The first step is to use bank''s inputs and outputs data to estimate the value of the efficiency of domestic banks. The second step is to use the Tobit regression model to separate the impact of environment variables. The third step is to ad

By measuring the degree of deviation between the total cost of public expenditure and the minimum potential costs in ROC local governments to estimate public expenditure efficiency of local governments. The empirical results show that during 2000-2013, the correlation of the average tax per capita, the average disposable income per person per year, and potential public expenditure is negative. Smart phone and tablet PC become more and more popularization, bring more convenience to people. The transmission of video streaming service for wireless is becoming increasingly popular, and most have a compressed video stream into different specifications to meet users for different bandwidth demand. However, bandwidth detection mechanism is very important in the transmission of video streaming. Using the information of bandwidth detec

碩士
國立中正大學
數理統計研究所
92
A general semiparametric hazards regression model for survival data is proposed and studied. This model includes lag effect and acceleration effect, in addition to treatment effect, so-called lag accelerated model. It is flexible in modeling survival data and may yield more accurate or may not prediction of an individual''s survival process. We studied it with simulation to examine the estimation on the treatment effects with Weibull distribution as the underlying distribution. We also investigate the amount of loss of information when partial likeli
