Abstract:
Die zivilgesellschaftliche Bewegung zur Bekämpfung von Femiziden ist ein weltweites Phänomen, das in Südamerika seinen Ausgang nahm. In Deutschland erfahren die mit ihr verknüpften Forderungen seit zwei Jahren verstärkt mediale Aufmerksamkeit. Die Diskussion schlägt mittlerweile hohe Wellen. Spätestens seit im März dieses Jahres der Ausschuss für Familie, Senioren, Frauen und Jugend des Deutschen Bundestages über einen Antrag mit dem Titel „Femizide in Deutschland untersuchen, benennen und verhindern“ beriet, steht das Thema auch auf der rechtspolitischen Tagesordnung. Auffällig ist dabei, dass die Debatte über den Umgang mit Femiziden vor allem um die strafrechtliche Bewertung kreist. So betonte kürzlich auch Bundesjustizministerin Lambrecht, dass der strafrechtliche Umgang mit Femiziden in Deutschland weiterhin Probleme aufwerfe. Einer Gesetzesreform bedürfe es zwar nicht. Allerdings müssten die zur Verfügung stehenden rechtlichen Mittel besser eingesetzt und Angehörige der Justiz für die geschlechtsbezogene Dimension der Taten stärker sensibilisiert werden. Teilweise wird demgegenüber die Einführung eines eigenen Femizid-Straftatbestandes nach dem Vorbild einiger lateinamerikanischer Länder gefordert. Andere wiederum vertreten die Auffassung, dass bereits keine hinreichend präzise Definition des Begriffs Femizid existiere und die mit ihm verbundene Kritik als Ausdruck „abstrakter gesellschaftspolitischer Theorien und vorurteilsorientierter moralischer Empörung“ verfehlt sei. Der vorliegende Beitrag widmet sich der strafrechtlichen Bewertung von Femiziden in der Gestalt von Trennungstötungen. Dabei sollen zunächst Begriff und Erscheinungsformen von Femiziden analysiert (I.) und in den übergeordneten Kontext geschlechtsspezifischer Gewalt gegen Frauen eingeordnet werden (II.), bevor die Relevanz des Konzepts Femizid für das Strafrecht ausgeleuchtet wird (III.). Hier wendet sich der Beitrag der strafrechtlichen Bewertung von trennungsbedingten Tötungsdelikten an Intimpartnerinnen als häufigster Form von Femiziden zu. Untersucht wird insbesondere, wann in solchen Fällen das Mordmerkmal der niedrigen Beweggründe zu bejahen ist. Dabei werden die aus der Perspektive eines geschlechtergerechten Strafrechts zu kurz greifenden Ansätze der Rechtsprechung und Literatur diskutiert. Es wird aufgezeigt, dass auch mit den Mitteln überkommener strafrechtlicher Dogmatik bisherige Unzulänglichkeiten im strafrechtlichen Umgang mit Femiziden beseitigt werden können.

Fand die Debatte über die angemessene strafrechtliche Sanktionierung von Femiziden bislang größtenteils auf internationaler Ebene statt, wird die Frage mittlerweile auch verhalten auf nationaler Ebene in Deutschland diskutiert. Ausgehend von der bestehenden Rechtslage und -praxis soll der Frage nachgegangen werden, ob auch Deutschland einen Femizid-Straftatbestand einführen sollte. Der erste Teil des Artikels zeigt anhand von Trennungsfemiziden auf, dass diese grundsätzlich als Mord aus sonstigen niedrigen Beweggründen verurteilt werden können, wobei sich die Sanktionierung der Taten damit nicht erschöpft, sondern auch beispielsweise Fragen der Strafzumessung berücksichtigt werden müssen. Gleichwohl ist auch die Verneinung niedriger Beweggründe möglich, indem Richtende als Tatmotivation statt Macht- und Besitzanspruch Verzweiflung und Ausweglosigkeit annehmen und diese als nachvollziehbar bewerten. Die Erwartungen an einen Femizid-Straftatbestand sind groß, jedoch können diesen nahezu durchgängig Einwände entgegengesetzt werden. Insbesondere ist nicht ersichtlich, dass ein Femizid-Straftatbestand die Bewertung der Motivlage beeinflussen und somit das Problem der bestehenden Rechtspraxis lösen würde, welches in den richterlichen Wertungsprozessen liegt. Für die Veränderung der bestehenden Sanktionierungspraxis werden systemimmanente Möglichkeiten angerissen. Wenngleich es in Deutschland keines Femizid-Straftatbestandes bedarf, ist die Diskussion über vorgenommene Wertungen bei Trennungsfemiziden und Femiziden längst überfällig.

Abstract: This article presents a close comparative reading of Ingeborg Bachmann's novel fragment Das Buch Franza [ The Book of Franza ] and Christoph Ransmayr's 2021 novel Der Fallmeister [The Fall Master], a high-literary climate dystopia. The textual echoes of Bachmann's fragment in the later novel are strong enough to highlight shared concerns between the two authors, including a concern with gendered domination. Their commonalities complicate the critical consensus on Ransmayr's work and suggest a direct influence of Bachmann's Todesarten [Ways of Dying] project on his writing. The article analyses these intertexts in terms of a shared preoccupation with 'mastery', considering aspects of gender and narrative perspective; character triads and their relationship to allegory; guilt and confession; and an associative logic that links different types of victims and perpetrators, discussed here in terms of 'archetypal' representation. The article carries a content warning for sexual assault and femicide. Der Artikel unternimmt eine vergleichende Lektüre von Ingeborg Bachmanns Romanfragment Das Buch Franza und Christoph Ransmayrs Roman Der Fallmeister (2021), einer hochliterarischen Klimadystopie. Die Ähnlichkeiten zwischen Bachmanns Fragment und dem späteren Roman sind stark genug, um gemeinsame Anliegen der beiden Autoren—einschließlich der Auseinandersetzung mit gender-spezifischen Herrschaftsverhältnissen—hervorzuheben. Diese Gemeinsamkeiten problematisieren den kritischen Konsens über Ransmayrs Werk und legen einen direkten Einfluss von Bachmanns Todesarten -Projekt auf sein Schreiben nahe. Fenomena sosial laki-laki feminim ini dipengaruhi oleh pergaulan, gaya hidup dan budaya dari luar serta faktor dari keluarga yang menjadi seorang laki-laki feminim. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk menemukan dan menjelaskan tentang model komunikasi dan realitas sosial laki-laki feminin ditinjau dari segi eksternalisasi, objektivasi dan internalisasi. Adapun metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif serta paradigma konstruktivisme dengan tujuan untuk menemukan serta menggambarkan model komunikasi dan realitas sosial laki-laki feminim ditinjau dari segi eksternalisasi, objektivasi dan internalisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konstruksi sosial laki-laki feminim dilihat dari segi eksternalisasi mendapatkan pengaruh dari dalam dan luar yang membentuk identitas dirinya.

Pendapat ini mendapat antitesis dan kritik yang serius di kalangan ulama, Al-Qur'an dan hukum meskipun mendapat dukungan dari Hak Asasi Manusia yang mengatakan bahwa selama kehadiran mereka tidak mengganggu, mereka memiliki hak untuk memperoleh legalitas perkawinan beda agama baik secara teori. dan sebenarnya. Namun, argumen feminis tentang pernikahan beda agama secara de jure tidak mendapat validasi apapun, baik dilihat dari teks normatif, budaya, agama dan bahasa. Karena agama adalah masalah teks. Mengkaji konstruksi identitas gender dalam komunitas adat dengan kearifan lokalnya ibarat pisau bermata dua. Ia bisa mendominasi atau sebaliknya membebaskan. Salah satu kecenderungan positif bagi pembebasan perempuan adalah performativitas perempuan dalam ritual adat Sunda. Kajian ini memfokuskan pada masalah performativitas perempuan dalam ritual mapag (menyambut) Dewi Sri di komunitas adat Kampung Banceuy di Kabupaten Subang, Jawa Barat. Studi dilakukan dengan pendekatan etnografi feminis dengan menggunakan analisis Butler tentang performativitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dua sudut peran perempuan yang menonjol dilihat dari struktur ritual serta atribut pakaian dan penampilan. Secara struktur, perempuan lebih banyak memegang peranan dari sejak acara persiapan ritual hingga pasca ritual. Dewi Sri sebagai simbol kehidupan dianggap menjadi penanda utama gender acts yang membentuk identitasnya dalam wilayah gagasan keperempuanan yang serba simbolis (padi). Selain itu, dimensi atribut dan penampilan dalam ritual juga memegang peranan signifikan seperti tampak pada rias wajah dan pakaian penuh warna. Namun, penampilan feminin sepanjang ritual pada dasarnya bukan produk dari identitas feminin, sebaliknya, identitas feminin itu diperoleh karena perempuan menampilkan atribut pakaian, tarian dengan menggerakkan tubuh dan bertingkah feminin secara berulang-ulang. Performativitas dalam atribut dan penampilannya itu lebih disebabkan aturan adat yang hegemonik dan memaksa dirinya agar mendapatkan pengakuan secara sosial di masyarakat. Meski terjadi negosiasi dalam penerimaannya, perempuan melalui pakaian dan gerakan itu kemudian berusaha menampilkan dirinya sebagai perempuan yang dibayangkan secara ideal oleh komunitas adat tersebut.

Sikap komunikatif terhadap anggota dianggap sebagai peluang yang besar bagi perempuan dalam mengisi sector publik. Namun ternyata, kelebihan sikap tersebut tidak menjamin bahwa perempuan dapat mengimbangi presentase keterlibatannya secara signifikan menyamai laki-laki. Berdasarkan data dari Kementrian Pendidikan Dan Kebudayaan tahun 2019/2020 bahwa jumlah kepala sekolah perempuan di tingkat sekolah menengah Indonesia berjumlah 9.516 dan kepala sekolah laki-laki berjumlah 26.167. Selanjutnya, perempuan sudah lebih dulu tertampar paradigma bahwa memimpin berarti membawa sesuatu yang berat dan penuh risiko yang bertolak dengan sifat dasar feminim. Namun seiring berjalannya waktu, perempuan mulai menunjukkan eksistensinya dengan keluar dari ranah domestik. Ketercapaian para pemimpin perempuan membuat gaya baru dalam memimpin yang tidak hanya mengandalkan otokratis dari maskulinitas laki-laki. Perbedaan gaya memimpin antara laki-laki dengan gaya maskulinnya dan perempuan dengan feminimnya memberikan kesan yang berbeda bagi tiap anggota. Gaya kepemimpinan yang maskulin cenderung berorientasi pada ketercapaian tugas dan gaya kepemimpinan yang feminim cenderung mengutamakan hubungan kinerja dengan anggotanya. Perbedaan dari sifat dasar maskulin pada laki-laki dan femimim pada perempuan tidak hanya disebabkan oleh konstruk budaya setempat, teapi berdasarkan struktur fisiologis otak laki-laki dan perempuan. Untuk itu, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kejelasan tentang perbedaan struktur otak manusia yang menyebabkan lahirnya tipologi dalam gaya pemimpin maskulin dan feminim untuk selanjutnya diharapkan dapat memberikan implikasi besar pada dunia pendidikan, khususnya pendidikan Islam.

Film merupakan salah satu bentuk komunikasi massa yang paling cukup berkembang dan dinamis, dengan menggunakan berbagai perangkat teknologi canggih yang mampu menciptakan film animasi. film tidak hanya digunakan sebagai media hiburan dan kesenangan semata, namun juga dapat digunakan untuk menggambarkan realitas yang terjadi di dunia nyata, termasuk dalam cara menggambarkan perempuan. Film Animasi Disney Raya and the Last Dragon menggambarkan perempuan sebagai sosok yang mandiri, tangguh, dan mampu berjuang tanpa didampingi laki-laki, dan berbeda dengan penggambaran perempuan pada umumnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana representasi perempuan yang terdapat dalam Film Animasi Disney Raya and the Last Dragon. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan analisis semiotika umberto eco, dan kategori feminim dan maskulin menurut BSRI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa reperesentasi perempuan dalam film ini terdapat pada penampilan, ekspresi, dialog, gerak tubuh, dan sikap, yang menunjukkan karakter Raya dan Namaari yang tangguh, cerdas, dan mampu memimpin serta membuat keputusan. Dan Berdasarkan kategori feminin dan maskulin menurut BSRI, berbagai karakter yang ditemukan dalam film ini yaitu karakter maskulin seperti mampu memimpin, suka bersaing, mandiri, dan berani mengambil risiko, sedangkan karakter feminim ditunjukkan pada karakter yang penyayang, simpati, dan penurut.

La poesie de mallarme, pour la definir brievement, est un culte de la beaute. Ce culte de la beaute nous amene a nous interesser plus particulierement a l'aspect feminin du poete - l'anima comme dit c. G. Jung. Or l'aspect feminin de mallarme sousentend deux choses en meme temps : d'une part, la quintessence du monde feminin qui constitue le but final de la poesie ; d'autre part l'attitude feminine du poete pour atteindre ce monde et creer. Le monde feminin de mallarme est represente par divers symboles : mere, chambre, nuit, terre, eau, miroir, chevelure, etoile, oiseau, bijon, sirene etc. . . Ce qui attire surtout notre attention tout au cours de notre etude, s'est que le poete, pour conquerir cette essence feninine, prend une attitude passive, car la force male le gene et le trouble toujours. Il essaie de transformer toutes ses pulsions viriles en energie feminine, ce qui explique sa preference de l'ascese mentale au trouble de la violence. Cette attitude feminine et passive se remarque encore dans tous ses drames de la creation. Creer est pour lui enfanter; le ventre remplace la tete. Et cette vocation feminine d'enfantement poetique est divinisee par la vierge marie. Dans "le livre", nous pouvons constater que les deux aspects feminine s'harmonisent merveilleusement
The poems of mallarme can be defind in brief by the cult of the beauty. This cult of the beauty offers us an excellent motif for a study on the feminine aspects of the poste-the anima as is said by c. G. Jung. The feminity of mallarme has two significations at the same time : the feminine world the essence of which constitutes the final view of the poetry and the feminine attitude of the poste to attain this world of feminine essence and to create a poem. The feminine world is represented by diverses favourite symboles of mallarme : night, earth, water, mirror, star, bird, jewel, siren etc. . . Throughout our study, we will focus our attention specially on the fact that the poete, in order to achieve the essence of femininity, takes a passive attitude because every male force is to his a constrain and an inpediment. As soon as he senses a certain virility within him, he transforms it into a feminine force, which explains his perference of the arduous ascetisme to the disturbing violence. We can also notice this passive feminine attitude in all his riotous efforts of creation. To create is to him to give birth. Among all the feminine vocations, that of the virgin mary is the noblest. In "le livre" we can confirm that the two feminine aspects exist in harmony

F. Inscrivent le corps feminin comme produit d'une "machination" dans laquelle font bon menage, le sexe et la technologie, la science et la pornographie. Symbole de la reification extreme de la femme, son corps y devient produit industriel soumis aux lois du marche. Sur la scene actuelle du complexe technologico-scientifique, c'est le feminin comme tel et sa specificite ancestrale, la capacite "naturelle" de reproduction, qui est supplante par la possibilite d'un engendrement qui se ferait non seulement sans lui, mais aussi bien sans sexe. Our work; based ont he study of science-fiction novels written between the thirties and the eighties, examines specific examples of some ways in which woman's body is presented, figured and disfigured, explores the impact of a religious and mythological tradition ont he science-fiction literature. Woman's body, just like an industrail product, is submitted to the market laws, symbol of woman's reification, result of a "machination", sex and technology, science and pornography being linked together. The ancestral feminine "natural" reproductive capacity is supplanted by the possibility of asexual reproduction. New symbolical and imaginary configurations are analysed in the light of recent research. Science and technology have profound effects on sex roles and definitions. Fiction, history, mythology and science, in their own language, ask the same questions about similitudes and differences between the sexes

Nous avons choisi de porter notre etude sur le vecu d'une societe insulaire privilegiant une approche globale, volontairement pluridisciplinaire, tout simplement anthropologique. Dans cette approche de la tradition corse nous avons essaye de privilegier ce mouvement vital qui sans cesse relie l'homme au cosmos par la puissance d'une "parole". Contes, legendes, pratiques, facons de dire et de faire sont les vecteurs de cette communication dynamique, que nous avons tente d'apprehender par l'etude d'une constellation de symboles que nous avons nomme le symbolisme feminin. Le symbolisme feminin, tel que nous tentons de l'aborder, ne nous revele pas une "conception du monde" intellectuelle et abstraite mais condense un rassemblement de puissances interieures d'ordre purement experimental. Cette experience s'ancre au plus profond d'un espace vecteur d'energies et source de comportements : l'ile. Cette constellation, nous avons tente de l'approcher en constituant un corpus des plus larges, regroupant divers aspects du vecu de notre societe. Car, cette diversite seule nous permet d'entrevoir sa coherence et sa dynamique. Il est clair que pour nous l'etude de ce corpus n'est pas une fin en soi, c'est un fil, un des fils que tisse cette societe, un des liens qui la relie au "monde", et c'est cette liaison que nous avons tentee de privilegier. We have chosen to study the actual experience of an insular society. We emphasized a global approach, which, on purpose, is a multi-field research, merely anthropological. In our approach of corsican tradition, we tried to privilege the vital mouvement which constantly links man to the cosmos thanks to the power of the word. Tales, legends, customs, speech and action are vectors of the dynamic communication which we attempted to apprehend thanks to the study of a constelletion of symbols we called feminine symbolism. Feminine symbolism, as we try to deal with it, doesn't reveal an intellectual and abstract" conception of the world" but concentrates a gathering of purely experimental internal powers. This experience deeply anchors itself in a space which is the vehicle of energies and behaviour : the island. We tried to approach the constellation by creating a very large corpus, including several aspects of the actual experience of our society. For only this variety allows us to catch sight of its consistency and dynamism. It is obvious that the study of this corpus is not our main aim; it is a string, one of the strings that concoct our society, one of the links that connect it to the world; and we tried to lay the stress on that link in order to : "detect correlations, networks, cross-roads, regularities, in a word some of the mysterious reflections which mark or enlighten the epiderm of the world, from the drawing of stones in inanimate matter to the metaphors of the poets in the apparently free game of imagination" (caillos (r) approches de l'imaginaire gallimard nrf paris 1990). Yet, between memory and oblivion, between tradition and modernity, corsican society tries today to renegociate this relation to the world. What, then, is happening to yesterday's speech; whih course is it taking; how is corsican society bringing this fundamental communication between man and the world up to date?

This paper explores the contributing factors of the femicide in Ciudad Juárez, a city in Mexico just across the border from El Paso. This mass killing of women is an epidemic that has overtaken the city in the last two decades and has caused Ciudad Juárez to gain notoriety due to the high instances of violence and continued violation of women’s rights that occur within its borders. More specifically, this paper examines the contributing factors of NAFTA and the maquiladora industry present in Ciudad Juárez, as well as the increased independence of Mexican women and their challenging of traditional gender roles. It will also analyze factors specific to this community, such as the corruption of the police force and government, as well as the general impunity of men in Mexico. Finally, it will examine the ways in which the people of Ciudad Juárez are reacting to this wave of violence, namely through activism and other coping mechanisms.

Violence against women is a widespread global problem and a violation of human rights. An estimated 35% of all women in the world have been subjected to physical and/or sexual violence, and the perpetrator in the majority of cases has been a current or former partner. This thesis addresses the topic of violence against women with a fatal outcome – femicide, which is a more extreme form of violence against women. The purpose of this work is to defend the thesis that femicide ought to be seen as a violation of human rights. A central assumption is that femicide is based on patriarchal structures and that it should, therefore, be regarded as a hate crime against women. In order to understand and interpret the pehnomenom of femicide, this work relies on an idea-analysis based on Michel Foucault and Raewyn Connell's relational power perspective. Conventions and declarations relating to femicide are analyzed to bring clarity to the violations that femicide constitutes. The results indicate that femicide is charactarized by misogynist- and structural violence and consitutes violations of the human rights. Protection from femicide is deficient, and femicide is often classified as murder. Several conventions and declarations exist that are designed for the purpose of protecting women from violence, but only one mentions violence against women with a fatal outcome. Power relations and patriarchal structures need to be highlighted and questioned in order to strengthen women's rights and freedom from violence and femicide.   Key words: Femicide, Violence against women, Human rights, Women’s rights, Patriarchal structures, Relational power.

Ma thèse s’appuie sur des recherches existantes sur le féminisme dans les littératures africaines pour retracer le rapport entre les modes de représentations du corps féminin et ses implications aussi bien sociales que politiques. Allant au-delà d’une simple représentation du corps féminin dans la littérature produite en français par des écrivains africains (hommes et femmes), je soutiens que le corps de la femme est devenu l’un des lieux de (résistance au) pouvoir à la fois pendant la colonisation et après l’indépendance de l’Afrique francophone. Dans ma thèse, j’utilise des critiques d’Odile Cazenave, Pierre Bourdieu, Gayatri Spivak et Julia Kristeva pour montrer que le corps de la femme en Afrique est littéralement devenu une métaphore de la nation entière. En fin de compte, ma thèse analyse la représentation du corps féminin noir dans son usage, ses fonctions, son espace et ses relations avec les pouvoirs sociaux et politiques. Je discute aussi des conditions mentales et structurales qui ont rendu possible les mécanismes qui ont facilite la construction d’un imaginaire du corps féminin noir. En m’appuyant sur les pérégrinations de la femme africaine plus connue sous le nom de Venus Hottentot, je soutiens en outre que les personnages féminins noirs sont en perpétuel combat pour réclamer leur corps,ses usages, comme la manifestation ultime de leur droit d’exister.

Femicide is a grave violation of fundamental human rights, such as the right to life, liberty, and personal security, as well as a formidable hin­drance to social and economic progress. By definition, femicide is the premed­itated killing of a female person due to their gender. This phenomenon is the result of a multitude of risk factors at the individual, interpersonal, communi­ty, and societal levels. The magnitude of what has been dubbed the “shadow pandemic” is evidenced by the mounting violence inflicted on women. This re­search seeks to analyze the role of social media marketing in bringing aware­ness to the issue of femicide, namely, its effect on public opinion, the degree to which it increases awareness of the rising femicide rate, and the reactions of social media users when confronted with individual cases. To achieve this, a phenomenological study with a Likert scale was conducted, involving 100 participants in North Macedonia aged between 18 and 60. The findings in­dicate that the majority of respondents do not believe that social media pro­vides an impetus for people to take action against femicide and their concern­ing note is witnessing online harassment or bullying related to femicide or vi­olence against women on social media. Empowering the potential of creat­ing a safe and supportive environment for discussing and addressing issues of femicide and violence against women in the social media space.

This work aims to investigate the presence of machismo and patriarchy in sentences of pronunciations produced by judges of law, within the processing of femicide processes. The proposed theme starts from something frequent in the Brazilian news. Despite the advancement of criminal legislation, with the contributions of the Maria da Penha Law (2021), the rates of sexual violence, physical aggression, threat and femicide continue to be socially evident, in this sense, to deal with this issue is to break patriarchal paradigms imposed in the social environment before the female figure. Under this bias, it is understood that violence against women is rooted in society and the measures proposed by government bodies do not seem to be sufficient to decrease the rate of alarming cases of deaths related to women in Brazil. In this sense, it is intended to analyze the constitution of the interlocutors, the argumentative structure and the presence of machismo in these sentences, making use of theoretical-methodological tools such as the Theory of Argumentation in Discourse to analyze the statements of the accused, the arguments of the defense and the arguments of the Prosecutor's Office, which are articulated and retextualized by the judge of law in the formulation of the sentence of pronunciation. Thus, we rely theoretically on authors such as Fiorin (2015), who explains about argumentation, Ruth Amossy (2018), with argumentation in discourse, Gerda Lerner (2019) who comments on the creation of patriarchy and Mikhail Bakhtin (2006), who reflects on the issue of the gender of discourse, which results in a "relatively stable" standard form of a statement, pointing out that we communicate, speak, and write across genres. The results of the research are still partial, because now, it is in the phase of constitution of the corpus.

Reflecting on the mental health of women who are victims of psychological abuse has become a social emergency, since the biopsychosocial sequelae are unsustainable, which is reflected in the social loneliness derived from the symptomatology of emotional dependence, psychosomatic illnesses, social and family withdrawal, extreme emotional attachment to the abuser and consequently signs of learned helplessness. Excessive emotional frustration becomes a "common" symptom, and the number of victims who resume relationships with their abusers becomes recurrent, even in extreme psychic exhaustion and emotional pain. The estimation of the woman who is a victim of psychological abuse is labeled as crazy or that she likes to suffer, that there is no other way, this social distancing, is one of the predominant factors that makes her more dependent on the abuser, the fear of social exclusion, of abandonment, the abuser becomes the point of comfort, since the pain of psychic violence is tolerable and the pain of loneliness is overwhelming. Therefore, assistance in the revision of the problem, treatment ofemotional dependence, resignification of learned paradigms, social reintegration, coping strategies, are necessary topics for a qualitative mental health of a victim of psychic abuse, since adequate mental help at the ideal time increases life expectancy and decreases the risks of femicide and ideation

Media and the news, the prominent mediums of this exposure to life, manifest our current way of thinking and also play a significant role in creating the mindset that is determined to have been socially down the line. In this study, femicide cases that have drawn attention, under the spotlight of mainstream media and social media journalism from 2009 to 2020, providing a platform for individuals to report real-life events amateurly, and adopted the use of language by mainstream media and social media journalists, will be analyzed using content analysis method. Violence against women is widespread in Latin America and the Caribbean. On average, every day, 10 women are murdered in the region, and of the 25 countries with the highest rates of femicide in the world, 13 are in this region. Violence against women invades womens everyday lives and takes place in both public and private spheres and within all socioeconomic groups. Most femicides are committed by their partners or former partnersone out of every three women between the ages of 15 and 49 in the region have experienced physical and/or sexual violence at the hands of a partner, with rates ranging between 17% (for the Dominican Republic) and 53% (for Bolivia). Violence against women has a negative impact (physical and psychological) on the health of victims, and it also affects their economic decisions and opportunities for development. Additionally, it increases the probability that children suffer abuse, corporal punishment, and/or negligent/dysfunctional care as well as the likelihood that minors end up reproducing this behavior when they are adults, perpetuating the cycle of violence.

Women and young men are the groups most affected by violence in Latin American and the Caribbean (LAC). While ur-ban violence is predominant among males, the level of vio-lence against women (VAW) is rising as oneof the most widespread violations of human rights, with reported femicide rates as high as 13.4 per 100,000. In addition to violent femicide, VAW includes physical, sexual, and emotional violence, all of which have profound costs for women, their families, and society at large. Between 17 and 50 percent of women ever married or in union in the LAC region have, at some point in their lives, experienced one form or another of such abuse. Although data are limited, the problem seems to be greater in the Andean region than in other sub-regions.
