Abstract:
The article examines the factors of creating a dialogue in poetry and its formation, the synthesis of lyrical and dramatic images, forms of artistic expression, creative artistic skills. On the basis of the poems analyzed as the object of research, the peculiarities of the theory of literature and the issues of the poet's creative individuality are widely analyzed. It is also scientifically and theoretically proven that each poetic work created is in a sense a product of dialogical thinking and its main factors.

The article provides an overview of the forms of verbalizing philosophical ideas. It discusses the implications of employing specifi c forms of philosophical expression and addresses the problem of combining content and form. It brings to the fore the instances of originality and transgression in this realm. The article poses questions as to the lack of thorough critical analyses of the forms of philosophical expression. It uses an excerpt from Martin Heidegger’s correspondence with Hannah Arendt to exemplify the complications generated by the study of the forms of philosophical expression.

Abstract:
As with any language unit, the pragmatic aspect of the application forms has its own characteristics. Such units, which represent different meanings, add additional meanings to the main proposition in the communication process. Because the state of speech, or rather the relationship between the speaker and the listener, is the basis of pragmatic research. The pragmatic aspect is one of the new directions in Uzbek linguistics, It is important to study in a new aspect, ie pragmatically, the forms of communication used in the process of interpersonal communication in the Uzbek language. In Uzbek linguistics, the units of reference are interpreted in the form of stimuli, and in the researches of some linguists, they are interpreted as forms of appeals, and in the researches the forms of appeals are studied in detail. This article discusses the use of appeal units in the communication process, the pragmatic features of appeal forms, including dysphemisms, the deictic functions of appeal forms, the presuppositional features, and the role and importance of nonverbal means in address expression.

Abstract:
This study investigates how the students of the Department of English Education, Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta express their anger in English as anger is an expression which relies on contexts. The students’ conversations which contained anger expression were recorded. The expressions were analyzed based on pragmatic aspects: pragmalinguistic forms, communicative intention, context, and cultural background. The results showed that the students, mostly Javanese, did not use cursing or swearing forms in expressing anger in English which are typically in ‘direct anger’ and ‘introductory anger’. Interestingly, although Javanese people arewell-known as calm people, the students mostly rise their intonation in expressing their anger feeling in English.

Abstract:
The development of self-consciousness and the questioning of identity appear to be closely linked in literary history and theory. The postmodernist assumption that the self is only a heterogeneous cultural construct is unwarranted. Besides inner experience, there is an objective basis for the singularity of the self in biology, psychoanalysis and psychology. The exploration of the modes of consciousness and imagination mirrored in literary creation can bring evidence of structures and correlations unnoticed in personality studies. The presence and permanent nature of individual traits and their characteristic interrelations may be detected in the works of the English Metaphysical poets and John Milton.

Abstract:
Animation art is displayed in front of people in the form of images, and people have long been accustomed to attribute it to image art similar to movies. In a narrow sense, the expression form of anima-tion is really single. If we look at generalized animation from the original intention of animation, anima-tion has a broader development space, and there are more derivative possibilities of interdisciplinary com-bination. Nowadays, it is a pluralistic society, and the freedom, openness and integration of disciplines has become a trend. Starting from summarizing the three commonalities (story, role and performance) derived from the interdisciplinary animation, this paper discusses various possibilities of the interdisciplinary ex-pression forms derived from animation through practical cases.

Full text
Abstract:
Endoglin is a transmembrane glycoprotein 633 residues in length expressed at the surface of endothelial cells as a disulphide-linked homodimer; the specific cysteine residues involved in endoglin dimerization are unknown. Mutations in the coding region of the endoglin gene are responsible for hereditary haemorrhagic telangiectasia type 1 (HHT1), a dominantly inherited vascular disorder. Many of these mutations, if translated, would lead to truncated forms of the protein. It is therefore of interest to assess the protein expression of different truncated forms of endoglin. Infections in vitro or in vivo with recombinant vaccinia virus, as well as transient transfections with expression vectors, were used to express normal and truncated forms of endoglin. Truncated mutants could be classified into three different groups: (1) those that did not produce stable transcripts; (2) those that produced stable transcripts but did not secrete the protein; and (3) those that secreted a soluble dimeric protein. This is the first time that a recombinant truncated form of endoglin has been found to be expressed in a soluble form. Because a chimaeric construct encoding the N-terminal sequence of platelet/endothelial cell adhesion molecule (PECAM-1) antigen fused to residues Ile281-Ala658 of endoglin also yielded a dimeric surface protein, these results suggest that cysteine residues contained within the fragment Cys330-Cys412 are involved in disulphide bond formation. Infection with vaccinia recombinants encoding an HHT1 mutation did not affect the expression of the normal endoglin, and did not reveal an association of the recombinant soluble form with the transmembrane endoglin, supporting a haploinsufficiency model for HHT1.

Abstract:
We describe the construction in retroviral vectors and the expression of recombinant rat fibronectin (FN) cDNAs corresponding with the various alternatively spliced forms of FN. In NIH 3T3 cells, the exogenous rat FN subunits are efficiently secreted as heterodimers with endogenous mouse subunits. In contrast, in lymphoid WEHI231 cells, there is no endogenous FN synthesis and the recombinant FNs are secreted and can be purified as homogeneous proteins. We show that the purified recombinant FNs are biochemically and biologically functional. In basic assays for adhesion, spreading, cytoskeletal organization, and migration using various established adherent cell lines, different forms of FNs containing the different alternatively spliced segments show no marked differences in activity. We have used these recombinant FNs to investigate three systems in which earlier results had suggested potential differences between different forms of FN. First, all forms tested appear equally active in restoring normal morphology to a transformed cell line. Second, we detect minor differences in their ability to assemble into preexisting extracellular matrices. Finally, we report that only those forms of FN that contain the V segment will promote the spreading of a lymphoid cell line indicating that this segment confers additional biological functions for some cell types, a result that confirms and extends earlier data. These homogeneous, biologically active recombinant FNs will allow further studies of the role of the alternatively spliced segments of FN.

Abstract:
For a von Neumann algebra ℳ acting on a Hilbert space ℋ with a cyclic and separating vector ξ0, we give an explicit expression of Dirichlet forms on the natural standard form [Formula: see text] associated with the pair (ℳ, ξ0). For any self-adjoint analytic element x of ℳ and an admissible function f, we construct a (bounded) Dirichlet form which generates a symmetric Markovian semigroup on ℋ. We then apply our result to construct translation invariant, symmetric, Markovian semigroups for quantum spin systems with finite range interactions.

Abstract:
In this paper, we analyze the problem of determining orbital hypernormal forms—that is, the simplest analytical expression that can be obtained for a given autonomous system around an isolated equilibrium point through time-reparametrizations and transformations in the state variables. We show that the computation of orbital hypernormal forms can be carried out degree by degree using quasi-homogeneous expansions of the vector field of the system by means of reduced time-reparametrizations and near-identity transformations, achieving an important reduction in the computational effort. Moreover, although the orbital hypernormal form procedure is essentially nonlinear in nature, our results show that orbital hypernormal forms are characterized by means of linear operators. Some applications are considered: the case of planar vector fields, with emphasis on a case of the Takens–Bogdanov singularity.

Abstract:
SUMMARYCultured metacyclic forms of Trypanosoma congolense display a characteristic repertoire of metacyclic variable antigen types (M-VATs) similar to that exhibited in vitro in the tsetse fly. There appeared to be no change in expression of M-VATs in cultures of two stocks of T. congolense even after several passages, cryopreservation or long-term cultivation in vitro. Metacyclic forms transformed into mammalian forms when transferred to cultures of bovine aorta endothelial cells and whilst one stock retained expression of M-VATs without change even after 4 months, the other stock underwent antigenic variation within 14 days of transfer. Analysis of the M-VAT composition of mammalian forms of this stock using monoclonal antibodies showed that although the proportion of mammalian forms expressing certain M-VATs declined considerably, trypanosomes expressing one M-VAT increased proportionally to comprise 50 % of the population. In contrast, only small changes were seen in antigen expression in cultures of metacyclic trypanosomes from which mammalian-form cultures were derived. It was possible to produce in vitro, loss and reacquisition of variable antigen surface coat, similar to the differentiation process occurring when bloodstream trypanosomes are ingested by the tsetse fly and eventually develop into metacyclic forms.

Abstract:
The article analyses modular artistic forms that emerge in all scale structures of contemporary architecture. Module, as a standard unit of measure has been in use since antiquity. It gained even more significance amid innovative building and computing technologies of the 20th and 21st centuries. Static and fixed perceptions of a module were supplemented with concepts of dynamic and adaptable modular units, such as fractals, parameters and algorithms. Various expressions and trends of modular design appear in contemporary architecture of Lithuania, where modular forms consist of repetitive spatial and planar elements. Spatial modules as blocks or flats and planar modular wall elements are a characteristic expression of the contemporary architecture in Lithuania.

Abstract:
Based on an interview study of neonatal nurses, this article sets out to explore the management of emotions within a work context where their suppression is a professional requirement. Drawing on Bolton’s (2000a, 2000b) identification of different types of organizational emotionality, in particular prescriptive and philanthropic emotion management, the article seeks to demonstrate the complexities involved in the performance of emotional labour. It does this by first exploring the times when a nurse chooses to perform one form of emotion management over another (e.g. prescriptive over philanthropic). Second, the article examines the relationship between these two forms of emotion management, taking into account their gendered nature and highlighting the existence of any tensions between them. Lastly, it considers how nurses create informal communities of coping (Korczynski, 2003) as a means of dealing with the consequences of having to move between these two different forms of emotion management.

The sketch of principles revolves around key areas of the Convention: the concept of discrimination including the ‘grounds’ of prohibited discrimination and how they relate to religious groups; the Convention’s stance on hate speech and rights to freedom of thought, conscience and religion<xref ref-type="fn" rid="FN2">3</xref> and freedom of opinion and expression.<xref ref-type="fn" rid="FN3">4</xref> The concluding section reflects on the concept of defamation of religions, the boundaries of ICERD in its current interpretation, and the idea of ICERD as a model for wider exercises in standard setting. The Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination (CERD) has the longest practice of any treaty body in the fields within its mandate and has developed a distinctive discourse in key areas. ‘Hate speech’ in the present article is used as shorthand for a range of international provisions protecting individuals and groups from discrimination and other assaults on their dignity and does not imply a special definition beyond the examples cited.

Abstract:
In order to study fuzziness degree's quantity measure as to fuzzy operator, using fuzzy set theory, the problem of general expressions on fuzziness degree as to fuzzy operator has been studied, a series of theorems and formulas about which have been given. These formulas have a special foundation function in fuzzy information processing, such as the fuzzy pattern recognition, the fuzzy reasoning, and the fuzzy artificial intelligence. The great theory supports have been supplied to computer's fuzzy information processing.

Abstract:
The significant role in the pathogenesis of seborrheic keratosis (SK) plays the violation of the cell cycle regulation. According to the research unit the cell proliferation in acanthotic and irritated histological types of SK is regulated by p27 (Kip1), cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor. Considering the variety of histological types of SK, definition of p27 expression will reveal the characteristic features of the cell cycle disorders and proliferation for each type of tumor. Material and Methods. Of the 102 tumors from patients with SK, according to the results of histological examination, were selected 10 specimens of each histological types of SK: acanthotic, hyperkeratotic, adenoid, irritated, and clonal. We assessed all specimens for p27 (Kip1) expression using immunohistochemistry (monoclonal antibody p27 at a dilution of 1:20 (Novocastra Laboratories Ltd.). Three skin biopsy samples of healthy individuals were included. Results. Severe diffuse nuclear expression of p27 was present in all cases of adenoid, irritated, and 4 cases of clonal histological types of SK. In other tumor types positive reaction with monoclonal antibody to p27 was reduced as compared with healthy skin were recorded single positively stained nuclei of basal cells. Conclusions. Thus, we have found a violation of p27 protein expression in all types of seborrheic keratosis as with the excess (adenoid, irritated, clonal SK type) and in p27 protein deficiency (acanthotic, hyperkeratotic) normal course of cell cycle phases is broken. This leads to the disappearance of control over the cell proliferative activity and apoptosis, facilitating a slow, uncontrolled growth of SK cells.
