Uppsatsen behandlar rättsväsendets användning av överskottsinformation i förhållande till de rättigheter vi, som individer, erhåller genom EKMR. Syftet med uppsatsen är därmed att undersöka om nuvarande reglering i 27 kap. 23 a § RB uppfyller de krav på rättighetesinskränkande lagstiftning som följer av EKMR. Uppsatsen behandlar också art. 6 EKMR i förhållande till den fria bevisprövningen.

This essay focuses on different aspects of the concept of freedom of speech. The purpose is to examine the opinions and thoughts that upper secondary school students have on rights, responsibilities and limitations when it comes to freedom of speech, and to investigate theirschool experiences of the mentioned freedom.
