Abstract:
First report of Dinocampus coccinellae Schrank 1802 (Hymenoptera: Braconidae) parasitizing Eriopis peruviana Hofmann 1970 (Coleoptera: Coccinellidae) in Peru. The cosmopolitan parasitoid Dinocampus coccinellae Schrank 1802 (Hymenoptera: Braconidae) is recorded for the first time in the Cusco region (Peru) parasitizing the native coleopteran Eriopis peruviana Hofmann 1970 (Coleoptera: Coccinellidae) in cultivated maize.

The study of material of the genus <em>Eriopis </em>Mulsant, 1850 (Coleoptera, Coccinellidae) from Cusco, Ayacucho, Apurimac,&nbsp;Puno and Lima revealed the presence of seven species: <em>Eriopis connexa</em>, <em>E. punicola</em>, <em>E. minima</em>, <em>E. alticola</em>, <em>E. andina</em>,<em> E.&nbsp;peruviana</em> and <em>E. sebastiani.</em> A key to these species is included, along with data on their altitudinal and geographical distribution.
