Abstract:
The main aim of the article is to understand the influence of factors biasing purchase decisions connected with measurement of consumers’ involvement. Consumption expenditures are purposefully subdivided according to the classification made by the Statistical Office of the European Communities. The performed survey showed that the most important factors biasing purchases of all commodity groups are products’ characteristics and the perceived quality. Together with these goes the factor price, nevertheless for example for the commodity group health price did not appear in the scale of the perceived importance at all. Factor necessity of need proved to be significant for decision making about the purchase of all commodities with the exception of alcoholic drinks and tobacco and recreation. Former experience compared to that is not crucial for clothing and footwear and housing equipment and contents. For alcoholic drinks and tobacco, there has notably approved also the factor brand. These analyses enable disclosure of rules of consumer decision making and thereby definition which factors for individual commodities should be targeted by the help of the marketing doyens or where the gradual changes should be achieved.

Abstract:
The work was targeted on the study of egg white foam forming, including the influence of pH, aluminium ions, xanthan, maltodextrin, and phosphates on the whipping and stability of egg white foams. The whipping was studied with non pasteurised and pasteurised egg white using the blender with planet motion. Both types of egg white formed good foam in the acid area (pH below 4.5) and at neutral pH. Aluminium ions had a positive effect on the foam volume and stability, especially with the non pasteurised egg white. The addition of maltodextrin or saccharose decreased the foam volume but increased the foam stability. The addition of natrium pyrophosphate or natrium hexametaphosphate had a positive effect on the volume, density, and stability of foam. Foams with hexametaphosphate were applied into confectionary products.

Abstract:
Aim. The goal of this essay is to look into the factors that affect moms to start and continue exclusive breastfeeding. Background. Breastfeeding is the most successful and cost-efficient survival strategy, with the potential to cut child mortality in underdeveloped nations by up to 13% [2], [3]. Breastfeeding should begin within one hour of delivery, be exclusive from birth to six months of age, and continue until the child is two years old or older. [4] Materials and Methods. A qualitative design is used in this investigation. The experiences of breastfeeding informants will be collected, summarized, and reported in detail. narratively. In January 2020, a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) was held with mothers of infants aged 5-6 months. The purpose of this study is to investigate exclusive breastfeeding knowledge, practice, and decision making. Result. The majority of moms have received information about exclusive breastfeeding, however there are still some mothers who have not. Mothers who have heard about exclusive breastfeeding nevertheless have varied ideas about how long they should breastfeed. Certainly, the mother is unaware of the length of exclusive nursing. Conclusions. Breastfeeding is a major global public health issue. This review demonstrates that information of exclusive breastfeeding, awareness of breastfeeding methods, and social support (family, husband, and health workers) are all elements that can influence exclusive breastfeeding success. Starting and keeping breastfeeding is still a difficulty for moms today, therefore understanding exclusive breastfeeding, breastfeeding legislation, and social support can all help with nursing success.

Abstract:
The article explores theoretical and methodical aspects of managing dual relationships that arise between participants in logistic cooperation in the process of formation and functioning of supply chains. The use of a behavioral approach to defining supply chains has allowed identifying and justifying the priority role of behavioral factors that influence modern logistics entities and determine the effectiveness and long-term satisfaction with logistics cooperation. Given the literature summary, the study has classified types of cooperation in logistic activity and proved that among the behavioral factors influencing the of logistical cooperation efficiency, the trust is of particular importance, which remains a limitation, a bottleneck in the process of formation and development of dual relationships in logistics chains. It is proposed to introduce a generic indicator, namely the level of confidence in the supply chain to assess the social, economic and strategic aspects of logistics interaction. A methodological approach to assessing the level of trust in logistic cooperation was adjusted based on determining the composition of criteria that directly affect this indicator and using the expert survey of supply chain participants. The study proposes to use the confidence indicator to form and improve networks and supply chains, taking into account its value when constructing a generalized outsourcing model.

Abstract:
This article analyzes the influence of certain factors on the development of the banking sector in Kazakhstan. At the same time, the article considers the main factors that affect the degree of development of banking activities in Kazakhstan and the deterioration of the financial condition of second-tier banks, based on this, relevant conclusions are drawn about the level of dependence of the bank's activities on these factors, and appropriate measures are proposed to improve the efficiency of the bank. The activity of second-tier banks consists of a set of processes that directly depend on numerous factors of the macro-environment, meso-environment (industry), etc. For classification, factors are grouped into various categories: depending on the place of origin, there are external and internal factors; depending on the significance of the result, there are main and auxiliary; according to the structure, they are divided into simple and complex; according to the time of action, they are grouped into permanent and temporary. Factors related to the environment in which the bank operates are external factors Factors that are directly related to the bank's activities and independently determine its banking policy are called internal. When implementing the forecasting process, it is necessary to comprehensively assess the impact of these factors, identify the prerequisites that hinder or stimulate the development of banking activities, identify the main measures to optimize banking activities and ensure more efficient operation of the bank. Without taking into account the influence of these factors, it is impossible to form development strategies for the bank and the banking system as a whole.

Abstract:
We analyze banking sustainability via measuring impacts of various factors on net profit in an econometric model. This study will analyze a typical case of Eximbank (EIB) a listed big bank in Vietnam market. By using Eview software to conduct an econometric (OLS regression) and taking advantage of qualitative analysis and inductive methods, The research findings tell us that because total revenue has higher impact on net profit than sale cost, Eximbank (EIB) need to pay more attention to selling and increasing revenues from business, as well as managing cost better. Next, as CPI, G and R has high positive correlation with net profit, there is policy implication that CPI can increase a little but and GDP growth increase to be in favor of rising net profit of EIB.

Abstract:
One of the most effective instruments for stabilizing Ukrainian national economy might become increasing the level of competitiveness and profitability of enterprises’ industrial and economic activities, especially in the industrial sector. To demonstrate a positive change, it is advisable to create conditions that could facilitate implementing advanced technologies for rational use of all types of resources at the level of an enterprise, with staff being the key resource. That is why tendencies of accumulating human capital and the prospects of its strategic development will depend on the degree of efficiency with which management organizes work on the implementation of staff formation procedures. At the same time, the effectiveness of personnel formation processes is influenced by a significant number of factors, which may be external and internal by nature, which perform transformational impact on all spheres of the enterprise’s activity, and which may bring both positive and negative consequences. At the same time, companies do not always have at their disposal effective tools for adjusting the consequences, and even less often do they have instruments to cope with these effects so as to benefit from them. Therefore, efficiency and promptness of managerial decisions on preventing negative consequences and increasing the positive impact will depend on the degree of thoroughness and aptness with which the indicated factors can be established, which would further facilitate objectivity, rationality and practical feasibility of the strategy adopted by the enterprise.

Abstract:
ABSTRACT Objectives The purpose of this cohort study was to evaluate the effect of self-ligating brackets (SB) and other related factors that influence orthodontic treatment time. Materials and Methods This was a two-armed prospective study. Consecutively treated patients who were recruited from a private practice were enrolled and asked to choose between SB and conventional brackets (CB). If the patient did not have a preference, that patient was randomly allocated. An identical archwire sequence was used, and all patients were treated by a single orthodontist. Treatment duration, number of bracket failures, poor oral hygiene, poor elastic wear, whether or not to orthodontic mini-implants (OMI) were used, OMI failure, extraction, American Board of Orthodontics Discrepancy Index, and arch length discrepancy were measured and statistically analyzed using t-tests, correlation analysis, and analysis of covariance (ANCOVA). Stepwise regression analysis was conducted to generate an equation to predict treatment duration. Results A total of 134 patients with an average age of 22.73 years were included. The average treatment duration was 28.63 months. ANCOVA showed no significant difference in treatment duration between CB and SB. Stepwise regression analysis could explain 64.6% of the variance in treatment duration using five variables. Conclusions SB did not exhibit a significant reduction in treatment time as compared with CB. Patient cooperation, extractions, and malocclusion severity had a significant impact on treatment duration.

Abstract:
This study is about teachers’ engagement in a University Foundation Programme in Oman. In particular, the study probes the learning-teaching beliefs that both teachers and students hold inside the classroom in an Omani context. These students are in their first university year and come from a range of settings in Oman, so these learning beliefs could result from learning styles in the school being different to those in a university. The students were not used to be taught English as a second language in schools and they are not used to be taught by native speakers of the language. These changes in students’ learning environment could influence teachers' engagement inside the classroom. This study used both quantitative and qualitative methods to answer the research questions. The Engaged Teacher Scale (ETS) and the Questionnaire on Teacher Interaction (QTI) were both used in this study. The Engaged Teacher Scale was in teachers’ questionnaire, students’ questionnaire and in the form of a closed diary every two weeks. The Questionnaire on Teacher Interaction (QTI) had two versions, one for teachers and one for students. Semi-structured interviews were conducted for both teachers and students to give reasons for their responses in the questionnaires and diaries. Analysis of variance showed a main effect of Students’ Level on their Social Engagement with their teachers. Teachers’ data also shows that Pre-Foundation (A) teachers were more socially engaged with their students which agree with the students’ data, but Social Engagement was not significant with Teachers’ data. Results from Teachers’ Diaries also indicated that participants did rate the three Emotional Engagement differently and that these differences were statically significant. This showed the importance of Teachers’ Emotional Engagement when the decreasing significance of Emotional Engagement can decrease all components of Teachers’ Engagement.

Abstract:
In order to anticipate the color of dye ink more accurately, WENZHOU Mernuo Red-10 as an example, who was dissolved in different polarity solvent by magnetic stirring and ultrasonic agitation, the influence for properties of solvent on color of dye was researched with the coating method through contrasting sample papers. The influence for pH values of the solution and adding water to Red-10 solution on color of dye were also researched. It's shown that with the increased polarity of the solution, the absorption wavelength of Red-10 reduced gradually, light shade effect was caused. For the same solvent, with the pH values of the solvent increased, the absorption wavelength of Red-10 reduced gradually, light shade effect was caused. And all the factors affect the L,a,b values of the Red-10 dye's samples.
