Mettant l’accent sur l’instabilité de sa conception du langage, qui oscille entrele régime du signe et le régime du discours, on montre que la particularité de sa pratiqueréside dans une tension dialectique entre l’historique et le métaphysique. L’analyse de lapensée du langage, dont relèvent tous les systèmes de signifiance, permet de maintenir lasystématicité de l’oeuvre, mais aussi de dégager son mode de fonctionnement. Tout ensuivant la démarche tâtonnante de Claude Esteban, qui s’est manifestée dans le choix del’essai comme forme critique, on privilégie son point de vue historique sur l’art et lalittérature, qui s'attache à mettre en évidence la valeur propre des oeuvres, leur spécificité
The study reflects on the work of Claude Esteban, including his poetics, translation theoryand literary and artistic criticism. Emphasising the instability of Esteban’s conception oflanguage, which fluctuates between a focus on signs and a focus on discourse, we showthat the specificity of his work lies in a dialectic tension between history andmetaphysics. An analysis of his approach to language – on which all systems of meaningare based – preserves the systematic nature of Esteban’s work while also revealing how itworks. El treball reconstrueix la trajectòria professional d’Esteban Salazar Chapela des dels seus inicis fins l’acabament de la guerra civil. L’anàlisi de l’esmentat corpus (ressenyes critiques, articles d’opinió i obres narratives) permet determinar les principals característiques de la seva obra literària i periodística, conèixer les seves conviccions estètiques i ideològiques al llarg de més d’una dècada i precisar la influència que va rebre d’algunes de les figures més rellevants d’aquest període, entre les quals es troba José Ortega y Gasset. L’estudi de la seva vinculació a les principals publicacions periòdiques d’aquell moment, de la seva intervenció als debats públics que van sorgir durant els anys vint i els anys trenta i de les relacions personals i professionals que va mantenir llavors ajuden a situar la seva producció i el seu treball en el context en el qual es van desenvolupar, una època que ha estat revisada a partir del camí recorregut per l’escriptor.
El trabajo reconstruye la trayectoria profesional de Esteban Salazar Chapela desde sus inicios hasta la finalización de la guerra civil. El análisis de dicho corpus (reseñas críticas, artículos de opinión y obras narrativas) permite establecer las principales características de su obra literaria y periodística, así como conocer sus convicciones estéticas e ideológicas a lo largo de más de una década y precisar la influencia que tuvieron en él algunas de las figuras más relevantes del mencionado período, entre las que se encuentra José Ortega y Gasset. El estudio de su vinculación a las principales publicaciones periódicas del momento, de su intervención en los debates públicos que surgieron durante las décadas de los veinte y de los treinta y de las relaciones personales y profesionales que mantuvo entonces ayudan a situar su producción y su trabajo en el contexto en el que se desarrollaron, una época que ha sido revisada siguiendo el camino recorrido por el escritor.
This paper reconstructs the career of Esteban Salazar Chapela from the very beginning until the end of the civil war. The analysis of such corpus (critical reviews, opinion articles and narrative works) allows to establish the main features of his literary and journalistic works and get to know his aesthetic and ideologic convictions along more than a decade. It also allows to specify the influence that some of the most relevant figures of the mentioned period had in him. José Ortega y Gasset is one of these relevant figures. The study of his links with the main periodical publications of that time, of his intervention in the public debates that arose during the twenties and the thirties and of the personal and professional relationships that he had at that time are helpful in order to set his production and his work in the context in which it developed, a time that has been gone through by following the writer’s footsteps.

Abstract:
Se reconstruye la Biblioteca de la Compañía de Jesús del Colegio de San Esteban de Murcia. A través del estudio del inventario del fondo bibliográfico, realizado con motivo de la expulsión de los Jesuitas en 1767 por orden de Carlos III, se establece una metodología de trabajo para proceder a la identificación y clasificación de los títulos y las ediciones. El resultado es un "catálogo concordado", en base a la información que, sobre los libros, ofrece el inventario y las descripciones bibliográficas de los mismos, relacionado con las enseñanzas, regladas por el sistema educativo de los Jesuitas, habitualmente practicadas en los colegios de la Orden.
The Society of Jesus Library at the San Esteban School in Murcia is being reconstructed. A work plan has been developed in order to identify and classify titles and editions, based on a study of the inventory of the library's collection drawn up when the Jesuits were expelled on the orders of Carlos III in 1767. Using this methodology, an "inventory catalogue" has been drawn up, based on the information provided by the original inventory on the books and their bibliographical descriptions, which deals with the teachings habitually imparted in the Order's schools, in accordance with the Jesuit system of education.

Parmi les nombreux sculpteurs francais qui affluent en espagne dans la premiere partie du xvie siecle, etienne jamet, ne a orleans en 1515 et devenu esteban jamete, se remarque pour trois grandes raisons: - contemporain de juan de juni et eleve de felipe vigarny, deux autres francais, il s'en distingue par la continuite de son style classique et une hispanisation limitee a la profusion et au gras du decor; sa sculpture toujours ornementale, sans pathos ni froideur, s'inscrit dans un cadre architectural rigoureux; - inspire par des humanistes, ses decors sculpturaux constituent le plus souvent des programmes ou les symboles a l'antique tiennent une grande part, traites dans un esprit italianisant; -suspect de lutheranisme, il est arrete par l'inquisition en 1557, et le texte de son proces fournit notamment son itineraire en espagne, partage entre dix ans d'errance de la vieille castille a l'andalousie, puis vingt ans de relatif isolement a cuenca ou il meurt en 1565; - ses oeuvres majeures sont au salvador d'ubeda et dans la cathedrale de cuenca
Among those french sculptors rushing to spain during the first part of the xvith century, etienne jamet, born in orleans (1515), becomes esteban jamete, and is to be remarked for three main reasons: -contemporaneous of juan de juni, apprentice of felipe vigarny, two other french artists, he differs from them by the continuity of his classical style and an hispanism limited to profuseness and thickness of the ornament, far from either pathos or coldness, and always included in rigorous architectural frames; - inspired by humanists, his sculptures constitute most of the time programmes where classical symbolism take a large part, and are dealt with in an italian spirit; - suspected of lutheranism, he is arrested by the inquisition in 1557, and the manuscript of his trial porvide us notably with his itinerary though spain, divided in ten years travelling from old castile to andalusia, then twenty years of relative isolation in cuenca, where he died in 1565. -his most important works are in the salvador church of ubeda and in the cathedral of cuenca

The following chapters investigate the significance of visual representations of poverty in the paintings by the Seville painter, Bartolomé Esteban Murillo (1617-1682) and their relationship to discourses on poverty of the period. During an active career spanning more than forty years which was based almost exclusively in Seville, Murillo’s paintings of poor people in both religious and genre paintings constitute the widest extant range of representations of the poor in Spanish art of the seventeenth century. By focusing on discourses on poverty of the period, the networks of charitable assistance which existed in Seville and the nature of the image at that time, this study explores the extent to which Murillo’s images of the poor express changing perceptions of the poor and poor relief in early modern Spanish culture. Through an examination of Murillo’s paintings of the Adoration of the Shepherds, c. 1665-1670, Wallace Collection, London, Saint Thomas of Villanueva Distributing Alms, 1665-1668, Museo de Bellas Artes, Seville, Saint Elizabeth, Queen of Hungary Attending the Sick, c. 1670, Church of the Hermandad de la Caridad, Seville, and Three Boys Playing Dice, c. 1679-1680, Alte Pinakothek, Munich, I have sought to expand upon other scholars’ interpretations of Murillo’s images to discuss what assumptions are drawn on in these images and what forms of engagement are being encouraged.

L’elaborato è incentrato sulla ricostruzione dei fatti del 26 settembre 2014, quando tre studenti della Scuola Normale rurale Raúl Isidro Burgos di Ayotzinapa, un piccolo paese nella regione messicana Guerrero, furono uccisi dalle forze dell’ordine, mentre altri furono sequestrati. I ragazzi stavano organizzando una trasferta a Città del Messico, dove il 2 ottobre si sarebbe tenuto il corteo in memoria del Massacro di Tlatelolco del 1968. Quella notte, un’ottantina di studenti di Ayotzinapa viaggiava su alcuni pullman verso la capitale; a Iguala, città a circa 250 km da Ayotzinapa, gli autobus erano stati fermati dalla polizia locale, che caricò 43 studenti sulle sue camionette. Di essi non si hanno più notizie e i loro corpi non sono mai stati ritrovati, motivo per cui sono da considerarsi desaparecidos. Negli anni sono state condotte diverse indagini, nazionali e internazionali, ma la verità non è ancora emersa e si sospetta che il vero autore del sequestro sia il Governo, corrotto dal narcotraffico. Dopo una breve introduzione sul caso oggetto di studio, il lavoro sarà suddiviso in 6 paragrafi: il contesto socio-politico messicano in cui avvengono i fatti di Ayotzinapa, con un approfondimento sul ruolo del narcotraffico in Messico; la nascita e lo sviluppo delle Escuelas normales rurales; gli avvenimenti del 26 settembre 2014, attraverso il libro La noche más triste di Esteban Illades; le indagini ufficiali della Procura Generale della Repubblica; l’inchiesta riportata da Anabel Hernández García nel suo libro La verdadera noche de Iguala; le ripercussioni che l’episodio ha avuto sulla società messicana, lo stato attuale delle indagini e le prospettive future.

Memoria para optar al título de Arquitecta
La identidad cultural es fundamental para el desarrollo de una comunidad, ésta permite que se consolide como agrupación, además, tengan la iniciativa de fortalecerse principalmente las tradiciones y costumbres, siendo transmitidas de generación en generación. La pérdida de identidad y la falta de reconocimiento del patrimonio, es la principal razón que la comunidad pierda el interés en proteger los inmuebles con las zonas de relevancia histórica del territorio. Un caso de esto, es en la comuna de San Esteban, ubicada en la región de Valparaíso, en donde se encuentra el parque y casona La Ermita, un inmueble ícono y único en su estilo, que está en un estado de deterioro avanzado, trayendo como consecuencia el olvido de una parte de la historia comunal. El proceso metodológico del proyecto se dividió en tres etapas, la primera de reconocimiento de una problemática general, un tema de importancia a nivel nacional y el terreno donde aplican estas. La segunda, es una profundización del lugar por medio de análisis que abarca de lo territorial a lo micro del terreno, determinación de FODA a través de conclusiones, problemáticas secundarias y elección de usuarios basados en carencias comunales. Finalizando en una tercera etapa de master plan y luego el diseño del proyecto. Como resultado de este proceso se observó el avanzado deterioro del patrimonio comunal y la falta de equipamiento tanto cultural como comercial para la comuna. Para lograr entregar soluciones a la comunidad se realiza el proyecto de rehabilitación de la ZCH más importante de la comuna, el parque La Ermita, permitiendo contar con servicios básicos y nuevos áreas verdes recreativas. Este proyecto actúa como un conector de áreas verdes y de la trama urbana, permite la autonomía y consolidación de la zona central de San Esteban, rescatar las costumbres y tradiciones rurales chilenas y valorizar el patrimonio.
The cultural identity is fundamental for the development of a community, this allows it to be consolidated as a group, besides, they have the initiative to strengthen for chiefly the traditions and customs, being transmitted from generation to generation. The loss of identity and the lack of recognition of heritage, is the main reason whence the community loses interest in protecting the buildings with the zones of historical relevance of the territory. A case of this is in the San Esteban commune, located in the region of Valparaíso, where La Ermita park and house is located, an iconic and unique property in its style, which is in a state of advanced deterioration, bringing as a consequence the forgetting of a part of the communal history. The methodological process of the project was divided into three stages, the first to recognize a general problem, a topic of importance at the national level and the terrain where they apply. The second is a deepening of the place by means of analysis that covers from the territorial to the micro level of the terrain, determination of FODA through conclusions, secondary problems and the selection of users based on communal deficiencies. Finishing in a third stage of master plan and then the design of the project. As a result of this process we observed the advanced deterioration of the communal heritage and the lack of both cultural and commercial equipment for the commune. In order to deliver solutions to the community, the rehabilitation project of the most important HCZ of the commune is carried out, the La Ermita Park, allowing to have basic services and new recreational green areas. This project acts as a connector for the green areas and the urban scene, allows the autonomy and consolidation of the urban area of San Esteban, rescue the Chilean customs and rural traditions and appraise the heritage.

La presente disertación, vinculada a la Línea de Investigación “Literatura e Hermenêutica”, del “Programa de Pós-graduação em Literatura e Interculturalidade (UEPB), propone una lectura de la obra “El matadero” (1874), del porteño Esteban Echeverría, con el principal objetivo de interpretar el mecanismo del sacrificio presentado en el cuento, a partir de un análisis de los discursos violentos proferidos por los sujetos sacrificadores y las víctimas, sumisos a una orden ideológica creída como divinizada. Los sujetos discursivos son doctrinados por la Orden a condenar a otros que no formen parte de la formación discursiva que ella legitima. Son ellos los “federales” y los “unitarios”. La necesidad de extirpar los opositores revela la familiaridad entre la Buenos Aires de las primeras décadas del siglo XIX y el primitivismo, y a la vez el ropaje metafórico, simbólico, interdiscursivo(textual) y trágico que la obra posee. Siendo así, no hay otra salida sino evocar el término “sacrificio” para que discurramos respecto a los asesinatos ocurridos (o que deben ocorrer), con animales que aluden a lo humano, y hombres equiparados a las bestias, en respectivo matadero del país vecino. La narrativa de Echeverría rescata el tema del sacrificio de las clásicas tragedias, no obstante proveyéndose de una novedad: la de estrechar, en demasía, la relación entre una orden terrena, gubernamental, y una orden sobrehumana, al punto de confundir sus protagonistas. Se nota la transferencia de vocabulario de un plano al otro, o el juego dicotómico que permea todo el relato. Un tipo de sujeto será clasificado como demonio, extraño, animal, objeto sacrificable. Veremos que la violencia de esta clasificación permite la violencia del sacrificio, que presentará su ambivalencia: la víctima es fatalmente herida para redimir su comunidad. Para que tracemos tal hermenéutica, nos fundamentaremos, sobretodo, en los estudios de Maingueneau (2016) (2015) (2008), Ricœur (1976), Bakhtin (2006), Rousseau (2001), Althusser (1970) y Girard (1990).

A narrativa de Echeverría resgata o tema do sacrifício das clássicas tragédias, todavia se provendo de uma novidade: de estreitar, em demasia, a relação entre uma ordem terrena, governamental, e uma ordem sobre-humana, ao ponto de confundir seus protagonistas. Nota-se a transferência de vocabulário de um plano a outro, ou o jogo dicotômico que permeia todo o relato. Um tipo de sujeito será classificado como demônio, estranho, animal, objeto sacrificável. Abstract:
Most modern reptiles are carnivorous or insectivorous, whereas less than 2% of the >7,800 currently recognized species are considered to be herbivorous. Of these, herbivory is confined entirely to lizards; less than 3% of known lizard species eat significant amounts of plants. Most, if not all, herbivorous animals utilize a population of symbiotic microorganisms which can break down plant structural polymers. This study analyzes the bacterial populations from fecal/uric acid deposits of wild and captive samples of the endangered, herbivorous San Esteban chuckwalla (Sauromalus varius: Iguanidae). Substrate and diet samples were also analyzed. Most studies of digestive symbionts use indirect microbiological methods, which are unable to detect and identify many species. 16S rDNA polymerase chain reaction-based denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE), which overcomes many limitations of indirect microbiological methods, was used in this study. The banding patterns produced suggest that the wild and captive-bred lizards have different bacterial populations being excreted in their feces. Diet and substrate samples do not appear to be contributing to these differences. All four statistical methods used produced dendograms with two distinct clades for wild and captive-bred lizard fecal/uric acid deposit samples. The data from this study suggest that the fecal bacterial composition of captive-bred lizards are not a subset of the original wild population, but are a distinctive group with as much diversity as the wild population. Differences in diet between these two populations may have impacted the differences presented here. A herbivore must have the digestive microbial symbionts required to digest their native diet and this is especially important for S. varius, which has a native diet that consists of toxic substances and scarcely available food.

Cette thèse se propose de mettre en lumière ce qui constitue l'une des tentations majeures de la poésie moderne et contemporaine. Héritière douloureuse de Mallarmé, cette dernière est plus que jamais consciente de la vacuité des mots et de l'impossible langage. Toute certitude de nomination et de possession du monde étant désormais exclues, il faut à la parole poétique traverser l'épreuve de l'anéantissement pour conquérir un nouvel horizon. Cette esthétique du dénuement verbal qu'elle semble aujourd'hui proclamer, pousse à son acmé le paradoxe de son entreprise. L'art du « logos » n'a plus cette convoitise ardente de la parole ; l'objet du désir est maintenant dans le silence, dans les blancs typographiques. Les poèmes minimalistes d'Eugène Guillevic, Lorand Gaspar, Jacques Dupin et Claude Esteban semblent se disloquer sous nos yeux, harcelés et tentés sans cesse par l'évidement, par l'aphasie. La présence au monde du poème contemporain passe ainsi par cette expérience des confins, par cette absence de mots comme si le chant primitif cherchait à travers le silence convoité à retrouver un nouveau souffle
The aim of this thesis is to highlight what constitutes one of the major temptations of modern and contemporary poetry. Heiress of Mallarmé era, poetry is more than ever aware of the vacuity of words and of the inexpressible. All certainty regarding the qualifying and ownership of the world being excluded, poetry has to go throught the ordeal of annihilation to conquer a new horizon. This aesthetics of verbal privation which it seems to claim today, drives to its climax the paradox of its own existence. The art of « logos » doesn't hold this passionate covetousness of the verba ; the object of desire now stands in the silence and the typographic whites. Eugène Guillevic's, Lorand Gaspar's, Jacques Dupin's ans Claude Esteban's minimalist poems seem to dismantle before our eyes, always harrassed and tempted by the hollowing-out, by the aphasia. The contemporary poem's presence in the world, thus, comes trought this experience of furthermost bounds, this ineffable absence of the world, as if the original chant was trying to find again a new breath through the coveted silence
