The article presents the assessment and analysis of the influence of air dustiness on the operation of the serial filter element of the air cleaner (CE) of the KAMAZ-740 engine with a serial paper filter element (PFE) 740-1109560-02 type DFV 5801 and made of bulk synthetic materials (BSM): po-rous plastic propylene and fluoroplastic-4.
