Abstract:
The dynamic behavior of a cracked rotor has been theoretically analyzed by many researchers. In this paper, an experimental confirmation of the theoretical results is sought, especially for the nonlinear dynamic behavior of the cracked rotor. The crack in the rotor was simulated by a real fatigue crack, instead of a narrow slot. It can be seen from the orbit and spectrum of the rotor’s center that the effect of the crack becomes obvious only if the crack is deep enough. The experimental result conforms to theoretical analysis very well.

Abstract:
Protocol's abnormal behavior analysis is an important task in protocol reverse analysis. Traditional protocol reverse analysis focus on the protocol message format, but protocol behavior especially the abnormal behavior is rare studied. In this paper, protocol behavior is represented by the labeled behavior instruction sequences. Similar behavior instruction sequences mean the similar protocol behavior. Using our developed virtual analysis platform HiddenDisc, we can capture a variety of known or unknown protocols' behavior instruction sequences. All kinds of executed or unexecuted instruction sequences can automatic clustering by our designed instruction clustering algorithm. Thereby we can distinguish and mine the unknown protocols' potential abnormal behavior. The mined potential abnormal behavior instruction sequences are executed, monitored and analyzed on HiddenDisc to determine whether it is an abnormal behavior and what is the behavior's nature. Using the instruction clustering algorithm, we have analyzed 1297 protocol samples, mined 193 potential abnormal instruction sequences, and determined 187 malicious abnormal behaviors by regression testing. Experimental results show that our proposed instruction clustering algorithm has high efficiency and accuracy, can mine unknown protocols' abnormal behaviors effectively, and enhance the initiative defense capability of network security.

Abstract:
Abstract Fragile X syndrome is the most common inherited cause of intellectual and developmental disability. The influence of environmental variables on behaviors associated with the syndrome has received only scant attention. The current study explored the function served by problem behavior in fragile X syndrome by using experimental functional analysis methodology with 8 children with fragile X. No child met criteria for attention-maintained problem behavior, 5 children met criteria for escape-maintained problem behavior, and 4 children met criteria for tangible-maintained problem behavior. Results are discussed and compared with previous findings on the function of problem behavior in fragile X syndrome, and implications for intervention are discussed. It is noted that the external validity of these findings is limited by the small sample size.

Abstract:
This paper seeks to enlarge the range of research methods in behavior analysis to deal with situations in which even small- or single-sample experimental methods are not possible or not appropriate. This is common for most research with humans, and especially with behaviors under the rubric of social, cultural and verbal. After presenting arguments for this, the paper outlines three methods for describing the everyday, complex structuring of functional relations. The most important of these methods adapts engaged, participatory methods from other social sciences but puts the focus on finding functional relations between behaviors and their complex outcomes rather than just labelling the hidden functional relations as static social ‘structures’. Examples of these three methods are given from research on functional analyses of mental health behaviors.

Abstract:
In order to study the shear behavior of sand-concrete structure interface, shear stress and relative displacement curves were obtained through a series of direct shear tests, in the procedure of which the roughness of interfaces was quantified into 3 grades and the stress history can be achieved by loading the sand to an initial normal stress and then unloading to a normal stress to shear. Through analyzing the curves, several conclusions can be obtained as follows: Shear stress increases with the initial normal stress and roughness at the same tangential displacement. The initial shear modulus can be improved in case of the increase of initial normal stress and roughness. The friction coefficient can be obtained by fitting the curve of the maximum shear stress and normal stress corresponded to Mohr-Coulomb Criterion linearly. The friction coefficient of sand-concrete interface increases with roughness as well as its increase range.
