Full textThe time in frenc is described as toking into account the figurations of the beings, whose representation cambe thus obtained. This approach which relies upon thesis of g. Guillaume implies the reconsideration of the latter. This reconsideration is based on the idea that the time systeme always constructs itself in relation to a subject. This induces one to consider that describing the time systeme consists in describing the kind of space. Time between the representations of the talking being whoare concerned for coach tense form. After the analysis of the various figurations of the being that the language can produce, one notice that the relationships whichare put into evidence appear to be of the same kind as the ones which contribute to the psychie structuration of the subject and refer to primeval impulsive behaviours. The analogy between linguistic processes and psychologycal processes in thus established. This analogy enobles us topo into more details about the psychological values of the tense

Full textThis thesis is a questioning on the analytical and ontological relations between subject and time. Its material is provided by Greek myth which offers a genuine symbolic structure that orders being according to time. Next it examines the major philosophical texts whose distant dialogue articulates the problematic nature of this relation. We proceed through the writings of Platon, Leibnitz, Kant, Nietzsche and Heidegger in order to build up our own theory. In a third part our discussion is focused on Freud’s contribution to the theory of the subject of the unconscious and its access to temporality. We also evidence how in archaic psychoses there is a partial or a complete destruction of this relation between time and subject. Throughout our study we do not merely analyze the concepts of time, being and subject as we tend rather to concentrate on the emergence of the dynamics on which the access of the subject to temporality is founded. It would be quite appropriate here to point out that the access of the human being to time symbolizes his incompleteness and his accessibility to transcendence. The return to Parmenides in the last part shows how as early as the birth of philosophy being emerges through its presence to the time of the world and things

Full textThe fact that abstraction and freedom belong to one another eables us to question the “being-at-world” from paintings. Paintings are not to be understood in an aesthetic way, as works of art, but as a structure demonstrating the event : the being and the world together. A painting is not abstract, emphasizes the painter Dunoyer, but fundamentally an abstraction. In effect, a painting unveils what has been forgotten and hidden. It attests to the ontological difference and to the process at the origin of the split between being and beingness. It shows freed, the power of determination in actuality, asserting itself in the finite object. Being cannot actually be seen by looking at a painting. It is summoned, obliged to become itself if it wants to see the world as its own. To see a painting is a matter of sensation only because a painting has to be perceived if the phenomenon is to take place. But it is rather a matter of experiencing oneself as the one who is “opened and opening” and therefore governs the world’s phenomenalization. Paintings cannot be separated from the arrival of consciousness as long as consciousness is first linked to the Other which limits it and secondly, to the logos which rhythms its growth. Painting are figure of the ontological speech that models us while speaking. This research is the result of an effort to become oneself by becoming aware of paintings. It aims at giving us a new insight into freedom’s promise

Full textThis study deals with a Parisian notary who was from tours and who had been practicing for twenty years. The analysis of this notary's social environment introduces us in the world of the bourgeoisie and the notary profession in Paris. It enables us to understand the conditions of integration of provincial French peoples into the Paris of the second half of the 17th c. It also gives us the chance to study the profession of notary closely. The second part is a study of the clients of this notary. We analyse the original characteristics proper to this case by distinguishing between occasional and regular clients and by classifying them according to their places of origin, their sex and their profession. A chapter is devoted to study of some important clients. Finally, a third part deals with the practice of the notary profession and the importance of its archives as a source of the study of the economic and social situation in those days

Full textThe inherent complexity and bandwidth requirement of avionics communication architecturesare increasing due to the growing number of interconnected end-systems and theexpansion of exchanged data. The Avionics Full Duplex Switched Ethernet (AFDX) has beenintroduced to provide high-speed communication (100Mbps) for new generation aircraft. However, this switched network is deployed in a fully redundant way, which leads to significantquantities of wires, and thus increases weight and integration costs. To cope with thesearising issues, integrating ring-based Ethernet network in avionics context is proposed in thisthesis as a main solution to decrease the wiring-related weight and complexity. In this context, our main objective is to design and validate a new avionic communication network, calledAeroRing, based on a Gigabit Ethernet technology and supporting a Full Duplex ring topology. To achieve this aim, first, a benchmarking of the most relevant Real-Time Ethernet (RTE)solutions supporting ring topologies vs avionics requirements has been conducted, and weparticularly assess the main Performance Indicators (PIs), specified in IEC 61784-2. Thisbenchmarking reveals that each existing RTE solution satisfies some requirements better thanothers, but there is no best solution in terms of all the requirements
Bailey, Christiane. "À la mesure du Dasein : la genèse des existentiaux dans la vie animale chez Heidegger (1919-1927)." Thèse, 2011. http://hdl.handle.net/1866/5290.
Full textOur investigation of young Heidegger’s work aims at showing that, if Being and Time states that animals are neither mere things, neither Dasein, but have their own puzzling mode of being – “mere life”, which does not exist, but simply lives – this constitutes a reversal in Heidegger’s way of thinking. In the works that prepared the way towards Sein und Zeit, animal life was always presented as being-in-a-world, as a being to which we must ascribe Dasein’s way of being. With the help of Heidegger’s phenomenological interpretations of Aristotle presented between 1919 and 1926, we will show that the basic features of being-in-the-world that will become Being and Time's existential structures were developed on the basis of capacities belonging to animal life : affection (pathos), perception (aisthēsis), discrimination (krinein), mobility (kinesis kata topon) and desire (orexis).
