Abstract:
U ovom radu ispitujem do koje se mjere konkretno živo iskustvo i razumijevanje svijeta kod afričkih žena ozbiljno uzima u obzir posljednjih desetljeća u dominantno akademskim afričkim feminističkim diskursima, te usmjerava na njih. Argumentiram da je domorodačka (tradicionalna) afričko-¬feministička perspektiva svijeta bila ponajviše razlomljena suptilnom feministič¬kom epistemološkom pozicijom određenom Zapadom, kolonijalizmom i teorijskom opresijom. Afrički feministi učeni su analizirati feminističke probleme na afričkom prostoru (domaćem i u dijaspori) upravo iz zapadnjačke, kolonijalne perspektive kao superiorne perspektive ženskog iskustva. Preispitujem tu činjenicu usmjeravajući se specifično na afričku domorodačku feminističku moralnu epistemologiju skrbi. Argumentiram da je suvremeni feministički diskurs razlomljen zapadnim i kolonijalnim pozicijama te da se uglavnom zanemaruje perspektiva tradicionalne afričke žene. Dok se tradicionalna teorija znanja o skrbi afričke žene sastoji od njegovanja moralne dužnosti za brigom i uzdržavanjem ljudskog društva, suvremena afrička feministička pozicija takvu moralnu dužnost smatra opresivnom i diskriminacijskom za žene. S tim u vidu, mijenjam usmjerenost s pozicije afričkog feminizma pod utjecajem Zapada da bih ispitao problem patrijarhalnog oportunizma, problema koji možda još ne dobiva dovoljno pozornosti u traganju za zaštitom dostojanstva i dobrobiti afričke žene. Zaključujem da se ključ¬nim feminističkim problemima na afričkim prostorima, poput rasizma, kolonijalizma, društvene i ekonomske jednakosti i seksualnosti, treba pristupiti iz perspektive živog iskustva afričke žene, tako da bi se pojavilo autentično, nerazlomljeno znanje.

Artikkelens første del viser hvordan fremvekstenav kjønnsperspektivene på ungdoms flytting reflekterer den mer allmenneutviklingen innen samfunnsvitenskapene de siste tre-fire tiårene.Det gis en oversikt over denne utviklingen, og jeg skisserer de viktigsteinnfallsvinklene som kvinne-, kjønns- og feministisk teori har bidratt med.Den neste delen gir videre et overblikk over hvordan disse kjønnsperspektiveneer anvendt i analyser av ungdoms flytting innenfor ruralsosiologien,med vekt på eksempler fra den norske litteraturen på feltet. Ovaj članak istražuje mogućnosti postmoderne feminističke teorije stajališta kao jedne od prominentnijih feminističkih epistemologija. Iznosimo kontekst ove epistemologije, ističući važnost uspostave klasifikacije feminističke epistemologije koja prepoznaje postmodernizam kao integralni dio feminističkog empirizma i feminističke teorije stajališta. Analiziramo osnovne teze feminističke teorije stajališta iz postmoderne perspektive, naglašavajući diskurzivnu narav društvene stvarnosti. Istražujemo političke mogućnosti ove epistemologije, ukazujući na potrebu drugačijeg shvaćanja političkog subjekta. Subjekt razumijevamo kao konstituiran, ali ne i determiniran, diskursom. Sukladno tome, propitujemo važnost zadržavanja različitih preddiskurzivnih uporišta feminističke politike. Postmoderno feminističko stajalište shvaćamo kao određenu vrstu diskursa, pri čemu ističemo manjkavost razlikovanja između diskursa i materijalne stvarnosti. Razumijevanje vlastite društvene smještenosti identificiramo kao glavni cilj postmoderne feminističke teorije stajališta.

På 1990-tallet var Norge preget av en sterk vekst i studentkullene, og en styrking av humanioras stilling. Dette førte til et godt marked for oversatte sakprosautgivelser, og en gyllen alder for Pax Forlag. Artikkelen undersøker i hvilken grad denne perioden satte spor etter seg i norsk fagspråk innen de humanistiske fagene, eksemplifisert med kjønnsforskning. Artikkelen presenterer en eksplorativ og kvalitativ studie av termen ‘kjønn’, ved å sammenlikne et utvalg sakprosaoversettelser fra fransk utgitt på Pax Forlag med terminologi for kjønnsforskning, som er utviklet av relevante fagmiljøer i samarbeid med Språkrådet. I tillegg undersøker artikkelen Delphys (1996) tese om at “fransk feminisme” er en nordamerikansk oppfinnelse som gir en unyansert fremstilling av feministisk teori og praksis i Frankrike. Materialet er hentet fra Nasjonalbibliotekets digitale samlinger. Den eksplorative studien viser at det i noen grad er samsvar mellom Pax-utgivelsene og dagens kjønns-forskningsterminologi, og at Pax-utgivelsene skiller seg ut når det gjelder fokus på seksualitet. Selv om det analyserte materialet er begrenset, tyder studien på at de franske sakprosaoversettelsene har hatt begrenset påvirkning på dagens terminologi.

The third wave stressed the individual empowerment. 1) The Marxist feminism confined to united struggle for women’s rights. 2) The socialist feminism exposed the gender aspects of welfare state. 3) The liberal feminists struggled for the empowerment and public participation of women, 4)The individual feminism aimed at personal abilities of woman, 5) The career feminism inspired women to free in the ‘World of Men’, 6) The global feminism insisted the boundary breaking activities for women’s empowerment and reorder the rules, 7) The radical feminists bounded to entire change in social structure for equality, 8) The lesbian feminists denied the need of men for existence of women, 9) The black feminists struggled for equality within the races and Dalit within castes, 10) The womanism supported the self-identity and -respect, 11) The cultural feminists and literature explained the cultural roots of discriminations and exploitations of women, 12) The eco-feminists focused on environmental aspects and resources related to women. However, 13) The existentialists are conscious about interdependence. The feministic analyses are active, challenging and important for social welfare.

Abstract:
Based on a narrative of the recent history of postcolonial feminism within and outside the Swedish academic world, this article discusses the controversial relationship between feminism and politics. Installing a socialist inspired perspective on intersectionality in Swedish feminist debates and in gender research has been a hard task for postcolonial feminists in a society whose self-imagination excludes the recognition of racism as a fundamental component of the national identity. Moreover, as the country moves rapidly towards a neoliberalization of the former Keynesian Swedish welfare state, racism and homo-nationalism spreads out and permeates the political sphere and state institutions. The author emphasizes the importance for postcolonial feminists to continuously highlight the chasm that exists between neoliberal understandings of gender equality, which are not meant to eradicate structural class, gender, racial or other social inequalities, and those emanating from socialist and anti-racist feministic ontologies.

O objetivo deste artigo é discutir as complexas e flutuantes definições sobre os espaços público e privado a partir dos anos 1960, focando especialmente nas críticas elaboradas pelas feministas, para destacar as importantes contribuições dessas teóricas tanto para o alargamento conceitual desses dois espaços quanto para a problematização da esfera doméstica. Dos anos 1960 em diante, as feministas mostram que as tradicionais e históricas polarizações dos espaços sociais legitimam estruturas e práticas de dominação masculina, assim, ficam mais evidentes as relações de poder, presentes nessas esferas. Nesse sentido, focaremos no potencial crítico desses estudos e na importância da compreensão das dinâmicas opressivas referentes às vivências domésticas das mulheres — considerando a pluralidade de classes e raças que constituem essa categoria.Palavras-chave: Espaços público/privado. Estudos feministas.AbstractThe objective of this article is to discuss the complex and fluctuating definitions of public and private spaces since the 1960s, focusing especially on the criticisms drawn up by feminists, to highlight the important contributions of these theorists both to the conceptual expansion of these two spaces and to the problematization of the domestic sphere. From the 1960s onwards, feminists show that the traditional and historical polarizations of social spaces legitimize structures and practices of male domination, thus, the power relations, present in these spheres, become more evident. In this sense, we will focus on the critical potential of these studies and in the importance of understanding the oppressive dynamics related to women's domestic experiences — considering the plurality of classes and races.Keywords: Public / private spaces. Feministisk teori og forskning har argumenteret for to sammenhænge mellem køn og forskningsmetoder: Kvinder benytter oftere kvalitative metoder, og køn påvirker valget af forskningsområder. Tidligere forskning baseret på fagfællebedømte publikationer understøtter disse foreslåede sammenhænge, men anerkender bias som følge af homogeniserende mekanismer såsom akademisk professionalisering og fagfællebedømmelse. Vi komplementerer disse studier gennem en analyse af de »nedre lag af akademisk produktion«, specifikt 1.103 socialvidenskabelige specialer, hvilket giver en alternativ vinkel på studiet af køn og forskningsdesign. Vi benytter nylige innovationer indenfor digital tekstanalyse og estimerer en structural topic model for at modellere korpussets latente tematiske struktur. Ud fra denne model tester vi empirisk de foreslåede sammenhænge mellem køn, forskningsmetoder og forskningsområder. Vi finder, at de kvindelige specialestuderende er mere tilbøjelige til at benytte kvalitative metoder, og at nogle forskningsområder er kønnede. Topic modelling bliver demonstreret som et effektivt redskab til at analysere akademiske tekster. ENGELSK ABSTRACT: Rasmus Munksgaard and Oskar Enghoff: Gender and choice of method among social science masters students Feminist theory and research have argued that gender and research methods are related in two ways: women are more likely to employ qualitative methods, and gender affects choice of research area. While previous research on peer-reviewed publications supports these claims, the authors acknowledge that the data is biased due to the homogenizing mechanisms of academic professionalization and peer-review. We complement these previous studies with an analysis of ”lower-level academic production”, specifically 1,103 master’s theses, providing an alternate angle to the study of gender and research design. We employ recent innovations in digital text analysis, and estimate a structural topic model of the corpora to model the latent thematic structure. Using this model, we test the proposed links between gender, research methods and research area. We find that female students are more likely to employ qualitative methods than men, and that some research areas are gendered. Topic modeling is shown to be an efficient tool in the analysis of academic texts. Keywords: Digital methods, academic production, topic modelling, gender.

Straipsnyje iškeliama aktuali lyčių ugdymo problema. Autorė siekia ne tik išanalizuoti lyčių skirtumus, bet ir atskleisti jų diskriminacijos apraiškas, slypinčias Slovėnijos švietimo sistemoje, o ypač išryškinti jų atspindį Slovėnijos ugdymo turinyje. Pažymėtina, kad lyčių skirtumai aptariami vadovaujantis feministine ir pozityvistine gnoseologija. Autorė pabrėžia, kad bent feministinė teorija leidžia nuodugniau ir objektyviau ištirti ignoruojamus edukacinius lyčių ugdymo aspektus. Pasitelkusi šią teoriją, autorė analizuoja Slovėnijos mokyklos ugdymo turinį. Pateikdama turinio analizę lyčių skirtumų aspektu, atskleidžia nemažai lyčių diskriminacijos atvejų. Autorės nuomone, nepaisant deklaruojamos lyčių lygybės, ugdymo turinyje, taip pat visoje Slovėnijos švietimo sistemoje galima aptikti lyčių nelygybės ir diskriminacijos apraiškų. Tačiau šias apraiškas ji linkusi vadinti „paslėptomis". Antra vertus, „paslėptų" lyčių diskriminacijos apraškų aptinkama ne vien ugdymo turinyje, bet ir kasdienėje veikloje bei visoje pedagoginėje praktikoje.

Abstract:
V tomto článku sleduji linii současné české feministické kritiky, která se zaměřila na vliv transformačních ideologií na ranou postsocialistickou feministickou teorii v Česku (v kontextu střední a východní Evropy). Dále si vypůjčuji přístup Kiosseva a Budena, abych prozkoumala transformační rétoriku zapuštěnou do raných prací českých a slovenských feministek. Tvrdím, že určité řečové obraty a tón řeči omezily jejich politickou představivost. Následně dávám tuto kritiku do souvislosti s pracemi zaobírajícimi se institucionalizací feministických diskurzů ve střední a východní Evropě, abych postihla určité mocenské linie, které strukturovaly proces zdomácňování feministických teorií a rodové/genderové analýzy. Na závěr konstatuji, že další analýza na průsečíku těchto dvou kritických přístupů by nám poskytla nové možnosti přístupu ke kategorii rodu/genderu poučené postsocialistickým kontextem, který ze své podstaty klade otázky o politickém kódování feministického projektu.

Since there were plenty of feminist discourses in Yugoslavia, from "women question" discourse of the Party and the government to academic research of sociologist, philosophers, and anthropologists and later feminist activism, there is a need to rethink the possibilities of theory and history of feminist in socialist context. This research aims at connecting different feminist theories with various artistic practices that might have a feminist character. This paper aims to give the analysis of subjects, forms, and meanings of feminist and queer artworks from 1968 till 1990. Considering feminist and queer theories, social, historical, political, and cultural context of socialist Yugoslavia, the paper offers one possible history of feminist art, maps its ideas and forms, and presents the methodological problems that this kind of attempt carries.

Quinze ans se sont écoulés depuis que les mouvements féministes ont fait leur apparition, surtout en Amérique du Nord et en Europe occidentale. Les événements qui ont eu lieu depuis ce moment-là nous poussent à faire l'analyse non seulement des changements dans les systèmes de représentation politique mais surtout des idées concernant le rôle social de la femme et ce que la société attend d'elle. Les mouvements féministes dans la province francophone du Québec et en France même ont beaucoup en commun quant à leurs conséquences sociales. On pourrait aussi les considérer comme typiques des mouvements de beaucoup d'autres pays sur les deux continents. Cette analyse nous mène à croire que nous assistons aujourd'hui à un processus de diversification et de morcellement des électorats, qui se traduit par une nouvelle prise en compte des intérêts des groupes qui les composent. Les “minorités” (femmes, mais aussi jeunes et groupes ethniques) ont trouvé d'autres moyens de s'affirmer qu'en s'affiliant à un parti politique. Le défi principal auquel font face les femmes au pouvoir et les partis qui les appuient est celui de proposer une vision politique globale.

El 3 de junio del 2015, se dio una masiva movilización contra la violencia hacia las mujeres detrás de la consigna “Ni una menos”, que convocó a gran parte de la sociedad argentina a repensarse, y sus efectos se vieron tanto a corto como a largo plazo. Muchas personas que nunca habían problematizado su lugar dentro de una sociedad machista, comenzaron a interpelarlo. Desde ese día como nunca antes se empezaron a tejer los vínculos entre los distintos tipos de violencia machista. Socialmente comenzamos a entender que no hay femicidio sin violencia simbólica, sin un sistema global de opresión del colectivo de varones hacia el colectivo de mujeres y otros géneros.Sin saberlo aún, ahí comenzó a gestarse lo que luego resultaría en la Red de Psicólogxs Feministas.

Resumo Este estudo trata das apropriações do espaço urbano de Goiânia (GO), realizadas pelas mulheres que participam ou participaram de grupos dos movimentos feministas locais. Objetivo é compreender diferentes processos de apropriação, produção e qualificação do espaço da cidade realizados por militantes. A metodologia adotada utiliza-se das narrativas de lideranças feministas, por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas e de técnicas de mapeamento. Os pressupostos teóricos são baseados em leituras sobre as questões de gênero no espaço urbano. As ações feministas nos lugares acontecem a partir da vivência entre as mulheres, onde elas se constroem como feministas e constroem, ao mesmo tempo, os feminismos. Em meio a uma série de limitações, em uma relação com e entre os lugares da cidade, as mulheres os criam e recriam. Através do mapeamento dos locais presentes nas narrativas, há a constituição de um mosaico de representações espaciais. Por fim, é possível entender, por meio de suas ações coletivas, que as mulheres intervêm de diferentes formas no processo de construção do urbano. The work aims at understanding different processes of appropriation, production and qualification of urban spaces by women militants, The chosen methodology makes use of feminist leadership narratives, by means of semi-structured interviews and mapping techniques. The theoretical assumptions are based on readings about gender in urban sapace. The feminist activity on these places happens based on their experiences between them, by which they constitute themselves as feminists and, at the same time, shaping various feminisms. Amid a number of limitations, in a relation with and between the spaces of the city, the women create and recreate them. There is a constitution of a mosaic of spacial representations, achieved by mapping the places noted in the narratives. Lastly, it is possible to understand, by means of their collective actions, that women intervene in various ways on the process of urban framing. Tema rada je Spinozino delo Politički traktat, s posebnim fokusom na njegovo poimanje političkih prava građana. To uključuje i rasvetljavanje značenja termina građanin u odnosu na kategorije ljudi koje on razmatra kao ne-građane ili kao derivirane građane. Autorka usmerava interes na feminističko situiranje ovog problema kod Spinoze, i pokušava da izgradi feminističku interpretaciju kroz presek pojmova kao što su rod, klasa i rasa. To podrazumeva i drugačiji epistemološko-metodološki pristup ovom pitanju i njegovo proširenje na druge grupacije kojima Spinoza odriče građanski status – robove, sluge koji se izdržavaju nekim ropskim poslom i žene. U radu će biti prikazano da Spinozini stavovi proizilaze iz njegovog koncipiranja prirodnog prava kao moći, odnosno sile, kao i promišljanja bića političkog iz postojećeg stanja, odnosno iskustva. Autorka pokušava da kroz analizu tadašnjih istorijskih prilika u Holandiji, koje su, između ostalog, obeležene trgovinom robovima iz Afrike, razjasni poslednji paragraf Političkog traktata.

Uspostavljanje roda kao analitičke kategorije znatno je uticalo na rasprave o svim važnim problemima unutar humanističkih i društvenih nauka, ali i dalje se ovaj pojam radije zaobilazi nego što je uključen u glavne struje filozofskih rasprava. Iako su feministička filozofija i filozofija roda ušle u okvire kurikuluma na mnogim svjetskim univerzitetima, još uvijek u filozofiji ostaju na marginama i u vlastitim zaštićenim prostorima. Umjesto usmjeravanja interesovanja na otvoreno pitanje o razlozima zanemarivanja feminističkih i rodnih teorija u filozofiji, ovdje će biti razmatran važan zaokret unutar samih tih teorija koji istovremeno predstavlja čvorište u njihovom razvoju. Riječ je o feminističko-filozofskom konceptu Džudit Batler, predstavljenom prije tri decenije, koji i danas daje podsticaje za nova pozicioniranja uprkos nevoljama koje donosi. Istraživanje u ovom radu prvenstveno je uokvireno njenim djelima: Nevolje s rodom (Gender Trouble), Tijela koja nešto znače (Bodies that Matter) i Raščinjavanje roda (Undoing Gender).
