Full textParsley, Hi-Fi, equipment, cosmetics, pieces of furniture. . . 24 799 women are said to be in trade in Mauritania. Facing this increased female participation in trading and more specifically the growing number of influential businesswomen, we cannot but wonder about the emerging of a female business class. Indeed, as soon as the 80's reached an end, a few "batrounnes" (baronesses), specialized in the trading of western and asian imported products, took up the front scene of public life. Our work casts the light on the dazzling rise of such women : which basis did these female fortunes build up on, What are the means to attain financial as well as social success? Do men and women share such qualities of upward mobility and adaptability, Or can we pick out distinctive features according to gender? Thus, not only women are concerned, our study also wills to focus on the importance, if not the predominance, of gender relationships in this process of "making women visible" in those economic cercles where their part is barely highlighted

Full textOur work is in the confluence of four variables affecting the entrepreneurship event. It is about psychological, sociological, economic variables and about situation. As a consequence, they establish(constitute) the pillar(prop) of our search(research). The basic postulate of our thesis is that the Mauritanian feminine entrepreneurship is an entrepreneurship of survival. The entrepreneurship is not only a practice for the persons with high income who try to invest(surround), but also the only outlet for persons with weak income who have no other means to make sure an income of subsistence. Therefore, the Furthermore, The Mauritanian context is characterized by a growing poverty, deteriorated(aggravated) during these last decades by profound transfers(transformations) marked by important exogenous shocks which modified the whole demographic, economic and social dynamics of the country. On the theoretical plan(shot), the feminine entrepreneurship knows since the end of 1970s and the beginning of 1980s a renewal of interest which is translated by bigger one entrepreneurship event is the resultant of the interaction of these four variables which act on the individual in upstream phase and which urge him(it) to pass in the act. Our results(profits) show that if the Mauritanian feminine entrepreneurship is the reaction to a given situation, the other factors(mailmen) as the culture and the sociocultural context also intervene this event

Full textThis work aims at studying the particularities of the destinies of women who are the founders and leaders of companies. This theme concerns both the psychological field connected with management, and clinical psychology. In order to bring out particularities wich could go unnoticed in more common cases, the author chose characters showing a heroic and eminent dimension. Thus the autor studied destinies of mythological characters such as iphis, atalante, judith, electre, historical characters such as the bouboulina, pope joan, joan of arc, then women who are contemporary leaders such as coco chanel, ikue yamazaki, nicole armingault, phoolan devi, and to finish, with the case of the matador woman christina sanchez. From these biographies, the author suggests a + typical picture ; which points out four characteristic symptoms, linked to the family problematics. The social unease which appears to the benefit of such situations is explained thanks to freudian topics and theories of narcissism. By excelling in social life, each of these women would seek to climb to a level of a position that could satisfied the maternal look previously captured by their brotherly rival and they would identify themselves both to the wonderful child who would like a father with a particular weakness, in his daughter's eye. More often, these ambitions meet with the kultur, wich by being the victim of its divide, projects on this women the guilty feeling due to the keeling of origins wich launches the social dimension of human collectivity according to freud. Reminding this drive background in its erotic, aggressive, object and narcissic dimensions has a part in this charge for which women are more often victims. So, they would be more regularly condemned because they put on the father's clothes and brought back the fears of being abandoned at the same time and castrated

Full textRecent transformations of the work place and the economic crisis have pointed out the fragility of the women's employment. It has obliged them to take a different look at their working conditions and at their place in the socio-economic structure. Consequently, by choice or obligation, they are more and more numerous to create their own jobs, individualy or collectively. In the case of a collective project, the worker's cooperative seems to offer a valuable alternative. However, even if it permits access to property, to the management of an entreprise and to a job, his creation is complex and has his own limits and constraints. - who are the collective female entrepreneurs and what are their motivations to create their own entreprise? - how to explain the choice of the legal status? - what are the limits that are to be deal with? - which counseling and assistance are required? based on a comparative analysis of two types of entrepreneurial situation, individual and collective ownership, a profile of collective female entrepreneur has been identified. She is 32 years of age, maried with more than 2 children. Most of the time, she decided to create her own cooperative after loosing her job. It seems to be a valuable experience
