Abstract:
The Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) is an evidence-based early intervention model for young children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). It is crucial to investigate the feasibility of the ESDM in community settings in contexts that are culturally different from American universities in which the model was originally developed. The aim was to further evaluate the effectiveness of the ESDM delivered within the Italian community setting at low intensity. We compared a group aged 19 to 43 months receiving the ESDM for 2 h per week over the course of 1 year with a concurrent, comparable, non-randomized control group receiving treatment as usual (TAU). Children were evaluated at baseline (T0) and after 6 months (T1) and 12 months (T2) of intervention. Feasibility was evaluated by parent and therapist questionnaires, retention rate, and therapist treatment fidelity. Both groups made similar gains in cognition and language abilities. The ESDM group made larger improvement in domains measured by the ESDM Curriculum Checklist, including communication, social skills, and maladaptive behaviors. Feasibility seemed well supported by retentions, therapists and parent satisfaction, and treatment fidelity. Our study further supports the feasibility of the ESDM implemented within the Italian public health system and suggests a better response in the ESDM-treated group than in the control group.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui komunikasi pemerintahan melalui tanda pagar (tagar) #EnergiBerkeadilan pada media sosial Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM). Penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus pada media sosial Kementerian ESDM. Teknik pengumpulan data primer dan data sekunder, data primer dari wawancara terhadap key informants dan data sekunder berupa tinjauan literatur seperti jurnal, buku dan peraturan terkait. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa tagar #EnergiBerkeadilan merupakan rangkuman dari Pasal 33 Undang-Undang Dasar 1945 dan Nawa Cita Presiden Joko Widodo, yang merupakan tagline dari Kementerian ESDM dan diteruskan menjadi tagar di media sosial Kementerian ESDM. Tagar #EnergiBerkeadilan (1) dianggap belum merubah bagaimana kita berbicara secara verbal atau non verbal pada media sosial, (2) menjadi campaign terkait program dan capaian kinerja sektor ESDM pada media sosial Kementerian ESDM, (3) bisa digunakan atau dijadikan sumber pencarian konten, (4) memerlukan kegiatan yang terencana dan dilakukan secara luas, untuk menjadi sarana baru gerakan sosial tagar #EnergiBerkeadilan yang membuat masyarakat tertarik berpartisipasi pada kegiatan tersebut, dan (5) Kementerian ESDM secara rutin melaksanakan kegiatan Temu Netizen, untuk merubah bagaimana membangun komunitas virtual.

The research data was extracted with literature study techniques, questionnaires and interviews. Research informants are alumni of the ESDM Ministry's strategic planning training and Trainers of PPSDM Aparatur (curriculum experts and strategic training substance). Data analysis uses interactive model analysis. The results of this study are information on the expectations and needs of training participants, an analysis of the level of relationship of each expectation and needs of trainees in the ESDM Ministry's Strategic Planning and its improvements formula, andimprovement recommendations for curriculum development of the ESDM Ministry's Strategic Planning.

Abstract:
Management of public communication plays significant role in a government. The implementation of well-made management of public communication can be a means to deliver government policies both as programs and achievements broadcasted to public. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of communication policy management at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM). The method used was a case study at the ESDM with analysis implementation by using used Edwards III model. Based on the analysis, it was found that the implementation of the public communication management policy at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources was already underway, such as the availability of a planned public communication strategy, and indicators of success in the mass media which were not only numerous but also positive and neutral quality, so that negative coverage could be minimized. Besides, the support of Officials and Implementers, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and creative content through hashtags related to the Energy and Mineral Resources sector could also increase the social media followers. Keywords: Policy, Implementation, Communication Management, Public Communications Abstrak Pengelolaan komunikasi publik merupakan hal penting dalam sebuah pemerintahan. Implementasi kebijakan tentang pengelolaan komunikasi publik yang telah dibuat, sebagaimana pengelolaan komunikasi publik menjadi sarana penyampaian kebijakan Pemerintah, baik itu program maupun capaian yang disampaikan kepada masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi kebijakan pengelolaan komunikasi publik di Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM). Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus pada Kementerian ESDM dengan analisis implementasi kebijakan pengelolaan komunikasi publik dengan model Edwards III. Berdasarkan hasil analisa ditemukan bahwa implementasi kebijakan pengelolaan komunikasi publik di Kementerian ESDM sudah berjalan, seperti adanya strategi komunikasi publik yang terencana, indikator keberhasilan berupa pemberitaan di media massa yang tidak hanya banyak tapi juga kualitasnya yang positif dan netral, sehingga pemberitaan negatif dapat diminimalisir. Selain itu, dukungan Pejabat dan Pelaksana, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), dan konten-konten kreatif melalui tanda pagar (tagar) yang terkait sektor ESDM dapat meningkatkan jumlah pengikut media sosial. The growing number of Autism Spectrum Disorder cases exceeds the services available for these children. This increase challenges both researchers and service providers to develop systematic, effective dissemination strategies for transporting university research models to community early intervention (EI) programs. The current study developed an abbreviated training workshop to teach the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) to 24 community EI practitioners and examined their fidelity of implementation posttraining and 4 months later. Practitioners successfully implemented and self-assessed their delivery of the ESDM teaching strategies compared with fidelity ratings by expert trainers by the end of the workshop. Those who submitted follow-up materials met fidelity in their direct delivery, whereas their self-assessment of skill delivery appeared lower compared with trainers’ fidelity ratings. Findings are discussed about the immediate gains and challenges of community-based dissemination of the ESDM, and the priority for continued research in implementation science to support and sustain intervention delivery.

Telehealth training may benefit parents’ use of early intervention for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). This study is one of the few randomized trials to compare telehealth parent training in the Early Start Denver Model (P-ESDM) with a community treatment-as-usual, early intervention program. Parents were randomized to 12 weekly 1.5-hr videoconferencing sessions with website access to P-ESDM learning resources or to monthly 1.5-hr videoconferencing sessions with website access to alternative resources to support their intervention. Telehealth training facilitated higher parent fidelity gains and program satisfaction for more of the P-ESDM than the community group at the end of the 12-week training and at follow-up. Children’s social communication skills improved for both groups regardless of parent fidelity. Findings suggest the feasibility of telehealth training with improved parent intervention usage and satisfaction from the program. However, the impact of these effects on children’s development over time is yet to be understood.

Abstract Parenting a child on the autism spectrum can be rewarding and enriching, but it may also increase risk of parental fatigue, stress, anxiety, and depression. Parent-mediated interventions contribute to increase family satisfaction and child social communication while helping to decrease parental stress and fatigue. Parent coaching, the education of parents in evidence-based strategies, has become common in the autism field. However, parent coaching in music therapy has only recently emerged and has limited research with families with an autistic member. In this study, we attempted to improve a previously published model of parent coaching, adapting only one aspect of the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), the sensory social routine (SSR) to create a music intervention. Four parents participated in this 6-session parent coaching study. We compared the SSR-based intervention with and without music, in an alternating treatment design. Measures included parental responsiveness, child receptive and initiation joint attention, parent–child similar affect and synchronized gaze, and the Parent Coaching-ESDM (PC-ESDM) parent fidelity rating system. Results from these observational measures were mixed, with better parental responses in the no-music condition, but improved child responses and parent–child synchrony in the music condition for 3 out of the 4 participants. Parent learning increased for all participants, and 3 out of the 4 reached fidelity (a score of at least 80%), according to the PC-ESDM. Although mixed results were observed across participants, implications for practice are possible. Better outcome measures of this complex intervention are needed.

Kemurnian batu kapur menurut standar BGS maka sampel dari Sumatera, Jawa, Kalimantan dan Sulawesi umumnya sampel batu kapur menengah sampai tinggi (medium - high purity). Berdasarkan standar : industri logam (besi), Industri di India dan literatur ESDM maka sampel dari jawa barat, jawa tengah dan sumatera utara dapat digunakan sebagai bahan campuran pada industri logam (besi). Umumnya sampel Batu kapur dapat dipakai sebagai bahan baku campuran karena murni dan untuk memenuhi standar industri diperlukan proses pengolahan. Limestone is an important material used as a mixture in iron ore processing industries. To find out the purity of limestone and to determine its characteristics for the metal industry using the BGS standard. To find out its characteristics for the metal industry, it uses literature standards from the domestic metal industry, India and ESDM (minister of energy and mineral resources). According to BGS standards : The purity of limestone from Sumatra, Java, Kalimantan and Sulawesi is generally medium to high purity. Based on standards: metal (iron) industry, Indian industry and ESDM literature : samples from West Java, Central Java and North Sumatra be used as a mixture in the metal (iron) industry. Generally, limestone samples can be used as raw materials because they are pure and to meet industry standards, processing is required. This study aimed to use the applications of Ensemble Species Distribution Modelling (eSDM), Geographical Information Systems (GISs), and Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA) for the design of a protected area (PA) for the critically endangered yellow-spotted mountain newt, Neurergus derjugini, by tracking and excluding the effects of climate and landscape changes in western Iran and northeastern Iraq. Potential recent and future distributions (2050 and 2070) were reconstructed by eSDM using eight algorithms with MRI-CGCM3 and CCSM4 models. The GIS-based MCDA siting procedure was followed inside habitats with high eSDM suitability by eliminating the main roads, cities, high village density, dams, poor vegetation, low stream density, agricultural lands and high ridge density. Then, within the remaining relevant areas, 10 polygons were created as “nominations” for PAs (NPAs). Finally, for 10 different NPAs, the suitability score was ranked based on ratings and weights (analytical hierarchy process) of the number of newt localities, NPA connectivity, NPA shape, NPA habitat suitability in 2070, NPA size, genetic diversity, village density and distance to nearest PAs, cities, and main roads. This research could serve as a modern realistic approach for environmental management to plan conservation areas using a cost-effective and affordable technique.

This meta-analysis examined the effects of the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) for young children with autism on developmental outcome measures. The 12 included studies reported results from 640 children with autism across 44 unique effect sizes. The aggregated effect size, calculated using a robust variance estimation meta-analysis, was 0.357 (p = 0.024), which is a moderate effect size with a statistically significant overall weighted averaged that favored participants who received the ESDM compared to children in control groups, with moderate heterogeneity across studies. This result was largely driven by improvements in cognition (g = 0.412) and language (g = 0.408). There were no significant effects observed for measures of autism symptomology, adaptive behavior, social communication, or restrictive and repetitive behaviors.

This paper treats with the reliability assessment of a Repairable Multi-State System (RMSS) by means of a Nonhomogeneous Continuous-Time Markov Chain (NH-CTMC). A RMSS run on different operating conditions that may be considered acceptable or unacceptable according to a defined demand level. In these cases, the commonly used technique is Homogeneous Continuous-Time Markov Chain (H-CTMC), since its solution is mathematically tractable. However, the H-CMTC involve that the time between state transitions is exponentially distributed, and the failure and repair rates are constants. It's certainly not true if the system components age with the operation or if the repair activities depend on the instant of time when the failure occurred. In these cases, the failure and repair rates are time-varying and the NH-CTMC is needed to be considered. Nevertheless, for these models the analytical solution may not exist and the use of others techniques is required. This paper proposes the use of an Equivalent Systems Dynamics Model (ESDM) to model a NH-CTMC. A ESDM represent the Markov Model (MM) by means of the language and the tools of the Systems Dynamics (SD), and the results are obtained by simulation. As an example, an RMSS with three components, failure rates associated with the Weibull distribution and repair rates associated with the Log-logistic distribution is developed. This example serves to identify the advantages and disadvantages of a ESDM to make model a RMSS and evaluate some reliability measures.

Abstract In this study, graphene colloids were prepared using the electric spark discharge method (ESDM) with graphite rods (99.9% purity) in deionized water (DW) at a normal temperature and pressure. Five different types of graphene colloids were prepared using an electrical discharge machine (EDM) with five different pulse cycle switching times (Ton:Toff ) = 10:10, 30:30, 50:50, 70:70, and 90:90 μs. According to the Ultraviolet-visible spectra (UV-Vis) and Zetasizer analysis, the results showed that the 10:10 μs parameter was the most suitable for the preparation of graphene colloids. UV-Vis was also used to detect the concentration of the graphene colloids; a comparison with a graphene oxide (GO) confirmed that this method could be used to calculate the discharge time needed to produce graphene colloids with different concentrations in the ESDM process.

The population in this study amounted to 391 employees 198 samples were then taken using a sampling technique the sample is Simple Random Sampling with the Slovin formula. The type of data is data primary and data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been first tested with a test of validity and reliability. Analysis technique the data is multiple linear regression, t test, f test, and determination test. Based on the results of the analysis with statistical tools SPSS V 20 can be used it was concluded that the work environment (X1) and work discipline (X2) variables are good partially (singly) or simultaneously (together) influential significant impact on employee performance (Y) at the Department of Public Works, Housing and ESDM DIY.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to explore the impact of affective appraisal dimensions on the use of two ecologically rational, social heuristics: imitate the majority (IMH) and imitate the best (IBH) during an entrepreneurial strategic decision-making process (ESDM). Design/methodology/approach The authors test the hypotheses in a controlled field experiment, on a final sample of 98 entrepreneurs. Findings The study shows that entrepreneurs experiencing affect described by certainty appraisal display a preference for relying on IMH, but not on IBH. Moreover, entrepreneurs who experience unpleasant affect tend to rely more on IMH, rather than IBH. The reverse is true for the entrepreneurs who experience positive affect. Finally, the use of IMH is most likely under unpleasant and certain affect, while the use of IBH is most likely under pleasant and certain affect. Originality/value The main contribution of this study is that it provides initial support for the impact of affective appraisal dimensions on the use of ecologically rational heuristics (i.e. heuristics that save important resources, but bring beneficial results) during an ESDM process.

Abstract:
This is a study of an antimicrobial test, including yeast, Aspergillus Niger, and Aspergillus Flavus, on a nanosilver colloid solution. The antibiosis is compared with a standard silver ion solution at the same concentration as in the experimental process. This study proved that the nanosilver colloid prepared by the electrical spark discharge method (ESDM) is free of any chemical additives, has a microbial control effect, and that the effect is much better than the Ag+ standard solution at the same concentration. 3M Count Plate (YM) is used to test and observe the colony counts. The microbial control test for yeast, Aspergillus Niger, and Aspergillus Flavus is implemented in the nanosilver colloid. In addition to Aspergillus flavus, an Ag+ concentration of 16 ppm is enough to inhibit the growth of the samples. At the same concentration, the nanosilver colloid has a much better microbial control effect than the Ag+ standard solution, which may be because the nanoparticle can release Ag+ continuously, so the solution using the ESDM has a more significant microbial control effect.

Tujuan kajian ini yaitu pengembangan model logika evaluasi program pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) bidang energi dan sumber daya mineral (ESDM) terkait dengan isu pengarusutamaan gender. Pengembangan model menggunakan pendekatan kiri ke kanan atau logika maju. Hasilnya adalah sebuah model awal berdasarkan hasil penyusunan model yang dilakukan secara berulang-ulang untuk mendapat hasil yang mirip dengan kondisi nyata pengembangan SDM responsif gender. Outcome program yang diharapkan dengan meningkatnya partisipasi perempuan dalam mengikuti kegiatan pengembangan SDM seperti diklat/penyuluhan, bimbingan teknis, dan forum komunikasi adalah meningkatnya kompetensi dan kontribusi perempuan dalam pengelolaan sektor ESDM di unit kerjanya. Model ini dapat digunakan untuk evaluasi dan disempurnakan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan masukan ide pemangku kepentingan. Logic model is a tool for telling the program in order to facilitate the evaluation. In a simple way, this model consists of the interrelation among the input-activity-output-outcome elements. This research aims to analyse the development of logic model for evaluating the human resources develoment in energy and mineral resources sectors related to the gender mainstreaming issue. It is developed through left-toright approach or forward logic. The result of study is the initial model based on the model development iteratively to achieve such outcomes the closest to the real conditions in gender-responsive human resources development. Expected program outcomes with increasing women’s participation in the following human resource development activities such as training, technical assistance, and the communication forum are increasing competence and role of women in the management of energy and mineral resources sector. This model can be used to evaluation process and enhanced in accordance with the needs and inputs from the stakeholders.

Pemerintah menargetkan 10.300 desa teraliri listrik pada 2019. Pada 2019, peningkatan rasio elektrifikasi nasional ditargetkan menjadi 97 persen. Melalui Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM), meluncurkan Program Indonesia Terang (PIT) dalam rangka memenuhi target peningkatan rasio elektrifikasi nasional dari 85 persen pada tahun 2015 menjadi 97 persen di tahun 2019. PIT juga menjadi bagian dari target pemerintah yang menyediakan akses penerangan bagi masyarakat Indonesia secara merata melalui pembangunan pembangkit 35.000 MW. Dalam rilis pers Kementerian ESDM pada 28 Februari 2016, disebutkan bahwa hingga saat ini, masih ada 12.659 desa tertinggal yang belum memperoleh akses listrik dari jaringan Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN), bahkan 2.519 desa diantaranya belum terlistriki sama sekali. Desa-desa ini sebagian besar tersebar di Provinsi Papua dan di kawasan Indonesia Timur lainnya. Populasi penduduk rata-rata sedikit dengan tingkat kepadatan yang rendah, akibatnya membangun jaringan listrik menjadi sangat mahal dan membuat hitung-hitungan ekonomi menjadi rugi. Pemerintah perlu memberikan perhatian lebih khusus kepada masyarakat di desa-desa tertinggal ini supaya mereka dapat segera terlayani listrik, tanpa kebijakan dan aksi yang berpihak, desa-desa tersebut mustahil bisa mengakses listrik sesuai target yang telah dicanangkan.

Berhubung penyediaan air bersih dari PDAM tidak memadai, maka preferensi kawasan industri bergeser ke alternatif lain yaitu sumber air tanah. Pemanfaatan maupun pengawasan upaya konservasi dan pendayagunaan air tanah, belum terselenggara dengan sebagaimana mestinya. Melihat permasalahan tersebut maka diangkat research question yaitu bagaimana pengawasan pemanfaatan dan upaya konservasi air tanah di Kawasan Industri Kota Semarang? Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji pengawasan pemanfaatan air tanah oleh pemerintah di kawasan industri Kota Semarang. Guna mencapai tujuan ini maka pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan model deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan responden yaitu pengelola kawasan industri, Dinas ESDM Propinsi Jawa Tengah, Dinas PSDA Kota Semarang, BLH Kota Semarang, dan DPKD Kota Semarang. Analisisnya meliputi analisis karakteristik industri yang memanfaatkan air tanah dilihat dari jenis dan jumlah industri, volume kebutuhan, jumlah sumur dan kedalamannya, ketersediaan jaringan PDAM, dan lokasi industri. Analisis berikutnya yaitu analisis pengawasan pemanfaatan sumber daya air tanah oleh BLH Kota Semarang, ESDM propinsi Jawa Tengah, PSDA Kota Semarang, dan DPKD Kota Semarang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian ini diketahui bahwa seluruh kawasan industri memiliki kecenderungan untuk memanfaatkan air tanah dibandingkan air PDAM. Namun, banyak pengelola kawasan tidak dapat menunjukkan surat izin sumur artesis yang dioperasikan dan belum melakukan upaya konservasi. Penelitian juga menunjukkan PSDA Kota, ESDM Propinsi, dan BLH Kota belum melakukan pengawasan rutin ke unit-unit industri terkait aktivitas pemanfaatan air tanah, sehingga tingkat pengawasannya dianggap lemah. Apabila temuan penelitian ini tidak segera diperbaiki dengan sungguh-sungguh, maka potensi ancaman krisis air dapat terjadi di Kota Semarang. Dalam rangka mengantisipasi potensi dampak pemanfaatan air tanah yang tidak berlangsung dengan sebagaimana mestinya, maka penelitian ini menawarkan rekomendasi yaitu : pengelola kawasan industri perlu meningkatkan disiplin pencatatan dan pelaporan berbagai karakteristik pemanfaatan dan upaya konservasi pendayagunaan air tanah sesuai peraturan perundangan yang sudah ada; instansi terkait perlu meningkatkan mutu pengawasan pemanfaatan air tanah; peneliti/penggiat pelestarian air tanah perlu melakukan penelitian yang lebih komprehensif guna menemukan kondisi riil air tanah pada saat ini di kawasan industri Kota Semarang.</p><p class="Abstract"> </p>

Objective To systematically evaluate evidence for the use of interventions based on appied behavior analysis (ABA) to manage various symptoms of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).Methods Sensitivity analyses were conducted by removing any outlying studies and subgroup analyses were performed to compare the effectiveness of ABA and early start denver model (ESDM), picture exchange communication systems (PECS) and discrete trial training (DTT).Results 14 randomized control trials of 555 participants were included in this meta-analysis. The overall standardized mean difference was d=-0.36 (95% CI -1.31, 0.58; Z=0.75, p=0.45) for autism general symptoms, d=0.11 (95% CI -0.31, 0.54; Z=0.52, p=0.60) for socialization, d=0.30 (95% CI -0.02, 0.61; Z=1.84, p=0.07) for communication and d=-3.52 (95% CI -6.31, -0.72; Z=2.47, p=0.01) for expressive language, d=-0.04 (95% CI -0.44, 0.36; Z=0.20, p=0.84) for receptive language. Those results suggested outcomes of socialization, communication and expressive language may be promising targets for ABA-based interventions involving children with ASD. However, significant effects for the outcomes of autism general symptoms, receptive language, adaptive behavior, daily living skills, IQ, verbal IQ, nenverbal IQ, restricted and repetitive behavior, motor and cognition were not observed.Conclusion The small number of studies included in the present study limited the ability to make inferences when comparing ABA, ESDM, PECS and DTT interventions for children with ASD.

This study used the Electric Spark Discharge Method (ESDM) to prepare nano-Ti colloid. The results showed that the process efficiency increased according to the current and selecting different discharge periods (TON-TOFF). The preparation process is pollution-free and very contributive to using TiO2 for photocatalytic reaction to degrade organic compounds. This study used 99.9% pure Ti metal to examine the effects of different discharge parameter settings on the photocatalysis of methylene blue. The experimental results showed that the discharge period (TON-TOFF) has an effect on the characteristics of the prepared nano-Ti colloid but affects its concentration. The nano-Ti colloid, as prepared under different parameters, has poor photocatalytic reaction with methylene blue at the concentration of 50 mg/L. The nano-Ti colloid does not have favorable effect on degrading methylene blue above 50 mg/L. For degrading methylene blue at a low concentration of 10 mg/L, the 100-100 nano-Ti parameter is preferable. For degrading methylene blue at a high concentration of 30 mg/L, nano-Ti colloid with TON exceeding 100 and TOFF fixed at 100 is better. As the nano-Ti colloid prepared by ESDM was free of chemical agents, when TiO2 was used in photocatalytic reaction to degrade organic compounds, there was no secondary pollution to the environment.

A Revista da ESDM apresenta essa edição número 10 em seção temática relativa ao Patrimônio Histórico e Cultural, reunindo sete artigos de autores mestres e doutores, trazendo conteúdos que congregam contribuições para o debate interdisciplinar. A importância da preservação do Patrimônio Histórico é indiscutível, é comando constitucional e legal, e deve ser levada a sério não apenas pelo Estado e pelos governantes, mas pela sociedade em geral e seus cidadãos. O legado de nossos antepassados é parte da nossa história e da nossa cultura. O Brasil, embora com história relativamente recente, em comparação com países dos continentes europeu e asiático, possui magnífico potencial em bens de natureza material e imaterial. No entanto, a importância dada à valorização, preservação e divulgação desse patrimônio em geral é pífia e irrelevante. Não assumimos nossa responsabilidade na defesa e preservação de nossa memória, nosso patrimônio e nossa tradição. Pichamos nossos monumentos e edificações e degradamos espaços públicos. Deixamos prédios de alto valor histórico e(ou) arquitetônico se degradarem até não ser mais possível sua restauração. O Brasil, apesar da sua extensão territorial, belezas naturais e rico patrimônio cultural, ocupa apenas o 41º lugar em número de visitantes, 6,62 milhões no ano de 2018. Não investe adequadamente na divulgação de seu potencial, deixando de atrair um contingente turístico capaz de alavancar sua economia, ampliando a geração, tão carente, de empregos formais. Por isso é que devemos lutar, não apenas pela preservação, mas igualmente pela valorização e divulgação do que temos de valor, mantendo nosso patrimônio e também construindo para as gerações futuras. São a história e a referência da cultura que caracterizam a identidade de uma região. Assim se estará contribuindo com a memória e identidade urbanas, fazendo de nossas cidades conscientes do valor do seu passado. Entendemos, portanto, que é preciso uma séria reflexão, para maior agilidade e efetividade na proteção do patrimônio histórico, bem como para o seu adequado aproveitamento, não apenas em nível municipal, mas também estadual e federal. As tragédias anunciadas com incêndios ocorridos no Mercado Público de Porto Alegre em 2013, no Museu da Língua Portuguesa, em São Paulo em 2015, no Museu Nacional do Rio de Janeiro em 2018, não podem ser esquecidas. Devemos questionar: - Qual a importância que damos, como cidadãos e gestores públicos, à conservação de locais e edificações importantes da nossa cultura, que fazem parte de nosso patrimônio? E que atitudes podem ser tomadas para atingir tais objetivos? A reflexão e os questionamentos nessa área do patrimônio histórico devem ser constantes e qualificadas. Nesse sentido a ESDM une esforços à Associação Victorino Fabião Vieira–AVFV, um exemplo que tem mobilizado um expressivo número de cidadãos e entidades, preocupados com a preservação do Patrimônio e da Memória. A AVFV foi criada com o objetivo de salvar da degradação o Castelo Simões Lopes, em Pelotas, e como instituição está estruturada com objetivos bem específicos: Legislação Patrimonial, Educação Patrimonial, Restauração e Preservação e Turismo Cultural. Nos últimos anos, com o apoio de entidades e órgãos públicos e privados, promoveu, três seminários nacionais em Porto Alegre sobre Preservação do Patrimônio Histórico, motivando a participação da população em geral e de inúmeros estudantes e profissionais das mais diversas áreas do conhecimento. O sucesso desses eventos motivou a AVFV a realizar o “I Seminário Internacional Sobre Patrimônio Histórico”, dando continuidade a discussão interdisciplinar sobre esse tema. A presença de palestrantes de vários países da Europa e América do sul propiciou o diálogo, em âmbito Internacional, nas áreas da Educação e Legislação Patrimonial, Ciência e Restauração/Conservação e Turismo Cultural. Pelo histórico de sucesso dos seminários anteriores e pela importância dos objetivos e desafios do atual foi possível a realização deste evento internacional, viabilizado pelo apoio da Assembleia Legislativa do RS, ESAPERGS, UFRGS, IPHAN, Escola da AGU, CMS e ESDM. A participação de pesquisadores de todo o Brasil foi expressiva, com o envio de trabalhos qualificados, com temas relacionados a quatro eixos temáticos adotados para a seleção dos trabalhos. As revistas da ESDM-Escola Superior de Direito Municipal e do IHGRS-Instituto Histórico e Geográfico do RS disponibilizam espaço em suas publicações para os artigos selecionados, possibilitando o amplo conhecimento dos temas de relevância apresentados no seminário o que, certamente, deverá estimular outros pesquisadores a dedicar ainda mais atenção às ações semelhantes. Energy Monitoring System (EMS) is a web-based solution to monitor energy usage in a building. The research methods used are the analysis, prototype design and testing. EMSconsists of hardware which consists of electrical sensors, temperature-humidity sensor, and a computer. Data on EMS are designed using Modbus protocol, stored in MySQL database application, and displayed on charts through Dashboard on LED TV using PHP programming.

ABSTRAKSemen adalah serbuk atau tepung yang terbuat dari kapur dan material lainnya yang dipakai untuk membuat beton, merekatkan batu bata ataupun membuat tembok (Kamus Besar Bahasa Indonesia, 2008). Semen merupakan suatu bahan yang bersifat hidrolis, yaitu bahan yang akan mengalami proses pengerasan pada pencampurannya dengan air ataupun larutan asam. Bahan baku pembuatan semen antara lain : clinker/terak semen sebanyak 70% - 95% (hasil olahan pembakaran batu kapur, pasir silika, pasir besi dan tanah liat), gypsum 5% dan material tambahan lain (batu kapur, pozzolan, abu terbang dan lain- lain). Seiiring dengan peningkatan pembangunan insfrastruktur yang menjadi fokus Pemerintah saat ini, maka kebutuhan bahan baku bangunan khususnya semen mengalami peningkatan. Peningkatan kebutuhan ini membuat perusahaan semen meningkatkan produksi yang pada akhirnya juga akan mengurangi cadangan batugamping yang ada di alam. Sumber daya geologi terdiri atas sumber daya mineral, sumber daya energi, sumber daya air, dan bentang alam. Batugamping sebagai salah satu bahan baku dominan pembuatan semen merupakan sumber daya mineral dan bentang alam yang harus dilindungi. Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Alam sejak tahun 2012 telah menerbitkan aturan terkait pemanfaatan dan perlindungan Kawasan Bentang Alam Karst (Permen ESDM N0. 17 Tahun 2012). Perlindungan terhadap Kawasan Bentang Alam Karst bertujuan untuk melindungi fungsinya sebagai pengatur alami tata air dan keunikan/nilai ilmiah dalam pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan. Sedangkan upaya pemanfaatan sebagai bahan galian maupun bahan baku industri diatur deliniasinya, sehingga tidak menganggu zona konservasi. Diharapkan dengan keluarnya Permen ESDM N0. 17 Tahun 2012 dapat menjadi solusi bagi pemanfaatan dan perlindungan Kawasan Bentang Alam Karst di Indonesia. Meanwhile, the delineation of utilization efforts as minerals and industrial raw materials is regulated so that it does not disturb the conservation zone. Expected with the regulations (Permen ESDM No. 17 of 2012) can be a solution for the use and protection of the Karst Landscape in Indonesia. Industri konstruksi dan bangunan bertanggung jawab atas lebih dari 35% konsumsi energi di dunia dan menghasilkan hampir 40% emisi gas rumah kaca seperti CO2. Emisi CO2 berasal dari konsumsi energi bangunan dimana lebih dari 65% yang masih bersumber dari bahan bakar fosil. Near Zero-Energy Building (nZEB) adalah sistem bangunan yang memiliki efisiensi energi tinggi dan dapat menghasilkan listrik secara mandiri dari sumber energi terbarukan, sehingga mengurangi biaya operasional dari tagihan listrik tahunan secara signifikan di dalam umur pakainya. Pembangunan berkonsep ini akan menambah biaya konstruksi awal untuk penerapan desain hemat energi dan sistem pembangkit energi terbarukan pada bangunan. Kelayakan finansial bangunan dengan desain seperti ini diukur dengan metode analisis Life Cycle Cost yang juga memperhitungkan biaya operasional sepanjang umur pakainya. Insentif energi terbarukan merupakan faktor penting dalam analisis kelayakan finansial karena insentif ini secara langsung mengurangi biaya operasional (biaya listrik tahunan) bangunan. Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) telah menerbitkan peraturan baru mengenai besaran insentif yang diberikan kepada pemilik bangunan yang memasang pembangkit listrik dari sumber terbarukan. Perlu ada kajian mengenai dampak finansial dari diterbitkannya peraturan baru ini terhadap nilai finansial nZEB sebagai sebuah sistem bangunan utuh yang terintegrasi dengan pembangkit energi dari sumber terbarukan, terutama bangunan pemukiman padat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membandingkan kelayakan finansial nZEB yang menggunakan peraturan tahun 2013, dengan Peraturan Kementerian ESDM no. 49 tahun 2018, pada bangunan pemukiman padat berkonsep desain nZEB. Penelitian ini menemukan nilai kelayakan finansial konsep desain nZEB di bawah peraturan insentif tahun 2013 lebih besar daripada di bawah peraturan tahun 2018.

Abstract Parent-mediated interventions for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) have elicited emerging interest among music therapists. A conceptual framework (reported elsewhere) delineated the incorporation of music to an established parent coaching model (Parent-Early Start Denver Model [P-ESDM];). The purpose of this study was to explore the feasibility of adapting the P-ESDM to a music-based parent coaching model. An alternating treatments design with a parent–child dyad was implemented, with music and non-music conditions in each treatment session. Behavioral video analysis of parental verbal and non-verbal responsiveness, child joint attention and verbal behaviors, and parent and therapist adherence to treatment provided quantitative data. A semi-structured follow-up interview with a parent addressed concerns, preferences, and suggestions for improvement. Parental verbal responsiveness seemed lower during the music condition, but non-verbal responsiveness increased notably during the music condition. Parent adherence to treatment was achieved in the sixth session. Child receptive joint attention increased in the music condition only, and initiating joint attention was higher in most sessions during the music condition. Parental comfort with the music did not seem ideal with the brief time allotted to training despite familiarity with the music. Music-based parent coaching to enhance social communication of preschoolers with ASD seems feasible. This study provides initial support to a conceptual framework of parent coaching of music interventions. Further research should investigate other methods to teach the music, alternative session schedules, and more precise measures of parental responsiveness.

ABSTRACTThe Center for Human Resources development for the ESDM Apparatus is a training institution that provides soft skills and hard skills training, so that PPSDMA can act as an example for other institutions within the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources. PPSDMA can adapt to ongoing changes, because it demands continuous innovation so that the organization can be sustainable. The purpose of this research is that PPSDMA can find out the current position of innovation, by measuring the organizational innovation stating point. This study classifies the dimensions and levels of innovation at PPSDMA, Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources. Each dimension was measured using a questionnaire to employees at PPSDMA. The results of the measurement of the eight innovation strategies are processed quantitatively and statistically and the minimum score is 2.54 and the maximum score is 3. 09. The average score obtained is 2.83 is a sufficient score, which is in the middle position so that PPSDMA is at the stating point as a hopeful innovator. PPSDMA has a spirit of innovation, even though the organization is inclined towards gradual improvement rather than making innovations that change internal business process patterns. Likewise, the organizational approach is still ad hoc and unstructured. PPSDMA should take a systematic view of the core strategic, customer-focused, and focus on the organizational factors needed for the innovation strategy and immediately look for "get it first" opportunities. Take the time to incorporate organizational learning and begin to define processes for continuous innovation. ABSTRAKPusat pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Aparatur ESDM merupakan Lembaga pelatihan yang memberikan pelatihan soft skill dan hard skill, sehingga PPSDMA dapat berlaku sebagai contoh bagi institusi lain di lingkungan kementerian ESDM. Tujuan penelitian ini agar PPSDMA dapat mengetahui posisi inovasi saat ini, melalui pengukuran stating point inovasi organisasi. Penelitian ini mengelompokan dimensi dan tingkat inovasi di PPSDMA, Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral. Masing masing dimensi diukur dengan menggunakan quesioner terhadap pegawai di PPSDMA. Hasil pengukuran delapan strategi inovasi, diolah secara kuatitatif dan statistic dan didapat skor minimal diangka 2.54 dan maksimal 3. 09. Skor rata rata yang didapat 2.83 merupakan skor cukup, yaitu di posisi tengah sehingga PPSDMA ada pada stating point sebagai hopeful innovator. PPSDMA memiliki semangat inovasi, meskipun organisasi condong ke perbaikan bertahap daripada melakukan inovasi yang mengubah pola internal business process. Begitu pula, pendekatan organisasi masih bersifat ad hoc dan tidak terstruktur. PPSDMA sebaiknya mengambil pandangan sistematis dari strategis inti, fokus pada pelanggan, dan fokus pada faktor organisasi yang diperlukan, untuk strategi inovasi dan segera mencari peluang "capai yang mudah lebih dulu". Listrik merupakan sumber daya energi yang strategis dan sangat penting bagi hajat hidup rakyat banyak. Pemerintah sudah berusaha untuk membebaskan Indonesia dari krisis energi listrik dan berupaya mencari alternatif penggunaan energi baru dan terbarukan (EBT). Pemerintah telah berkomitmen bahwa EBT akan terus dikembangkan untuk menjamin ketahanan energi di Indonesia serta memenuhi permintaan listrik yang kian bertambah. Pemerintah menetapkan target 23% porsi energi bersih dalam bauran energi nasional di tahun 2025 dan 31% pada tahun 2030 melalui Kebijakan Energi Nasional (KEN) dan Rencana Umum Energi Nasional (RUEN). Pemerintah telah menerbitkan Peraturan Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral Nomor 50 Tahun 2017 tentang Pemanfaatan Sumber Energi Terbarukan Untuk Penyediaan Tenaga Listrik (selanjutnya disebut Permen ESDM 50/2017) sebagaimana diubah Peraturan Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya mineral Nomor 53 Tahun 2018 tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral Nomor 50 Tahun 2017 tentang Pemanfaatan Sumber Energi Terbarukan untuk Penyediaan Tenaga Listrik (Permen ESDM 53/2018) yang masih mengalami kendala dalam implementasinya. Beberapa persoalan tersebut diantaranya adalah bagaimana tata kelola EBT di Indonesia, faktor penyebab pertumbuhan pengelolaan EBT yang belum optimal, kebijakan peraturan perundang-undangan terkait EBT di sektor ketenagalistrikan yang perlu dievaluasi. Kajian ini menggunakanpendekatan deskriptif analitis dengan menggunakan metode yuridis normatif yaitu menganalisas norma hukum yang terdapat dalam peraturan perundang-undangan dan implementasinya di lapangan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa saat ini perkembangan EBT di Indonesia masih menghadapi banyak tantangan yang tercermin dari lambatnya pertumbuhan kontribusi EBT terhadap pasokan energi nasional. Faktor lambannya pertumbuhan EBT disebabkan beberapa hal antara lain Permen 50/2017 mengalami banyak kendala dalam implementasinya, baik dari sisi pembiayaan, kepastian hukum, teknologi dan keadilan.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of organizational climate, work discipline, and leadership on job satisfaction of the employees of the Office of Manpower and Energy of Mineral Resources of Bali Province. The population of this study is all permanent employees of the Office of Manpower and Energy Mineral Resources of Bali Province. Sampling in this study used a saturated or census sample technique, in which the entire study population will be selected to be sampled. The total number of permanent employees of the Department of Manpower and Energy of Mineral Resources of Bali Province is 75 people, so the number of samples used in this research is 75 people. The data collected in this study were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The result of the analysis shows that organization climate, work discipline, and leadership have positive and significant influence to the job satisfaction of the employee of the Department of Manpower and Energy of Mineral Resources of Bali Province. The better the organizational climate, the higher the attitude of employee discipline and the better the leadership in the Office of Manpower and Energy Mineral Resources of Bali Province will further increase job satisfaction perceived employee

Tulisan ini membahas Peraturan Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral terkait Penggunaan Sistem Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya Atap oleh Konsumen PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero). Peraturan ini memberi kewenangan yang luas kepada PLN, dari izin instalasi hingga pembelian kelebihan tenaga dengan potongan harga, yang secara praktis menempatkan masyarakat dan kelestarian lingkungan hidup pada posisi yang lebih lemah dibanding dengan pembangkit listrik komersial. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis apakah persepsi tentang perubahan struktur organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Direktorat Jenderal Energi Baru, Terbarukan, dan Konservasi Energi, Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui survey dan kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan teknik regresi linear sederhana, analisis korelasi dan uji determinasi. Persepsi tentang perubahan struktur organisasi mencakup strategi dan sistem, teknologi, penataan fisik dan sumber daya manusia (Robbin, 2012:46). Kinerja pegawai mencakup kuantitas kerja, kualitas kerja, kerja sama, tanggung jawab dan inisiatif (AP Mangkunegara, 2011:9). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan sesuai untuk menjelaskan bahwa persepsi tentang perubahan struktur organisasi mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai determinannya sebesar 94,7% dalam persamaan garis regresi Ŷ = 3,824 + 0,973X. Coal Losses merupakan proses hilangnya batubara yang terjadi pada saat proses penambangan berlangsung sampai pada saat pengiriman batubara ke tujuan. Proses penambangan batubara seperti clean up roof batubara, proses pemuatan batubara, serta saat pengangkutan batubara menuju stockpile berpotensi menimbulkan coal losses. PT Kalimantan Prima Coal menetapkan coal recovery criteria sebesar 98,5%, lebih ketat dari yang ditetapkan Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) sebesar 90%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung coal losses pada proses clean up batubara, pemuatan batubara di loading point, dan pengangkutan batubara; mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya coal losses; dan memberi rekomendasi upaya penanganan coal losses.Penelitian dilakukan di Pit Inul Middle Panel 3 pada PT KPC bulan Mei dan Juni 2019. Ada lima seam batubara yang diamati, yaitu seam K17LR, K13, K12, K9 dan K4. PT KPC menggunakan survey yang dibandingkan dengan truck count untuk menghitung coal recovery. Total coal losses yang didapat dari setiap seam dibagi menjadi tiga proses penambangan batubara, yaitu coal losses pada saat clean up roof batubara, di loading point, dan saat hauling.Coal Losses yang didapatkan pada seam K17LR bulan Mei dan Juni 2019 sebesar 4,49% dan 3,93%; seam K13 bulan Mei dan Juni 2019 sebesar 2,83% dan 1,47%; seam K12 bulan Mei dan Juni 2019 sebesar 3,57% dan 2,71%; seam K9 bulan Mei dan Juni 2019 sebesar 4,24% dan 4,15%; seam K4 bulan Mei dan Juni 2019 sebesar 4,3% dan 1,11%. Coal losses yang terjadi masih di atas dari kriteria yang diberikan oleh ESDM sehingga masih memenuhi batas kriteria. Persentase coal losses terbesar terjadi di loading point sehingga dilakukan simulasi pengurangan coal losses di loading point. Total losses 19.43% pada Bulan Mei and dan 13.38% pada Bulan Juni berhasil diturunkan menjadi 9,44% and 6,98%. Kata-kata kunci : batubara, recovery, clean up, loading point, hauling

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan publikasi Jurnal Geologi dan Sumberdaya Mineral periode 2014 – 2018. Dengan menggunakan metode bibliometric, penelitian ini menganalisis semua artikel yang diterbitkan oleh Jurnal Pusat Survei Geologi, Kementrian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral yang berjudul Jurnal Geologi dan Sumber Daya Mineral periode 2014 – 2018 sebanyak 100 judul. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sebaran artikel merata pada setiap volume dan nomor terbitan. Dengan jumlah artikel yang dipublikasikan sebanyak 100 judul, ditemukan pula pengarang berkolaborasi lebih banyak dibandingkan pengarang tunggal. Adapun pengarang paling produktif adalah Ronaldo Irzon dan Sigit Maryanto, dengan institusi penyumbang artikel terbanyak adalah Pusat Survei Geologi Badan Geologi Nasional Kementerian ESDM yaitu 73%, dan tren penelitian adalah berkaitan dengan struktur geologi.

Abstract Research has documented positive effects of parent-implemented interventions for children with autism. This article presents a new approach to family training in children with autism designed to precede intensive early intervention services for children 12-36 months. The Early Start Denver Model consists of 12 one hour per week sessions with families and children focusing on bringing the child into coordinated, interactive social relations, increasing the reward of social engagement, and developing play activities into joint activity routines. Results of a small-scale efficacy study indicate that parents acquired ESDM intervention techniques during the intervention and maintained these skills during follow up assessment. Additionally, children showed improvements for a variety of social and communicative behaviors.

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengungkapan (Disclosure) perusahaan setelah adanya peraturan menteri ESDM Nomor 7 Tahun 2012 dan Peraturan Menteri Keuangan Nomor 75/PMK.011/2012 di perusahaan tambang Indonesia. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2010-2014 dengan total perusahaan pertambangan 184. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software STATA 14.0. praktik Corporate Governance dan struktur kepemilikan merupakan variable yang akan diuji apakah akan berpengaruh pada pengungkapan dengan varibel kontrol size, ROA, dan leverage. Hasil dari regresi menunjukkan bahwa pasca adanya peraturan pemerintah tentang perusahaan tambang dapat diketahui variabel praktik corporate governance dan variabel struktur kepemilikan tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap banyak sedikitnya pengungkapan yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan tambang.

<p>Secara geologi Indonesia berada di zona Sabuk Api atau busur vulkanik yang merupakan produk konvergensi berupa subduksi antara lempeng Samudra Hindia-Australia dengan lempeng benua Asia berdasarkan konsep Tektonik lempeng. Potensi Panas bumi Indonesia tercatat sebagai yang terbesar ketiga di dunia dengan potensi cadangan 40%, Direktorat Inventarisasi Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) mengidentifikasi 256 daerah panas bumi dengan total potensi mencapai atau sekira 28.617 MW Penggunaan potensi panas bumi Indonesia hingga Tahun 2016 baru mencapai 4% atau sekira 1341 MW sehingga masih perlu ditingkatkan. Target pemerintah tentang kebijakan Energi Nasional terkait penggunaan energi terbarukan sebesar 25% pada tahun 2015, memicu peningkatan kegiatan pencarian dan eksplorasi panas bumi.Penyelidikan Direktorat Inventarisasi ESDM (2006) di Kabupaten Lembata, Nusa Tenggara Timur mencatat tiga lapangan potensi panas bumi yakni : Atadei, Roma dan Adum. Sumber panas bumi umumnya berasosiasi dengan gunungapi menjelang padam maupun masih aktif. Syarat terbentuknya panas bumi adalah adanya sumber panas (magma), batuan reservoir, batuan penudung dan akuifer. Hasil inventarisasi dan eksplorasi. Tulisan ini difokuskan pada perhitungan cadangan yakni energi panas bumi yang kenyataannya dapat diambil dan potensi listrik yang dapat dibangkitkan pada lapangan panas bumi X Kabupaten Lembata, Nusa Tenggara Timur. Tahapan awal dari upaya untuk mengetahui potensi energi panas bumi dimulai dari eksplorasi terencana dan terpadu yang meliputi kegiatan survey geologi, geokimia, geofisika, landaian suhu dan pemboran uji/eksplorasi panas bumi yang diakhiri dengan kegiatan pemboran sumur produksi serta pembangkit power plant untuk listrik jika hasil pemboran uji memberikan gambaran yang positif serta faktor kebutuhan akan energi/listrik.Cadangan energi panas bumi yang kenyataannya dapat diambil di Lapangan panas bumi X adalah 3,94 x 10 11 KJ dan besarnya potensi listrik yang dapat dibangkitkan adalah sebesar 41 Mwe Sehingga Lapangan panas bumi X prospek dan layak untuk dikembangkan sebagai Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Panas Bumi (PLTP), sehingga kebutuhan listrik masyarakat Kabupaten Lembata sebesar 5 Mwe dapat terpenuhi.</p><p><em>Geologically, Indonesia is in the zone of ring of Fire or volcanic arc which is a product of convergence in the form of subduction between the Indian-Australian Ocean plate and the Asian continent plate based on the plate tectonic concept. Indonesia's geothermal potential is recorded as the third largest in the world with a potential reserve of 40%, the Directorate of Mineral Resources Inventory (ESDM) identified 256 geothermal areas with a total potential reaching or approximately 28,617 MW The use of Indonesia's geothermal potential until 2016 only reached 4% or approximately 1341 MW so that it still needs to be improved. The government's target of the National Energy policy related to the use of renewable energy by 25% in 2015, triggers an increase in geothermal exploration and exploration activities. </em><em>The investigation of the ESDM Inventory Directorate (2006) in Lembata Regency, East Nusa Tenggara recorded three geothermal potential fields namely: Atadei, Roma and Adum. Geothermal sources are generally associated with near-extinguished volcanoes or are still active. Requirements for geothermal formation are the existence of heat sources (magma), reservoir rocks, capstone and aquifers. Inventory and exploration results. This paper is focused on the calculation of reserves, namely the fact that geothermal energy can be extracted and the potential electricity that can be generated in the geothermal of X field, Lembata Regency, East Nusa Tenggara. The initial stages of the effort to determine the potential for geothermal energy starts from planned and integrated exploration which includes geological, geochemical, geophysical surveying, temperature slope and geothermal test/ exploration drilling which ends with the production well drilling and power plant for electricity if the results test drilling provides a positive picture and energy/electricity demand factors. </em><em>Reserve of geothermal energy which in fact can be taken in the geothermal field X is 3.94 x 1011 KJ and the amount of potential electricity that can be generated is 41 Mwe so that the geothermal of X field prospects and feasible to be developed as a Geothermal Power Plant (PLTP) so that the electricity needs of the Lembata Regency community of 5 MWe can be fulfilled.</em></p>

APRESENTAÇÃO Quando demos início ao trabalho da Revista da ESDM, há três anos, realizamos um esforço conjunto para elevar os temas do Direito Municipal a um patamar acadêmico destacado no cenário nacional. Dessa forma, conduzimos a Revista de modo que seja atrativa ao meio acadêmico do Stricto sensu e possa ser instrumento de debate qualificado na área do Direito Municipal, servindo a todos os Procuradores do Município do Brasil, em especial com o relato dos debates científicos dos que se dedicam à pesquisa em nível de mestrado e doutorado. Nesta linha de aprimoramento do conhecimento, é que apresentamos o número 6 da Revista da ESDM. Neste número 6 inserimos sete artigos livres que abordam diferentes temáticas, em uma perspectiva nacional e internacional, com conteúdos que congregam novas contribuições para o debate na área do Direito Municipal e áreas afins. Abre a edição o texto “Analisis económico del terrorismo”, no qual Paulo Roberto B. Oliveira aborda o tratamento jurídico dos marcos internacionais sobre a preocupação com o terrorismo e as consequências nos países que precisam se adaptar a esta violência, especialmente quando se realizam grandes eventos públicos. Francielly Aparecida Pinto Hoffmann e Romulo André Alegretti de Oliveira, no artigo “Aplicabilidade do instituto da guarda de animal de estimação em casos de litígio familiar”, abordam questões de direito civil (familiar) trazendo a discussão sobre a guarda de animais de estimação no momento da separação do casal, sendo reflexo da sociedade complexa que criou estruturas para discussão do tema. O entrelaçamento entre igualdade e tributação, especialmente no que se refere ao dever de pagar impostos, é analisado por Geórgia Teixeira Jezler Campello no artigo “Igualdade, Justiça e Tributação”, pelo estudo da igualdade, da sua relação com a justiça e os seus efeitos na tributação. Emerson de Lima Pinto, em “O ambiente do Constitucionalismo Social: a experiência original do México e seus reflexos depois de um século”, aborda o Constitucionalismo Social a partir da Constituição Mexicana por meio da interseção entre jurídico, político e histórico. Ainda nesta seção, com o texto “Poder de Polícia Ambiental”, Cíntia Schmidt procura mostrar como “o exercício do poder de polícia deve estar em consonância com o direito fundamental à boa administração pública e ao meio ambiente ecologicamente equilibrado”, na visão sistemática do “novo Direito Administrativo Ambiental”. Alejandra Pastorini, Ana Carolina Perdigão, Aparecida Tavares da Silva e Sara Izabeliza Moreira Lima, no artigo “Segurança para quem? Unidade de Polícia Pacificadora e gestão da pobreza”, apresentam reflexão importante para a concretização dos direitos sociais e do Estado Democrático de Direito, com base em pesquisa de campo que permite compreender a complexidade das políticas de segurança pública Fechando a seção, Gabriela M. Lema Icasuriaga, em “Territórios silenciados: segurança e controle numa cidade “pós olímpica”, discute a estratégia de segurança pública após a indicação da cidade do Rio de Janeiro para sede da Copa Mundial de Futebol em 2014 e dos Jogos Olímpicos de 2016, refletindo sobre a iniciativa pacificadora das favelas cariocas.
