Abstract:
The economy and rationality of the typical structural scheme for asphalt pavement are directly related to the formation of its service target. Based on the original highway asphalt pavement structure in Jilin Province, the evaluation index system was established by the research of the literature, investigation and Delphi method, and the results of expert consultation were tested by indicators such as enthusiasm, authority and coordination. The Kendall coordination coefficient was 0.803, indicating a strong degree of evaluation consistency. Then, using the finite element method and pavement economic analysis method, the key parameters of pavement structure asphalt, pavement design performance and economy are calculated. Finally, the key indicators in the pavement design process are quantified by using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and gray relational theory, the weight of each key indicator and the correlation degree of the pavement structure are calculated, and pavement structure 1 is determined to be the best solution. The results show that a decision model for typical structural types of asphalt pavement can be established by using an improved gray relational analytic hierarchy process. In this study, the decision-making model can quickly and conveniently determine the most suitable typical pavement structure, the selected structures are checked, and the calculation results meet the requirements of the specification. However, given the limited reference cases, the proposed pavement structure decision-making method needs to be verified and improved through more practical applications.

Abstract:
This study aims to provide a comprehensive evaluation model for higher education’s “Five-Educations” using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and Back Propagation (BP) neural network. First, a five-dimension evaluation index system (morality, intelligence, sports, aesthetics, and labor) is established through expert consultation and literature analysis. Then, the AHP method determines the weight of each index, ensuring objective and scientific evaluation. Next, we introduce the BP neural network model for efficient evaluation of students’ comprehensive quality through self-learning and adaptive mechanisms. Empirical analysis shows the model’s computational error is within 2.25%, demonstrating excellent accuracy and wide applicability. This research introduces an innovative comprehensive evaluation model for “Five-Education” talent development based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The model quantitatively assesses the comprehensive quality capabilities of talent. Additionally, the introduction of this model serves as a valuable reference for future research in the field of educational assessment.

Abstract:
The risk factors in the safety evaluation of antifloating anchor system of underground structure have the characteristics of complexity, grey, and fuzziness. Based on the Delphi method, analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and entropy weight method, this paper establishes a three-level evaluation index system based on four main risk factors and calculates the subjective and objective comprehensive weights of the index according to the comprehensive weighting method. It not only takes into account the valuable experience of the expert group but also reflects the objective impact of the subjective score on the system. On the basis of the above research, the grey-fuzzy safety evaluation method of antifloating anchor system is established by using the grey theory and the relevant theory of fuzzy mathematics. The reliability of the method is verified by an example, which has certain theoretical significance and application value.

Abstract:
In China, online medical consultation is regarded as part of the “Internet + medical treatment” and has gradually become an accepted way for people to seek medical advice. However, many factors can affect users’ security information behavior during the consultation process. In order to explore and evaluate the factors influencing the security information behavior of online medical consultation users, this paper firstly adopted semistructured interviews to collect data concerning the influencing factors originating from users themselves, other personnel, and the environment. Secondly, the Delphi method was used to determine the evaluation index system of the factors influencing the security information behavior of online medical consultation users based on the interview data. In this system, there are three first-level indexes, nine second-level indexes, and twenty-three third-level indexes. Finally, the weight of each evaluation index was calculated by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) in the index system. This study improves and deepens the theoretical system of influencing factor evaluation of security information behavior. In addition, it also provides theoretical guidance and support for the more rational development of online medical consultation information services.

Full text
Abstract:
The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a Multi-Criteria method in which a number of decision factors (typically criteria and alternatives) are compared pairwise by one or more experts, using the Saaty scale, with the goal of sorting the alternatives (Saaty, 1977; 1980). For group AHP the Delphi method can be used in parallel with the AHP (Di Zio and Maretti, 2014), and this allows the search for a consensus on each pairwise judgement. A big issue of the AHP regards the inconsistency of the pairwise comparison matrices and here we propose a new method to reduce the inconsistency. As a solution we exploit the Nudge theory (Thaler and Sunstein, 2008) and from the second round of the Delphi survey, we calculate and circulate a Nudge to “gentle push” the experts towards more consistent evaluations. Furthermore, we propose the representation of the AHP matrices through graphs. In a direct graph two nodes are linked with two direct and weighted edges (or one edge with the direction based on the weights), where the weights indicate the evaluation given by an expert or, for a group, the geometric mean of the judgements. This type of visualization facilitates the reading of the results and could also be used as real-time feedback in the Delphi process, by displaying on the edges also a measure of variability. An application is proposed, on the evaluation of four future scenarios on the regulation of genetic modification experiments, assessed by a panel of 27 experts according to different criteria (plausibility, consistency and simplicity). The application demonstrated that it is possible to: a) reduce the inconsistency; b) collect useful textual material which enrich the AHP itself; c) use the inconsistency index as a stopping criterion for the Delphi rounds; d) display the pairwise comparison matrices with graphs.

Abstract:
The quality of children's educational games affects children's cognitive development and skills. Therefore, the construction of educational game evaluation indexes is playing the big role in the development of educational games. In this paper, the initial evaluation indexes of educational game learning accessibility were developed by applying the relevant theories. Then three rounds of expert evaluations were conducted using the Delphi Method, and the initially formulated educational game learning accessibility evaluation indexes were revised and improved according to the experts' suggestions. This paper determines the educational game learning accessibility evaluation indexes including 3 primary indicators, 7 secondary indicators and 26 tertiary indicators. Finally, two-by-two comparison of indicators at each level is conducted to determine the weight of each evaluation indicator by means of analytic hierarchy process. This evaluation index system can facilitate children's parents and teachers to select educational games according to the indexes, and also provide an effective reference basis for the design, improvement and evaluation of children's educational games in the future.

Abstract:
The purpose of this paper is to provide an effective method to evaluate the interface design of medical equipment to improve user experience. Ngo proposed the calculation method of fourteen aesthetic indexes and tested the method in the layout design of the website. However, he counts the proportion of each index into the same value, which is obviously inconsistent with people's cognitive habits. This paper extends Ego’s research to the application level. We creatively introduce the analytic hierarchy process and redistribute the values to make it consistent with human cognitive habits. The method can help designers quickly pick up the optimal design scheme. In order to construct an effective evaluation system, five indexes that balance symmetry economy regularity and rhythm were selected from ego's 14 aesthetic measures for interface elements displays based on five basic interface design principles, user research and experiences of professional designers. AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) that has five steps: 1. Build a hierarchical structure model 2. Construct a judgment matrix 3. Hierarchical single sort 4. Hierarchical total order 5. Consistency check. was used to calculate the weight of each index. An expert was invited to value the indexes and the valued data successfully passed the consistency test.In order to quickly get the calculation results, we programmed all the calculation methods and processed the data of interface elements into matrices. The evaluation method is constructed through MATLAB programming to provide an objective evaluation method for the improvement of the user experience of the interface design of medical equipment. We assume that the model could benefit designers in selecting the optimal design plan and improving the efficiency of using the interface. Then we started empirical research to validate the method. The operating interface of a certain brand of medical pathology product freezing microtome was selected as a sample. For experimentation, we chose five different design schemes of the interface, and processed the interface elements into rectangles. We got the position and area data of the rectangle on the surface from adobe xd.The result is that the evaluation method can well reflect the aesthetics of the medical equipment interface design, play a guiding role in the interface design of the medical equipment, and can improve and enhance the user experience of the medical equipment interface. Due to time reasons, this article does not include more elements that affect the usability of the interface, such as the visual weight of the elements, the purity of the hue, and so on. All the interfaces used have been decolorized because color will affect human evaluation during the research. We will consider including color in the evaluation system in the future research.
