The aim of this master thesis is to find an outlet for the new luxury architectonic component - steel-glass beam called GS-Beam and to introduce suitable strategies for GS-Beam rollout on the target markets. Czech market is too small and the predictions of Czech construction industry are not positive, therefore there is a need to find other markets where to pioneer GS-Beam. The United Arab Emirates were chosen as the source of current demand and the Russian Federation as future potential purchaser. Market potential is tested by PESTLE analysis and by Porter's Five Forces Model. This master thesis brings concept for foreign expansion of the company Static Solution, which should be sustainable in long-term perspective.

The aim of this work is practical recommendations for effective integration of multinational companies to the Russian market, coming out of the theoretical basis studies. To meet the goals of this work the methods of data clustering, classification and identification of priority processes and events, method of comparable analysis and implementation of abroad expansion experience of the companies were used. As the main method of the country specifics analysis was chosen PESTLE-analysis. Conclusions and recommendations can be used to select the appropriate entrance form of the multinational company to the foreign market or expanding its international activities and gaining a foothold on the Russian market.

Abstract:
The Master's thesis focuses on international expansion process of a company. For the application part of the thesis I have chosen a company called Žatec brewery Ltd. which belongs into a category of small and medium enterprises. The main objectives of the thesis comprise selection of a convenient Western Balkans region market for expansion of the brewery and subsequent formulation of a specific market entry strategy. The market entry strategy consists of a market entry mode selection, competitive strategy and marketing strategy as well as marketing mix 4P. The minor objectives include characteristics of the brewery's business strategy and the role of international expansion in it and also the company's financial analysis whose results underpine its expansion possibilities. The other minor objectives comprise multi-criteria decision model creation in order to decide for the most attractive target market and the expansion key success factors identification. As for the methods used, analyzes like financial analysis, PEST analysis, Porter's model of five forces and SWOT analysis, and then comparisons dominate. Croatia was finally identified as the most suitable regional market for the brewery's expansion and the company was advised to enter it with its gluten-free lager product. It was suggested, at the same time, that the brewery use to its advantage the background provided by its current owner - beer brewing company Carlsberg.

The aim of the diploma thesis was to describe the conditions of entry Holidays Czech Airlines the Icelandic market, specifically the establishing of direct air service from Prague to Keflavik. The thesis is divided into six chapters, which are devoted to both theoretical expectations for companies entering foreign markets, and practical sections. The general reasons which lead a company to expansion and the associated risks are described in the first chapter as well as the macroeconomic analysis of the market, the PESTEL analysis, which I used to analyze the Icelandic market. The second chapter discusses the various forms of entry the foreign markets and compares their advantages and shortcomings. The third chapter was related to the specific cooperation of airlines. The practical part of the thesis introduces companies HCA and IEX, focuses primarily on the evaluation of HCA Company based on the SWOT analysis. The aim of this thesis is to create a business plan for the newly established business subject in the health food industry and evaluate the viability of the plan. The plan also includes the choice of the appropriate form of potential expansion into the foreign market. This thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. To create this business plan, firstly it was necessary to write down the complex theoretical framework of the basic aspects which are crucial for small and medium businesses. Secondly, it was needed to sum up the general principles of creating a business plan, characterise its structure and mention the most common mistakes and problems that entrepreneurs may encounter. The theoretical part is concluded by a description of the appropriate forms of expansion for small and medium businesses. Based on this theoretical framework the business plan for the company SnackBag was created with the emphasis on the project´s financial calculation. The calculations confirm the business plan as viable. Analysis of the main advantages and disadvantages of particular forms of expansion to foreign markets concludes that the franchise was evaluated as the most suitable for SnackBag.

The goal of the thesis is to characterize specific features of China's foreign policy towards African continent and to analyze whether China is capable of contributing to long-term sustainable development in the poorest region of the world. The first chapter is focused on the theory of economic diplomacy and decribes its main functions, tools and actors. Following part represents a brief overview of the history of sino-african relations, with the aim to define the main motives for mutual cooperation. The characteristic of economic relations between China and Africa follows, with the focus on trade, foreign direct investment and development assistance. Conluding part deals with the identification and evaluation of main benefits and threats of the growing presence of China in Africa with respect to the long-term sustainable development in the region.

The topic of the master thesis Entry of Czech companies to foreign markets in cooperation with the agency CzechTrade is the company expansion to foreign markets and possible benefits from the cooperation with the state export-promoting agency CzechTrade. The main objective is the evaluation of conditions on the Mexican market for the entry of Czech companies. The secondary objective is to evaluate the possibilities of cooperation between the Czech firms which are seeking overseas expansion, and CzechTrade. This thesis will focus on the expansion to one specific market (Mexico) and on the activity of one particular Czech company (Kovobel), for the purpose of narrowing the topic and also to better illustrate it on one particular case. The master thesis deals with the possibilities of international expansion in case of the Czech company Logio s.r.o that sells consulting services on B2B market. The main objective is to choose a suitable international market for expansion of the company. Futhermore, market analysis and determination of method of market entering are additional objectives of the thesis. The first part deals with the characteristics of the process, which companies should follow during selection of international market, and various forms of entrance. Then, gained findings are used in process of selecting the most suitable international market for expansion of company Logio s.r.o. In each country around the world, it is a place for meeting people and communication. The mission of Storyous company is to help its clients to create a pleasant atmosphere in their food service business by providing next generation POS system not only in the Czech Republic but also in Poland. The company has already experience with the electronic sales reporting that brings considerations about another international market for its expansion. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the Italian market, mainly the sector of gastronomy services and qualify and quantify the customer base in Italy. At the same time, the structure of competitors along with a brief sample of them will be introduced. The timing for the Italian market entry, the gross initial costs and the rate of product adaption will be discussed on the basis of PEST analysis and Porter Five strenghts model analysis. In the conclusion author of the thesis recommends further steps for more detailed analysis.

The subject of this diploma thesis is the strategic development of JančaSolutions s.r.o., which is active in the field of rack technology assembling, focusing mainly on the western markets. The data needed to evaluate the current state of the company and to select an appropriate development strategy were obtained using the various analytical methods described in the theoretical part of the thesis. In the analytical part of the thesis the individual methods were applied and their results were further analyzed within the framework of the SWOT matrix, which was the basis of selection of the company's specific development strategy. In the design part, an alternative for further development of the company is selected in detail with regard to the necessary resources, including other implementation activities and the benefits of the proposals.

The aim of my master thesis is to analyse the possibilities of entry of the company BLAŽEK PRAHA, a.s. on the russian market and to propose the optimal marketing strategy for the entry. The first chapter introduces the company BLAŽEK PRAHA, a.s. The second chapter contains the PEST analysis of the russian market. The third chapter describes the expansion of the company on the polish and slovak market and shows the possible reasons for different acceptance of the brand Blažek on both markets. The fourth chapter contains the SWOT analysis of the company BLAŽEK PRAHA, a.s. for the russian market, and the analysis of the russian retail market of men formal clothes, the segmentation of the russian consumers and the analysis of the competition of the company on the russian market. In the fifth chapter I defined the marketing strategy of he company BLAŽEK PRAHA, a.s. for its entry on the russian market. In this chapter I also described the first steps the company should take when entering the russian market and mistakes the company should avoid not to fail when entering it.

Abstract:
This work attempts to characterize internal modernization and international expansion of Russian speaking organized crime. Special emphasis is placed on the main stages of development of organized crime in the Soviet Union and its current state primarily in Russia and Ukraine. The paper proffer the new definition of modern forms of organized crime and different characteristics of regimes as for the relations between the state and organized crime (criminal syndicalism, mafia, state kleptocracy). The paper characterizes different types of international expansion of Russian speaking groups (regional expansion, global retirement and emigration). In this regard, research was focused primarily on the activities of the Russian speaking organized crime groups in the EU and the Czech Republic. In the last phase of the work I focused my research on some important measured how to reduce risk in the current conditions. Though the work is primarily devoted to organized crime from the CIS countries, it should be noted, modernization of organized crime everywhere in the world takes place by a similar manner. It was therefore necessary to briefly address the wider contextual issues. Working so many places highlights some aspects of the development of organized crime in Italy, USA , Czech Republic, Japan and China.

Nowadays, we may say that entrepreneurial activities include, among others, efforts aimed at searching and discovering new opportunities on the markets, the ability to make use of new chances and undertake any risks that may result to economic success as well as failure. The modern world is the world of constant changes and uncertainties. In such a world, those will win who will learn how to make use not only of opportunities on the market, but many times also the threats that uncertainty may bring along. The main aim was the analysis of the finance and insurance situation of the firm entering the international market. The other aim was the analysis of insurance and finance market and the concept of the best possibility for the firm. The result of this analytic part was the prediction, that the firm is able to enter the international market with direct business method, but first of all there is necessary to introduce it{\crq}s production, prices and the whole firm on the websites. During the analysis the firm has to specify it{\crq}s strategy and aims, makes calculations and decides of which insurance will be siutable for it. The next step was the decision of using the export financing, If it decides to finance the export, it{\crq}s necessary to chooze, if it will use the financing by private or state grant. For the firm the using of exports buyer or supplier credit will be two acceptably methods. The credit insurance by the state or private institutions is the other step to enter the international market. There are various kinds of other insurance (e.g. cargo, casco insuranc or the payment risk insurance).
