Abstract:

This article attempts to examine the book of al-Nihayah fi al-Fitan wa al-Malahim which is a book of hadith written by Ibn Kathir. Kitab al-Nihayah fi al-Fitan wa al-Malahim is the second part of the book of al-Bidayah. Kitab al-Nihayah fi al-Fitan wa al-Malahim contains about the signs of doomsday, major events that have and will occur before the coming of doomsday, a picture of heaven and hell excess of the book al-Nihayah fi al-Fitan wa al-Malahim is an explanation of ma'sni al-hadith, the quality of the hadith, and some rijal al-hadith. While the shortcomings of the book al-Nihayah fi al-Fitan wa al-Malahim is that not all the traditions written in it are complete, and the composition is not systematic. The traditions collected in the book of al-Nihayah fi al-Fitan wa al-Malahim are included in the difficult category.

Abstract:

Hari kiamat merupakan sebuah keniscayaan dalam kehidupan ini. Bagi orang beriman mempercayainya menjadi salah satu rukun yang tidak boleh ditawar. Informasi tentang hari kiamat dapat kita temukan dalam kitab al-Nihāyah fī al-Fitan wa al-Malāḥim yang isinya fokus menghimpun berita-berita seputar hari kiamat. Tulisan ini mengkaji kitab karya Imam Ibnu Kaṡīr tersebut dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif-analitis dan pendekatan studi analisis kitab (baḥṡu al-kutub) untuk mengetahui bagaimana metode penulisan dan karakteristik kitab al-Nihāyah fī al-Fitan. Apa kelebihan dan kekurangan kitab tersebut. Artikel ini menemukan bahwa; pertama, Metode penulisan kitab al-Nihāyah fī al-Fitan ini tidak sistematis, pembahasannya saling membaur meski dengan tingkat yang tidak begitu besar, dan tidak ada tanda khusus yang membedakan topik pembahasan. Kedua, Karakteristik kitab al-Nihāyah fī al-Fitan tergolong kitab hadis yang ciri utamanya menyertakan matan berikut sanadnya. Ketiga, Kelebihan kitab ini adalah Penggunaan kitab hadis yang mu’tabar sebagai referensi utama sedangkan kekurangannya yaitu peletakan judul dan sub judul tidak sistematis. Namun, kekurangan yang ada tidaklah banyak dibandingkan dengan kelebihannya.

Abstract:

Abstract This article analyses the methods applied by contemporary hadith scholars in interpreting the hadiths of the Prophet (PBUH) and the extent to which these methods were practiced by previous hadith scholars. Three leading scholars from al-Ghumārī’s family were selected, namely Aḥmad bin al-Ṣiddīq al-Ghumārī, ʿAbdullah bin Ṣiddīq al-Ghumārī and ʿAbd al-Azīz al-Ghumārī. Al-Ghumārīs are Sufi scholars who have been criticised for their method in evaluating hadith. This research focuses on the methods of interpretation used by the al-Ghumārīs and examines the qualitative research methodology applied by these three scholars in interpreting hadith. The result shows that several of their methods contradict the methods applied by the previous hadith scholars who were careful to distinguish between hadiths that are general or specific. In interpreting hadith al-fitan, these three scholars preferred to use taʾwil (an interpretation not immediately implied by the text) rather than depending on textual methods. Much of their understanding of hadith al-fitan is based on unrealistic assumptions and without any evidence.

Abstract:

Badania izotopowe n-alkanów, pristanu (Pr) oraz fitanu (Ph) przeprowadzono przy pomocy aparatu GC-IRMS. Porównanie wartości δ13C – pristanu do n-C17 oraz fitanu do n-C18, a także zestawienie wartości δ13C pomiędzy pristanem a fitanem w obrębie jednej próbki pomaga zidentyfikować źródło pochodzenia tych izoprenoidów, co było celem pracy. Ta ostatnia informacja uwiarygadnia lub podaje w wątpliwość wskaźnik środowiska sedymentacji – Pr/Ph. Wartości δ13C n-alkanów dla rop naftowych z tego samego złoża: Bóbrka 113, Niepodległość 2, Bandrów wskazują na pochodzenie tych rop od roślin C3 (fotosynteza typu C3) oraz z osadów rzecznych lub/i jeziornych. N-alkany występujące w tych trzech ropach naftowych mogą mieć mieszane źródła i pochodzić zarówno od roślin lądowych, jak i wodnych. Ropa naftowa Łodyna 90K może pochodzić z różnorakich wyższych roślin. Wartości δ13C n-alkanów z próbek ekstraktów bitumicznych Dukla 2A i Dukla 2D są charakterystyczne dla roślin C3. Pristan i fitan w badanych próbkach rop naftowych i w przypadku dwóch próbek ekstraktów bitumicznych Dukla 2A i Dukla 2D mają wartości δ13C niższe niż wartości δ13C dla n-C17 i n-C18, co sugeruje pochodzenie od organizmów heterotroficznych. We wszystkich badanych próbkach rop naftowych (wyjątki: Łodyna 90K, Osobnica 35) wartości δ13C dla Pr i Ph w obrębie pojedynczej próbki świadczą o tym samym materiale źródłowym dla tych izoprenoidów. Ta informacja potwierdza, że wskaźnik Pr/Ph, mówiący o typie środowiska sedymentacji materii organicznej, jest wiarygodny. W dwóch ekstraktach bitumicznych (Dukla 2D i Krosno 8) wartości δ13C dla Pr i Ph są różne, dlatego istnieje duże prawdopodobieństwo odmiennego pochodzenia dla tych dwóch izoprenoidów (należy być ostrożnym co do wiarygodności wskaźnika środowiska sedymentacji Pr/Ph).

Abstract:

This article examines the study of the hadith book, namely the book al-Nihayah fi al-Fitan wa al-Malahim by Ibn Kathir which refers to the biography of Ibn Kathir and the general description of the book, its characteristics, methods and systematics of discussion, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the book. This article aims to examine the book al-Nihayah fi al-Fitan wa al-Malahim in a comprehensive manner, and to provide lessons for readers to know the events of the last day. The method used in this writing is descriptive-qualitative method. The result of the research is that this book is compiled to complement the previous book entitled Al-Bidayah wa Al-Nihayah. The main discussion is about various kinds of slander or disasters, wars and major events towards the end of time and a picture of life in the hereafter. The systematics of this book begins with the theme of the Prophet's messages, regarding the signs of the end for Muslims, starting with the signs of a fire in the Hijaz region until the fall of Prophet Isa As. The method used is a thematic method, and the theme raised is eschatological hadith. Referring to sources such as the Koran, hadiths, and other narrations accompanied by explanations of the truth of the hadith. This book consists of one volume with two discussion chapters. The discussion in this book also describes several traditions (having different eyes but has the same meaning) and describes a hadith that ends with an explanation of the traditions of the hadith in the book.

Este trabalho foi realizado com o objetivo de avaliar o efeito de fitas plástica e degradável no pegamento e no desenvolvimento de enxertos de citros, em viveiro telado. Borbulhas certificadas de 6-8 mm das cultivares de laranjeira-de-umbigo 'Navelina' (Citrus sinensis (L.) Osbeck), tangerineira 'Marisol' (C. reticulata Blanco) e do híbrido 'Nova' [C. clementina x (C. paradisi x C. tangerina) ] foram enxertadas em limoeiro 'Cravo' (C. limonia Osbeck), com 10 meses de idade, em fevereiro de 2003. A fixação das borbulhas nos porta-enxertos foi feita com fitas de dois tipos: fita plástica de polietileno transparente e fita degradável de parafilme. Os tratamentos foram dispostos em esquema fatorial (3 cultivares x 2 tipos de fita), em delineamento inteiramente ao acaso, com quatro repetições, sendo as unidades experimentais constituídas por dez plantas. A média geral de pegamento dos enxertos foi elevada (99,6%), em razão das condições propícias à enxertia fornecidas no viveiro telado. Não houve efeito do tipo de fita no pegamento dos enxertos nem das cultivares no pegamento e desenvolvimento dos enxertos. No entanto, o desenvolvimento dos enxertos foi sensivelmente maior quando a enxertia foi realizada com fita degradável em relação à fita plástica.

Objetivo: Avaliar a esterilidade de fitas coloridas e resinas utilizadas como identificadores em instrumentos cirúrgicos. Método: Foi realizado umestudo experimental, laboratorial, que utilizou uma amostra de 140 instrumentos cirúrgicos diversos, de aço inoxidável, identificados com fita ou resina,doados voluntariamente por Centros de Material e Esterilização para a presente investigação. As amostras foram inoculadas diretamente em trypticasesoy broth (TSB) e em tioglicolato de sódio e incubadas por 14 dias. Resultados: Foi observado crescimento positivo em três amostras de fita e nenhumcrescimento foi observado nas amostras de resina. Conclusão: Marcadores de instrumental do tipo fita albergaram microrganismos nos instrumentaisavaliados, possivelmente protegidos por biofilme.

Abstract:

Direct speech in liturgical hymns is one of the essential features of Byzantine and Slavic hymnography, which interprets the subjects of the Old and New Testaments. The hymns in honor of the twelve feasts of the Mother of God contain the direct speech of the Archangel Gabriel, King David, the Apostle Peter, and the worshipers in the temple. A standard, but not the only, way of correlation between text and music in these fragments is melismatic formulas, so called fita. The main objective of the article is to identify ways of musical interpretation of direct speech in the Greek-Slavic traditions of Church singing and musical writing by analysing the location of the fitas in the composition. Copies of 9 stichera from Greek, Old Russian and Kiev manuscripts of the 10–17th centuries were compared. Neumatic shape and five-line deciphering were taken into account. As a result of the analysis, techniques of musical decoration of direct speech and Gospel / Psalter quotation are shown. In hymnographical composition, direct speech demonstrates a changing of the point of view. The beginning of direct speech and / or the previous line with the words “to say”, “to cry”, “to sing”, etc., have fita in the tune. Fita is a cantilena tune put into recitative musical line; therefore, it changes the point of view from a narrative to emotional type of music utterance. Fita accompanying direct speech is an adequate musical tool. Fitas are often used with additional techniques such as modal changing or mutation. The use of fitas underscores text structure; it is the oldest technique of Byzantine origin that was adopted by Slavs. In the 15–16th centuries, a new type of composition appeared musical formulas highlight the theological meaning of a hymnographic text. This new technique was combined with the ancient type, and sometimes replaced it.

Abstract:

The main focus of this article is to bring the Qurʾānic verse (2: 193) under discussion and specifically the interpretation of a popular Islamic term fitnah in it that not only changes the verse’s meaning, but overall the purpose of dīn (religion). There are multiple meanings of fitnah, the term used in verse (2: 193), available in the early exegetical literature but majority exegetes have adopted its meanings as ‘polytheism (shirk) or disbelief (kufr) which resulted in numerous complications and shall duly be examined in this study. Next the interpretation of fitnah as ‘religious persecution’ shall be discussed in detail by a famous companion of the Prophet, ʿAbd Allah b. ʿUmar that he offered in the days of civil unrest (fitan wars). It is this specific interpretation that forms the focus of this research. The heart of the argument lies in the interpretation of fitnah as ‘religious coercion’ rather than polytheism (shirk) or disbelief (kufr) that has many positive aspects. First, Ibn ʿUmar’s interpretation does not lead to any complications or contradictions. Second, by adopting this, the verse (2: 193) does not lose its relevance and remains as relevant to the contemporary times as it was in the yester years. Third, on the part of Muslims this commentary enhances in the virtuality of peace and refutation of religious extremism.

Abstract:

Penggunaan input internal pada budidaya padi dengan pemanfaatan limbah, berupa jerami, sekam, maupun bekatul baik yang difermentasi maupun penggunaan langsung tanpa fermentasi. Limbah padi mempunyai keunggulan berupa kandungan fitan dan salisilik yang tinggi pada bekatul, sekam dan jerami. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respons tanaman padi (Oryza sativa L.) terhadap jenis dan waktu pemberian pupuk organik serta untuk melihat interaksi antara jenis dan waktu pemberian pupuk organik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman padi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Gampong Geuce Kayee Jato, Kecamatan Banda Raya, Banda Aceh, sejak Juli 2012 sampai Maret 2013. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) pola faktorial dengan tiga ulangan yang terdiri dari dua faktor yaitu faktor jenis bahan organik (J) terdiri dari enam taraf yaitu J0 = Kontrol, J1 = Kompos, J2 = Dedak halus, J3 = Dedak halus fermentasi, J4 = Dedak kasar, J5 = Dedak kasar fermentasi. Faktor kedua adalah waktu pemberian pupuk organik (W) yang terdiri dari W1 = 1 minggu sebelum tanam, W2 = 1 minggu setelah tanam. Parameter yang diamati antara lain tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan, jumlah anakan produktif, panjang daun, lebar daun, panjang malai, umur berbunga, gabah berisi per pot, presentase gabah hampa per pot, dan berat 1000 butir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat interaksi yang sangat nyata antara perlakuan jenis pupuk organik dan waktu pemupukan terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman padi. Interaksi terbaik dijumpai pada perlakuan dedak kasar fermentasi dan waktu pemupukan seminggu sebelum tanam. Jenis pupuk organik berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman padi. Hasil padi tertinggi diperoleh pada perlakuan jenis pupuk dedak kasar fermentasi. Waktu pemupukan berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman padi. Perlakuan waktu pemupukan terbaik adalah seminggu sebelum tanam.

Atualmente, há muito interesse no desenvolvimento de materiais nanocristalinos e amorfos, que apresentem alta resistência mecânica combinada com boa ductilidade, abrindo grandes perspectivas tecnológicas para o processamento desses materiais. Devido a sua versatilidade, as ligas amorfas têm mostrado ter propriedades que podem ser utilizadas em diversas áreas, como em memórias de computadores, aplicações em vários tipos de transformadores para potência e usos eletrônicos. A técnica para obter as ligas amorfas utilizada nesse trabalho foi a de solidificação rápida a partir do estado líquido, por melt spinning. O processamento das fitas foi efetuado em duas etapas, inicialmente foi realizado a fusão da liga por indução magnética, posteriormente, a liga foi submetida a nova refusão para melhorar a homogeneização e, em seguida, produziu-se a fita metálica amorfa, utilizando uma taxa de resfriamento em torno de 10³°C/s. Durante o processamento, a fita obtida apresentou-se amorfa e com uma espessura em torno de 25µm.

Abstract:

A espécie Iroxa chinensi conhecida popularmente como alfinete gigante, que é utilizada no preparo de extratos hidroalcoólicos utilizados como indicadores naturais de substâncias ácidas e básicas. Esse estudo teve como objetivo obter uma solução hidroalcóolica indicadora ácido-base a partir da espécie Iroxa chinensi para teste qualitativo (visualização da coloração em soluções ácidas e básicas do dia a dia) e teste quantitativo (determinação da porcertagem do teor de ácido acético em vinagres comercializados no município de Breves no Estado do Pará). Esse estudo foi realizado em várias etapas, a saber: o preparo do extrato hidroalcoólico a partir da Iroxa chinensi e posteriormente a produção de fitas de pH; testes utilizando tanto o extrato quanto a fita de pH em soluções preparadas e produtos do cotidiano; e determinação do teor de ácido acético em vinagres comerciais. Os resultados mostraram a eficiência do extrato hidroalcoólico da Iroxa chinensi como indicador natural de ácido-base, assim como a fita de pH mostrou-se uma ferramenta viável na identificação de substâncias ácidas e básicas. Portanto, existe um potencial na utilização de indicadores naturais para identificar substâncias ácidas e básicas do dia a dia, levando em consideração a fácil obtenção desses recursos, baixo custo e eficiência nos resultados obtidos, podendo assim substituir indicadores sintéticos, além de ser uma ferramenta que pode ser facilmente produzida e trabalhada em sala de aula.

Objetivo: Identificar artigos relacionados ao uso de fitas de marcação de instrumental cirúrgico e descrever boas práticas para o seu uso. Método: Revisão integrativa da literatura de artigos hospedados na Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS), com pesquisas no site e grupo de discussão online da Association of periOperitative Registered Nurses (AORN) e utilização da busca inversa de publicações. Foram aceitos estudos escritos nos idiomas português, inglês e espanhol, sem recorte temporal, que apresentassem informações relacionadas ao uso da fita de marcação de instrumental e que dispunham seus textos completos via online. Resultados: Foram encontrados 13 artigos que abordaram o perigo e os benefícios quanto ao seu uso. Conclusão: A revisão integrativa permitiu evidenciar que os estudos são escassos e os poucos trabalhos existentes possuem níveis de evidências científicas baixos, não oferecendo graus de recomendações fortes o suficiente para auxiliar a tomada de decisão prática.

O objetivo deste trabalho foi analisar a perda contínua de carga e o fator de atrito em uma fita gotejadora com emissor moldado em seu interior. O experimento foi conduzido no laboratório de irrigação da ESALQ/USP. Utilizou-se a fita gotejadora Rain-Tape® fabricada pela Rain Bird®, espessura de parede de 225 µm e emissores tipo labirinto, espaçados de 0,30 m, vazão nominal de 1 L h-1 e pressão de serviço de 55 kPa. A equação de perda de carga para regime de escoamento turbulento liso em função da vazão e da carga de pressão na entrada da fita apresenta boa habilidade para estimar a perda de carga em fitas gotejadoras com emissores moldados, sendo que 95% das estimativas apresentaram erro relativo de até 6,71%. A equação de Darcy-Weisbach pode ser utilizada para o cálculo da perda de carga desde que o diâmetro seja substituído por uma função da pressão de entrada. Para o cálculo da perda de carga, utilizando a equação de Darcy-Weisbach, o fator de atrito calculado pela equação de Blasius deve considerar um coeficiente a = 0,3408. Çalışma sonucunda, türde fidan morfolojik özellikleri ve buna bağlı fidan kalitesinin, orijin, fidan tipi ve fidanlığa göre geniş farklılıklar gösterdiği ve bu sonuçların türün fidanlık tekniğinde uygulanması gerektiği ortaya çıkmıştır. Türk Standartları Enstitüsü, Kızılçam fidan kalite sınıflarının mevcut haliyle yeterli olamadığı ve yeni kalite sınıflarına ihtiyaç duyulduğu belirlenmiştir.

Telah dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mempelajari profil kandungan protein dan tekstur tahu akibat penambahan fitat pada proses pembuatan tahu dengan koagulan asam asetat. Fitat merupakan senyawa monoinositol heksafosfat yang terdapat pada biji-bijian berkisar 1-5 % (b/b) dan dikenal sebagai antioksidan alami. Oleh karena itu diupayakan untuk memanfaatkan fitat kedalam proses pengolahan makanan untuk meningkatkan produknya.Pada penelitian ini tekstur tahu diukur dengan alat Penetrometer dan kadar protein dengan metode Kjeldahl pada variasi pH penggumpalan protein susu kedelai tanpa penambahan fitat dan dengan penambahan fitat.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variasi pH penggumpalan protein susu kedelai yang ditambahi fitat ternyata mempengaruhi gumpalan tahu yang terbentuk. Jika dibandingkan dengan tahu tanpa penambahan fitat maka terjadi penurunan berat protein tahu pada pH titik isoelektrik (4,5) yaitu dari 8,131 g menjadi 6,273 g. Bertambahnya konsentrasi fitat hingga 0,05 % (b/v) menyebabkan naiknya kekerasan tahu dari 3,02 cm menjadi 1,88 cm. Diatas konsentrasi tersebut kekerasan tahu menurun. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penambahan fitat akan menyebabkan meningkatnya kekerasan tahu namun dapat menurunkan kadar protein tahu.Kata kunci: tahu, fitat, titik isoelektrik.

O objetivo do estudo foi de avaliar os efeitos da iluminação artificial por fitas de diodo emissor de luz (LED) vermelhas em substituição às lâmpadas fluorescentes, no regime de iluminação de poedeiras comerciais em fase de produção, por meio da avaliação dos índices zootécnicos e qualidade e peso dos ovos. Foram utilizadas 200 poedeiras comerciais da linhagem Bovans White, com 30 semanas de idade, distribuídas em um delineamento inteiramente casualizado, com dois tratamentos: fita de LED vermelha e lâmpada fluorescente, com 10 repetições de 10 aves cada. As avaliações de desempenho e de qualidade e peso dos ovos foram realizadas nos últimos três dias de cada ciclo, foram avaliados três ciclos, cada um com 28 dias. Os resultados foram analisados no programa estatístico Assistat, submetidos à análise de variância e, em caso de efeito significativo (p0,05) para desempenho produtivo (consumo de ração, produção de ovos/dia e conversão alimentar kg/kg e kg/dz) e qualidade dos ovos (peso médio dos ovos, unidade Haugh, porcentagem de albúmen, gema e casca) para os ciclos avaliados, entre os tratamentos. The article aims to explore and analyze online activity of Polish female converts to Islam, especially, on forums. Since the number of Muslims in Poland is marginal, Internet forums provide the converts with a sense of a virtual Polish umma as well as information about Islam. At the same time, most of these forums are closed or hidden from the outside world and often only accessible through a network of contacts from the real world. In other words, forum members know each other in person. That is why ideological divisions (mostly between Salafīs and more liberal Muslimas) are visible also in the virtual world. This makes many converts unambiguous when it comes to their sense of belonging to the virtual umma: on one side, the virtual umma is their link to other Muslims but, on the other side, they feel misunderstood or even excluded due to the ideological differences within it.

Objetivou-se com este trabalho analisar o nível de contribuição da temperatura e salinidade da água subterrânea, na evolução da bioincrustação em emissores de fitas gotejadoras, utilizando-se o coeficiente de uniformidade de distribuição (CUD), vazão dos emissores (Q) e imagens da Microscopia Eletrônica de Varredura (MEV). Para isso, montou-se uma bancada experimental visando o ensaio de três tipos de fitas gotejadoras (MI, MII e MIII) que operaram em quatro ciclos de operação (100, 250, 500 e 750h). As fitas gotejadoras aplicaram água com temperaturas de 20 e 30°C e salinidades que variaram de 0,52 a 2,56 dS m-1. Após o término de cada ciclo de operação, os valores de CUD e Q foram calculados, e coletaram-se amostras das fitas gotejadoras para monitoramento da bioincrustação utilizando-se o MEV. O aumento nos valores de temperatura e salinidade da água não acarretou elevação dos níveis de entupimento. Porém, a fita gotejadora MI, de menor comprimento do emissor e vazão nominal, foi a mais suscetível à bioincrustação, resultante da combinação de mucilagens bacterianas e precipitados químicos. Kızılçam (Pinus brutia Ten.) Türkiye’de ormanlarında en geniş yayılış alanına sahip çam türüdür. Ekonomik ve ekolojik açıdan oldukça büyük bir öneme sahiptir. Küresel iklim değişikliği senaryolarına bağlı olarak ekolojik ırkların belirlenmesi ve ekolojik ırklara bağlı olarak kitlesel kaliteli fidan üretimi oldukça önemlidir. Kaliteli fidan üretimi, başta verimsiz alanların ıslahı olmak üzere ağaçlandırma çalışmalarının başarısında önemli etkenlerden birisidir. Bu çalışmada, Antalya Orman Fidanlığında 6 farklı orjinden elde edilen 1+0 yaşındaki kızılçam fidanlarında fidan boyu, fidan kök boğazı çapı, yan sürgün sayısı, ortalama yan sürgün boyu, tepe sürgünü boyu, dalsız gövde boyu, tepe tomurcuğu sayısı ve gürbüzlük derecesi belirlenmiştir. Elde edilen veriler doğrultusunda orjinler arasında morfolojik özellikler açısından farklılıkların olup olmadığı analiz edilmiştir. Ayrıca TSE kalite sınıflandırmasına göre fidan sınıflandırılması yapılarak morfolojik özellikler ile fidan kalite sınıfları arasındaki ilişkiler irdelenmiştir. Çalışmada 6 farklı orijinden 3 tekrarlı olacak şekilde 100’er adet, toplamda 1800 adet fidanda ölçümler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Orijinlerin morfolojik özellikleri açısından istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılıklara sahip oldukları belirlenmiştir. Elde edilen veriler morfolojik özellikler açısından fidan boyu ve kök boğazı çapı ile birlikte tomurcuk sayısı ve yan sürgün boyu özelliklerinin de kalite sınıflandırmasında anlamlı sonuçlar verebileceğini göstermiştir.

Fidanlıklarda üretimin temel amacı morfolojik, fizyolojik ve genetik özellikler bakımından üstün fidan (kaliteli fidan) elde etmektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, fidanlıklarda uygulanan önemli bakım işlemlerinden birisi gübrelemedir. Gübreleme, bitki gelişim bozukluklarını önlemek için kullanılan etkin bir yöntemdir. Bu işlem, yetiştirme ortamında bitki besin elementinin eksikliği ya da yüksek pH, havalanma, su stresi gibi nedenlerden dolayı mevcut bitki besin elementlerinin alınamaması durumlarında uygulanır. Bu çalışma, bitki besin elementlerinin işlevleri ve orman fidanlıklarında gübrelemenin rolüne odaklanmıştır. Kaliteli fidan elde etmek için yetiştirme ortamının yeterli ve dengeli miktarda bitki besin elementlerini içermesi gerekmektedir. Doğru ve zamanında yapılan gübreleme bitki besleme açısından son derece önemlidir. Bugüne kadar orman ağaçlarının fidanları üzerine gübrelemenin etkilerini araştıran çalışmalar çoğunlukla azot, fosfor ve potasyumu test etmişlerdir. Bu anlamda, diğer bitki besin elementlerinin fidan gelişimine etkilerinin belirlenmesi fidan yetiştirme çalışmaları için yararlı olacaktır.

A partir da perspectiva do leitor, será analisado o uso de fotografias no romance Divórcio, de Ricardo Lísias. Parte-se da premissa de que imagens técnicas, ao serem impressas num livro classificado como romance, ou seja, num dispositivo literário, operam uma transgressão, no sentido iseriano (ano), trazendo à tona a tríade real-fictício-imaginário. Esta cristalização do fazer ficcional parte do caráter autoficcional do romance e chega nas fotografias, lidas inicialmente como documentos históricos, consequência de uma orientação cognitivo-antropológica da recepção. As fotografias comparecem, assim, como elementos ambíguos, que chamam atenção não só para sua imagem como também para seu meio, isto é, a fotografia enquanto dispositivo, e tudo o que ela representa contemporaneamente, ou seja, fora de um romance. Uma reflexão que retornará para a literatura tida também enquanto mídia/dispositivo fecha o ciclo do projeto artístico intermedial que é o romance Divórcio.

SummaryThrombocytopenic episodes occurring in 18,845 patients treated with the GPIIb/IIIa inhibitors xemilofiban and orbofiban (“fibans”) were analyzed by a blinded review panel and 73 patients were classified as having “possible fiban-induced thrombocytopenia”. When the treatment codes were broken, a significant association between drug exposure and assignment to this group was found (p <0.001). Twenty-eight (82%) of 34 archived serum samples from these patients contained fiban-dependent antibodies specific for GPIIb/IIIa, but no such antibodies were found in 61 drug treated patients not classified as having “possible fiban-induced thrombocytopenia” (p <0.001). We conclude that fiban-dependent antibodies were the major cause of acute, severe thrombocytopenia in patients judged on the basis of clinical findings to have thrombocytopenia “possibly-induced” by xemilofiban and orbofiban. Measurement of drug-dependent antibodies may be helpful in determining the basis for acute thrombocytopenia in fiban-treated patients and possibly for identification of patients at risk to develop thrombocytopenia.

Abstract:

A produção de mudas de citros em recipientes é uma tecnologia recente, portanto o sistema de produção encontra-se em aperfeiçoamento, havendo necessidade de informações em várias etapas do sistema produtivo, entre elas os métodos de forçamento da brotação pós-enxertia. Objetivou-se, neste trabalho, estudar o efeito da cobertura das gemas com fitas plásticas e da época de forçamento da brotação sobre o pegamento e desenvolvimento de enxertos da lima ácida 'Tahiti'. O porta-enxerto utilizado foi o limoeiro 'Cravo' (Citrus limonia Osbeck), oriundo da germinação de sementes, e a variedade copa a limeira ácida 'Tahiti' (Citrus latifolia Tanaka). Foram testadas épocas de forçamento de brotação da enxertia (10, 15, 20, 25, 30 e 35 dias após a realização da enxertia) e formas de proteção do enxerto (gema coberta e gema exposta). Após a enxertia as plantas foram mantidas em casa de vegetação com esquema de irrigação por gotejamento. O delineamento experimental foi em blocos casualizados, com cinco repetições e 3 plantas por parcela. Não houve interação entre os fatores estudados, sendo que o índice de pegamento dos enxertos não foi influenciado pelos tratamentos e a cobertura total da borbulha pela fita plástica favoreceu a dormência da gema. O forçamento da brotação do enxerto de lima ácida 'Tahiti', utilizando o método de curvamento do porta-enxerto apresentou os melhores resultados quando esse foi realizado aos 10 dias após a enxertia.

Abstract:

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengecilan ukuran biji kara benguk (Mucuna pruriens,L) dan lama fermentasi terhadap kadar asam fitat dan kadar protein pada pembuatan tempe kara benguk (Mucuna pruriens,L). Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) pola faktorial yang terdiri dari dua faktor yaitu variasi pengecilan ukuran (3 macam) serta variasi lama fermentasi (5 macam). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan setiap 12 jam waktu fermentasi untuk ketiga jenis ukuran biji kara benguk, kadar asam fitat terendah dan kadar protein terlarut tertinggi didapatkan pada tempe kara benguk biji giling. Pada fermentasi 36 jam untuk ketiga jenis ukuran biji diperoleh asam fitat terendah selama fermentasi yaitu 3,32 mg/g; 1,98 mgr/g dan 1,16 mg/g. Kadar protein terlarut tertinggi selama fermentasi juga diperoleh pada fermentasi 36 jam yaitu 19,51mg/g; 23,73 mg/g dan 24,89 mg/g. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa lama fermentasi dan ukuran biji kara benguk berpengaruh pada kadar asam fitat dan kadar protein terlarut pada tempe kara benguk. Semakin lama fermentasi tempe kara benguk maka kadar asam fitat semakin rendah dan kadar protein terlarut semakin tinggi. Semakin kecil ukuran biji tempe kara benguk, maka kadar asam fitat semakin rendah dan kadar protein terlarutnya semakin tinggi. Tempe kara benguk biji giling fermentasi 36 memiliki kadar asam fitat terendah dan kadar protein terlarut tertinggi dari semua sampel dengan variasi lama fermentasi dan pengecilan ukuran. Waktu optimal fermentasi yaitu 36 jam karena untuk pengujian protein terlarut dan asam fitat tidak berbeda nyata termasuk teksturnya sudah cukup kompak.

Introdução: A estimativa do peso de bovinos pode ser realizada através do uso da fita torácica de pesagem ou com a fita métrica comum, devendo tal valor ser multiplicado por 2,8. O objetivo da pesquisa foi comparar os pesos obtidos com a fita métrica comum e o valor obtido através do uso da fita de pesagem desenvolvida especificamente para este fim em bovinos (fita torácica de pesagem). Material e métodos: A pesquisa foi realizada em São José do Calçado/ES em janeiro de 2015. No total foram estimados os pesos corporais de 20 fêmeas da raça Girolando com idade média de cinco meses com o uso da fita métrica comum e da fita torácica de pesagem para bovinos. Resultados: Os pesos corporais estimados através da fita métrica tradicional (X 2,8) variaram de 414,4 a 490 Kg com média equivalente a 454,4 ± 19,5 Kg. Com o uso da fita torácica de pesagem os pesos corporais apresentaram valores que variaram de 271 a 424 Kg com média igual a 346,7 ± 39,6 Kg. Os resultados apresentaram diferença significativa através da análise da variância com grau de confiança de 95%, propondo-se um novo fator de correção equivalente a 2,12. Conclusão: o fator de correção 2,8 não corresponde ao índice ideal a ser utilizado em novilhas em se tratando do peso corporal estimado através do uso de fita métrica comum, sendo mais significativo em comparação à fita torácica de pesagem o índice equivalente a 2,12; tal índice apresenta melhor aplicação em animais mais jovens.

Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan tes. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observai dan tes essay. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles and Huberman. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa keterampilan menulis peserta didik kelas VII SMP Al-Fityan Kubu Raya melalui proyek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila dengan tema gaya hidup berkelanjutan judul “Sampahku, tanggung jawabku” termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Ülkemiz ormanlarında en geniş yayılış gösteren türlerimizden biri olan kızılçam (Pinus brutia Ten.) toplam orman varlığımızın yaklaşık %25’ini oluşturmaktadır. Benzer türlere kıyasla çok daha hızlı gelişmesi ve bununla birlikte kapladığı alan miktarının genişliği de dikkate alındığında, tür hakkında yapılacak ormancılık araştırmalarının ne kadar büyük önem arz ettiği bir kez daha ortaya çıkmaktadır. Çalışma, türün 6 doğal yayılış alanından örneklenen bir yaşlı kızılçam (Pinus brutia Ten.) gençlikleri üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu kapsamda, her bölgeden rastlantısal olarak seçilen 100 ve toplamda ise 600 gençlikte kök boğazı çapı ve fidan boyu değerleri ölçülmüş olup; gençliklerin fidan morfolojisi ve kalite sınıflarına göre dağılımı incelenmiştir. Bu bağlamda, çalışma sonucunda elde edilecek verilerin ileride yapılacak ormancılık uygulamalarına katkı sağlaması hedeflenmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda, ölçüm yapılan gençliklerde ortalama kök boğazı çapı 1.83 mm ve fidan boyu ise 8.64 cm olarak tespit edilmiştir. TSE İğne Yapraklı Ağaç Fidanları kalite sınıflarına göre bu gençliklerin fidan boyu bakımından %71.83’ünün elverişsiz (boy<10cm) olduğu belirlenirken, kök boğazı çapı bakımından ise fidanların %87.33’ünün yine elverişsiz (çap<2mm) olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Uygulanan korelasyon analizi sonucuna göre ise, fidan boyu ve kök boğazı çapı arasında istatistiksel yönden pozitif anlamlı ilişki (p<0.01, r=0.576) olduğu belirlenmiştir.
