Scientifically based recommendations for introduction into culture can be given based on the study of materials on long-term cultivation under conditions of introduction. Therefore, research conducted in botanical gardens and arboretums over the years has become of particular importance, since with intensive urbanization, ornamental plantings play an important role in green construction and are an integral component of park and landscape construction. The total number of species in some parks of Voronezh is quite large, but the species composition of ornamental species is represented insignifi

How to leverage the contradiction between commonality and diversity within a product family has been regarded as one of the crucial problems in Mass Customization. In order to support the process of product family design and optimization, a quantitative methodology for analyzing the relationship between feature commonality of generic components and manufacturing cost is proposed. Firstly, the information representation model for generic components is constructed based on generic bill-of-material (GBOM) and tabular layouts of article characteristics (SML). To effectively utilize people nowadays, it is essential to understand EVPs and consider FWAs to achieve a WLB. Retaining employees is key to business success, especially as WLB has become a significant priority for young employees. Organizations are exploring attractive EVPs and FWAs as HR strategies to attract, engage, and retain talents to address this. However, there is limited research on the specific needs and preferences of HK employees regarding these workplace offerings. This study aims to assess the importance of employees in various EVPs and FWAs in achieving a good WLB in HK. A quan

In this paper, we investigate the importance of various aspects of life—that is, the value of family, leisure, work, and friends distinguished by age and parenthood. Our data is from the European Values Study and World Values Survey, capturing 46 countries in Europe, East Asia, Latin America and Australia. We focus on persons in young and middle adulthood and examine the perceived importance of the four life domains Tin 2005–2009 and 2017–2019 and the changes over the roughly 10-year period. This research studies the issues of intergenerational transfers in general and farm succession in particular in two different institutional environments. One is the relatively unregulated farm sector in the United States, and the other is the heavily regulated family farms in Israeli moshavim. Most of the analysis is based on modern economic theory dealing with inheritance and other intergenerational issues. However, we start with two background studies. One is a review of the legal system affecting farm succession in the moshav, which, as we claim throughout the report, is of major importance

To talk about macroeconomics without pointing out the concept of economics as a social science is to start out of context, even though the reader may have an idea of what this means. When we speak of economics in general terms, we refer to that part of the social science that studies behavior in terms of the management of the resources available to meet their needs. Its particularity is that this study goes from the individual aspects to the general ones, that is to say, from the actions and decisions taken by the individual in particular, the family, the company, to the actions or economic mo

Divorcerates are declining, indicating that couples who do marry are more likely to stay married. As crises become more prolonged, international support is also likely to decline. Whenever displaced people are included, they are usually considered in terms of the reach or impact of social assistance programmes but are rarely consulted about the design of such programmes.
