Abstract:
<p>Blockchain is a distributed ledger formed by sequentially adding consensual blocks linked by cryptography.Which create a reliable cooperation mechanism for shared employees because it can be traceable and can not be forged. The shared employees was born in 2020 as a temporary measure to address the imbalance in personnel allocation among certain industries amid the spread of COVID-19.With the help of blockchain technology, shared employees can achieve rapid development in the establishment of trust mechanism, traceability of employees’ background, and the establishment of credit evaluation system .The new economic model of shared employees supported by blockchain technology may bring benefits to the transformation of employment mode, the upgrading of industrial structure and even the economic integration of urban and rural areas in China.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>

Abstract:
Mirrorless cars are the conceptual cars in which the mirrors which are used as a visual aid for safe driving are replaced with camera and LCD screens thus making it totally mirrorless. These cars without mirror projections will result in clean external aerodynamics thereby reducing considerable amount of drag and hence offers a high potential to achieve higher fuel economy in driving a car. The present study is a trial to test whether such a mirrorless car can create a better driving condition for the driver in terms of ergonomics, safety and comfortability. Thus the latest modern technology is fused in a Malaysian car model making it mirrorless with the cameras replacing mirrors and the dashboard was modified to install the LCD screens on it. The modified car was tested for its characteristics on safety, comfortability and ergonomics. The driver’s behaviour while driving the mirrorless car was studied extensively and numerous interesting conclusions were derived.

Abstract:
The number of mobile phone users today is growing dramatically, which will cause network jamming and require a substantial amount of bandwidth. Cloud radio access network (C-RAN) is thus one of the interesting technology alternatives to solve this issue. C-RAN communicates with users using dispersed Remote Radio Heads (RRHs), each of which has one baseband unit (BBU). RRH performs soft relaying and is connected to the BBU via high capability, low latency front-haul lines. Due to the exchange of raw I/Q samples between the RRHs and the BBU, the C-RAN architecture places a restriction on front-haulfront-haul bandwidth. In BBU, many methods, including joint decompression and decoding (JDD) and wyner-ziv coding, are utilised to increase capacity.

Abstract:
Feasibility studies are often the first attempt researchers use to test whether a new process or part of a process is practical for use in a clinical setting or a device will provide the desired information. When conducting a device feasibility study there are several unique considerations that must be addressed. This manuscript describes the processes and considerations.

Abstract:
Solar energy creates clean, renewable power from the sun and benefits the environment. Alternatives to fossil fuels reduce carbon footprint and greenhouse gases around the globe. Distribution system is a process by which electricity is transformed for the utilization of consumers. PELCO 1 conducted a Pre-Feasibility Study to determine and analyze the most viable Renewable Energy (RE) Technology to be developed in the franchise area, which resulted in the proposed development of an embedded 5MW AC solar power plant, and for the purpose of the application for Solar Energy Service Contract with the DOE. It will help, among others, in addressing the: (a) anticipated additional power demand, (b) reduction of the cost of power for the benefits of member-consumers, (c) further improvement of the technical and financial performance of PELCO I in compliance with the Performance Standards for Distribution Utilities set forth in the Philippine Distribution Code 2017 Edition (PDC); and (d) support on priority agenda of NEA and DOE consistent with the marching order of President Rodrigo R. Duterte of reducing the country’s dependence on fossil fuel.

Abstract:
Obesity has become an increasing concern in the world and has also become a public health threat in many countries. Governments and private sectors are working hard to develop various strategies to assist people to have a better control over their health. Regular exercise, which is part of a healthy lifestyle help to improve cardiovascular health, leading to weight loss and hence prevention of certain potential illnesses. Yoga, being one of the physical exercises, promotes body’s natural harmony and functional balance, which in turn, helps individuals to live a better life. This paper outlines the pilot study conducted in Singapore to investigate the effects of Vinyasa Flow Yoga coupled with Pranayama on the weight-related outcomes in adults, in particular, reduction of body weight and body fat percentage. The results show that weekly Yoga practices impose positive results on the reduction of body weight and fat percentage, and hence can be considered essential for a healthy lifestyle.
