Abstrakt: Přehledová studie se věnuje morální dimenzi učitelovy pedagogické činnosti. Text se soustřeďuje na ty kritické situace ve škole, které jsou vyvolány sociálními tlaky na učitele (ze strany nadřízených orgánů, komunity, vedení školy, členů učitelského sboru, rodičů apod.). Sociální tlaky staví učitele před morální dilemata a on je musí řešit. Musí se rozhodnout: buď se podvolí sociálnímu tlaku a přistoupí na rozhodnutí, s nímž vnitřně nesouhlasí, anebo riskuje, postaví se proti nátlaku a udělá to, co sám považuje za morálně správné. Celý výklad je strukturován do šesti částí. První část shrnuje dosavadní výzkumy etických aspektů činnosti učitelů v zahraničí i v České republice. Druhá část přibližuje základní pojmy typu morálka, etika, dilema. Třetí část rozebírá pojem kritická událost, neboť ta v řadě případů obsahuje etický konï¬ ikt, jehož výsledkem je morální distres učitele. Čtvrtá část charakterizuje klíčový pojem studie – morální distres â a přibližuje i obsah příbuzných pojmů. Výklad připomíná, že se distres mění v čase: rozlišuje prvotní morální distres a reaktivní morální distres, který nastupuje až s určitým odstupem. Přibližuje též model kumulování negativních dopadů distresu v čase, tj. narůstání morálních reziduí. Pátá část je věnována diagnostice morálního distresu u učitelů, zejména kvalitativnímu přístupu. Šestá část naznačuje možné intervenční postupy, které by mohly zmírnit či eliminovat morální distres u učitelů. Přehledová studie upozorňuje na skutečnost, že výzkumy morálního distresu u dvou pomáhajících profesí, které jsou si blízké, tj. učitelství a ošetřovatelství, probíhají zatím nezávisle. Přitom dopady zkoumaného jevu – morálního distresu – jsou obdobné: nespokojenost pracovníků v zaměstnání a zvažování odchodu na jiné pracoviště či odchodu z profese vůbec. Výzkumy u učitelů by se mohly inspirovat bádáním u zdravotnických pracovníků, zejména u zdravotních sester; to je totiž teoreticky i metodologicky pokročilejší. The aim of my thesis is to focus on issues of ethics in real estate operations and search optimal criteria for ethics in the real estate business. I mention ethical codes and their application and rationale at work of real estate agencies and professional associations. Furthermore I explore the real estate market in the Czech Republic in terms of ethics and I mention characteristics of ethically solid agencies, however I will also devote most common unfair practices within the real estate business and the current problems of the real estate market, which do not contribute to an ethical environment in business. Using the survey I examine thinking about ethics in the real estate business from two perspectives, namely from the perspective of the client, whether former, current or potential, and from the perspective of real estate agencies and brokers.

This master´s thesis is focused on an evaluation of a real estate market in light of „ethics in real estate activities.“ I mention ways of ethical principles and rules implementing especially in estate agencies and professional associations. Furthermore I mention ways of correction pretending in case of an irregularity. It happens quite often in reality that there are events whose solutions are still not regulatedby law so there is no statutory dutyto adhere to them. That´s why ethics codes are not mandatory for estate agencies, because they have no legal dependence in a contractual agreement between a client and a real estate agency or in a legal framework – a law of the Czech republic. I outline basic test cases – problems which can arise in this area, write up main advantages and disadvantages of the existing regulations within the frame of the Czech republic.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse development in arranging of the real estate transactions in the Czech Republic after 1989 and describe contemporary condition. Contemporary condition was analysed as unsatisfactory. There does not exist any law that would regulate real estate market, neither is there a duty to proof a professional training or ability for the business. Real estate agencies do not have a good reputation in the Czech Republic and with many citizens they are unfavourable. As a reaction upon contemporary unsatisfactory situation, the Economic Bureau of the Czech Chamber of Deputies elected an operative group that is supposed to maintain a survey of the contemporary situation in the real estate market and suggest possible solutions. This work aims also to analyse the suggested solutions and to supply solutions that would be missing.

The thesis is focused on analysis of property business and the possibility of using expert engineering methods. The broker is seen as an expert in the field of purchasing and renting of estates. The thesis investigates in details the particular operations of the broker and progressivly analysis the possibilities of the aplication of expert engineering methods.

The subject of this diploma theses is emphasize the necessity of keeping ethics principles and the ethic code in the spare-time activities and relaxation activities with old people. The theses points out that our population is growing older. In the theoretical part the important terms are explained. The old age and the aging process, the changes and specialities of the old age are described too. In the end of the theoretical part the existence of the National Programme of Preparation for Ageing the new Social law is mentioned. The aim of the practical part is the mapping of citizens awareness of spare-time activities of old people in different social settlements. The data were got in the questionnaire survey. Ageing process is the entire part of human life cycle. The young people should be aware of the fact, that the quality of their contemporary life can influence their old age. The ethic attitude to old people should be the part of the education.of young children.

This thesis compiles the performance evaluation of real estate agency Reality GAIA, spol. s.r.o. In strategic analysis it describes the characteristics of the macro-environment, bounded by territory of Czech Republic, the micro-environment, defined as real estate activities, and the selected company. The real estate agency is also analyzed by financial analysis and by calculations of the economic value added. The factors determining economic performance are revealed through mathematical and statistical methods. Proposals and recommendations to improve economics performance are given.

First two captures of the dissertation´s theoretical part deals with socially- juridical children protection in Czech Republic. Closer look into the history, legislative moorage and scheduler task safeguard. The separated area is devoted to operational workers in socially-juridical children protection of the Civil Service system. Third chapter offers brief look into ethical subject in social - work. Attention is especially devoted to ethical propositions and ethical dilemmas. Practical part contains presentation of a questionnaire survey from Council of the Pilsner region, where socially-jurisprudent workers took part in. Its target was to discover what role plays ethical aspects in activities of these social workers. Investigation should bring an answer for the question if ethical aspects are consider to be important for socially-juridical operational workers and if operational workers uses them and are methodically dedicated to them and if not, what it could be the cause.
