O artigo investiga o problema da delimitação das fronteiras que definem a prática legitima do jornalismo, tendo por referência a obra de Barbie Zelizer. Destaca, a este respeito, a sua proposição de que o profissionalismo se desenvolveu de forma
 incipiente no jornalismo e que a identidade jornalística é construída com base em narrativas compartilhadas, através das quais os jornalistas se constituem como uma comunidade interpretativa autorizada. Visto que o modelo de Zelizer foi elaborado tendo por referência o jornalismo americano, é preciso verificar a sua aplicabilidade ao jornalismo de outros países. O artigo faz isso em duas etapas. Na primeira,
 considera, de modo comparativo, o desenvolvimento do profissionalismo no jornalismo em diferentes países da Europa Ocidental. Na segunda, discute o impacto que o
 decreto-lei n° 972 de 17 de outubro de 1969, que regulamentou a profissão de jornalismo no Brasil, sobre o processo de construção de identidade dos jornalistas
 do país.

ResumenEste artículo pretende reflexionar en torno al concepto de imaginario, vinculándolo con instancias privilegiadas de producción y reproducción del fenómeno sacrificial. Asumido este fenómeno como el producto del costo social de los valores.En Latinoamérica, el barroco colonial y el romanticismo emulado de Europa son los modos en que el sacrificio se estetiza e introyecta, pero del mismo modo prosigue operando por medio de él una matriz que posee un origen precolombino; de esta forma, el imaginario proporciona un “lugar de ilusión” en el que el dolor no está ajeno, sino que es una constante antropológica que permite comprender la violencia política como expresión de una densidad sacrificial introyectada.Palabras clave: imaginario - sacrificio - introyección - lugar de ilusión AbstractThis article aims to reflect on the concept of the imaginary, relating it with privileged instances of production and reproduction of the sacrificial phenomenon and assuming this phenomenon as the product of thesocial cost of values.In Latin America, the colonial baroque and the emulated romanticism of Europe are the ways in which the sacrifice is aesthetized and introjected,but in the same way a matrix continues operating through it with apre-Columbian origin; so, the imaginary provides a ‘place of illusion’ inwhich pain is not far, but rather is an anthropological constant allowingto understand political violence as an expression of an introjectedsacrificial density.Keywords: Imaginary - sacrifice - introjection - place of illusion ResumoEste artigo pretende refletir sobre o conceito de imaginário, ligando-a cominstâncias privilegiadas de produção e reprodução do fenômeno sacrificial.Assumido este fenômeno como o produto do custo social dos valores.Na América Latina, o barroco colonial e o romantismo de Europa sãoformas em que o sacrifício é estetiza e introjeta, mas da mesma formacontinua operando através dele uma matriz que possui uma origemprecolombina; desta forma, o imaginário proporciona um «lugar deilusão» em que a dor não é aleia, mas é uma constante antropológicaque permite compreender a violência política como uma expressão deuma densidade sacrificial introjetada.Palavras-chave: imaginário - sacrifício - introjeção - lugar de ilusão

Francisco Suárez expone su comprensión metafísica sobre la maldad en las D.M. XI. All. sostiene la imposibilidad de la existencia del mal como principio positivo de los entes o como su atributo. En cualquiera de los casos queda clara la ausencia de un tratamiento reflexivo sobre el mal metafísico en la filosofía griega (XI, I, 2), y por contraposición, la presencia especulativa de este típico en el cristianismo de la época patrística y la herencia de sus tesis en la escolástica medieval previa a la condena parisina de 1277 (XI, I, 13). El entendimiento de Suárez traza el mentado itinerario deteniéndose en tres autoridades de modo particular y que aquí consideraremos con detalle: Agustín de Hipona, Dionisio Areopagita y Tomás de Aquino.

Recently published by the Madrid publishing house Sequitur, La Escuela Universalista Española del siglo XVIII is an introductory work to a study of the so-called Universalist School. Its author, Pedro Aullón de Haro from the University of Alicante, Spain, and Head of the Research Group “Humanism-Europe” since 1994, has coordinated various volumes whose main objective is the historical reconstruction of the Late Spanish Enlightenment Period, which was truncated by Charles III of Spain’s expulsion of the Jesuits, affecting a great many of its members. This Enlightenment Period, in contrast to the victorious French Enlightenment, offered not a political, but a scientific and humanistic view of knowledge, taking a comparative and universalist approach, but, due to the aforementioned expulsion of the Jesuits, the authors dispersed, leaving their work unfinished; and it is only now, under the label of the Universalist School, coined by Prof. Aullón de Haro, that they have been gathered together furthering the possibility of recovering their meaning and systematic cohesion. This volume serves as an introduction to the publications that the author has announced for 2018, in which the detailed study of the main authors within this scientific community will be undertaken following an encyclopaedic structure, which will finally give recognition to the Universalist School movement, and whose stand out authors include: Juan Andrés, creator of the Universal History of the Humanities and Sciences; Lorenzo Hervás y Panduro, creator of Universal and Comparative Linguistics; and Antonio Eximeno, creator of a universal aesthetic concept of music as language and expression.The common thread of the School is precisely the "universalist ideation" that assumes the unity of knowledge in a harmonious integration of experimental sciences, fine arts and human sciences within a humanistic epistemological framework, and consequently, comparativism as a methodology of study, based on the unity of its object: the destiny of man, with his knowledge integrated into a unitary vision of the universe and the world. All this is ultimately based on the work of Dionysius of Halicarnassus, historically rooted in the process of Greco-Roman cultural parallels, and with the main figures of Macrobius, Scaliger and Morhof.Furthermore, 2017 is the second centenary of the death of Juan Andrés, commemorated by an international Congress held at the Complutense University of Madrid and featuring an important bibliographical exhibition in the History Library of this Madrid University, titled "Juan Andres y la Escuela Universalista Española" (2017).The great scientific and thematic scope of the School means that it is possible to discern several sectors or "sub-schools", although the authors often practice several disciplines: the linguistic sub-school (Hervás and his extensive circle of collaborators), bibliographical (Miguel de Casiri, Diosdado Caballero…), botanical-naturalist (Antonio José Cavanilles, Pedro Franco Dávila, Juan José Ruperto de Cuéllar, José Celestino Mutis, Eduardo Romeo…), musicological (Antonio Eximeno, Josef Pintado, Vicente Requeno, Buenaventura Prats, Joaquín Millás…), Americanist-Mexicanist (Francisco Javier Clavijero, Juan Bautista Muñoz, Miguel del Barco González, José Lino Fábregas, Juan Nuix y Perpiñá…), on the Philippines (Juan de la Concepción, Antonio de Tornos, Bernardo Bruno de la Fuente…), meteorology (Andrés, Viñes, Faura…), studies on translation (Carlos Andrés, Juan Bautista Colomés, Pedro Cantón…) etc.The work is divided into three sections: "Teoría general", "Textos de y sobre autores de la Escuela", and "Bibliografía fundamental y selecta".The first section begins with an introductory chapter in which the conceptual principles of the School are explained in relation to the particularity of the Hispanic cultural history, where both its antecedents and theoretical limits are determined. Next comes a description of the sequence of milestones, historical circumstances and accidents that resulted in the formation of the School, as well as an in-depth explanation of the concept of "universalist ideation". Finally, "La ideación del primer programa epistemológico", is a necessary exposition of the important and almost inaccessible Prospectus Philosophiae Universae, a work that was written and directed by Juan Andrés. It is a general and pluridisciplinary programmatic text published in 1773 in Ferrara, and access to it for consultation is hard to come by. That is, it is a kind of program that intends to carry out a radical overcoming of the culture and thought of the Baroque era, through the integration of empiricist science and philosophy with classical humanism and its evolution through a historically founded and revisable concept of progress. The fourth chapter, entitled "La Ilustración universalista: creación de la Comparatística moderna y Literatura Universal", lists the conceptual keys to understanding the particularity of this late Spanish age of Enlightenment of Hispanic-Italian roots, Christian, integrative, international, intercontinental, founded on a unitary vision of the universe and the world. The fifth chapter, "La clasificación de las ciencias, la universalidad tematológica y la estética de la expresión", analyses the variables of the Enlightenment Period, the various types of European illustrations and their internal conceptual sectors, in an attempt to bring to light the lack of historical and intellectual homogeneity of a process of great relevance, and analyses the universalistic classification of scientific disciplines by comparison with the classification of the French illustration, showing the flagrant reduction of the French classification, and also includes a revealing study on the concept of "expression" elaborated by Antonio Eximeno, which was later also recovered by Benedetto Croce, although without him acknowledging the precedence of Eximeno’s work.The second part, "Textos de y sobre autores de la Escuela", presents a series of documents as a critical support of the School and its authors. This is especially true of the textual references from the three main authors with respect to the other members of the School, which provides an account of the indisputable existence of a productive and active scientific community.The last part records essential bibliographical sources and information intended to enable a continuation of the study by the authors of this School, a bibliographic selection of the most important works of all the members of the School, and another selection of general and monographic studies on relevant theoretical, historical and cultural issues.In short, this work succeeds in refuting one of the most important historical and intellectual fallacies of our time: the absence of a Spanish Enlightenment Period, and consequently, proves the existence of an original and consistent modern Hispanic thought. In this way, it opens up a field of study that demands new research that will bring to light better-informed reinterpretations of both Spanish and Hispanic America pasts in general, which will lead to a search for unity, not in political and economic terms, as seems to be the objective of economic globalization, but on the basis of the concept of universality. For this purpose, the Research Group Humanismo-Europa has affiliated itself with the Instituto Juan Andrés de Comparatística y Globalización, as well created links to its online network Biblioteca HumanismoEuropa, where all the information about the authors of the School and their texts has been gathered and made available to the general public.

RESUMENEl objetivo de este artículo es reflexionar sobre los mecanismos de financiación y de control de las instituciones religiosas por los laicos en las primeras décadas de la conquista y colonización de Hispanoamérica. Investigar sobre la inversión laica en lo sagrado supone en un primer lugar aclarar la historiografía sobre laicos, religión y dinero en las sociedades de Antiguo Régimen y su trasposición en América, planteando una mirada desde el punto de vista de las motivaciones múltiples de los actores seglares. A través del ejemplo de restituciones, donaciones y legados en losAndes, se explora el papel de los laicos españoles, y también de las poblaciones indígenas, en el establecimiento de la densa red de instituciones católicas que se construye entonces. La propuesta postula el protagonismo de actores laicos en la construcción de un espacio cristiano en los Andes peruanos en el siglo XVI y principios del XVII, donde la inversión económica permite contribuir a la transición de una sociedad de guerra y conquista a una sociedad corporativa pacificada.PALABRAS CLAVE: Hispanoamérica-Andes, religión, economía, encomienda, siglos XVI y XVII.ABSTRACTThis article aims to reflect on the mechanisms of financing and control of religious institutions by the laity in the first decades of the conquest and colonization of Spanish America. Investigating lay investment in the sacred sphere means first of all to clarifying historiography on laity, religion and money within Ancien Régime societies and their transposition to America, taking into account the multiple motivations of secular actors. The example of restitutions, donations and legacies inthe Andes enables us to explore the role of the Spanish laity and indigenous populations in the establishment of the dense network of Catholic institutions that was established during this period. The proposal postulates the role of lay actors in the construction of a Christian space in the Peruvian Andes in the sixteenth and early seventeenth centuries, when economic investment contributed to the transition from a society of war and conquest to a pacified, corporate society.KEY WORDS: Hispanic America-Andes, religion, economics, encomienda, 16th and 17th centuries. Este trabalho visa estudar a representação da infância e da criança em romances europeus escritos entre 1850 e a primeira década do século XX. O corpus analisado compõe-se de três obras que se inserem na chamada literatura infantojuvenil. A primeira intitula-se Sans famille, escrita pelo francês Hector Malot e publicada em 1878. A segunda, de autoria do italiano Carlo Collodi, é o clássico As aventuras de Pinóquio, publicado entre 1881 e 1883. E, finalmente, a terceira obra, Peter e Wendy, foi escrita por J. M. Barrie e publicada em 1911. A pesquisa leva em conta alguns fatores decisivos para o desenvolvimento da literatura infantojuvenil europeia. Um deles é a percepção de que a infância constitui, de fato, uma fase de desenvolvimento marcadamente distinta da adulta. O mercado editorial, atento às percepções de sua época, passa a produzir uma quantidade de obras destinadas ao público jovem, algo até então sem precedente. Tais obras se diferenciam das antecessoras em especial pela linguagem e pelos temas de interesse específico deste público. Além disso, a própria literatura irá incorporar em sua narrativa a criança e o jovem como protagonistas, reforçando ainda mais o contato com esse novo público leitor. Sob a inspiração dos ensaios de Erich Auerbach em sua obra Mimesis, também neste trabalho foram selecionadas três obras de culturas diferentes e que pudessem trazer informações sobre a representação ficcional da infância. A narrativa francesa Sans famille, imbuída dos movimentos sociais do século XIX, traça um retrato da criança abandonada (enfant trouvé), estigmatizada desde seu nascimento, um fenômeno presente em toda a Europa. Em As aventuras de Pinóquio, o tema é outro: em uma Itália recém-unificada pela força, o romance de Pinóquio problematiza a questão educacional, que será a bandeira do novo governo. Por fim, Peter e Wendy representa crianças autônomas representando a crise de valores entre as expectativas dos adultos e os desejos das crianças e, assim, acena para a moderna literatura do século XX. Esta tese defende que tais obras são capitais para o surgimento de uma nova narrativa destinada ao público infantojuvenil e que seus protagonistas iniciaram uma nova representação de personagem criança na literatura, especialmente Pinóquio e Peter Pan. Ao final, o leitor encontra uma entrevista com o pesquisador inglês Peter Hunt, realizada exclusivamente para este trabalho.<br>This work aims to study the representation of childhood and child in European novels written between 1850 and the first decade of the twentieth century. The corpus analyzed is composed of three works that belong to the so-called children\'s literature. The first is entitled Sans famille, written by the Frenchman Hector Malot and published in 1878. The second, by the Italian Carlo Collodi, is the classic The Adventures of Pinocchio, published between 1881 and 1883. And finally, the third work, Peter and Wendy, was written by J.M. Barrie and published in 1911. The research takes into account some decisive factors for the development of European children\'s literature. One is the perception that childhood is, in fact, a phase of development markedly different from that of adulthood. The publishing market, attentive to the perceptions of its time, begins to produce a quantity of works destined to the young public, something hitherto unprecedented. Such works differ from the predecessors, especially in the language and themes of specific interest of this public. In addition, the literature itself will incorporate the child and the young person as protagonists in their narrative, reinforcing even more the contact with this new readership. Under the inspiration of Erich Auerbach\'s essays in his work Mimesis, in this work three books of different cultures were also selected bringing information about the fictional representation of childhood. The French narrative Sans famille, imbued with the social movements of the nineteenth century, traces a portrait of the abandoned child (\"enfant trouvé\"), stigmatized since its birth, a phenomenon present throughout Europe. In The Adventures of Pinocchio, the theme is different: in a newly unified Italy by force, the novel problematizes the educational system, which will be the banner of the new government. Finally, Peter and Wendy depicting autonomous children representing the crisis of values between the expectations of the adults and the desires of the children and, thus, nods to the modern literature of the twentieth century. This thesis argues that such works are important for the emergence of a new narrative aimed at children and young people and that their protagonists started a new representation of child character in literature, especially Pinocchio and Peter Pan. At the end, the reader finds an interview with the English researcher Peter Hunt, made exclusively for this work.
