Abstract:
Contrairement à ce que laisse accroire une maxime pour nous sans âge -"Nihil est in intellectu quin prius fuerit in sensu", rien n'est dans l'intellect qui n'ait été auparavant dans les sens- le concept comme le lexique de la "sensation" ("sensatio" en latin) sont entrés très tardivement sur la scène philosophique, dans la première moitié du XVIIe siècle. Leur apparition nécessitait en effet un double processus d'unification, de l'instance psychique et de la causalité physique. Ce processus s'est amorcé certes tardivement, mais les catégories scolaires n'en ont malheureusement retenu qu'une version, celle de Descartes, dans laquelle pourtant ni le lexique ni le concept de sensation n'ont leur place. On peut alors fixer la tâche d'une généalogie : remonter aux sources multiples de cette double unification, à ses diverses formulations, ainsi qu'aux divergentes théories du sensible auxquelles elles ont donné lieu. La sensation se révèle alors être moins l'expression d'un "climat idéologique" que la résultante de choix théoriques précis, tant dans le domaine de la physique que dans celui de la physiologie ou encore de la psychologie. Ces choix permettent en outre d'établir plus précisément les coordonées de l'empirisme moderne<br>Contrary to what an old maxim had us believe - "Nihil est in intellectu quin prius fuerit in sensu", nothing is in the intellect which was not previously in the senses - both the concept and the word "sensation" (latin "sensatio") entered the philosophical stage very late, in the first half of the seventeenth century. Their appearance implied a double unification process- of the psychological subject on the one hand, and of the physical causality on the other. This process did not begin very early indeed, but the scholastic way of thinking did remember only one version of it, Descartes', for whom neither the world nor the concept of sensation could be found. One can identify the task of a genealogy : to return to the multiple sources of this double unification process, to its diverse formulations, and to the divergent theories of the sensible they induced. Sensation appears to be not the mere expression of an "ideological climate", but the result of theoretical choices in the domains of physics, physiology and psychology. These choices also enable us to identify the characteristics of modern empiricism

Abstract:
Die im Rahmen der Haltungsgesetzgebung diskutierten gering oder nicht perforierten Liegeflächen für Schweine führen in der Haltungspraxis in Warmställen zu bislang ungelösten Problemen. Denn ohne eine weitere Verbesserung der Haltungstechnik kommen unweigerlich die Probleme (Verschmutzung, Stallklima u.s.w.) zurück, die letztendlich zur Ablösung der früher weit verbreiteten Teilspaltenlösungen für Schweine geführt haben. Die neue Nutztierhaltungsverordnung für Schweine wird etwa 50% Liegefläche für Sauen und Mastschweine mit einem Schlitzanteil von maximal 15% vorsehen. Die Ausgestaltung dieser Flächen insbesondere der maximal mögliche Schlitzanteil wird im Zuge der weiteren Entwicklung der Haltungsvorschriften auch weiter diskutiert werden.

Abstract:
Die intratracheale Applikation von Perfluorcarbonen (PFC) in ungeschädigte Lungen, z.B. als Röntgenkontrastmittel und zur PFC-induzierten cerebralen Kühlung, wird derzeit diskutiert. Ob es aufgrund der Dichte und Sauerstofflöslichkeit der PFC zu einer Beeinflussung der cerebralen Oxygenierung und Hämodynamik durch die pulmonale PFC Applikation kommt, ist bisher unbekannt. Änderungen der Konzentration von cerebralem oxygeniertem und totalem Hb koennen mittels Near-infrared Spectroscopy gemessen werden. I.) Effekt durch die PFC-Applikation in gesunde Lungen neugeborener Ferkel: Es wurden zwei verschiedene Applikationsgeschwindigkeiten (30 ml PFC pro kg Körpergewicht als Bolusgabe versus 1,5 ml/min pro kg) und zwei Füllvolumen (30 versus 10 ml/kg) verglichen. Die Bolusgabe bewirkt einen sofortigen Abfall des PaO2 und der cerebralen Oxygenierung, bei langsamer Gabe des gleichen Volumens ist dies weniger ausgeprägt. Mit 10 ml/kg PFC fand sich nahezu keine Beeinflussung der Parameter. II.) Effekte der Änderung der FiO2 in PFC-gefüllten Lungen: Hierfür wurden Änderungen der FiO2 unter konventioneller Druckbeatmung vor PFC-Applikation und unter PFC-Füllung (30 oder 10 ml/kg PFC) verglichen. Beide PFC-Volumen (mit FiO2 1,0) bedingten PaO2-Werte wie unter CMV mit FiO2 von 0,5. Mit 30 ml/kg PFC kam es unter FiO2 von 0,5 zur Abnahme des cerebralen oxygenierten Hb. Zusammenfassend ergibt sich, dass die Applikation von 10 ml PFC/kg bevorzugt werden sollte. Bei kompletter Füllung der Lungen werden durch langsame Applikation cerebrale Nebenwirkungen minimiert. In PFC-gefüllten gesunden Lungen ist zum Erhalt der systemischen und cerebralen Oxygenierung die FiO2 zu erhöhen.<br>Intratracheal administration of perfluorochemicals (PFC) has been suggested for reasons other than respiratory insufficiency, such as pulmonary imaging and PFC-associated brain cooling. Due to their high density and oxygen solubility, PFC application has been described to affect systemic hemodynamics and oxygenation during liquid ventilation. Whether the PFC application into healthy lungs or changes in inspired oxygen fraction (FiO2) in PFC-filled healthy lungs affects cerebral hemodynamics is not known. Changes in the concentration of cerebral oxygenated and total Hb can be measured by near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS). I.) Initial effects of PFC application into healthy lungs of newborn piglets: Two different filling modes (rapid versus slow) and two different filling volumes (slow filling of 30 versus 10 ml PFC/kg body weight) were compared. Rapid filling caused an immediate drop of systemic and cerebrale oxygenation, which was less prominent by filling 30 ml/kg PFC slowly. Almost no changes for all parameters were found with 10 ml kg/PFC. II.) Effects of variations in FiO2 in the PFC filled lungs of healthy piglets: Changes in FiO2 during conventional mechanical ventilation (CMV) prior to PFC-application and in the PFC-filled lungs (30 ml/kg or 10 ml/kg PFC) were compared. Both PFC-volumes (at a FiO2 of 1.0) caused PaO2-values that were similar to CMV with FiO2 of 0.5. In the 30 ml/kg PFC group a reduction of cerebral oxygenated Hb was found at FiO2 of 0.5. According to the data application of 10 ml/kg PFC should be preferred. If complete filling of the lung is needed, the slow administration of PFC minimizes cerebral side effects. In PFC- filled healthy lungs an increase in FiO2 is necessary to maintain systemic and cerebral oxygenation.

A escritora brasileira Clarice Lispector e a francesa Alice Ferney, embora oriundas de contextos sócio-históricos diferentes, apresentam muitos pontos em comum em seus romances Uma aprendizagem ou o Livro dos prazeres e La conversation amoureuse. As duas autoras abordam o mesmo tema (o amor e o encontro amoroso) entremeando-o de leitmotiven semelhantes (as questões relativas à alteridade; o papel que a linguagem exerce sobre as relações humanas; os embates sujeito-linguagem; o silêncio como contraparte necessária da palavra), com soluções formais que diferem no todo, mas aproximam-se nos detalhes. Este estudo é uma leitura comparativa entre as duas obras e visa mostrar como as autoras abordam o tema do amor, que tem longa tradição na literatura ocidental, e como o reatualizam a partir de recursos formais de uma literatura em crise. A leitura aqui apresentada coloca em evidência as semelhanças que aproximam e as diferenças que individualizam as obras, observando-as e comparando-as de um ponto de vista temático-morfológico.<br>The Brazilian writer Clarice Lispector and the French writer Alice Ferney, yet coming from different socio-historical contexts, present many common aspects in their novels Uma aprendizagem ou o Livro dos prazeres and La conversation amoureuse. Both writers deal with the same theme (love and the love encounter), filling the novels up with similar leitmotiven (questions concerning alterity; the role language exerts on human relations; the clash subject-language; silence as a necessary counterpart of word), with formal solutions that are different on the whole, but have similarities in the particularities. This study is a comparative reading between the two aforementioned works and aims at showing how the authors deal with the theme of Love, which has a long tradition in Western literature, and how they re-actualize it from certain formal resources of a literature in crisis. This reading puts in evidence the similarities that approximate and the differences that individualize the works, observing and comparing them from a thematic-morphologic perspective.

En particular, se pretende determinar si la calificación de reiteración de delitos o concurso real otorgada por la judicatura al caso “Fermex” o “quesitos mágicos” es la solución que mejor se adecua a su naturaleza jurídica. Se exponen brevemente algunos casos emblemáticos, características y tratamiento del delito masa en algunas legislaciones. Se explora la posibilidad de calificarlos como caso de unidad de acción, delito continuado y pluralidad de acciones. Se analiza el tratamiento penal de los delitos masivos en Chile y especialmente el otorgado por la sentencia condenatoria en el caso conocido como “Fermex” o “quesitos mágicos”

Abstract:
La these est consacree a une etude de comportement asymptotique de grands reseaux stochastiques fermes. Dans le premier chapitre, un reseau de jackson est considere, avec une seule classe de clients, dont le nombre, ainsi que celui de nuds de service sont grands et proportionnels entre eux. Sous une hypothese de caractere fonctionnel, un nouveau critere de saturation dans le reseau est obtenu, ainsi que l'asymptotique de la fonction de partition. Un reseau de type bcmp est etudie dans le deuxieme chapitre. L'asymptotique de la fonction de partition est obtenue pour le reseau comprenant deux chaines de service, deux serveurs rapides de type ps ou fcfs, un serveur de type is et un nombre grand de clients, et cela dans tous les regimes principaux de fonctionnement limite (saturation stricte de 0, 1, 2 nuds). Dans le dernier chapitre le comportement macroscopique, ainsi que la mesure de probabilites invariante sont etudies pour des familles des marches aleatoires discretes sur des simplexes, dont la taille est grande. Une lois des grands nombres (la limite d'euler) est etablie pour les simplexes de dimension 2, 3, 4. L'absence de metastabilite dans le cas general est demontree pour les marches sur les simplexes de dimension 2

Abstract:
Se realizaron simulaciones numéricas del patrón de corrientes superficiales forzados por viento y marea en la bahía Ferrol – Chimbote, con el objetivo determinar la influencia de dichas forzantes, dando así un diagnóstico del patrón de corrientes que servirá como contribución a la evaluación de recambio de aguas y su influencia en el proceso de contaminación en la bahía. El modelo numérico empleado fue el Princeton Ocean Model, más conocido por la comunidad científica internacional como modelo POM. Las simulaciones realizadas fueron de carácter bidimensional, debido a que la bahía presenta características de aguas poco profundas, con una profundidad máxima de 30 metros dentro de la bahía. Se emplearon datos de batimetría y del perfil costero con alta resolución de las cartas de navegación de la Dirección de Hidrografía y Navegación (DHN), complementados con datos globales disponibles de bases de datos digitales (ETOPO2) e información de satélites. Para las simulaciones con viento, se empleó la climatología elaborada por el Internacional Research Institute (IRI). Para simular la corriente de marea, se empleó como forzante los principales constituyentes armónicos de marea obtenidos del modelo global TOPEX6.0, los cuales fueron comparados con las predicciones de marea publicadas en Internet por la DHN. Los resultados obtenidos, nos muestran la influencia del viento y la marea en la generación de corrientes, concluyendo que debido a la configuración morfológica de la bahía, la circulación que se presenta es muy lenta y que la marea ejerce mayor influencia en la circulación dentro de la bahía Ferrol, mientras que la influencia del viento es notoria fuera de la bahía.<br>Tesis
