The oldest book in Pozega Public Library's Old and Rare book collections is Slovo o počitanii cerkve written by Vikentije Rakic and published in 1807. The significance of this book is that the main book is binded with three more manuscripts: the manuscript of Liturgija sv. Jovana Zlatoustog, Oktoih and a collection of folk recipes (so-called "lekaruša") so it made this book rare and of great importance not just for our library. The paper describes the above mentioned manuscripts binded as the oldest book in our collections and adligat.

A study was made on preservation techniques of cauliflower to get better shelf life, organoleptic qualities and economic return to farmers. Two processes of preservation namely sun drying and oven drying were compared. For the purpose, cauliflower purchased from local market were undergone processes of drying at normal room temperature, weighing and cutting into 3-4 cm long pieces, blanching and removing of excess water. Afterwards, the samples of blanched cauliflower were sun dried at 30-350 C and oven dried at 50-600 C separately. The dehydrated samples were then analyzed for proximate compo

Attention is first paid to the remedies that Pliny the Elder proposed in the 1st century in his work Naturalis Historia. Then, the data from a Byzantine medical treatise dating from the middle of the 11th to the second half of the 14th century are summarized. Finally, the recipes were presented from The Hodoch Code, a Serbian therapeutic anthology from the end of the 14th or beginning of the 15th century. It is well known that physical particles are thermally dissipative at finite temperature. In this paper we reformulate both the equilibrium and nonequilibrium thermal field theories in terms of stable quasiparticles. We will redefine the thermal doublets, the double tilde conjugation rules and the thermal Bogoliubov transformations so that our theory can be consistent for most general situations. All operators, including the dissipative physical particle operators, are realized in a Fock space defined by the stable quasiparticles.
