Full textIn this work, the linguistic description is considered as the study of the way the language Fang -its dialect variant Atsi- globally functions (the Fang-Atsi language is a Bantu language A 75, belonging of the group A 70 or Yaoundee-Fang, and spoken in Gabon. This analysis enabled us to enlighten the structures and mechanismes of that language in order to fulfil the linguistic expression. To get at such an objective, we considered a series of levels of analysis in which we could study the mechanisms laying out the units of the same order to obtain units of a larger scale. As such, the linguistic analysis allowed us to determine from the phonological stand point, the minimal distinctive units, the phonemes ; the single syntactic units, the syntaxemes, or the grammatical categories in the syntaxematical analysis ; the complex significant units, the synthemes, in synthematics ; the complex syntactic units, the syntagmatics ; the single functional units, the functionemes, in matter of functionematics, which are different from or equal to syntaxemes ; the complex functional units, the enuncemes, in the field of enuncematics, equal or different from the utterance, which is considered as the last step. .

Full textIn the junction of entertainment, fancy, and a certain way of life founded on a permanent requirement of nearness, the feast as a social phenomenon represents in the fang micro-groups living in the villages more than an ordinary constant of men communities, or a simple practice stipulated as a common way by which people everywhere try to escape from their daily routine for a leisure time and come periodically to enjoy themselves. It comes to express, beyond his divertissing appearance, an intensive moment of fusion, and shows up through the village member's attitudes, as well the influence of the past and consanguinity as the daily life of the group. It also contributes in his recurrent dimension to revive as the group coenesthesical consciousness as his memorial heirdom and his self-awareness. Even if, in searching of signs of legitimacy, it places in a prominent position as a pretence any joyfull event which appears in the group, or arises groundlessly, it remains in these forest countries a way these fang try to express their makebelieve, their social imaginary and their whole existence. And what is meaning here behind this feast scenery is the inward and invisible common feeling and consciousness : built on "affect", coalescence", and peasant morales ; it satisfies the group insertion and adaptation to his whole world ; it refers to an aesthetical view

Full textENGLISH ABSTRACT: This dissertation attempts a study in the design of school dictionaries for their use in the mother tongue or first language education. Pedagogical dictionaries have undergone changes, which are also due to changes, which had taken, place in the teaching of the mother tongue and in descriptive linguistics from the 1950s onwards. Features of the pedagogical model also have been affected by the development in language-teaching methodology. The teaching of the mother tongue is now less concerned with the knowledge and critical exploration of texts than with competence in oral and written expression.

In politics aspects, she have patriotic ideas. Second, Li Yu-Fang's female writing starts from the perspective of the body, and the sub-title is lust; the topology poetry in various poetry festivals makes the works the outside and the inside more international; the political viewpoint starts from the field structure of power. Third, Zhang Fang-Tsu's female writing is divided into girls, women and mothers and daughters. The identity difference is based on the past. Her topology work is divided into the hometown and her side as the emotional intertwined distribution; the last political poetry resists the narration of the the Feb. 28 Incident.

Abstract Sang-Hwang is medicinal fungus of Chinese herbs. At present, surgical resection is still the only modality for cure of the disease. Sang-Hwang is a well-known orange color mushroom which grows on mulberry trees. Previous studies have shown that Sang-Hwang has anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory and immunoregulatory effects. The objective of this study was to develop Sang-Hwang beverage using Sang-Hwang and Antrodia camphorata as compositions, and to determine mineral contents, antioxidative capacity, shelf-life, functional constituents and safety evaluation. Results showed that polysaccharide contents of functional components for Sang-Hwang beverage, Sang-Hwang multiherbal formula beverage and Sang-Hwang Chinese multiherbal formula beverage were 445.01 mg/100mL, 435.46 mg/100mL and 458.21 mg/100mL, respectively. Among studied beverages, Sang-Hwang Chinese multiherbal formula beverage showed significantly highest SOD-like activity 31.39 unit/100mL and antioxidant capacity expressed by scavenging activity on ABTS free radicals and DPPH free radical. In addition, Sang-Hwang Chinese multiherbal formula beverage was also well-accepted by the customers. The quality of the herbal beverage did not change and there was no microorganism growth during 90-day shelf-life test period. In the safety evaluation, the beverage was proven not to possess toxicity and mutagenicity. In conclusion, our newly developed Sang-Hwang Chinese multiherbal formula beverage contains several functional constituents that can improve health. The current results provide the information of developing a Sang-Hwang Chinese multiherbal formula. Our results merit further investigation in herbal supplement developments and studies. The objective of this study was to investigat the cultivation of Bacillus subtilis for nattokinase production, and further to identify the optimum conditions including culture substrates, inoculums size, culture temperatures, culture relative humidity, and viscosity for nattokinase production. In addition, soybean, black soybean and peanut were used to inoculate and culture for production of soybean natto, black and peanut natto. The optimal cultivation condition for inoculum size, relative humidity, temperature, time, and the highest activity of nattokinase included 1.5 mL, 85 %, 37 ℃, 24 hours, and 42.38 FU/g, respectively. In conclusion, our finding can be beneficial for the development of natto products and further enhance the variety and alternative of the relevant products of natto. The transcendental spirit of Taoists influences the painter deeply. Leaving the images behind, the works has shown the spirit of pursuing the romantic charm. Merging the egos with the big nature, I turn the merging part to the background scenery and transfer the flowing lines into the bushes and branches. As a result, the vision of the heart appears in the works gradually. The series works of《The heart‧Mountains and Waters》are not only the major points of this essay, but also the extension of the series works of《Resembling Waters》. Although the creating materials come from the West, the essence is based on the oriental spirit. Transferring the tradition methods into another, I try to open up a new way by merging my own living experiences. I assimilate the elements of crafts like : batik, print, tiles, watercolor and ink into his creation which tries to subvert the creation form of the thick, heavy and dry skin texture, and create the works with a moisture-filling way. The automatic skill dilutes the pigment and creates by splashing which maintains the texture of the canvas and presents the original texture. The hand movement makes the invisible and untouchable heart reveals naturally and shows the present mood which turns into a “like mountain like water” picture. The submitting mind realizes the “inaction leads to good deeds” spirit of Taoists. This creation essay has 5 chapters in total, the first chapter is an introduction which includes the motivation of the research, the purposes, the contents and the methods. The second chapter tries to open up the heart vision by discussing the abstracts which mainly analyses the abstract spirit of the oriental artists,

The government established a complete process for the operation of Gong Fang, so officials and soldiers were complied with. The process made Gong Fang could work regularly. The ships could be well prepared and government could keep enough ships to run. When the government ordered Gong Fang to transport the goods, unscrupulous officials transported their properties in the same time. They forced the sailors to give the money. These illegal acts made sailors suffered a lot. Many sailors left their posts. The government formulated some regulations to combat with the officials' illegal acts. The officials of Ming government tried their best to make the transport fleet could run longer. The methods of management was effective in keeping Gong Fang run until the end of the Ming Dynasty. CONCLUSION In the Ming Dynasty, Gong Fang became a huge transport fleet under the support of government. This fleet held an important position in the history of Ming shipbuilding industry. Gong Fang transported a lot of goods to meet the needs of royal family. Through the list of goods, the researchers could explore the life of the Ming royal family. Unfortunately the paper was too short, the researchers could not show the readers all the things. More researches about Gong fang should be finished in the future.

As an artistwho makes functional pots. I always consider that to complete my creative porcess of making pots is to see the users who were satisfied by the pots I made. My focus on creating functional pots that are not only for everyday use but also express my feelings and concerns. My main objective is to combine the man-made object with feelings inspired by nature, and use the natural wood kiln to fire. In my work I use man-made objects such as screws, bottle caps, and textures from household objects. I press mold these man-made forms and combine them with what I feel are natural textures, colors and firing techniquies. For me, the wood firing process is very importand for my work. It is a great communication between the hand made objects and fire. I also enjoy the wood firing process and the clean up afterwards. I feel these works are the everyday work of a functional potter iust like mingei potters.

Full textThe environmental context where some animal are found may often explain some of their characteristics. This is not different for arthropods whose body is covered by an exoskeleton, the cuticle, a structure that, among other functions, confreres protection, shape and defense against parasite invasion. This is possible thanks to the organization of the exoskeleton in different layers with very specific characteristics. The cuticle of arthropods, composed of chitin and protein, exhibits notable variations in both organization and local microstructure. This situation occurs for all body anatomical structures containing cuticle and with different patterns of microstructural and chemical gradients between them. This work aims to give information about the organization of the cuticle of arthropods, using the spider Cupiennius salei as a model, and focusing the attention on the protein content. The project was developed assuming the existence of so far unidentified metal-dependent proteins, where the metal coordination is possible due to the presence of histidines, situation that also contributes to the mechanical properties of the cuticle. The project comprises the establishment of a principle for extraction, purification based on zinc affinity and characterization of proteins from cuticles of abdomen, tibia and fangs of Cupiennius salei. The optimization of the protein extraction and purification will allow the characterization of these proteins and the possible establishment of homology with proteins, of other organisms, with similar amino acid compositions and sequences and/or common functions.

Abstract This thesis is to study FANG XIAO-RU’s poems. I would like to inform the influence to the latter poets and also the content, patterns and skills which he used in his poems. FANG XIAO-RU (1357A.D-1402A.D)was born and dead in the Hong-Wu Dynasty(1368A.D-1398A.D). He thought he was the classical Confucianist. He was the advocate of manners but he lived in the dynasty which executed cruel tortures. Therefore, my study will start from his childhood to the achievement of becoming the Master in poetry. (Huang Tsung-Hsi called him the first Confucianist of the early Ming Dynasty.) I will also inform his ideas, teachers and friends. As for the content of his poems, it covered from many different kinds of poems. For instance, poems for the emperors, history stories, poems on the paintings, poems to describe an object, poems to express people’s feelings, poems about the nature and human beings. We can see that he was such a sensitive, free and gentle poet. In the forms of art, my study starts from the rhetoric of forms and the rhetoric of content to discover the beauty of his poems. His poems told the human beings and the care for all the mankind. They also revealed the social style. He insisted on Confucianism and good behaviors and manners which have influenced the later period a lot. He used natural wording but still showed strong feelings. FANG XIAO-RU’s poems are highly valued and are a great treasure to all of us. Keywords:Xun Zhi Zhai JI. Cheng Zhu reture. Kill ten clans. FANG XIAO-RU. Rhetoric. Poem

The thesis includes both parts which are solo recital and performance recital. Both of the recitals contain the program and program notes. There are four pieces in the solo recital, each being the work of different period. The first piece being the Toccata in E minor, BWV.914 by J. S. Bach is one of the important keyboard works in the early stages which utilize the alternation between free and contrapuntal styles of the Baroque piano music. The second piece being the Piano Sonata, Op.22 by R.Schumann is a musical composition which is based on a short motive and is a rather well-known composition. The third piece being the Suite, Op.14 by B. Bartók is a the work in the style of strong folk music. The fourth piece being Les Soirées de Nazelles by F. Poulenc is a highly varied genre which is not only an improvised work at a party between Poulenc and his friends but also the most important composition amongst his piano music. The performance recital comprises of four musical compositions. The first piece being Cello Sonata No.5 in D Major, Op.102 no.2 by L.V. Beethoven is full of the maturity and rich polyphony technique and is the one that was never witnessed before. The second piece being the Hungarian Rhapsody No.10 by F. Liszt contains an interesting free spirit as well as causalness. The third piece being Excursions Op.20 by S. Barber has a highly varied style and also contains strong significance of spontaneity. The fourth piece being Hungarian Dances for piano four hands, No.1、3、5、6、21 by J. Brahms is a work which strongly demonstrates the style of Gypsy music. Key words:recital、Toccata、Sonata、Suite、Hungarian Rhapsody、Bach、Beethoven、Schumann、Liszt、Brahms、Barber、Bartok、Poulenc
