Analyzuje výnosy, které Česká národní banka získává na základě emisního monopolu v období let 2000-2006. Analýza se zabývá monetárním ražebným, ražebným v podobě nákladů ušlé příležitosti a hospodářským výsledkem centrální banky. A nakonec diskutuje dopad vstupu ČR do eurozóny na hospodaření ČNB.
