Le prix Architecture de bibliothèques et de centres d’archives du Québec est un prix bisannuel qui a été créé par le Congrès des milieux documentaires du Québec en 2011. Cet article retrace l’origine du prix en 2010, la mise en place des règlements et, pour les années 2011 et 2013, la formation du jury, la remise du prix et d’une mention honorifique. Chacune des sept candidatures de 2011 et des neuf candidatures de 2013 est illustrée d’une photographie. Les commentaires du jury de 2011 expriment les qualités de la lauréate du prix 2011, la Bibliothèque Raymond-Lévesque de la Ville de Longueuil, ainsi que celles de la mention accordée à la Bibliothèque de l’Université Laval. La theorie des prix fait partie de la theorie generale des ajustements en desequilibre. Son elaboration progressive est certainement un des developpements le plus significatif de l'analyse economique. Dans cette optique, l'objet de ce travail est de realiser la synthese entre la theorie des equilibres avec rationnement et la theorie d'equilibre general en concurrence imparfaite avec "price-maker". Depuis 1975 le probleme essentiel des modeles d'equilibres avec rationnements a ete son explication du processus de la formation des prix. Des lors, l'orientation n'a plus ete celle de la justification des rigidites des prix, mais plutot celle de la preoccupation des problemes de coordination inter-temporelle qui sont au coeur de la science economique, la prise en compte de cet aspect nous a conduit : 1 -a presenter la theorie des equilibres avec rationnements ; une presentation qui fournit les concepts indispensables a la comprehension de la theorie. Ceux-ci ont permis d'observer l'apport de l'information double prix-quantite ; 2 - a envisager des processus d'ajustement un peu differents de la methode du "fixe-prioced" traditionnel, a l'instar de j. The price theory belongs to the general theory of the adjustments in desequilibrium. Its progressive elaboration is today certainly one of the most significant development of the economic analysis. In the view point the purpose of this work is to make a synthesis between the equilibrium theory with quantity rationing and the general equilibrium theory in the case of imperfect competition with price-maker. Since 1975 the main concern of the equilibrium models with rationings has been to explain how the prices are made. Than the purpose was no longer to justify the fixed-prices but rather to care about the inter-temporal problems of coordination ; one of the most important concern of the economics. This attitude has lead us : 1 - to present the equilibrium theory with quantity rationing. A presentation which provides the necessary concepts in order to be able to understand the theory. These concepts help us to observe the contribution of the information price-quantity ; 2 - to study the adjustment-processus which are slightly different of the traditionnel fixed-price method. L'Europe du médicament est aujourd'hui dans une position complexe. Malgré des dispositions réglementaires communautaires qui ont contribué à rapprocher ce marché des conditions de fonctionnement d'un marché unique, les médicaments continuent de circuler sur des marchés aux caractéristiques structurelles et aux modes de régulation fondamentalement différents. Dans ce contexte, l'un des principaux problèmes de l'achèvement du marché unique du médicament est le niveau et la fixation des prix. Partant de ce constat, nous analysons les écarts de prix dans l'Europe communautaire ainsi que la diversité de leurs modes de fixation afin de répondre à deux questions complémentaires: quel est le cadre théorique adapté à l' explication des écarts de prix des médicaments entre les différents pays européens ? et ces écarts sont-ils réductibles ? La première partie de la thèse est théorique et basée sur l' analyse du monopole discriminant car c'est celle qui a été utilisée aux États-Unis pour expliquer et justifier les écarts de prix des médicaments. Une analyse critique de la littérature américaine sur ce sujet nous permet de montrer que cette théorie n' est pas adaptée à l' explicitation des modes de formation des prix des médicaments en Europe. D'où la nécessité de trouver un cadre d'analyse adapté, c'est-à- dire prenant en compte les caractéristiques institutionnelles prégnantes des marchés européens. Nous le faisons dans la seconde partie qui est positive et qui vise à analyser la réalité de l'interaction des acteurs dans la formation des prix des médicaments en Europe. Elle est étayée par un traitement de données de l'industrie pharmaceutique sur l'impact de la régulation sur les stratégies de commercialisation des firmes. Nous montrons finalement que les prix en Europe sont soumis à des forces contradictoires de diversité et d'harmonisation et que les écarts de prix se resserrent sous l'action d'une convergence, que nous avons qualifiée de stratégique.

Cette thèse a pour objectif de présenter une analyse de l'évolution des principaux résultats de la théorie des prix hédoniques appliquée à la formation des prix des logements anciens afin d'ouvrir les débats qu'elle suscite sur : les déterminants des prix des logements, les questions relatives à la segmentation des marchés, la représentation des méthodes d'estimation ou encore les problèmes que la collecte des données pose dans sa mise en œuvre. Elle permet en outre de souligner les limites de ces résultats et de remettre en cause, entre autres, l'intérêt des indices de prix hédoniques. En s'appuyant sur la base de données de la Fédération Nationale de l'Immobilier (FNAIM), ce travail de recherche fournit également les bases du développement d'un outil d'aide à la décision qui propose aux professionnels de la transaction immobilière une lecture économique et statistique du marché destinée à renforcer leur capacité de conseil
This thesis aims at presenting an analysis of the evolution of the main results of the theory of hedonic prices applied to the price determination of old housing in order to throw open the debates that it brings up on: the determinants of prices of houses, the issue of market segmentation, the representation of estimating methods or even problems posed by data collection in its implementation. Besides, it starkly brings out the limitations of these results and questions, among other things, the significance of the hedonic price indices. Relying on the database of the National Federation of Real Estate (Fédération Nationale de l'Immobilier) (FNAIM), this research work also provides the base for the development of a decision support system which offers to the professionals dealing in real estate transactions an economic and statistical study of the market which will improve their advisory capacity

Cette these analyse la relation qui unit microstructure des marches et processus de formation des prix. On considere d'abord une fonction d'utilite tres generale et on analyse la demande optimale de liquidite. Le prix est la variable de commande. Probabilites de transaction et quantites echangees en dependent. Cette relation est parfois complexe. Des resultats intuitifs ne sont obtenus que dans des cas particuliers. Puis on analyse l'offre de liquidite. La concurrence entre teneur de marche depend de l'information dont ils disposent sur la position de leurs concurrents. La pression concurrentielle sur les fourchettes de prix et le nombre de contrepartistes a l'equilibre sont etudies pour differentes structures de marche. On montre qu'une grande transparence implique une concurrence intense et donc un nombre de teneurs de marche faible a l'equilibre. Enfin, on analyse l'impact de la fourchette de prix sur l'autocorrelation des rendements. La volonte des contrepartistes de limiter les fluctuations de leurs positions conduit a deux phenomenes opposes : l'alternance des prix de transaction entre prix offerts et demandes tend a impliquer une autocorrelation negative. Mais le deplacement de la fourchette en fonction de la position a l'effet inverse. Ces deux effets sont etudies. On donne une condition suffisante pour que le second l'emporte
The optimal determination of bid and ask prices and its implications for the returns generating process are studied in this thesis. First,the problem is broached, for a general utility function, in a partial equilibrium setting. Prices are command variables, to the extent that they have an impact on transaction probabilities and exchanged quantities. This dependance is shown to be rather complex. Only in particular cases do intuitive results obtain second, interdealer competition is analyzed. The determination of optimal spreads depends on the informations delaers have on their comptitor's positions. The competitive pressure on spreads and the equilibrium number of dealers are analyzed in different market structures. It is shown that greater transparency increases competition and thus implies a lower number of dealers in equilibrium. Finally, the impact of the spread on returns autocorrelation is studied. Inventory control behaviour gives rise to two opposite effects. On the one hand, the alternation of bid and ask prices tend to imply negative autocorrelation. But, on the other hand, shifts in the location of the spread may induce positive autocorrelation. Both effects are analyszed. A sufficient condition for the latter to prevail is given

Les travaux de recherche que nous avons engagé sont attachés à la formation du prix de pétrole et à l’impact d’un choc informationnel sur celle-ci. L’objectif de cette thèse est d'apprécier l’impact des facteurs géopolitiques, physiques et spéculatifs sur le marché au comptant et à terme de celui-ci et de son efficience. Nous avons ainsi appliqué des tests traditionnels et linéaires d’efficience sur le marché au comptant afin d’examiner la prévisibilité de ce marché. Nous avons poussé plus loin cette étude d’efficience en essayant de déterminer l’impact d’un choc informationnel et l’ampleur de sa persistance, sur le prix du pétrole et sur sa volatilité à travers des processus non linéaires de mémoire longue. Nous avons ensuite pris en compte la spécificité du marché de matière première en introduisant la théorie de stockage à travers la notion de rendement d’opportunité, où on a étudié l’effet d’un choc de l’offre ou de la demande sur le prix au comptant et le prix à terme. Enfin, on a tenté de décrire le marché du pétrole avec une nouvelle classe de modèle, qui est récemment développée (1999), notamment le modèle de jeu de la minorité (The Minority Game). Ce modèle présente une structure assez proche de celle du marché de pétrole, qui est organisé sous forme de cartel. Celui-ci tend à influencer les prix vers un sens ou un autre afin de satisfaire son objectif de profits. Etant une minorité sur le marché du pétrole, les pays producteurs peuvent ainsi tirer profit de leur positionnement. La question qu’on s’est posé à ce niveau est de savoir s’il est toujours profitable d’adopter une stratégie de la minorité sur le marché de pétrole, où faut-il plutôt alterner entre elle et la stratégie de la majorité.

Abstract:
La principale question de cette thèse est d’analyser comment la profitabilité agricole et le prix du fermage expliquent les prix des terres agricoles en France. L’estimation d’une fonction de profit restreint mesure la profitabilité de la terre agricole, permettant d’estimer un consentement à payer des cultivateurs français pour acheter la terre entre 4,000€ et 12,500€ par hectare. En comparaison, celui des propriétaires fonciers non agriculteur n’atteint pas 4000€, compte tenu des fermages qu’ils perçoivent. Les marchés fonciers sont des marchés très locaux avec des conditions de concurrence très variables. En Bretagne, plus de 70% des transactions sont effectuées entre des résidents de la même commune et plus de 80% entre des résidents du même canton. Les transactions entre agriculteurs se font à des prix supérieurs à toutes les autres, qu’elles impliquent un agriculteur ou pas du tout. Le prix d’une terre libre augmente en moyenne de 489€ et 135€ quand la part des agriculteurs s’accroit de 50% parmi les vendeurs et les acheteurs, respectivement. Ces mécanismes se combinent dans les zones soumises à des réglementations environnementales. Dans un marché libre de la terre, les contraintes environnementales entraînent une baisse du profit et du prix de la terre. L’inverse est observé dans les zones en contentieux. Le prix de la terre y est plus élevé de 1200€ par hectare, pour des pressions d’azote organique supérieures à 130kg/ha. Cela s’explique par prix de référence du foncier, tiré vers le bas par le statut du fermage en l’absence de concurrence entre acheteurs. Il apparaît que la contrainte environnement exacerbe la concurrence entre acheteurs agriculteurs, et rapproche le prix de leur consentement à payer maximal
The key question of this thesis is how the agricultural profitability and the cash rental price of farmland could explain the French farmland sales price. The thesis investigates and characterizes the sale market operations, at different geographical levels distinguishing the operators between farmers and non-farmers. The empirical applications are presented in three features. Firstly, the thesis evaluates and measures the agricultural return to farmland using a multiple input-output restricted profit function. The thesis finds that French farmers’ highest willingness to pay to own a prime farmland reaches €12,500 per hectare in comparison to non-operators’ willingness to pay that remains below €4,000 per hectare. Secondly, we examine the bargaining power and competitive behavior of economic agents in local land markets in Bretagne. More than 70% of land sales occur between residents of the same municipalities and almost 80% in the same small regions called cantons. The overall estimation result shows that competition of among farmers prevailed both at canton and municipality level. The price of farmland increases by €489 per hectare and by € 135 per hectare as the market share of farmers among sellers and buyers grows by 50 % in local market. Thirdly, we find that manure load restrictions increase the land price by €1,200 per hectare, in municipalities where the animal effluent load exceeds kg130 of nitrogen per hectare. The increase in price we measure in manure restricted areas is possible because the French farmland sale price below the theoretical perfect market equilibrium price and as the result farmers are stilling willing to pay the highest possible prices and compete which each other to buy land where to spread manure

Une telle perspective nous oblige a passer en revue les principales analyses des prix qui s'inspirent de marshall, notamment l'analyse de l'equilibre partiel, l'analyse de l'economie industrielle de p. Andrews et l'analyse en termes de regulation de b. Gerbier. Devant les limites de celles-ci, nous proposons un nouveau cadre d'analyse qui permet de concevoir la formation des prix; ce cadre etant celui de l'organisation. En effet, l'analyse en termes d'auto-organisation de la nation permet de montrer que le but de marshall etait de rendre compte de la form ation des prix. Dans cette perspective, son analyse des prix en equilibre partiel ne constitue que la premiere etape de sa demarche qui va du simple au complexe. Cette these vise ainsi a contribuer a la reactualisation de l'analyse de marshall et se situe dans la continuite des travaux recents consacres a la nation marshallienne

Abstract:
This chapter retraces the emergence of Egypfs social policy trajectory. A pri­ mary goal is to provide empirical evidence for a link between intra-elite conflict and social policies and spending. The author focuses specifically on the role of the ruler, Nasser, and his impact on early social policies. Highlighting Nasser’s numerous about-faces and ideological ambiguity in the early period of regime formation, he shows that ideology and the ruler’s personality played a minor role in shaping social policies. The chapter emphasizes in particular how external threats made high social spending financially impossible, albeit politically desirable. It demonstrates the specific types of ‘cheap social policies’ the regime utilized to deal with this dilemma. Finally, the chapter sets out to explain the persistence of social spending following divergence. It highlights the key mechanisms of path dependence using the examples of food and energy subsidies and the failed health care reform in the 2000s.

Namen pričujočega prispevka je predstaviti značilnosti povratne informacije, ki podpira učenje študentov in prispeva k razvoju samoregulacije učenja. Najprej pozornost posvetimo nekaterim temeljnim psihološkim konceptom, ki so povezani z razvojem samoregulacije in učenjem učenja. V okviru navedenega opredelimo koncept izvršilnih funkcij in metakognicijo, predstavimo razvojne vidike samoregulacije in diskutiramo o pomenu samorefleksije za samoregulirano učenje, posebno pozornost pa namenimo predstavitvi koncepta učenje učenja v povezavi z visokošolskim izobraževanjem. V drugem delu prispevka prikazujemo nekatere značilnosti formativne povratne informacije, ki pri študentih podpira učenje in razvoj samoregulacije učenja. Prispevek sklenemo z razmišljanji, da je poleg tipa in načina podajanja povratne informacije pomemben tudi odziv študentov na povratno informacijo, skladno s holističnim pogledom na preverjanje in ocenjevanje znanja pa je pomembno tudi uvajanje študentov v samoocenjevanje.

Abstract:
The article briefly presents a didactic research that analyzes the formation and introduction of scientific notions specific to Chemistry through active-participatory methods for obtaining higher school results, triggering students' interest, active involvement in their own training, thus ensuring the optimization of the teaching and learning chemistry to students with mental disabilities in special school. The fundamental objective of the research was to demonstrate the importance of active-participatory methods in the formation of notions in the Sciences curricular area in general, respectively in the discipline of Chemistry in particular, where the student becomes an active participant in his own training. Through active-participatory methods used in the process of learning, recovery and socialization of the mentally handicapped, it becomes possible to achieve the fundamental objectives of acquiring knowledge, to accelerate students’ work pace, bring the class working together and train as many students as possible during the lessons. During the activities based on interactive methods organized in groups, it was found that the students modeled their behavior, the spirit of organization increased being more orderly and more involved in solving the work tasks received; interpersonal relationships and cooperation between students have improved (better students help their colleagues to understand the notions taught, this fact leading to an increase in their own results).

Abstract:
The purpose of this article is to highlight the most important aspect aimed at the formation of geography-specific skills in high school students, namely the motivation to learn in the context of the current health crisis. Currently, learning geography is based on the independent work of the student, according to the current methodology, as a result the student becomes his own teacher following the formation of his personality. In the first part of the article we mentioned the perception of learning motivation, in a school context current , by defining according to some authors, and in the second part the role of motivation in the formation of geographical skills in high school students. In this context, the teacher is the main agent of change in the education system, it is a model of learning for students, a model of motivation for all types of learning and the determining element in forming the geographical skills of students inside and outside the school. It must have a different approach depending on the situation and the motivation problems of the students which are diverse and different.

Abstract:
The article advocates the acceptance of geographical spatial thinking as a form of scientific thinking. The first part argues about the specificity of the concept of geographical space in the sense of geographical studies, in order to then build the syllogism according to which geographical spatial thinking, based on higher cognitive operations and respects geographical principles and paradigms, can be considered a particular form of scientific thinking. The second part exemplifies the way of training the investigative ability to think spatially from the geographical point of view, using documentation sheets designed for the study of the local horizon at different levels of schooling (professional and high school levels) and for different sequences of the lesson, supported by cartographic supports of the Google Earth application. The methodological indications guide the manner of applying, in the Physical Geography lessons, the integration situations for the formation of the components of the investigative competence. The conclusions emphasize the importance of structuring geographical spatial thinking according to the characteristics of scientific thinking systematized by local researchers.

Technology is a means of accomplishing a task mainly by using technical processes, methods, or knowledge.The importance of technology in connection with any type of development is widely recognized, especially having considering nowadays’ worldwide Covid-19 context.The passage from standardized to digitalized teaching-learning process hasn’t been easy. Information technology and educational technology are now extensively being used in schools and refer to a wide multitude of teaching-and-learning–related software and hardware used during the lessons. Learning becomes effective when the students are actively engaged, are collaborating with one another, are in charge of their learning process, become critical thinkers and creative problem-solvers. Scientific thinking appears when thinking about the content of science and the set of reasoning processes that permeate the field of science: induction, deduction, experimental design, causal reasoning, concept formation, hypothesis testing, and so on, are combined. Simultaneously, teachers continue their lifelong learning process online, design digital lessons, gamify lessons, obtain real time results, are part of the staffroom at school and also part of a larger, more diverse, virtual staffroom. In conclusion, the goal of using technology inside and outside the classroom is perceived as a way to individualize education and to develop students’ competences and cognitive skills.

Abstract:
Through the information, knowledge and values offered, the educational process aims at forming and shaping characters. The Christian character presupposes an improvement of each faculty of the soul through the relationship between grace and freedom and their constant harmonization, which can be achieved only with the help of a moral-religious education.If in most study disciplines the emphasis is mainly on information, in the case of religious education, the emphasis is on the formative aspect, which brings a balance in the holistic training of the young person. Based on the descriptions of the key competencies, the training profile of the high school graduate was derived from a European Commission document on these competencies on three levels of acquisition: elementary, functional and developed. Thus, by achieving the derived competencies proposed in the religious classes, the eight competencies aimed at training the graduate for integration into society can be developed.

Abstract:
The use of digital teaching-learning methods and technologies in the didactic activity contributes to the improvement of the quality of the instructive-educational process, having an active-participatory character and a real active-formative value on the student's personality. In the socio-cultural tradition, ICT is defined as a means of mediation for knowledge, and from a dialogical perspective, it is seen as a means of opening, deepening and broadening the aspirations of dialogue. We must not forget that learning does not only involve the accumulation of knowledge, but growth, enrichment, evolution. Some rules can be stated for the successful integration of ICT in teaching. First of all, we must be sure that we have control over the material, both in terms of content and format, even if you are supported by an ICT specialist. Then it is necessary to have a plan on paper, separate from the material on digital media, the purpose and form of the presentation should not be very clear. Above all, the focus must be on the student and his learning needs. The biggest danger in any teaching-learning project that includes ICT and to be more focused on technology / creativity, not on the student-receiver and his learning needs.
