This case report highlights the rehabilitation process of a 23-year-old male who underwent anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction with medial meniscus repair. Early rehabilitation is critical to prevent complications, but this patient experienced a significant delay, resulting in functional deficits such as a 10-degree fixed flexion deformity (FFD) and quadriceps lag at post-operative day 14.
