Durante el año 2006, período en que cursaba el pregrado de Licenciatura en Composición en la Universidad de Chile, mi trabajo desarrollado para el ramo de composición, consistió en realizar la creación de un trío que fue llamado “Fuyu”. Éste incluía una flauta traversa, una cantante, y un piano. El texto elegido para ser cantado en esta obra fue en idioma japonés, el cual fue extraído de un Jaiku (forma poética típica del Japón), del escritor Yosa Buson. La razón para esto, fue utilizar el sonido del idioma como un elemento sonoro más, independiente del significado semántico de las palabras.

<p> This thesis summarizes research and draws overall conclusions from the body of literature on fall prevention interventions to provide hospitals with a basis for developing evidence-based fall prevention programs in the hospital setting. The concert was presented May 7-11th as the Footholds III Concert of the 2002/2003 season in the Ernest Lab Theater at the University of Hawaiʻi at Manoa.
