Abstract:
Abstract Factor V (F.V) circulates as an inactive single chain procofactor. Only upon cleavage and activation with thrombin to F.Va does it function as a cofactor in the F.Xa-mediated conversion of prothrombin to thrombin. The conventional F.V coagulation assay measures the one-stage clotting activity, which most likely reflects the trace of F.V that is activated in the sample or becomes activated during the assay. Since F.V is activated by thrombin to F.Va, a second (two-stage) assay is crucial to fully assess the total F.V potential activity in the plasma sample. For this assay, normal human pooled plasma (diluted 100- to 500-fold) was treated with thrombin (1–5 NIH Units/ml, final concentration) for various times at 37°C to fully activate the F.V. The added thrombin was inhibited with a 2-fold molar excess of Phe-Pro-Arg chloromethylketone (PPACK) and the sample re-assayed. This second assay measures the total F.V activity of a sample. Maximal 10-fold activation of plasma F.V activity occurred with 2Units/ml thrombin after 1 to 2min at 37°C and this activity was stable for 30min prior to PPACK addition. Control experiments indicated that the levels of PPACK used did not affect the one-stage F.V activity of untreated plasma samples but were required to inhibit the added thrombin from clotting fibrinogen in the assay. Assay of timed plasma samples (n=48) from seven patients admitted to the Intensive Care Unit and subsequently diagnosed with disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC), indicated that the total F.V activity, the specific activity (total F.V activity/antigen), and the activation quotient were decreased, on average, by 45%, 49%, and 31%, respectively, from that observed with normal human pooled plasma. The results indicate that the total amount of activatable F.V as well as its degree of activation decreases from normal as part of the pathogenesis of DIC in humans. Further, the decreased total F.V specific activity observed in DIC patient plasma samples indicates that the F.V that is present is less active per molecule than normal, possibly because of proteolytic inactivation. This total F.V clotting assay should provide new information about the biochemistry of F.V and its contribution to the pathogenesis of coagulation disorders.

Abstract:
Abstract The effect of human neutrophil elastase (HNE) on human factor V (F.V) or α-thrombin–activated human factor V (F.Va) was studied in vitro by prothrombinase assays, sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE), and NH2 -terminal sequence analysis. Incubation of F.V (600 nmol/L) with HNE (2 nmol/L) in the presence of Ca2+ resulted in a time-dependent increase in its cofactor activity. In contrast, treatment of F.Va (600 nmol/L) with HNE (60 nmol/L) in the presence of Ca2+ resulted only in a time-dependent decrease in its cofactor activity. Under the conditions of these experiments, the maximum extent of F.V activation accomplished by incubation with HNE was approximately 65% to 70% of that observed with α-thrombin in presence of Ca2+. The extent of both the HNE-dependent enhancement in F.V cofactor activity and the HNE-dependent decrease in F.Va cofactor activity was not influenced by the addition of phosphatidylcholine/phosphatidylserine (PCPS) vesicles (50 μmol/L). The HNE-derived cleavage products of F.V, which correlated with increased cofactor activity, as demonstrated by SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, were different from those generated using α-thrombin. Treatment of F.V (600 nmol/L) with HNE (2 nmol/L) in the presence of Ca2+ resulted in the production of three closely spaced doublets of: 99/97, 89/87, and 76/74 kD whose appearance over time correlated well with the increased cofactor activity as judged by densitometry. Treatment of F.Va (600 nmol/L) with HNE (60 nmol/L) in the presence of Ca2+ resulted in the cleavage of both the 96 kD heavy chain and the 74/72 kD light chain into products of: 56, 53, 35, 28, 22, and 12 kD. Although densitometry indicated that both the heavy and light chains of F.Va were hydrolyzed by HNE, cleavage of the 96 kD heavy chain was more extensive during the time period (10 to 30 minutes) of the greatest loss of F.Va cofactor activity. NH2 -terminal sequence analysis of F.V treated with HNE indicated cleavage at Ile819 and Ile1484 under conditions during which the procofactor expressed enhanced cofactor activity in the prothrombinase complex. NH2 -terminal sequence analysis of F.Va treated with HNE indicated cleavage at Ala341, Ile508, and Thr1767 under conditions, which the cofactor became inactivated, as measured by prothrombinase activity. The activation and inactivation cleavage sites are close to those cleaved by the physiological activator and inactivator of F.V and F.Va, namely α-thrombin (Arg709 and Arg1545) and Activated Protein C (APC) (Arg306 and Arg506), respectively. These results indicate that HNE can generate proteolytic products of F.V, which initially express significantly enhanced procoagulant cofactor activity similar to that observed following activation with α-thrombin. In contrast, HNE treatment of F.Va resulted only in the loss of its cofactor activity, but again, this is similar to that observed following inactivation by APC.

Abstract:
Abstract Abstract 3353 Fucoidans are sulfated polysaccharides extracted from brown algae. Fucoidans have a wide variety of biological activities including pro- and anticoagulant activities, which occur at different concentration ranges. Therefore, fucoidans have also been described as non-anticoagulant sulfated polysaccharides (NASPs, Liu et al. Thromb Haemost 2006; 95:68). Fucoidans have complex structures due to their large molecular weight (Mw), wide Mw distribution, variable degree and pattern of sulfation, diverse monosaccharide composition, branching of the sugar chain and different monomer linkages. This structural complexity challenges identification of the components responsible for fucoidan activities. The aim of the presented study was to fractionate Fucus vesiculosus (F.v.) fucoidan by size and to de- and oversulfate it to obtain compounds of varying Mw or degree of sulfation (DS), respectively. The fucoidans were then to be analyzed for their pro-and anticoagulant activities and structure, and the effect of modified fucoidan on the target protein Tissue Factor Pathway Inhibitor (TFPI) investigated. Two approaches were applied to generate F.v. fucoidan with different structural properties to the original. Firstly, fucoidan was fractionated by size using ultrafiltration. The Mw of the resulting fractions ranged from 8–180 kD. NMR, elemental analysis and HPAEC showed that other structural features, such as sulfate content and monosaccharide composition, were similar to those of the original fucoidan. Thrombin generation (CAT) assays showed an EC50 for procoagulant activity of 0.3–3 μg/mL; aPTT increased by 50% at 4–25 μg/mL. Generally, higher Mw increased procoagulant activity. Below 15 kD, this activity was markedly reduced. The minimum active length of F.v. fucoidan was 70 carbohydrate units. De- and oversulfated F.v. fucoidans were used to investigate the impact of charge on pro- and anticoagulant activities. In the CAT assay, oversulfated fucoidans showed improved procoagulant activity with an EC50 of 0.09–0.12 μg/mL, while desulfated fucoidans demonstrated reduced procoagulant activity compared to the original. A DS of 0.5 was estimated to be the limit for procoagulant activity. Inhibition of TFPI by fucoidan was assessed with a dilute prothrombin time assay (dPT) with added full-length TFPI. TFPI-blocking activity was mainly dependent on the DS and less on the fucoidans' Mw. Interestingly, oversulfation also stimulated an undesired activation of the contact pathway. The presented study determined the minimal structural requirements for procoagulant activity of fucoidan molecules and identified features causing undesired biological effects. State responsibility has been on the agenda of the International Law Commission since its earliest days. Nearly fifty years ago, in 1949, the Commission identified state responsibility as one of fourteen topics in international law ready for codification. Only in 1956, however, did the Commission, with F.V. Garcia Amador as special rapporteur, begin in earnest its state responsibility codification project. Garcia Amador, whose work focused on the responsibility of states toward aliens on their territory, submitted a number of reports through 1961, but limited discussion was devoted to the topic. Abstract:
The USDA blueberry breeding program was initiated in 1910 by Dr. F.V. Coville and has been continuous since that time. Plant breeders Drs. G.M. Darrow, D.H. Scott, J.N. Moore, and A.D. Draper have worked with SAES and private growers to develop the majority of cultivars presently grown for commercial production. In the South, major cooperators with the USDA include SAES in Arkansas, North Carolina, Georgia, and Texas. Recently the USDA Station at Poplarville MS, has been instrumental in blueberry cultivar development for the South. Rabbiteye blueberry cultivars make up the majority of blueberry acreage grown in the region. A new type of blueberry, the southern highbush (SHB), has been developed by interspecific hybridization with various Vaccinium species. Late-blooming SHB cultivars have been developed that offer better protection from spring frosts and ripen earlier than the earliest rabbiteye blueberry. Genes required to meet future needs reside within native Vaccinium species. Progress has been made in plant adaptation, disease resistance, fruit quality, and season of ripening. There remains a need for greater plant vigor, insect resistance, and consistent production.

Abstract:
Abstract Abstract 1208 Fucoidans are sulfated polysaccharides which are extracted from brown seaweeds and echinoderms and have a wide variety of biological activities. Described as non-anticoagulant polysaccharides (NASPs), they have been demonstrated to improve clotting in FVIII- and FIX-deficient plasma (Liu et al., 2006), making them good candidates for hemophilia treatment. However, fucoidans have also been extensively studied for their anticoagulant effects (Pereira et al., 1999), which usually occur at much higher concentrations than the procoagulant activity. This opens a large procoagulant window where procoagulant activities exceed anticoagulant effects. When analyzed by a global hemostatic thrombin generation assay in hemophilia plasma the onset of procoagulant activity is observed at concentrations as low as 0.01 μg/mL with optimal activity at about 1 μg/mL. Reversal of procoagulant activity is seen at concentrations higher than 10 μg/mL. Fucoidans and other sulfated polysaccharides activate different anticoagulant mechanisms depending on their structural properties. Branched fucoidans extracted from brown algae have been shown to directly inhibit thrombin, while linear fucoidan from echinoderms activates antithrombin III (ATIII) or heparin cofactor II (HCII)-mediated thrombin inhibition (Pereira et al., 1999). Sulfated galactans also have serpin-dependent and -independent anticoagulant activities (Glauser et al., 2009). In this study we analyzed fucoidans from several brown algae species for their anticoagulant properties and mode of action to identify the candidate with the best procoagulant and lowest anticoagulant activity. NASPs from several brown algae species including L. japonica (L.j.), F. vesiculosus (F.v.), and U. pinnatifida (U.p.) showed different anticoagulant activities in an activated partial thromboplastin time (aPTT) assay. U.p. fucoidan was about twice as anticoagulant as the other fucoidan preparations, increasing clotting time by 50% at a concentration of 4 μg/mL. In addition, NASPs were analyzed in ATIII- and HCII-thrombin model assays. L.j. fucoidan activated ATIII-mediated thrombin inhibition, whereas the other fucoidans showed no effect on ATIII. Fucoidans from L.j. and F.v. had a direct effect on thrombin, starting at about 10 μg/mL. By contrast, U.p. fucoidan did not directly affect thrombin. However, all preparations increased HCII-mediated thrombin inhibition at concentrations below 1 μg/mL. This suggests that HCII is the main target for the anticoagulant activity of fucoidans. Nevertheless, we observed substantial differences between the fucoidan candidates which will be correlated to structural properties. Our work describes the assessment of anticoagulant activities of a variety of fucoidan species to better understand their intertwined pro- and anticoagulant effects. This provides important mechanistic insights for the development of hemophilia therapies. Disclosures: Dockal: Baxter Innovations GmbH: Employment. Till:Baxter Innovations GmbH: Employment. Statement of the problem. The main focus of the article is on the problem of interaction between space (Siberia) and culture (utopian tradition) that constitutes the range of interests for researchers of a Siberian text, in a broader sense, of any local text, as well as for representatives of geocultural and geopoetic approaches. The objectives of this study are to identify works in which (anti) utopia is geographically localized in Siberia, with the exception of the already sufficiently studied topic of Belovodye; to characterize the functions of the Siberian locus in the artistic world of A.V. Rubanov’s dilogy “Chlorophylia” and “Living Earth”. Research results. As a result, a line of succession of the utopian tradition was outlined: from F.V. Bulgarin through A.K. Gastev to the novels of A.V. Rubanov. Conclusions. It was revealed that in A. Rubanov’s dilogy the space of Siberia consistently changes its functions: it exists in opposition to Moscow, to the center and the synecdoche of Russia; it is a colony and a condition for the existence of the Moscow utopia; it is a place of exile and post-apocalyptic “savagery” as the basis of a potential revival; it is a proper utopian city, an alternative capital.

Abstract:
SummaryFucoidan is a highly complex sulfated polysaccharide commonly extracted from brown seaweed. In addition to their many biological activities, fucoidans have recently been demonstrated to inhibit or increase coagulation at different concentration ranges. Their structural features, i.e. molecular weight (Mw), Mw distribution, degree of sulfation, monosaccharide composition, and different linkages, are known to affect these activities. Therefore, structure-activity relationship (SAR) analysis of fucoidan is crucial for its potential use as a procoagulant. In this study, Fucus vesiculosus (F.v.) fucoidan was fractionated by charge and size as well as over- and desulfated to different degrees to yield preparations with various structural properties. The fractions’ pro- and anticoagulant activities were assessed by calibrated automated thrombography (CAT) and activated partial thromboplastin time (aPTT) assays. Binding to and inhibition of the anticoagulant protein tissue factor pathway inhibitor (TFPI) and the ability to activate coagulation via the contact pathway were also investigated. This paper discusses the impact of charge density, size, and sugar composition on fucoidan’s pro- and anticoagulant activities. Fucoidan requires a minimal charge density of 0.5 sulfates per sugar unit and a size of 70 sugar units to demonstrate desired procoagulant activities for improvement of haemostasis in factor VIII/factor IX-deficient plasma.

Abstract:
Experiments with hexaflumuron have been made against pests on apples, pears, peaches, potatoes and maize. On apples a predefined spray program was used for the combined control of Cydia pomonella (L) (Lepidoptera: Tortricidae), Phyllonorycter blancardella. (Fabr.) (Lepidoptera: Gracillariidae), P. corylifoliella (Hbn) (Lepidoptera: Gracillariidae), Leucoptera scitella (Zell.) (Lepidoptera: Lyonetiidae) and Adoxophyes orana (F.v. Roslerstamm) (Lepidoptera: Tortricidae). Sprays started when C. pomonella adults appeared and were continued every 2, 3 and 4 weeks. Against Cacopsylla pyri L. (Homoptera: Psyllidae), Anarsia lineatella Zell. (Lepidoptera: Gelechiidae) and Grapholitha molesta (Busck) (Lepidoptera: Tortricidae), trials were made to define efficacy and timing, while trials on Leptinotarsa decendineata (Say) (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae) and Sesamia nonagrioides Lef. (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae) were only for efficacy. Hexaflumuron promised to be an excellent insecticide since it was at least as good as organophosphate standards, amitraz and the benzoylphenyl ureas (BPU) tested. With fewer sprays it gave seasonal and combined control on apple pests. It is a new BPU insecticide with low mammalian toxicity and fits IPM programs, since its toxicity to predators and parasites is low. Hexaflumuron had no effect on adults of the predator Coccinella septempunctata L. (Coleoptera: Coccinelidae) in the potato trial. Sprays must start at the beginning of the oviposition of fruit damaging pests and at the egg or early larva-nymph stage of the foliage damaging pests. The spray must fully cover fruit and foliage.

Abstract:

Abstract:
Abstract Abstract 2262 Fucoidans are sulfated polysaccharides extracted and purified from brown seaweeds. Described as non-anticoagulant polysaccharides (NASPs), they have been shown to improve clotting in FVIII- and FIX-deficient plasma (Liu et al. Thromb Haemost 2006;95:68), making them good candidates for hemophilia treatment. NASP orally administered to hemophilia A dogs over several weeks resulted in correction to normal ranges in thromboelastography (TEG) parameters and improvement of the cuticle bleeding time (Prasad et al. Blood 2008;111:672). We screened extracts of eleven brown algae species to select the most active, high-quality, homogeneous fucoidan. In-depth structural analysis and assessment of the pro-/anticoagulant and TFPI-inhibiting activities of a selected set of fucoidan preparations was performed. The effect of the best fucoidan candidate was studied in a novel guinea pig model by whole blood TEG monitoring supported by calibrated automated thrombographic (CAT) analysis. Comparative structural studies of fucoidans included monosaccharide composition and elemental analysis, molecular weight and overall structural determination by NMR. 13C-NMR spectroscopy gave a comprehensive picture of fucoidan structure including fucose and alginate content and the relative heterogeneity of the preparation distinguishing between fucoidans of different algae species. Heterogeneity of the materials was highest in U. pinnatifida and L. japonica and lowest in F. vesiculosus (F.v.) samples. Procoagualant activity was shown by CAT and rotation thromboelastometry. Clotting parameters of FVIII-inhibited human blood or plasma were corrected to normal levels at 1 and 3 μg/mL depending on the fucoidan. In addition, the fucoidans were analyzed by BiaCore and a modified dilute prothrombin time assay to show binding to TFPI and inhibition of full-length TFPI activity. The screening process supported the identification and optimization of new fucoidan-specific analytical methods. Furthermore, a CAT protocol optimized for guinea pig plasma was used to show the procoagulant effect of the overall best fucoidan candidate. We spiked F.v. fucoidan into FVIII-inhibited guinea pig plasma between 1 and 100μg/mL and triggered thrombin generation with low amounts of tissue factor. The FVIII-inhibited guinea pig plasma was corrected to normal CAT parameters at ∼30μg/mL NASP. Based on our findings in the CAT assay, we designed a dosage pattern for studying the procoagulant effect using TEG in FVIII-inhibited Dunkin Hartley guinea pigs (n=10) after intravenous administration of 0.1 to 1.6mg/kg NASP. The primary endpoint assessed was R-time (time to clotting). FVIII-inhibited guinea pigs showed a median R-time of ≥120min (no clotting), while R-time was reduced in a non-linear dose-dependent manner after administration of NASP down to 69min (0.4mg/kg NASP). Thus, the results generated in in vitro tests, were confirmed in vivo. This new animal model of induced hemophilia will support the development of alternative hemophilia therapeutics. Abstract:
The article presents the historical and scientific analysis of the process of formation and development of scientific research on agriculture at Uman Agricultural Institute in the historical context. It was established that scientific research on agriculture dates back to 1868, when the Main School of Horticulture was reorganized in the Uman College of Agriculture and Horticulture. It was found that the first studies on soil cultivation and fertilization were conducted in the period from 1886-1912 by Professor M.K. Vasyliev. In 1912 Professor M.K. Vasyliev published the first Ukrainian textbook on plant growing and forestry called «Private agriculture or the study of field and meadow crops». It was established that the activity of V.V. Pashkevych at Uman School contributed to the further development of fruit and ornamental horticulture and viticulture in the Russian Empire, and later in Ukraine. It is noted that S.M. Vukolov, while working at Uman School of Horticulture and Agriculture, for the first time first organized teaching of vegetable growing on a scientific basis. It is emphasized that P.G. Shytt was the first school teacher who began to study the root system and nutrition of the fruit trees, the patterns of growth and cycling of their ontogenetic development. Great attention is paid to the exploratory works of Professor F.V. Zamorskyi, who, on the basis of the study of content and species composition of weeds in rye and wheat seeds, proposed wholly justified measures of weed control. It has been established that the personal contribution of the scientists and teachers of Uman School to the formation of scientific principles of agriculture is undoubtedly significant and contributes to the provision of high and stable crops of agricultural products. Particular attention is paid to the main scientific achievement of the prominent scientist-agronomist – Professor S.S. Rubin in horticulture and field agriculture. It was investigated that the main directions of his scientific and research work were: soil maintenance and fertilization in fruit plantations, crop rotation and soil cultivation under field crops.

Abstract:
Background. Tuberculosis is a chronic lung disease that occurs due to a bacterial infection and is one of the top ten causes of human death. As part of the automated diagnostic system, the detecting tuberculosis lesions on computed tomograms of the lungs in automatic mode is an urgent task. Objective. We are aimed to solve the lungs segmentation tuberculosis-affected areas problem on computer tomograms using digital image processing based on U-networks. Methods. The data for training the network were provided by the specialists of National Institute of Phthisiology and Pulmonology named after F.V. Yanovsky, NAMS of Ukraine. We performed the image segmentation by applying artificial intelligence using the convolutional neural network UNet, which has been developed for medical segmentation tasks. We considered three versions of UNet networks with different parameter values. A feature of U-Net is the absence of fully connected layers. This network is an example of an encoder-decoder architecture, which shows high results in problems of semantic image segmentation. In the last two models, we applied the technique of early stopping of training which avoids the effect of overfitting the network. The number of training epochs is set with a margin, and the process of training network parameters stops as soon as the model performance stops improving on the test data set. Results. The data set was divided into 320 samples (80%) for training, 40 samples (10%) for testing, and 40 samples (10%) for the exam. The effectiveness of the developed models was evaluated by the parameters: Precision, Recall, and Matthews correlation coefficient. The final model provides high performance on the exam, such as accuracy of 0.82, sensitivity of 0.75, Matthews correlation coefficient of 78%. Conclusions. The conducted studies using the UNet network allowed us to obtain high results for the segmentation of tuberculosis lesions on computed tomography images. The proposed network will be used in the further development of diagnostic systems for tuberculosis.

Abstract:
The industrial effluents from the oil and gas industry contain harmful contaminants that bring detrimental effects to the aquatic life and human population. The primary concerns are the high value of Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Total Suspended Solids (TSS), turbidity and heavy metal content such as ferum and copper in the effluents, which did not comply with the Environmental Quality Act (1974) Industrial Effluent (Regulations) 2009 of Malaysian Department of Environment (DOE). This research aims to study the efficiency of natural bio-coagulants in treating the industrial effluent from the oil and gas industry. The industrial effluent sample was treated by using two natural biocoagulants F.A and F.B and three commercial treatment agents (bio-solvent, alum, and poly aluminium chloride (PAC)). Different beakers consisting of 7.5 wt% of each agent were added into 1.5 L of wastewater sample and left for a week without mechanical assistance. For the second stage, only F.A and alum were used during the experiment. By using five different weight percentages: 2.5%, 5.0%, 7.5%, 10.0%, and 12.5%, the treatment agents were added into 100 ml of wastewater and left for a week without any mechanical assistance. Then, the samples were analyzed for each of the five parameters. The results showed F.A is the best agent in COD treatment, with 41% reduction; followed by alum with 36%, PAC with 26% and bio-solvent with 22% reduction, respectively. The obtained results also showed that F.A and alum are at optimum performances at 7.5 wt%. The F.A and alum efficiency are deteriorating when the dosage is below and above 7.5 wt%.

Messershmidt), the First Kamchatka and the Great Northern expeditions (V.I. Bering, А.I. Chirikov, G.F. Müller, G.V. Stöller, I.G. Gmelin, S.P. Krasheninnikov), Great academic expeditions across Russia (P.S. Pallas, S.G. Gmelin, I.A. Güldenstädt, I.I. Lepyokhin, I.P. Falk, I.G. Georgi), round-the-world sea expeditions (I.F. Kruzenshtern and Yu.F. Lisyansky, F.F. Bellingshausen and M.P. Lazarev, F.G. Kittlitz and A.K. Mertens), as well as expeditions to Brazil (G. I. Langsdorf and E.P. Menetries) and expedition of I.G. Voznesensky in Russian America, the Commanders and Kamchatka. Reference is made to the importance of zoological expeditions of K.F. von Baer, A.F. Middendorf, G.I. Radde, N.A. Severtsov, M.N. Bogdanov, G.E. and M.E. Grumm-Grzhimailo. Particular attention is paid to the great Asian campaigns to Central Asia in the late XIX – early XX century of NM. Przevalsky, V.I. Roborovsky, P.K. Kozlov, G.N. Potanin, M.V. Pevtsov, B.L. Grombchevsky, M.A. Pyltsov and N.A. Zarudny. The contribution of the ornithologists of Russia M.N.Bogdanov, M.M. Berezovsky, M.A. Menzbir, V.L. Bianchi, F.D. Pleske, V.I. Dybowski, V.A. Godlewski, M.I. Jankowski, V.K. Taczanowski, P.P. Sushkin and S.A. Buturlin to the bird systematics at the end of the 19th century and the beginning of XX century is described. In conclusion, it is said about the unique value of zoological collections for the study of taxonomy and phylogeny, including on the basis of molecular genetic studies.

Abstract:
Pleroma setosociliatum (Cogn.) F.S. Mey. & F.B. Matos, from the states of Paraná and Santa Catarina, Brazil, has been indicated, still as a name in Tibouchina, as a synonym of T. dubia (Cham.) Cogn. on several floras and electronic databases. However, field observations and a more detailed analysis of herbarium specimens, including the types, led to the conclusion that these two species are distinct. They differ from each other not only in geographic distribuition, but also in growth habit, leaf size, indument, and dimensions of the connectives on antesepalous stamens. Tibouchina setosociliata is here transferred to Pleroma on the basis of morphology and results of a previously published molecular phylogeny.
