The Military Scenario Definition Language (MSDL) is an approved SISO standard for describing components of military scenarios that can be shared across a variety of modeling and simulation systems. However, the “last mile problem” for MSDL development is to have a user interface that represents information flowing to/from C2 and simulation systems. We have developed an open-source Toolset for this purpose: MSDL Scenario Editing Toolset (MSDLSET), providing an easy-to-use graphical user interface to MSDL developers that can serve as a surrogate input/output GUI or alternately to generating MSDL file. MSDLSET is developed using other open-source Tools: Xcentric's JaxFront and BBN's OpenMap. MSDLSET provides easy and efficient means for the end user to edit validate and add MSDL components to the MSDL file. Numerous initiatives are in progress to employ the new Toolset and to realize the benefits of exchanging scenarios files across diverse systems.

At present, the formation of authoritative files system is an obligatory condition for organizing and managing electronic catalogues of large scientific libraries. SPSTL SB RAS is managing its own authoritative file of subject headings, the work on which began in 2008, and is actual until today.The paper describes the results of creating and managing an authoritative file of subject headings of SPSTL SB RAS in the period of 2011 – 2020: the history of the file creation is mentioned; the importance of linguistic support of the electronic catalogue for conducting information search is marked; the necessity for analyzing the current state of affairs and evaluating the authoritative file quality is pointed out.The analysis is based on the results of implementing the statement of work for creating the authoritative file; the program of step-by-step works is reproduced and the results of accomplishing each stage, the complexity of the tasks are evaluated.The article indicates the need to edit subject headings in accordance with the requirements of the method of objectification; to pair information search languages: library and bibliographic indices of classification and subject headings. It also indicates the problem of filling the authoritative file with new subject headings, reveals the necessity of checking the vocabulary by alphabetical index. The conclusion forms the notion about the current state of the authoritative file, the terms of work on implementing the statement of work. The main problem of completing the creation of an authoritative file of subject headings of SPSTL SB RAS is indicated; ways to solve this problem are suggested.

Penguin is a Macintosh computer application that facilitates the use of CALIB 3.03, the 14C age calibration program by Stuiver and Reimer (1993). Penguin offers an easy user interface based on the well-known Macintosh standard multiwindow environment to create and edit the CALIB 3.03 calibration files and to export data in text format. Penguin and CALIB interact at the file level, i.e., Penguin is capable of reading and writing files in CALIB formats. Files containing the data are created in the Penguin environment and then saved on disk in the Penguin format. Penguin allows multiple editing of the calibration parameters and recalibration of the list of samples without the need to insert any modifications manually throughout the list. Penguin can also be used to read already calibrated files in order to extract the “cal” ages and display them in a spreadsheet-like window.

RoboCup is an international joint project to promote artificial intelligence, robotics and related fields. This paper presents a program that can draw and edit a drawing about soccer Robots and field scenarios. The program can load and save an image file, and draw 2D primitives in a painting area. These primitives can be set with different heights and tested by their compatibility with a new primitive. It also can undo/redo a drawing operation. There is a grid function to simplify the positioning of primitives. All the shapes in the drawing can be aligned appropriately. The result shows that the program can meet the basic requirement.

With the innovation of computer, virtual clothing has also emerged. This research mainly discusses the real-time animation complex of interactive clothing design based on computer simulation. In the process of realizing virtual clothing, the sample interpolation synthesis method is used, and the human body sample library is constructed using the above two methods (primitive construction method and model reconstruction method) first, and then, the human body model is obtained by interpolation calculation according to the personalized parameters. Building a clothing model is particularly important for the effect of trying on. The clothing that needs to be displayed can be scanned and then input into the computer to build the model. The model can be directly built in 3DMAX and other software and then its surface texture can be mapped, or the clothing model can be directly built. The 3D model in the 3ds file is loaded by the loop body nested switch branch selection structure. Correspondingly, the write-back operation of 3ds files is similar. Just follow the general structure of the 3ds file and write the root block, version information block, edit information block, key frame information block, etc. to a brand new file in sequence. The main reason for this article to perform the 3ds file write-back operation is that, after the clothing model is dynamically simulated through the dynamic principle, the deformed key animation frame needs to be saved as a 3ds file so that it can be further imported into the 3DSMAX software and generated by the renderer, form high-quality picture information, and finally get high-definition animation video. In the CPU-GPU hybrid method, modules such as force calculation, collision processing, and position update use the GPU method, while overstretching is processed by the CPU method, making the overall performance 10 times higher than the pure CPU method. This research helps to promote the development of 3D virtual clothing design.

Net-Console is an integrated program development environment that can be used as a front-end for High Performance Computing (HPC) sites. It consist of an MPI-aware editor, an execution console, a debugger, monitoring tools and an account and file manager. Using Net-console the user is able to edit, execute, debug and evaluate the performance of parallel programs from anywhere in the Internet. The user interface is done through a normal Java-enabled browser. Net-console can also support processing through wireless and lightweight devices with the use of mobile agent technologies. The tools included in Net-console and their functionality, the languages used and the overall structure of the project are presented in this paper.

The new release ofDEBUSSYis introduced, a free open-source package devoted to the application of the Debye function analysis of powder diffraction data from nanocrystalline, defective and/or nonperiodic materials. The general strategy of the suite remains unchanged, following a two-step approach managed by theCLAUDEandDEBUSSYprograms, respectively. The first step essentially consists in generating a database where structural, size and shape information on a nanocrystal population is stored; the second step consists in the calculation, through the Debye scattering equation, of the total diffraction pattern using the previously generated database and a set of model parameters provided by the user and then optimized by the program. The novelties lie in the computational, modelling and graphical levels, and several new programs and features have been added. Among these are a new general comprehensive input file format (.ddb) for the database generation, the automatic management of the space-group symmetry and .cif file, new nanocrystal shapes, size-dependent site occupancy factors and thermal parameters for each atomic species, new lattice expansion functions, and a newly developed algorithm for calculating the standard errors of the optimized parameters. TheCLAUDEsuite also includes a program for calculation of the pair distribution function. Last but not least, a graphical user interface, which makes it easier to edit input files, execute the programs of the suite in a chain-like way, and plot the results in an automatic or custom manner, is provided.

Given the limited exposure of these students to computer science, the complexity of downloading, installing, and using tools for writing logic programs could be a major barrier for logic programming to reach a much wider audience. We developed onlineSPARC, an online ASP environment with a self-contained file system and a simple interface. It allows users to type/edit logic programs and perform several tasks over programs, including asking a query to a program, getting the answer sets of a program, and producing a drawing/animation based on the answer sets of a program.

To overcome the shortcomings of external PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and soft PLC being widely employed in switch control of CNC machine tool, an embedded PLC system was developed by integrating AVR single chip ATMEGA169, PC bus technique and dual port RAM. Both hardware circuit and software of the PLC system were designed and implemented. The software of Industrial PC was developed by using ladder-diagram IDE (Integrated Design Environment) based on the platform of Borland C++ Builder. In this environment, it can fulfill edit, compilation and communication function of ladder-diagram file. It also can monitor and diagnose PLC running status. This developed embedded PLC system has the characteristics of compact structure, high communication and reliability. It can effectively satisfy real-time control requirements of CNC machine tool.

It validates syntax and dictionary-defined data attributes through internal routines, and also provides a web interface to thecheckCIFservice of the International Union of Crystallography (IUCr), which provides a full crystallographic analysis of the structural data. The graphical interface allows users to edit the CIF either in its `raw' ASCII form (using a text editor with context-sensitive data validation and input facilities) or as a formatted representation of a structure report (using a word-processing environment), as well asviaa number of convenience tools (e.g.spreadsheet representations of looped data). Materials and Methods We developed StatTag for Windows as a Microsoft Word plug-in using C# and for macOS as a native application using Objective-C. Source code is available under the MIT license at https://github.com/stattag. Results StatTag links analysis file(s) (R/R Markdown, SAS, Stata, or Python) and a Word document, invokes the statistical program(s) to obtain results, and embeds selected output in the document. StatTag can accommodate multiple statistical programs with a single document and features an interface to view, edit, and rerun statistical code directly from Word. Discussion and Conclusion StatTag may facilitate reproducibility within increasingly multidisciplinary research teams, improve research transparency through review and publication, and complement data-sharing initiatives.

Analysis of dimensions of a product, its visualization as a 3D model & volume estimation, positively impact the operations of manufacturing department in an industry. In this paper, a system has been designed to integrate the proposed features like 3D reconstruction, dimensional analysis & support for manipulating the reconstructed model. Research was carried out to estimate the volume of objects using their virtual 3D model & allow the user to edit this model which later can be compared with the original object, for manipulation. The pictures of an object from different planes are captured and using image processing, it is reconstructed in 3D, which is used to estimate parameters like volume, surface area, maximum dimensions across different planes. This edited 3D model will be utilized for generating a binary file representing the changes. This system provides detailed information to the user along with flexibility, thus enhancing the way in which the manufacturing industry works, as it requires no manual input or interaction once the process begins.

At present, the incidence of breast cancer is high worldwide and the most effective way to treat breast cancer is surgery. This study mainly explores the application of pathological three-dimensional reconstruction based on VR technology in the evaluation of the margins of breast-conserving surgery and the adjustment of radiotherapy for breast cancer. In the process of making pathological large slices, the slice markers are counted and the upper and outer cutting edges are located and placed in a large embedding box to prevent tissue deformation. ACDSEE6.0 is used to convert the aligned image BMP format into JPG format, the JPG images of each breast are cropped in batches under the same range and size, and then 3DDOCTOR1.0 is imported to edit the images. The boundary edit tool is activated to segment the target area layer by layer to create a boundary data set of the target structure. The stored file is opened and 3D rendering simple surface and volume rendering on the computer is run to display the surface data 3D display and the volume data 3D display. During VR image processing, the data are imported into the VR image workstation and the Radio Dexter software system is used for image adjustment, trimming, and sequence extraction. Then, the preliminary processed CT and MRI data are displayed in pairs. Through multiplane comparison, manual or automatic fusion tools are used to reduce the gap between image sequences. The surgical process is simulated under VR: by changing the window size and viewing angle; using virtual electric drills, cutting tools, and other virtual instruments; ad selecting the operating microscope perspective; and simulating steps such as breast opening, visual field exposure, and tumor resection. The breast tomographic image was reconstructed in multiple planes, and two-dimensional images of any plane could be observed. 10 cases showed high-density shadows and 5 cases showed isodensity shadows. This research contributes to the precise treatment of breast-conserving surgery.

PAC(programmable automation controller) is a new trend of the industrial controller, but for now, most IDEs(integrated development environment) are still providing the PLC mode for users, which can not take full advantage of the PAC. Further more, in China, there is still not such IDE with complete intellectual properties for PACs designed by Chinese companies. For above purposes, the CHD-PACIDE was implemented which supported the ARM cortex-Mx series microcontrollers. This IDE consists of three layers, interface layer, data management layer and kernel layer, which managed functional modules respectively. Based on a C-like language Engineer C defined by our research team, the interface layer provided the structural graphical input mode and the text input mode for users to edit their code. The data management layer used the XML with specified format manage the flow of data. The kernel layer had two parts which were implemented in the IDE and the debug microcontroller stm8s, this layer can be used to debug user’s code through the Jtag port under the Coresight debugging structure of ARM. This IDE could be updated easily by adding the specific XML file for the new microcontroller used by the specific PAC.

In modern wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) the demand for advanced process control is a prerequisite for a smooth and energy efficient operation of the plant. Most large WWTPs have distributed control systems (DCS) and advanced supervisory control and data acquisition systems installed for operation and supervision of the plant. Normally the DCS is sufficient for the operators to run the plant efficiently. However, data is also often wanted by others than the operators (e.g. research engineers, students, scientists or consultants) for analysis and reporting or to perform different calculations. At Käppala a new web based program, aCurve, has been developed to meet such needs. The program is a so-called Rich Internet Application and is accessible via internet and requires no desktop installation. The main features of the program are rapid presentation of graphs, easy zoom, changing resolution, performing calculations and plotting the results and simple statistics (e.g. mean values, integration, maximum and minimum values). If advanced calculations are acquired, the data is easily exported as an xlsx-file for use in Microsoft Excel or other software capable of reading the Office Open XML SpreadsheetML File format. aCurve can also produce automatically updated reports that are built in Microsoft Excel. This makes the reporting function flexible and any user with Excel knowledge can create and edit a report with a professional result. The reports can easily be shared throughout the organization. The program has replaced other expensive and complex desktop application that were previously used at the Käppala WWTP. Process and laboratory data that can be used for follow up of plant performance has now become available for a greater part of the staff which improve the quality assurance of reported data to authorities and researchers.

The film editor’s task in refining film edits by frame-by-frame matching is an important undertaking in perceptual precision. This article investigates whether the failure of a few frames jeopardizes the perceived continuity of a film. Thirty-three Swedish students were eye-tracked while watching two versions of the same documentary film sequence; one version was completed to continuity satisfaction by a film editor, while the other had some frames altered toward discontinuity. Gaze hits in Areas-of-Interest appointed by the film editor, saccade frequency, and pupil dilation after edit points were measured. No significant difference was found for hits in Areas-of-Interest, whereas saccade frequency and relative pupil size increased after edits in the altered version of the film sequence. Results indicate that the altered film sequence constrained viewers with possible cognitive effects, implying that frame-by-frame matching of film edits achieved by film editors is crucial to film continuity.

The present paper introduces a cloud-based expert system for synthesis and evolutionary optimization of planar linkages. The kinematic structure of the linkage is composed by the modular approach based on Assur’s groups. The dyads are represented as functional blocks with input and output variables. The applied approach for obtaining the geometrical relationships between the input and the output variables of the dyads is based on the use of homogeneous transformation matrices. The developed software system allows a dimensional synthesis of planar linkages by using genetic optimization algorithms. One feature is remote creation of the models of genetic algorithms as well as the receiving of the results by means of a user-friendly interface. By exploiting the application, the user can produce and edit the initial information about the synthesized or optimized linkage; thus he can receive the calculation results as a web page and/or as MS Excel file. An additional mutation of the best chromosome genes by scanning of every gene within its searching space improves the optimal solution. The analyzed numerical case studies show the applicability of the developed software system for mechanism analysis, synthesis and optimization. Because the number of genes is not limited, the linkages with a very big number of design variables can be synthesized by exploiting the developed approach.

In the past few decades, artificial intelligence technology has experienced rapid development, and its application in modern industrial systems has grown rapidly. This research mainly discusses the construction of a database of electronic pipe organ tone recognition based on artificial intelligence. The timbre synthesis module realizes the timbre synthesis of the electronic pipe organ according to the current timbre parameters. The audio time domain information (that is, the audio data obtained by file analysis) is framed and windowed, and fast Fourier transform (FFT) is performed on each frame to obtain the frequency domain information of each frame. The harmonic peak method based on improved confidence is used to identify the pitch, obtain the fundamental tone of the tone, and calculate its multiplier. Based on the timbre parameters obtained in the timbre parameter editing interface, calculate the frequency domain information of the synthesized timbre of each frame, and then perform the inverse Fourier transform to obtain the time domain waveform of each frame; connect the time domain waveforms of different frames by the cross-average method to obtain the time-domain waveform of the synthesized tone (that is, the audio data of the synthesized tone). After collecting the sound of the electronic pipe organ, the audio needs to be denoised, and the imported audio file needs to be parsed to obtain the audio data information. Then, the audio data are frequency-converted and the timbre characteristic information is analyzed; the timbre parameters are obtained through the human-computer interaction interface based on artificial intelligence, and the timbre of the electronic pipe organ is generated. If the timbre effect is not satisfactory, you can re-edit the timbre parameters through the human-computer interaction interface to generate timbre. During the experiment, the overall recognition rate of 3762 notes and 286 beats was 88.6%. The model designed in this study can flexibly generate electronic pipe organ sound libraries of different qualities to meet the requirements of sound authenticity.

Waveform data from pre-interpretation processing is used in nine Late Triassic interpretation case studies from an area extending more than 30,000 km2 across the Exmouth Plateau, Kangaroo Trough and Rankin Trend on the North West Shelf of Australia. Events selected from a database of automatically generated surfaces extracted from six large open-file 3D marine surveys (~16,000 km2) are used to analyse reservoirs, seals, and pore fluid within the Brigadier and Mungaroo formations in this peer-reviewed paper. Today, geoscience teams are challenged with vast data sets such as the archived versions of more than 125 Carnarvon Basin 3D seismic surveys. Pre-interpretation processing delivers a database of numerous seismic events that cannot be effectively managed using traditional interpretation workstations. With, however, a 3D viewer to query, edit and merge the results, geoscience teams are able to review many large surveys and the surfaces in their interpretation workflows. At the 2013 WABS Conference in Perth, WA, two papers offered models for the Late Triassic gas reservoirs. These models represent many years of synthesis and integration of data by teams of geoscientists from two of the major operators on the North West Shelf. Validation and corroboration of the proposed models was gained by using selected pre-interpretation surfaces. Stacking patterns, waveform fitness, amplitude and two-way time surfaces from these spatial databases revealed geological insights about the formations, such as their complexity of structure, extent of reservoirs, and continuity of seals, along with a better understanding about the trapping and charge systems of the fields.

Music is one of the most cherished topics in Brazilian documentary filmmaking. Vinicius (Miguel Faria Jr., 2005), Raul: O início, o fim e o meio (Raul: The Beginning, the End and the Middle, Walter Carvalho, 2012) and Chico: Artista brasileiro (Chico: Brazilian Artist, Miguel Faria Jr., 2015) feature among the most successful Brazilian documentaries from the last twenty years, which makes clear their appeal to national audiences. However, to better articulate their significance it is also crucial to understand them from an international context. The In-Edit – International Music Documentary Film Festival, an event solely devoted to the screening and discussion of music documentaries, allows us to do so. First organised in Barcelona in 2003 and swiftly exported and adapted in multiple countries, the current In-Edit occurs annually in Chile, Brazil, Greece and the Netherlands. Throughout the years, it has also been celebrated in Argentina, Mexico, Germany, Colombia and Peru. In-Edit Brasil was first organised in São Paulo in 2009 and showcases a wide variety of music documentaries both from Brazil and abroad. At the same time, some Brazilian music documentaries are screened in other In-Edits, such as Chile and Spain. In effect, In-Edit organisers hold a privileged perspective on the role that Brazilian music and Brazilian music documentaries play within the international scene. Cristian Pascual (Barcelona, 1980) was the director of In-Edit Barcelona from 2007 to 2019, and he is still part of the organising committee. We met him in São Paulo in 2017, and he provided us with a programmer’s view of music documentaries from all over the world. Despite how political events have altered the country’s international influence in global politics (most notably Jair Bolsonaro taking over as president at the beginning of 2019), we believe that Pascual’s views present a rich reflection on Brazilian specificities regarding the production and reception of music documentaries today.

Today’s students are accustomed to a world where information is available on-demand, anywhere and anytime. They bring this expectation to their academic world where they want to work cooperatively and flexibly, using the modern information processing tools and access with which they are familiar. New hardware platforms such as e-Readers and tablet computers have made substantial inroads in the consumer market. E-Readers are becoming more prevalent in universities – replacing the need for physical textbooks, lecturing notes and other academic documents. Many universities are now running pilot programs, while some are already using e-Readers. Tablet computers, apart from their ability to read, edit or create various types of information documents, also offer additional features such as collaborative and social networking services. This empirical research project investigated student perspectives on the educational use of e-Readers and tablets within the University of Cape Town. A questionnaire was distributed to a significant portion of the student population and stratified according to seniority and faculty. Quantitative data was gathered and analysed on themes ranging from awareness to preferences to facilitating conditions around e-Readers within the academic environment. The students sent a clear signal: that they are keen to embrace these new technologies and the advantages they offer. E-Books can be updated automatically and downloaded to e-Readers instantly from almost anywhere in the world. Students feel they would benefit greatly through the use of e-Readers and many believe they are set to replace books completely. Having access to a portable library of information in their backpacks would benefit both students and the environment. However, there are a number of barriers to the comprehensive introduction of these technologies, including the cost of the devices; cost, rights and file format of e-books; the need for a critical mass of textbooks available in digital format and device characteristics such as battery life, and ubiquitous Wi-Fi access.

Scientific process skills are the foundations of science and allows doing research and drawing conclusions. Scientific process skills, perhaps one of the most important tools to produce and edit information about people around the world. Therefore, the students needed to have the understanding and skills to do scientific researches. Hence, the aim of this study is to investigate the effect of nature of science activities on elementary 4th grade students’ scientific process skills. The study group of the study is 65 fourth grade students educating in Denizli in a medium socio-economic elementary school in the term of 2012-2013. The study was conducted with quantitative research methods. One group pretest-posttest measurement in this study was applied to the experimental model. For data collection; scientific process skills scale was used. The application of the study lasted 9 weeks and all students were given the scales as pretest and posttest. The results showed that there are significant differences between pretest and posttest with respect to science process skills in favor of posttests.

Bu yüzden, öğrencilerin, bilimsel araştırma yapmak için gerekli anlayışa ve becerilere sahip olmaları gereklidir. Buradan hareketle bu çalışmanın amacı Bilimin doğası etkinliklerinin ilkokul 4. Sınıf öğrencilerinin bilimsel süreç becerilerine etkisini incelemek olarak belirlenmiştir. Bu çalışma kapsamında deneme modeli türlerinden deneme öncesi, tek grup ön ölçüm-son ölçüm modeli kullanılmıştır. Denizli ili merkezinde bulunan orta sosyo-ekonomik düzeydeki ilkokullardan birinde, 2012-2013 eğitim-öğretim yılında öğrenim gören 4. sınıf öğrencileri kapsamında (65 öğrenci) uygulamalar yapılmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında veri toplama aracı olarak “Bilimsel Süreç Becerileri” testi kullanılmıştır. Bu testin 4. Sınıf öğrencilerinin bilimsel süreç becerilerini ölçmek amacıyla seçilmesinin temel nedenlerinden birisi alan yazında Fen Bilimleri dersi kapsamında geliştirilmiş ve yayınlanmış en yeni test olmasıdır. Software developments involving multiple organizations such as Open Source Software (OSS)-based projects tend to have numerous defects when one organization develops and another organization edits the program source code files. Developments with complex file creation, modification history (origin), and software architecture (functional layer) are increasing in OSS-based development. As an example, we focus on an Android smart phone and a VirtualBox development project, and propose new visualization techniques for product metrics based on file origin and functional layers. One is the Metrics Area Figure, which can express duplication of edits by multiple organizations intuitively using overlapping figures. The other is Origin City, which was inspired by Code City. It can represent the scale and other measurements, while simultaneously stacking functional layers as 3D buildings. The contributions of our paper are to propose new techniques, implement them as web applications, and share the results of our questionnaire. Our proposed techniques are useful not only to visualize the measured metrics, but also to improve the product quality.

We investigated physical changes over three versions in the production of the short historical drama, Woman with an Editing Bench (2016, The Physical TV Company). Pearlman, the film’s director and editor, had also written about the work that editors do to create rhythms in film (Pearlman 2016), and, through the use of computational techniques employed previously (Cutting et al. 2018), we found that those descriptions of the editing process had parallels in the physical changes of the film as it progressed from its first assembled form, through a fine cut, to the released film. AbstractMotivationWhile Python has become very popular in bioinformatics, a limited number of libraries exist for fast manipulation of gene coordinates in Ensembl GTF format.ResultsWe have developed the GTF toolkit Python package (pygtftk), which aims at providing easy and powerful manipulation of gene coordinates in GTF format. For optimal performances, the core engine of pygtftk is a C dynamic library (libgtftk) while the Python API provides usability and readability for developing scripts. Based on this Python package, we have developed the gtftk command line interface that contains 57 sub-commands (v0.9.10) to ease handling of GTF files. These commands may be used to (i) perform basic tasks (e.g. selections, insertions, updates or deletions of features/keys), (ii) select genes/transcripts based on various criteria (e.g. size, exon number, transcription start site location, intron length, GO terms) or (iii) carry out more advanced operations such as coverage analyses of genomic features using bigWig files to create faceted read-coverage diagrams. In conclusion, the pygtftk package greatly simplifies the annotation of GTF files with external information while providing advance tools to perform gene analyses.Availability and implementationpygtftk and gtftk have been tested on Linux and MacOSX and are available from https://github.com/dputhier/pygtftk under the MIT license. The idea for this special issue came out of the recognition that an association such as GEECT must react to this state of affairs and should contribute to its member schools’ ability to offer learning and teaching programmes that are built on state-of-the-art knowledge in the field. We envision this special issue as a show case of the research being conducted in different schools and also as a statement in favour of the relevance of artistic practice based research. The articles here included are all examples of how artistic research is undertaken in film and media arts, and achieves its results both within those disciplines, as well as often in a transdisciplinary setting, combining artistic methods with methods from other research traditions. In a context where film schools have been increasingly driven to conduct artistic research, we believe the development of the research environment is essential. This objective is just as important as the research outputs and their impact, and this has become a high strategic priority for GEECT that we also try to materialize via this special issue.

Pengembangan Film Pembelajaran IPS ini merupakan sebuah media pembelajaran berupa film yang meceritakan kehidupan sehari-hari sesuai dengan materi film yaitu Kegiatan pokok ekonomi. Film ini mengambil studi kasus di SMP Negeri 2 Sawan dan melibatkan siswa kelas VII sebagai responden. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengimplementasikan hasil rancangan pengembangan film pembelajaran IPS untuk penguasaan kompetensi mendiskripsikan kegiatan pokok ekonomi (2) mengetahui respon siswa terhadap Film pembelajaran IPS untuk penguasaan kompetensi mendiskripsikan kegiatan pokok ekonomi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan dengan desain pengembangan menggunakan model ADDIE. Film ini diimplementasikan dengan menggunakan aplikasi Adobe Premiere CS6 dalam proses video editing, Adobe Audition untuk edit audio, Adobe Encore untuk membuat menu DVD dan Adobe Photoshop CS6 untuk pembuatan desain keperluan film.Adapun hasil setelah dilakukan Uji ahli isi didapatkan hasil 88.66 % dari keuda ahli isi. Hasil uji ahli media dari kedua ahli didapatkan hasil 84.66 % dan hasil uji respon 91.59 % sehingga dapat disimpulkan film ini memiliki kriteria sangat positif. Kata Kunci: Film Pembelajaran, Kegiatan Pokok Ekonomi, ADDIEIPS Learning Film Development is a learning media in the form of films that tell everyday life in accordance with film material, namely the main economic activity. The film took a case study at Sawan Middle School 2 and involved VII grade students as respondents. This study aims to (1) implement the results of the design of the development of social studies learning films for mastery of competency in describing the main activities of the economy (2) to find out the students' responses to social studies learning films for mastering the competence of describing the main economic activities. The type of research used in this study is research and development with development design using the ADDIE model. This film is implemented using the Adobe Premiere CS6 application in the process of video editing, Adobe Audition to edit audio, Adobe Encore to create DVD menus and Adobe Photoshop CS6 for making film design needs. The results after the content expert test were 88.66% of all content experts. The results of the media expert test from the two experts were 84.66% and the response test results were 91.59% so it can be concluded that this film has very positive criteria.Keywords: Learning Film, Main Economic Activities, ADDIE

Objective To evaluate the impact of opioid safety edits on opioid utilization. Design Retrospective review. Setting Senior Care Action Network (SCAN) Health Plan, a Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug Plan. Patients, Participants The opioid safety edits reviewed included edits for the following: initial opioid fill more than 7 days’ supply (DS), cumulative opioid doses 90 or greater and 240 or greater morphine milligram equivalent (MME), concurrent opioid and benzodiazepine (COB) use. Members with prescription drug claims meeting these criteria pre- and postedit implementation and those with prescription drug claim rejections resulting from the edits were included in the review. Results 15,232 members experienced claim rejections resulting from the edits. Comparison of utilization pre and postedit implementation revealed the following results (P < 0.001): 41% decrease in the proportion of members with an initial opioid fill for more than 7 DS; 18% decrease in the proportion of members on opioid doses 90 MME or more; 26% decrease in the proportion of members on opioid doses 240 MME or more; 18% decrease in the proportion of members with COB. Conclusion Opioid safety edits are an effective way to combat overuse and misuse. They serve as a means for increasing collaboration between plans, prescribers, pharmacists, and members which improves care coordination, reduces adverse risks, and helps keep members safe.

Adapun yang menjadi variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah globalisasi dengan kenakalan remaja. Sedangkan untuk memperoleh data konkrit dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode angket, metode interview, metode dokumenter, dan metode observasi yang kemudian dalam pengolahan data untuk memecahkan permasalahan tersebut diatas menggunakan analisa statistik dan rumus Chi Kuadrat yaitu dengan memperoleh hasil tabel = 3,841 dengan taraf signifikasi 5 , dan hasil perhitungan = 26,38, sehingga hasil perhitungan lebih besar daripada tabel taraf signifikansinya. Dari hasil analisa statistik tersebut ternyata dapat disimpulkan antara globalisasi dengan kenakalan remaja di desa Sidomukti, ada pengaruh. TheCIFEDITprogram displays the contents of single- or multi-block crystallographic information files (CIF). The program can also be used to edit the data values for CIF items, including adding or deleting sets of entries in a loop. CIF dictionaries are used to display definitions for data names and units. In the case of DDL 1.4 dictionaries, validation information is used to check numerical values. The program is written using the cross-platform scripting language Tcl/Tk and thus is largely platform-independent. It has been tested under Windows, Mac OS X and Unix.
