The second section addresses the more recent, failed attempt to proactively draft commercial rules for software related transactions. The final statute examined is the 2003 CAN SPAM Act 3 that took effect January 1st of 2004.

Abstract:
The feasibility of laying offshore pipelines in deep waters, to 3000 feet and beyond, has been established by theoretical studies by a number of different individuals and organizations over the past several years. These various theoretical studies are now being tested and refined as pipelines and production facilities are being installed in ever-deeper waters. A pipeline failure in these great depths would be intolerable, among other reasons because of the great difficulty and exorbitant expense of performing a deepwater repair. A thorough understanding of the buckling and collapse behavior of

During La Nina years, the rainfall anomalies are plus (higher than normal), the air te

Abstract:
Over many decades it has been accepted that the most economical way to produce a pipeline is to join together the standard lengths of pipe as quickly as possible, using a highly mobile task force of welders and other technicians, leaving tie-ins, crossings, etc. to smaller specialist crews. The work pattern which evolved almost invariably involved several crews of welders strung out along the pipelines, progress being controlled by the rate at which the leading pair could complete the weld root. The spread from this first crew to final inspection could be a considerable distance, acceptable on
