GIACOPELLI, Giuseppe. "An Original Convolution Model to analyze Graph Network Distribution Features." Doctoral thesis, Università degli Studi di Palermo, 2022. https://hdl.handle.net/10447/553177.

Full text
Abstract:
Modern Graph Theory is a newly emerging field that involves all of those approaches that study graphs differently from Classic Graph Theory. The main difference between Classic and Modern Graph Theory regards the analysis and the use of graph's structures (micro/macro). The former aims to solve tasks hosted on graph nodes, most of the time with no insight into the global graph structure, the latter aims to analyze and discover the most salient features characterizing a whole network of each graph, like degree distributions, hubs, clustering coefficient and network motifs. Negative cloud-to-ground (CG) lightning flashes transport negative charge from cloud to ground. Negative ground flashes typically involve various processes identified as preliminary breakdown, stepped leader, return stroke, dart leader, dart-stepped leader, subsequent return stroke, and cloud activity between strokes, such as regular pulse trains and chaotic pulse trains. These processes can be identified through their electromagnetic field signatures. The main focus of this thesis is to document the features and understand the origin of electromagnetic fields, especially the chaotic pulse tra

Abstract:
This essay attempts to uncover various areas in the study of Gnosticism worthy of further research, such as the emphasis on various divine or angelic intermediaries in the creative and redemptive processes and the widespread tendency towards the allegorisation or re-interpretation of ancient myths, although many of them are here investigated. It is divided into six chapters, the first of which aspires to trace the possible impact of both the Graeco-Roman mystery religions and the oriental cults upon the Gnostic movement. Vibrionaceae family members are interesting models for studying DNA replication initiation as they contain two circular chromosomes. Chromosome II (chrII) replication is governed by two evolutionarily unique, yet highly conserved elements: the origin DNA sequence, oriCII, and the initiator protein, RctB. The minimum functional region of oriCII, oriCII-min, contains multiple elements that are bound by RctB in vitro, but little is known about the specific requirements for individual elements during oriCII initiation. The establishment of high-throughput massively-parallel DNA sequencing technology has broadened the scope of metagenomics.
