There are four commonly used statistical tables, namely Student’s <em>t</em>, Unit Normal Distribution or Z, chi-square, and F tables. The purpose of this paper is to provide researchers and practitioners a brief description of the tables and how to use them. The T table is used for sample analysis with normal distribution. The Z table is used for population or expected value analysis with normal distribution. The chi square table is used for one sample analysis that is not normally distributed. The implementation of this study aims to determine how much capital and labor wages have on the income of fried food traders at Losari Beach, Makassar City. This research aims to determine the effect of compensation, work discipline, work environment, and training on employee performance at KSO BBM Jasa Mina - Pekalongan. This research used a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data were processed using SPSS with multiple linear regression analysis techniques, T-test and F-test.
