From the application of factorial models it follows that the higher the financial lever, the higher the return on equity. But in economic practice, increasing the degree of indebtedness cannot permanently contribute to increasing the profitability of equity because the permissible limit of the indebtedness degree may constitute no more

Roughly speaking, knowledge networks are explained from a neural network in which degrees of learning are established, considering the differences between the input layer, the intermediate or hidden layer and the output layer. A non-experimental, cross-sectional and exploratory study was carried out with a non-probabilistic selection of 300 students, managers and teachers from a public university in central Mexico. The results show a factorial asymmetry of one input layer unit for three output layer units, suggesting that there is a significant degree of learning around the knowledge network.

Abstract Setting the building construction duration for vertical residential works is made still in the study phase of economic and financial feasibility of the project and, in most cases, in an empirical way, increasing the uncertainties and the risks to fulfill the set deadline. However, there are computational intelligence tools that can contribute to reduce the degree of uncertainty. This study aimed to investigate the use of a hybrid system to estimate the deadline for vertical residential building works from design and production characteristics using factorial analysis and Fuzzy Systems

A great number of real-world problems can be associated with multi-criteria decision-making. These problems are often characterized by a high degree of uncertainty. Intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFSs) are a generalized form of an ordinal fuzzy set to deal with this natural uncertainty. In this paper, we propose a hybrid version of the intuitionistic fuzzy ELECTRE based on VIKOR method, which was never considered before. The advantage and strengths of the intuitionistic fuzzy ELECTRE based on VIKOR method as decision aid technique and IFS as an uncertain framework make the proposed method a suitab

This degree of influence of the size of each subsection on the total amount of the section allows you to determine the factorial stochastic analysis.
