five bloom time groups according to their main bloom. Self-fertility conditioned by natural self pollination was studied and good pollinisers were chosen (sweet, sour and duke cherry varieties) for the self-sterile and partially self-fertile varieties.
The necessity of bee pollination was proved by different pollination methods: natural self-pollination, artificial self-pollination, open pollination. Persian walnut (Juglans regia L.) fruit with preharvest anthracnose symptoms, necrotic fruit stalks, and twigs with necrotic buds, and peaks were collected in a Hungarian orchard next to Nágocs, in September 2018. Disease incidence was approximately 15% on a Hungarian bred walnut cultivar ‘Milotai 10’. Similar symptoms were found on Persian walnut in other locations (eg. Milota, Érd, Sarród, and Kocs). Acervuli were observed on necrotic lesions on fruit, and twigs with pale orange conidial masses. Conidia were hyaline, unicellular, and fusiform. Morphometric measurements of conidia showed mean length ± SD × width ± SD = 15.9 ± 1.7 × 4.5 ± 0.4 μm, length/width ratio 1:0.3 (n=100). The fungus was isolated from conidial masses on potato dextrose agar (PDA) medium amended with Chlorampenicol (25 mg/L). A total of 12 isolates were obtained as pure cultures by single-spore isolations and incubated at 23°C in dark for 10 days. The colonies were white to gray or grayish-orange on the upper side and with black spots on the reverse side. The isolates showed morphological characteristics of Colletotrichum acutatum in sensu lato (Jayawardena et al. 2016). Molecular analyses were conducted to identify the exact species. Internal transcribed spacer (ITS) region, actin (ACT), and calmodulin (CAL) partial genes were amplified by ITS1F/ITS4R, ACT512F/ACT783R and CAL1/CAL2 primers (White at al. 1990, Carbone and Kohn 1999, O’Donnell et al. 2000). The sequences of ITS region (GenBank Accession Nos: MK367398-99, MK367401-02) showed 100% identity with C. godetiae sequence. Based on ACT gene (GenBank Accession Nos: MK415991-92, MK415994-95) were 100% identity with the deposited C. godetiae type strains from walnut. The obtained sequences of CAL gene (GenBank Accession Nos: MK415998-99, MK416001-02) were same and showed 100% with other C. godetiae sequences from other host plants. The fungus was identified as Colletotrichum godetiae Neerg. Pathogenicity tests were accomplished in the field and under laboratory conditions (25°C on thermostat) on 10 green ‘Milotai 10’ walnut fruit, and 10 walnut twigs each. Tests were conducted on living trees, collected fruit, and two-year-old twigs by inserting mycelial agar plugs (5 mm in diameter) onto wounded pericarp tissues, which were then wrapped with wet cotton and parafilm. Wounded tissues on 5 fruit and 5 two-year-old twigs were treated with non-colonized PDA plugs as noninoculated controls. After 14 d necrotic lesions 9 to 17 mm in diameter developed on fruit on living trees. Lengths of 12 to 17 mm and width of 7 to 12 mm necrosis was measured on phloem of walnut twigs, and almost two times larger in cambium. No necrosis developed around control wounds. Koch's postulates were fulfilled with the reisolation of the pathogen from symptomatic tissues, isolates were identical morphologically and by sequence analysis of ITS region, ACT, and CAL partial genes to the original isolates. Damm et al. (2012) described two C. godetiae strains associated with walnut, one isolated in Austria and another one of unknown origin. An epidemic event of walnut anthracnose caused by Colletotrichum species mainly C. godetiae was reported in France (Da Lio et al. 2018). The pathogen was isolated from nuts, buds, insects, and stems. To our knowledge, this is the first report of anthracnose of walnut fruit caused by C. godetiae in Hungary. Anthracnose caused by C. godetiae, and previously reported C. fioriniae (Varjas et al. 2019) is becoming an increasing preharvest problem on Persian walnut in Hungary.

Effect of the foliar boron (B) application on nutrient uptake and fruit quality of tart cherry (Prunus cerasus L.) was investigated from 2008 to 2009 on mature four favourite Hungarian tart cherry cultivars like ‘Oblacsinszka’, ‘Érdi bôtermő’, ‘Újfehértói fürtös’ and ‘Petri’. Tart cherry trees grown in Eastern Hungary (Újfehértó) on an acidic sandy soil with low B content. Trees were treated with B by foliar application (0.5% B) at full bloom and untreated with B served as a control. B sprays strongly affected on B content of inflorescences. However, B sprays had no consistent effect on summer leaf B status. In our experiment stronger year effect was observed at leaf B status than flower B status. The effectiveness of early spring boron applications are limited and mostly affected the flower B status only. Moreover, treatments had inconsistent effect on studied fruit inner parameters. Monosaccharides, vitamin C and organic acid contents of sour cherry were stronger affected by cultivars than applied treatments.

The rain induced fruit cracking is a big, serious problem especially for sour cherry growers but in some year sour cherry growers had also problem with fruit cracking caused by too much rainfall in the harvesting season. The cracked sour cherry fruits can be easily infected by different diseases like Monillinia sp. Cracked and infected fruits can not be transported for long distance and using for preservation because they lost their market value by the pour fruit quality. There are two possibilities to protect fruits against the rain induced fruit cracking. The most effective protection technique is the plastic rain cover over the tree rows. The installation of these equipments is too expensive for the growers. That is the reason why researchers tried to find other less expensive and sufficiently effective ways like sprayings different mineral salts, hormone and other type chemicals against the rain induced fruit cracking. Several calcium formulas calcium chloride (CaC12), calcium hydroxide (Ca (OH),) and calcium nitrate (Ca(NO3)2) can be sprayed in appropriate solution concentration.
The aim of our trial is to determinate the fruit cracking susceptibility of wide grown Hungarian sour cherry varieties and find the most effective calcium formula and its concentration for spraying in orchards to prevent the fruit cracking. In the first trial year (2006) cracking index of tested sour cherry varieties were determined under field and laboratory conditions. Under field conditions were not found differences between cracking tendency of tested cultivars. After results of immersing fruits in distillated water for 24 hours tested sour cherry varieties were divided to three groups by the susceptibility to rain induced fruit cracking: very susceptible (`Maliga emléke', 'Piramis', 'Érdi jubileum', 'Erdi nagygyümölcsű’ and 'Meteor korai'); susceptible ‘Érdi bőtermő, Tandy 279' and Cigány 59.; moderately susceptible/tolerant ("T" and "R" clones). In the second trial year (2007) calcium chloride (CaCl2) and calcium nitrate (Ca(NO3)2) were sprayed in 0,35m/m%; 0,5m/m% and 1,0m/m% solution concentration. One more commercial product "Damisol-Kalcium" was also applied in the advised 1,0m/m% concentration. Like in the trial year before (2006) under field conditions we did not kept differences between the cracking susceptibility of varieties and calcium treatments. As the result of laboratory testing (immersing calcium treated fruits in distillated water) we kept that calcium chloride (CaCl2) seems the most effective against the fruit cracking in 0,5m/in% solution concentration. The other calcium formulas also decreased the cracking ratio but in less scale.

Sour cherry (Prunus cerasus L.) is one of the most important fruit crop grown in Hungary, The flowering phenology and pollen shedding/stigma viability ratio, in an effort to elucidate the reproductive phenology of nine economically important sour cherry cultivars (Érdi bőtermő, Debreceni bőtermő, Csengődi, Kántorjánosi 3. Pándy 279. Úfehértói fürtös, Petri, Éva, and Oblacsinszka) all widespread in the Hungary, was studied at Újfehertó climatic condition. The main aims were to investigate how possible environmental cues influence timing and development of phenophases and whether different cultivars have different seasonal responses to these cues. Likely effects of climatic changes on phenological development patterns were also considered. Our results revealed important aspects of the reproductive biology of sour cherry flowers. The amplitude of the phenophase "beginning of blossoming" between cultivars did not exceed 6 days. There is maximum 3 days difference in blooming length of different direction in each cultivar. Pándy 279 showed high variability when the position of flowers changed on the tree shoots. Újfehértói fürtös was stable in all four directions of tree. The pollen shedding period and stigma viability ratio was well synchronous. Pollen shedding phenomenon occurred in the range limitation of secretary activity of stigmas in all five cultivars. Distribution of pollen shedding over the secretary activity of stigmas is almost good. In all five cultivars maximum pollen shedding occurred about the high temperature part of the day.

Fruit set and fruit drop rates of 9 sour cherry cultivars (‘Érdi bôtermő’, ‘Debreceni bőtermő’, ‘Kántorjánosi’, ‘Újfehértói fürtös’, ‘Éva’, ‘Petri’ ‘Oblocsinszka’, ‘Pandy 279’ and ‘Csengôdi’) of eight years-old trees grown in Újfehértó, located in the Eastern north part of Hungary which grafted on Prunns mahaleb have been studied. Significant differences have been found in fruit set among cultivars. The average percentage of fruit set was 18.3%, which the ‘Oblacsinszka’ by 32.6% the highest fruit set, while ‘Debreceni bőtermő’ is very similar to ‘Pandy279’ showed lowest (12%) fruit set. Seasonal changes of fruit set and drop shows that there are four abscission peaks. The first fruit abortion wave appears during second week after pollination Thereafter, the second and third dropping period was found during the third and forth weeks after pollination. The forth abscission happened on the forth week after pollination. The highest fruit drop happened on ‘Pandy279’ (92.4%) very similar to ‘Éva’ (90%) while the lowest fruit drop observed in ‘Oblocsinszka’ (71.5%)

Evidence suggests that a diet with high fruit and vegetable consumption may decrease the risk of chronic diseases, such as cardiovascular diseases and cancer, and phytochemicals including phenolics, flavonoids and carotenoids from fruits and vegetables may play a key role in reducing chronic disease risk. Recent research has proved that sour cherry (Prunus cerasus L.) is a valuable natural source of some bioactive compounds important in human health preservation. According to the published data, the most important biological effects of sour cherry are connected — directly or indirectly — to their endogenous antioxidant behaviour as well as to their specific pattern of anthocyanin components. In the present work, we measured the total antioxidant capacity of some Hungarian sour cherry varieties in combination with their anthocyanin-, and vitamin-C content. In 2003, twelve clones were selected and grafted from a local sour cherry population called "Bosnyák" sour cherry grown in small home gardens and farms of the village Csengod (Great-Plain Region, South Hungary). Other Hungarian sour cherry varieties, i.e. cv. Újfehértói fürtos, cv. Érdi bőterrnő, cv. Debreceni bőterrnő, cv. Csengődi and cv. Kántorjánosi served as a control.

In the first stage the activity was focused on collection of native mahaleb cherry (Prunus mahaleb L.) varieties lead by L. Sebők. After evaluation in the nursery and orchard tests there are four promising rootstock cultivars selected from this material: 'Korponay' used as self fertile seed tree, its seedlings are recommended for sour cherries. The mahaleb varieties 'Bogdány' (vigorous), 'Egervár' and 'Magyar' (medium vigour) are propagated by cuttings. The next project has started in 1979 with the aim to select self fertile mahaleb seed trees producing homogeneous seedling populations with reduced vigour. Inbred populations from isolated flowering self fertile trees were produced and planted out in 1980. The inbreeding of 'Korponay' self fertile P. mahaleb variety resulted in specimens with different fruit colour (yellow, red, black), fruit shape and size. From among them self fertile trees were selected with various growth characteristics. Seedlings of that self fertile mother trees (S2 population) were tested in seedbed, they showed homogeneous phenotype characteristics as liners in the nursery. As rootstock of 'Érdi bőtermő' sour cherry in the orchard most of the S2 lines proved to be less vigorous in comparison to SI popuplations. 'Érdi bőtermő' trees budded on certain S2 lines in the orchard are more productive than those on S1 ('Korponay' seedling). Characteristics of the S2 generation as seed tree were studied as well. We expect to get morphologically homogeneous seedling populations with different growth vigour and good productivity in the later inbred generations. In the last couple of decades the research activity concerning ground-cherry and its hybrids resulted in dwarfing rootstocks. Prunus fruticosa Pall. hybrids from the natural flora of Hungary were collected and artificial hybrids were created between P. fruticosa and mahaleb cherry. Most of them are in the initial tests, only one of them is before registration, named 'Prob', which is a dwarf rootstock for sweet cherry. By the screening of new hybrids medium vigorous or semi dwarfing and precocious rootstocks seem to be promising for the cherry industry.

Cracked stone fruits can be easily infected by different diseases like Monillinia sp. Cracked and infected fruits can not be transported for long distance and using for preservation, they lost their market value by the destroyed fruit quality. It was decided to make a research work to determine the rain fruit cracking susceptibility of few stone fruit species (sour cherries, sweet cherries and European plums). Fruit cracking tests were occurred under laboratory conditions on the most common cultivars grown in Hungary. Furthermore we tried to find correlation between the fruit cracking and some fruit quality parameters (fruit size; total sugar content, fruit flesh firmness).
Our conclusions are the followings:Sour cherries: There were found differences in the cracking ratio and the cracking dynamics of the tested sour cherry varieties when they were immersed in distillated water for 24 hours. Based on cracking test results under laboratory condition (immersing in distillated water) we made the grouping by cracking susceptibility of sour cherry varieties. Tested cultivars were divided three groups: very susceptible; susceptible; moderately susceptible (tolerant). Groups with varieties are: Very susceptible - ’Maliga emléke’, ’Piramis’, ’Érdi jubileum’,’Érdi nagygyümölcsû’ and ’Meteor korai; Susceptible (Sensitive) – ’Érdi bôtermô’, ’Pándy’ and Cigány 59. Moderately susceptible (tolerant) – ‘Éva’ and ‘Petri’as new rereleases. The most of tested sour cherry varieties are in agreement with the literature (Apostol, 2003) and four of them (’Maliga emléke’, ’Pándy 279’, ‘Éva’ and ‘Petri’) had higher average fruit weight than was mentioned in the literature (Apostol, 2003). Our fruit cracking results are in agreement with Zelinski’s (1964) and Christensen’s (1975) conclusions that there is no close relationship between fruit size and rain induced fruit cracking tendency. We found significant differences between the sugar content of tested cultivars. In contrast of Verner & Blodget (1931) our results confirm Tucker’s opinion that the sugar content is not correlation with the cracking tendency of cherry fruits (Tucker, 1934). Fruits firmness (elasticity) was measured by destructive method when juice was coming out from fruits. There were found big differences of fruit firmness and skin strength of observed cultivars. Our results are only partly agreement with Christensen’s (1996) opinion that cherry cultivars with firmer fruits are more prone to fruit cracking than softer ones. By this was seemingly we did not found close relationship between the fruit firmness and the cracking tendency of sour cherry fruits. We found that during fruits immersing in distillated water the fruit weight was increasing due to the absorbed water. Our opinion is that there is no close relationship between the scale of fruit cracking and the quantity of absorbed water. By results presented above we our opinion is that no very close relationship between the fruit cracking of sour cherries and the observed parameters (fruit size, fruit firmness, sugar content, amount of absorbed water) maybe other varietal effects and physiological characters (fruit skin structural parameters) play more important role in the fruit cracking mechanism of cherries.
Sweet cherries: Similarly to sour cherries in the case of sweet cherries we also did not find close relationship between observed fruit parameters and cracking index. It was differences in the cracking ratio and the cracking dynamics of the tested sweet cherry cultivars when they were immersed in distillated water for 24 hours. It was found that the cracking ratio of very cracking susceptible sour cherry varieties had the same or higher cracking index than observed sweet cherries. It is in contrast with the general opinion (Chistensen, 1996) that sour cherries are less prone to rain induced fruit cracking than sweet cherries. We found differences between the cracking ration and cracking dynamic of the same cultivar in different years (2006 and 2013). It is in agreement Christensen’s (1996) opinion that the year effect cause big differences in the fruit cracking of cherries.European plums: We found differences in the cracking ratio and the cracking dynamics of the tested plum varieties when they were immersed in distillated water for 24 hours. A shorter term (6 hours) immersing in water caused three groups by their cracking susceptibility: „Very susceptible”: ’Révfülöpi’ and ’Szarvasi’; „Susceptible”: ’Besztercei’; „Less sensitive”: ’Bluefre’ and ’Cacanska rodna’. A longer term (24 hours) immersing in water resulted only two groups with significant differences: „Susceptible group”: ’Révfülöpi’, ’Szarvasi’ and ’Besztercei’; „Less sensitive”: ’Bluefre’ and ’Cacanska rodna’ Similarly the cherries we did not find correlation between the fruit size and cracking susceptibility of European plum cultivars. It was based on: the big fruit sized ‘Bluefre’ and middle sized ‘Cacanska rodna’ cracked in the lowest scale, during the small sized ’Révfülöpi’, ’Szarvasi’ and ’Besztercei’ cultivars cracked in higher scale We found positive correlations between the cracking susceptibility and total sugar content of tested plum cultivars. Cultivars with significantly lower sugar content (‘Bluefre’ and ‘C. rodna’) showed lower fruit cracking susceptibility than cultivars (’Révfülöpi’, ’Szarvasi’ and ’Besztercei’) with higher sugar content). We found close relationship between the relative (%) absorbed water amount and the fruit cracking susceptibility. Cultivars with higher absorbed water amount (’Szarvasi’-’Révfülöpi’-’Besztercei’) had higher cracking susceptibility.

We evaluated 285 pear genotypes (commercial cultivars, ancient local varieties, unnamed local strains, seedlings, wild seedlings) in the largest gene bank of pear in Hungary from the point of view of psylla resistance to explore their possible exploitation in organic farming. We have found some 10 new resistant types (Bókoló körte, Bôtermô Kálmán, Füge alakú körte, Nagyasszony körte, Nyári Kálmán, Rozs nyári körte, Viki körte, Pb-242, Pb-299, 0-632) and 7 highly tolerant ones (Cure-6, Kései Kálmán, Kieffer, Kieffer Éd, Steiner, Téli Kálmán, II. B-3- 6/4, 96-16/5) (Table 1). These made up 3.5 + 2.8 per cent of the investigated genotypes, while 93.7 per cent of them were susceptible to pear psylla damage. Taking earlier and present results into account we can list more than 30 European pear cultivars being resistant or highly tolerant to pear psylla infestation and damage. In fact, the list of resistant and highly tolerant cultivars may serve as a basis selecting pear cultivars fitting to the specific requirements of the organic farming. By the end we can conclude that there is some real hope to exploit some resistant or highly tolerant ancient or local cultivars in organic farming but further investigations are needed to estimate their yield capacity and fruit quality.

Ez a növekedési többlet a fokozatos gazdasági felzárkózásunk garanciája. A tanulmány rangos nemzetközi források felhasználásával rámutat arra, hogy ma a versenyszférában szabályos harc folyik a tehetségekért, mert a humán erőforrás, különösen a magas humán potenciával rendelkező tehetségek motiváltsága és teljesítménye közvetlenül hat a vállalatok és azon keresztül az ország versenyképességére. 53 hazai vállalkozásra kiterjedő 18 témakört érintő, a jelenlegi helyzet gyakorlat oldaláról történő feltérképezése érdekében elvégzett kérdőíves felmérés eredményei azt mutatják, hogy a hazai KKV szektor a közvetlen szakmai tanácsadás és képzés típusú támogatást előrébb rangsorolja ezen a területen a pénzügyi támogatásnál. For the recent years, Hungary had been achieving higher growth in the GDP than the average of the EU28, and according to some predictions, by 2019 it became the most dynamically developing country of the EU. This excess growth is the warrantee of our gradual economic catch-up. By using acknowledged international sources, the study presents the fact that real fight is going on for the talented people in the business sector because human resources, especially the motivation and performance of the talented ones with high human potentials, have a direct impact on the competitiveness of the companies and through them, of the country. The results of the query survey that involved 53 domestic enterprises and 18 topics and was made to map the practical aspects of the current situation show that the SME sector ranks direct professional consultation and training-like support higher than financial support. The author emphasizes the fact that in order to maintain the excess growth and the achieve the total competitiveness turn, the competitiveness and the innovative power of the domestic SME sector must be strengthened by the excess performance achievable by talent management, contributing by this to the development of the innovative economy.
