Aim: to study the contribution of imaging to the diagnosis of thoracic tuberculosis at the CHU Point G. Method: prospective study on 80 patients with thoracic tuberculosis at CHU Point G, during a period from October 2018 to September 2019. Results: The dominant age group was 20-39 years with extremes of 18 and 85 years. The sex ratio was 2.2 in favor of men. Tuberculosis contagion was found in 71.43%. On admission, 96.25% of our patients were in poor general condition. Cough was the most common respiratory sign 93.75%. On clinical examination, the condensation syndrome predominated with 75.38
