The purpose of this study was to discover if as an expert witness, an SLP can make a significant impact on the decision made by juries in the cases of defendants with a traumatic brain injury compared to no expert witness testimony. Apesar do tema da internacionalização não ser recente, poucos estudos foram realizados acerca do impacto que os agentes de exportação indireta têm na velocidade de internacionalização das empresas. O presente Trabalho Final de Mestrado visa analisar o processo de internacionalização de três PMEs portuguesas para a Polónia, cujo modo de entrada escolhido foi a exportação indireta por meio de agente.
