Abstract:
The influence of various technologies on soil fertility and field crop yields was studied. It was found that the content of humus in the 0–30 cm layer when applying fertilizers, crop residues, or green manure together with ameliorant, increased by traditional technology to 3.43 and by minimal to 3.45–3.47 %. Significant reserves of moisture in the 0–100 cm layer of soil under winter wheat were on the traditional and decompression technologies 137 and 125 mm, respectively. Soil density in the layers 0–20 and 20–40 cm was less by the traditional and decompression technologies, respectively, 1.32

A pot experiment under controlled soil moisture conditions was accomplished with the aim to assess the effect of rhizobacteria application Bradyrhizobium japonicum alone or in conjuction with Pseudomonas putida strain on symbiotic system development of soybean in relation to phosphorus and manure fertilization under temporary drought conditions. Abstract:
Treatment of the triticale phytomass with the complex biological preparation KBP-5M before incorporation into the soil contributed to the activation of microbiological processes in the 0-30 cm layer. In the variants when the plant was in the phenological stage of spike emergence, we noted an increase in the content of N-NO3 by 0.19-0.46 mg per 100 g of soil; Р2О5 – up to 2.97; K2О – up to mg/100 g. The reason for that was the maximum accumulation of organic matter in the phytomass of triticale at the aforementioned stage of development (8.25-8.52 t/ha). The use of KBP-5M had a positive effect
