This study was carried out with the purpose of discovering what factors are predictive of money management behavior; Plan, Implement, and Evaluative Feedback. The data used in this study was subset data collected during 1988, under the NC-167 project entitled "Family Resource Utilization as a Factor in Determining Economic Well Being of Rural Families". Abstract:

This diploma thesis is aimed at specific conditions of ABC s.r.o. company and its financial management. The thesis deals with changes in management system of a small company, that is necessary for correct decision making and managing of financial resources. The first part of this thesis contains theory related to financial management and its evaluation. The second part clarifies financial situation in the company, defines identified drawbacks and is followed by measures, that provide improvement of current conditions.
