The small-country IS/LM/BP (Mundell–Fleming) model predicts that monetary policy is totally ineffective in countries with fixed exchange rates and super-effective in countries with flexible exchange rates. The time-mean FWT of the LC above the 1027.25 kg/m3 isopycnal surface is 83.6 mSv (1 mSv = 103m3/s) southward through the Flemish Pass.
