Abstract:
The article covers the issues of factors influencing the formation of fair wages. The principles on which the system of guarantees of realization of the rights of workers to a fair wage should be based are considered. There are two groups of factors in the formation of wages: a) market; b) non-market or socio-legal. The first group includes: 1) changes in supply and demand in the market of goods and services in the production of which this work is used; 2) the usefulness of the resource of the entrepreneur; 3) the elasticity of demand for labor at price; 4) interchangeability of resources; 5) change in prices for consumer goods and services. The second group includes: 1) measures of state regulation related to the establishment of the minimum wage, minimum salary, subsistence level; 2) the level of wages and conditions of employment can have a significant impact on trade union policy, the strength of the trade union movement; 3) the final results of the enterprise and the personal contribution of the employee; 4) the existence of a system of guarantees for the realization of employees’ rights to fair remuneration. It is pointed out that we cannot study the institution of wages in isolation from the current economic situation in the country, so we need to know what factors affect the determination of the level of wages. There are four principles on which the system of guarantees for the realization of employees’ rights to fair remuneration should be based: 1) equality of remuneration; 2) timeliness of remuneration; 3) completeness of payment of wages; 4) fair pay. It is concluded that the proposed and analyzed factors that affect the formation of wages should be studied and taken into account during the regulatory reform of the institution of wages. In our opinion, the principles on which the system of guarantees for the realization of workers’ rights to fair remuneration should be based must be enshrined in law. It is argued that the institution of wages needs comprehensive reform. And above all, it is necessary to pay attention to the principles on which it should be built, because these are the fundamental foundations.

Abstract:
The publication is devoted to issues of the formation of an economic regulation mechanism of sustainable water resources using in Ukraine, in particular the development of scientifically based recommendations for the involvement of underground aquifers in operation and increase the quantity of their use in various sectors of economy. It is noted that a system approach to the consideration and solution of this issue provides the need to develop appropriate methodical and methodological bases and create an information and analytical base. Assessment and forecast of prospects for the development of water consumption from underground sources and the involvement of appropriate administrative, legal and financial levers to perform such tasks are impossible without taking into account a range of geographical, socio-economic and environmental factors. It is proposed general methodological approaches to the creation of an appropriate forecasting system considering hydrological and hydrogeological conditions of different regions, the characteristics of water intakes, the qualitative and quantitative indicators of water supply sources, the state of their protection from the influence of anthropogenic factors, and a number of other indicators. It is accentuated that only a methodically balanced analysis of all these factors will reveal the natural, social and economic patterns of the region and determine the economic basis and appropriate ways of the water management industry development. In the publication schematically presented the tasks and ways to solve these tasks, and the information basis and algorithm for involvement and using data to analyze the possibilities of realizing the natural potential of groundwater within different territorial units. The creation of an accomplished system for determination of the prospects for the use of groundwater resources as a tool for regulation of using, quality and ensuring their protection, will allow performing a forecast economic assessment of the potential role of groundwater in improving water use systems in each specific region.

Abstract:
In the article the authors analyze the approaches to the definition of "social responsibility". The paper substantiates the relevance of implementing the principles of corporate social responsibility. The authors study the types of social responsibility and its manifestations. It is concluded that corporate social responsibility initiatives are based on four different categories, namely ethical responsibility, philanthropic responsibility, environmental responsibility and economic responsibility. The implementation of the principles of economic responsibility is extremely important, because in this case, economic decisions are made, taking into account their overall impact on both society and business. Thus, economic responsibility can improve business operations by engaging in sustainable practices. It is proposed to divide all factors influencing the formation and development of social responsibility of the company into two groups: factors of action (tax system and public administration systems; government surcharges, subsidies, rewards, etc .; creation of special funds, savings, etc .; volunteering and private initiative ; other factors) and factors of provision (development of investment activity; formation of mechanisms of motivation and stimulation of involvement in the decision of social problems; construction of effective management systems; introduction of public-private partnership). The group of factors of action influences both at the national and local levels. Provision factors are based on the intensification of investment activities, which is the basis for innovation, which in turn will provide additional cash flow and create a strong financial and economic base for the formation of social responsibility systems. The article describes one of the possible options for the process of financial and economic support of social responsibility. It is substantiated that the consideration of these factors by business entities in their activities will help increase social investment, improve the image of companies, increase their attractiveness as participants in the business environment.

Abstract:
Formulation of the problem. Terraforming projects for other planets and celestial bodies of the solarsystem, primarily the Moon and Mars, can be developed on the basis of different methodological approaches. Whateverthe size of the settlements on the Moon and Mars might be or however many people may stay or live there, whatevermission they will carry out, whatever materials the lunar and Martian settlement bases can be made of, all these projectsshould deal with the set of individual negative, in relation to the settlers from the Earth, factors inherent in either of theplanets, which will definitely affect the formation of terraformist settlements. The purpose of the article is to considerthe role of hazardous environmental factors for settlers on the Moon and Mars in the context of architectural and urbanplanning features of settlements, show how these features can affect the formation of settlements for colonists from theEarth, and identify what a morphograph of a network of those settlements might look like after its terraforming has beencompleted. Conclusion. All the member countries of the “space club”, located on different continents, have alreadyentered an active phase of their projects aimed at developing the Moon and Mars surfaces. However, neither theprojects for settlements on these planets nor the approaches to the formation of the material base of the colonies, whichwill take into account all the inherent negative factors on the surfaces of these celestial bodies, have been extensivelydeveloped yet. The opinions of experts on this matter differ, and therefore it becomes possible to study this problemmore thoroughly in the context of developing settlements for earthlings, taking into account the negative influences ofthe environment on these celestial bodies.

Abstract:
The generalization of the field material collected by the author allowed to identify two groups of interrelated factors that form the mentality of those Nanai people who practice shamanism. There were two principles identified, the goal-setting and detecting the resources required to achieve the desired results. On the one hand, an irrational worldview, the idea of the accessibility of the space of the spiritual world and the characters inhabiting it (spirits), is specific to the mentality of shamanists. On the other hand, the basis of the mentality of shamanists is the priority of the principle of pragmatism (utility), that is, the desire to consider the spiritual invisible reality as a resource available for solving those problems that arise in the real physical world. The mentality formed at the intersection of the principles of irrationality and utility has a significant sociogenetic potential, its effect extends to those aspects of the socio-cultural reality that are outside of the actual shamanic practice...

Abstract:
Factors such as different cultural determinants undoubtedly affect “the shape” of the economy. Mueller, Hofstede and Gray, among others, have studied the impact of the cultural factors on an economy, especially in fields such as accounting. Reflections on the topic have also appeared in the Polish literature, although relatively late. One of the cultural factors is, beyond doubt, religion, forming some ethical attitudes through the transfer of certain values which become the guiding principles for individual actions, exerting an obvious influence on the applicable standards in a given society. The author does not claim to consider the relations between religion and ethics, as only issues concerning a possible to demonstrate influence of religious norms on accounting are raised in the article. The aim is to discuss briefly the impact of Christianity, Islam and Confucianism on accounting systems and practices based on literature studies. In conclusion, the question arises about the sense of the convergence of accounting standards, at least in the context of the current efforts undertaken in this field.

Abstract:
The article defines theoretical principles and key components of the mechanism of enterprise competitiveness management. At the beginning of the formation of the mechanism of enterprise competitiveness management it is necessary to define its main purpose, which will be coordinated with all further actions of the subjects of management – heads of the institutional, managerial and operational level. The management entities perform their functions and develop a strategy and specific tasks in the field of improving the competitiveness of the enterprise in accordance with clearly defined principles and considering the existing provisioning subsystem. It should be noted that in the current economic environment, compliance with the principle of corporate social responsibility is essential in the context of maintaining and increasing competitive positions. Functions and tasks are accomplished at all levels of the enterprise's activity through the direct subjects’ influence to the objects of management, which include a set of functional spheres of the company’s activity. Controlling influence on the objects of management is exercised through the management of controlled factors and the adaptation of activities to the actions of the uncontrolled factors, the use of a set of tools of influence, as well as a system of methods of assessing the level of competitiveness of the enterprise. As a result of the implementation of the enterprise competitiveness management mechanism, the production and sale of products of high level of competitiveness should be ensured, which is the main indicator of the enterprise's success in the market and creates opportunities for maintaining and enhancing competitive positions, improving the company's image and ensuring high level of profitability. It is important to note that in the course of the activity, the mechanism of enterprise competitiveness management requires constant adaptation to changing economic conditions by making adjustments in the competitive strategy, current plans of activities, tasks and measures aimed at acquiring new and maintaining the existing competitive advantages of the enterprise. Abstract:
On-board diagnostics of technical condition of the brake system elements provide control during the inter-control period of operation. The use of ABS requires further development of on-board diagnostic tools based on the development of new diagnostic methods using multilevel structural and effect schemes, primarily in terms of efficiency parameters. Increase of the information content by increasing the number of measured kinematic parameters and improving the algorithms for generating control signals for the brake system actuators showed effectiveness of diagnostics. To implement diagnostics of technical state of the brake system elements on board of a vehicle, a structural diagram of a diagnostic device, which uses telecommunication means of connection with an expert system and a voltage strain gauge in the coupling device of a truck has been proposed. It is advisable to carry out in-depth element-by-element diagnostics under bench conditions, with the maximum possible exclusion of random factors affecting the process. To summarize all information about the state of the vehicle's braking system, it is necessary to use an expert system.

Abstract:
In the modern global world, a study on mentality as a main characteristic of the nation which defines the unity of the religious and cultural tradition of the society is conditioned with the need to develop an effective international religious and cultural cooperation. The purpose of the analysis is to determine religious factors in shaping the Ukrainian mentality taking into account its historical background and the challenges of modernity. The study methodology is based on the principles of the non-confessional approach and philosophical pluralism, involving a system of methods, namely: historical, dialectical, comparative methods, synthesis, and generalization. In the conclusions it is emphasized that mentality is one of the forms of the social experience accumulation, the set of historically accepted ideas, viewpoints, stereotypes, forms and behavior which are laid down is the public consciousness by means of education, culture, religion, a language through the years. Every mental formation has its imaginary lines of a friend and foe which were formed by ideologies, beliefs, and religious values. The religious factors in the formation of mentality reflect the role of the Church as the main regulator of the social life. In the social environment of the Ukrainian nation, a temple can be seen as a peculiar archetypical formation, the part of the landmark, symbolic, communicative, and informational religious system which regulates the public consciousness and it is an integral part of the national memory. The mental archetypes of the national identity stem from the phenomenon of the borderlands, and have shaped in the social context the desire for personal freedom, patriotism, social activity; in the spiritual dimension, it is a willing for the inner world to be protected, sacrifice, mercy, non-violence.

Abstract:
From the very first day of his birth until his death, man is under the watchful eye of society. Economic or industrial relations form the basis of society and social life. But, according to most sociologists and philosophers of the XX-XXI centuries, for thousands of years there were other, not less important laws and relationships that impeccably «guide» human actions – these are moral values. Thus, economics, morality and politics are so closely intertwined in modern post-industrial society that it is simply impossible to separate them from each other. After all, today «man as a person» and «man as a citizen» define two main directions of progress of human existence: the direction of development of the «inner world» of man the formation of new moral and psychological principles of existence; the direction of development of the «external world» of man – the formation of new economic, political and socio-psychological principles of existence. But a person’s freedom of action in a post-industrial society does not absolve himself of responsibility to society. Responsibility itself keeps a person from uncontrolled intentions.

Abstract:
In the article, the main attention is paid to the development of methodological principles of statistical modeling of factors for the formation of employment quality. The necessity of developing a new strategy in the formation of employment quality to ensure effective socioeconomic development of Ukraine is substantiated. The necessary steps and management decisions are determined. The problems of assessing the quality of employment in Ukraine are outlined, the main stage of which is the modeling of factors for the formation of employment quality using modern statistical methods. In order to define the generalized factors of employment quality formation, a model of the main components is constructed, allowing to transform the 18-dimensional sign space into a five-dimensional space of generalized factors that explain 87.6% of the variation in the selected features, which indicates a high level of factorization. Five main factors are identified and ranked according to the degree of importance: the level of informatization of society (contribution – 41.7%), working conditions and the environment (26.3%), informal employment (8.2%), industrial injuries with fatal consequences (6.3%), and the employment rate (5.1%). The computations were carried out using the application package «Statistica», in particular the module «Factor analysis». The use of the developed model makes it possible to prevent subjectivism in determining the main factors in the formation of employment quality. The conducted study provided to substantiate the theoretical-methodological principles of statistical modeling of factors for the formation of employment quality on the basis of the method of the main components. The identified factors can be taken as a basis for the formation of key directions of improvement of the employment sphere in Ukraine.

Abstract:
In spite of the proposal of the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC) in 2013 on the structure of the integrated report, the question of the principles of its formation and the concept of integrated reporting in Ukraine remains open. The issue of trust in society and among stakeholders, based on Sztompka’s theory, is extremely relevant in the post-industrial economy. Consequently, our study is devoted to the analysis of the definitions of the concept "integrated reporting", its formation principles and conceptual bases of development in Ukraine. The research was conducted using a comparative analysis of scientific literature, questionnaires and surveys of 42 accountants of 10 enterprises of Khmelnitsky region, conceptual analysis, categorical and systemic approaches. The definitions of the concept of "integrated reporting" are systematized, the principles of its preparation are generalized. According to the results of the research, the authors consider the integrated reporting as a new paradigm of corporate reporting which provides information about the key factors for creating value at the moment and in the future through the presentation of financial and non-financial indicators in order to create a stable, functioning business. The main advantages and disadvantages of its formation in the Ukrainian institutional environment are highlighted. The conducted research reveals the absence of the regulating and methodological tools for the formation of integrated reporting in Ukraine, due to the availability of different types of reports and lack of understanding of their purpose. Through conceptual analysis, the conceptual bases of integrated reporting are generalized and systematized in accordance with international standards

Abstract:
Contradictory approaches to the formation of the foundations and policies of inclusive industrialization are revealed. The interdependence of inclusive development and industrialization is shown, in particular, due to the existence of the intrinsic property of industrialization to be inclusively oriented under the conditions that create the effect of “circular cumulative causation” of its deployment through structural policy instruments. Emphasis is placed on the absence of such conditions in Ukraine due to incongruent actions of the state in the economy. The significant limitations of the theory of inclusive/extractive institutions for effective industrialization are pointed out, connected with the too long for the later period of formation of inclusive institutions and their neoliberal content, a priori unsuitable for industrialization. Given the social order of limited access in Ukraine, the existing policy of straightforward borrowing of institutions from developed countries is noted, which led to increased socio-economic instability and the spread of rent-oriented organizations instead of production. Industrialization is considered as a process of structural changes that should occur with a complementary combination of structural and fundamental factors of development. Through the prism of these factors, models and experiences of industrialization and deindustrialization in the world are considered. It is shown that domestic premature deindustrialization is due to ignoring the need for such factors in economic policy, their unjustified replacement by measures of deregulation and liberalization, emphasis on the use of current competitive advantages—cheap labor and natural resources – instead of building promising, technology-based and innovative advantages. The latent “failures” of scientific-technological development from the standpoint of inclusive industrialization are critically highlighted, in particular, attention is drawn to the problems of deepening social injustice and inequality, impossibility for weak countries to form policies in their national interests market power and the growing political influence of corporations. As a result, a number of conclusions are drawn on the formation of a policy of inclusive industrialization in Ukraine.

Tectonic evolution of the Earth is a principle global factor responsible for uneven distribution of lead and zinc reserves in geological time. Cyclic changes in productivity of lead-zinc ore-formation processes resulted from periodical amalgamation of most blocks of continental crust, formation, stabilization and final break-up of supercontinents. Many features of age spectrums of lead and zinc reserves are caused by gradual increase of volume of continental crust resulting from accretion of island arcs to ancient cratons, widening of distribution of ensialic environments of ore-formation and increasing role of continental crust in magmatic processes.

Abstract:
At the turn of the XIX–XX centuries in Russia a group of church museums acquired the status of "cultural norm". In the application of the comprehensive approach with chronological and evolutionary principles, the authors of the article traced the process of the most important evolutionary stages of the development of pre- revolutionary church museums. The basis for the proposed periodization is the dynamics of the development of this group of museums, according to the historical and cultural context. A key feature of these stages is the change in the public perception of church monuments separately from the liturgical process. On the basis of the conducted research, the authors singled out three stages of the formation and development of the pre-revolutionary church museum: from its forms to the socio-cultural institution. The model of the Berlin Christian Educational Museum was used as a model for Russian church museum and adapted to Orthodoxy. The authors also identified a number of factors that contributed to the spread of the network of church museums in the pre-revoluti onary period.

Abstract:
The current situation of green economy digitalization actualizes the problem of developing innovative principles of professional training in universities. The key conditions for the training of highly qualified personnel in accordance with the needs of society and employers as participants of educational relations are of particular importance due to the qualimetric assessment of educational achievements of students (QAA), which has been actualized since 2000 by conceptual research within the framework of the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA). The material for the study was modern approaches, algorithms and models of QAA in higher education institutions. The main methods of research were theoretical analysis of published scientific literature on the problem of digital assessment of the level of professional competence of university graduates in the field of green economy-sustainable development, primarily, their professional environmental and economic competence (PEEC) based on a ranking analysis of expert information on the impact of different factors. At the same time, the problems which are the result of multifactor dependencies typical for pedagogy are put into the structured category and the apparatus of mathematical modelling and selection of optimal solutions is scientifically grounded to solve them. The most significant pedagogical factors were selected according to their influence on the level of PEEC formation as a result of using the method of expert group evaluation and ranking the selected opinions of experts, the consistency of which was previously revealed by calculating the Kendall's concordance coefficient. The principles of the systematic approach applied in the pedagogical research, using the conceptual provisions of quantitative measurements, numerical modelling and mathematical statistics based on factor planning allowed us to present the results of the experiment to identify the final dependence of the level of PEEC formation as a regression model as the initial step in the developed platform (underlying concept) of qualimetric assessment of the dominant factors of PEEC formation. The initial principles of such a concept are formulated, providing opportunities for studying and analyzing the influence of various pedagogical factors and organizational and pedagogical conditions, choosing the ways of generating educational trajectories.

Abstract:
Despite a large number of studies devoted to the intellectual capital management at industrial enterprises, its structure, evaluation and some issues remain fragmentary. In particular, there is no scientific approach to the interpretation of the content and formation of the intellectual capital structure. The process of transition of management technologies to a new level of SMART enterprises is not fully studied, and the system of rapid assessment of intellectual capital at industrial enterprises and express – management of it in connection with such transition is not considered. The need for further research in this area led us to the choice of the paper topic. The author's definition of the concept of intellectual capital is considered as a set of intellectual potential of people and structural capital, which on the basis of methods of formation, effective management, use and reproduction of intellectual resources (intellectual property and digital industry) is aimed at achieving economic efficiency of the enterprise. The paper considers the most significant approaches to intellectual capital management, highlights the features and advantages of each approach. An effective system of intellectual capital management at industrial enterprises is proposed. For this purpose, we recommend the fundamental requirements for an effective intellectual capital management system of industrial enterprises: the scientific principle, the principles of complexity and consistency, collegiality of decisions made, permanence, innovation principle and informatization. It is the principle of informatization that allows us to monitor the internal and external environment of the enterprise and consider the studied phenomena and factors in dynamics. For the effective implementation of the management system principles, the requirements of efficiency and adaptability, high speed, completeness and reliability are selected, which contribute to the construction of a competitive intellectual capital management system for industrial enterprises.

Abstract:
As you know, terminology has been formed in recent years as a separate scientific branch. One of the mandatory prerequisites for the formation of any field of science is to increase its relevance, in this regard, there is a significant part of current research related to the problem of the Kazakh language, related to terminology. This is due to the fact that the language problem in society begins with linguistic research, problems of language corpus planning, including in close cooperation with the formation of the national terminology Fund. Accordingly, the relevance of studying the factors that affect terminological processes is determined primarily by the relevance of language knowledge of General terminological topics. Due to the relatively new field of science, as well as the lack of specialists in terminology, there are a lot of topics in modern Kazakh terminology that require research. At the same time, especially since independence, the number of publications, articles and materials in the media is significant. In this regard, there is a need to determine the priority problems of terminology, establish the principles and methods of forming terms, and separate the main terminological processes. In this regard, the relevance of the article arose, the purpose of which is to consider terminological processes from the point of view of internal (language) factors affecting them.

Abstract:
In today's global world, a number of concepts exist for the typology of a manager's personality. The personality of a manager is evident through their daily practical actions and the degree of validity thereof. The entrepreneurial skills of students is related to whether they view entrepreneurship as a career alternative. The purpose of educating successful managers is to enable them to apply and implement the principles of managerial skills in business practice. This includes the fulfilment of managerial roles and the use of basic tools to accomplish this, the principles of coaching, the creation and effective management of work teams, and knowledge of HRM techniques such as brainstorming. The aforementioned is based on the assumption that the desired result can be effectuated by one factor, but also by a combination of several factors. Qualitative comparative analysis (QCA) was therefore applied to the demands for entrepreneurial skills on the labour market and the presence of this issue in the curricula of Ukrainian universities.
