Text ukazuje, jaké metody zážitkové pedagogiky ve vzdělávání dospělých se používají v zahraničí; posuzuje tyto metody z hlediska efektivity. Autorka rekapituluje výsledky výzkumu z příbuzných oblastí, nejen andragogiky samotné, ale i například neurověd. Tyto obory se zaměřují na zvýšení účinnosti programů celoživotního učení, jejich dopadu na pochopení a udržení znalostí, i rozvoj „měkkých“ dovedností, které jsou důležité pro využití poznatků v praxi. Upozorňuje současně na rizika zážitkového vzdělávání, které vyžaduje spontánní aktivitu účastníků – té nemusí být všichni schopni, což je potom vylučuje z kolektivu, s dopadem na ně samotné i zbytek skupiny. Uzavírá konstatováním, že v současnosti se zvýšená pozornost věnuje kvalitě zážitku, který zvyšuje celkový zájem o účast v programech celoživotního učení.

Profesní vidění představuje jednu z dimenzí učitelské profesionality. Obecná shoda panuje na tom, že by mělo být rozvíjeno v průběhu přípravného vzdělávání učitelů. Volba účinných intervencí vyžaduje znalost výchozího stavu dovedností studentů. Předložená studia zjišťuje dovednosti všímání si a uvažování založeného na znalostech u budoucích učitelů biologie (n = 26) pomocí kvalitativní analýzy písemných reflexí videozáznamu vyučovací hodiny. Použitím kategoriálního systému podle Sherin a van Es (2009) bylo zjištěno, že u studentů převažují výroky zaměřené na učitele, pedagogiku a obecnou didaktiku a že k nim zaujímají převážně hodnotící a popisný přístup. Další analýzy ukázaly, že výroky uváděné ve spojení s žákem jsou ve větší míře interpretovány než výroky spojené s učitelem, kde převažuje popis a hodnocení. Podrobnější analýza oborových a oborově didaktických komentářů ukázala jejich tematickou orientaci na dvě širší oblasti: (1) metody, formy, postupy a pojetí výuky a (2) cíl výuky, očekávané výstupy, kompetence, obsah výuky. Mezi opomíjená témata patřily například pomůcky, motivace, aktivizace a pozornost žáků, instrukce učitele. Jen ojediněle studenti komentovali odborné chyby a terminologické nepřesnosti učitele. Tato zjištění poskytují důležité informace garantům kurzů didaktiky biologie.

Práce se věnuje problematice zabezpečení fungujícího systému dalšího vzdělávání dospělých. Záměrem práce je vymezit hlavní konstrukční prvky tohoto systému. Východiskem pro stanovení jednotlivých systémotvorných prvků se stala komparační analýza systémů vzdělávání dospělých ve vybraných zemích EU. Reprezentativní skupina byla vybrána na základě srovnání stavu vzdělávání dospělých v jednotlivých zemích EU. Mezinárodní komparace poznatků získaných sekundární analýzou zdrojových materiálů, především zahraniční literatury, statistických údajů a výzkumných zpráv odborných institucí, představuje na příkladech konkrétních zemí hlavní části utvářející strukturu systému dalšího vzdělávání. Analytická zjištění jsou následně využita pro zpracování dalších částí práce, které se zabývají detailním rozpracováním jednotlivých hlavních konstrukčních prvků systému dalšího vzdělávání a sestavením možného návrhu systému vzdělávání dospělých v podmínkách ČR.

Abstrakt In my thesis I deal with the activation methods. The aim of this is to explain the students given topic using several activation methods with following test, which should give feedback of the results achieved. I wanted to research whether the activation methods affect students knowledge. I also wanted to know the students opinion on those methods and find out, if they are used by teachers of economics. I divided the diploma thesis into two parts, theory and research. In the theoretical part I describe the education on schools of economics, forms of organization, educational methods mainly the activation ones. In research I describe the procedure of my experiment. The crucial part is the analysis of the didactic tests results, which was done by the students and it is completed with the questionnaires results. I point out the impact of using the activation methods in teaching and the benefits for students, who gain the practical knowledge.

This master thesis on the theme Educational activities of a chosen company deal with the program for graduates called ČP Naděje which is organized by Česká pojišťovna. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first one explains the terms of human resources and human capital and characterize the concept of personnel work. There is also derived from knowledge of organizational structures how important human resources are for organizations. The second chapter is about adult education. This chapter consists of learning process characterization and determination of position of corporate learning and development in the educational system. The third chapter deals with the corporate training and development. There are mentioned personnel planning, recruitment and selection of new workers because these come before training and development of human resources. The fourth chapter focuses on the company Česká pojišťovna and its human resources department. The fifth chapter discusses the program for university graduates ČP Naděje. This chapter describes the form and development of the program. There are discussed the results of questionnaire survey performed among the program participants. The final chapter includes also comparison of the program ČP Naděje with program for graduates organized by competing company.

This thesis focuses on the use of virtual reality in adult education. The virtual reality is a new technology, which can be used in many areas, including adult education. The concept of the virtual reality is ambiguous, therefore the first part of the thesis defines and characterizes this concept and describes its main effects. The main topic of the theoretical part of this work is existing knowledge about the use of the virtual reality and application of this knowledge to adult education. Virtual reality cannot be considered an absolutely perfect tool in all educational situations. It is therefore important to point out basic advantages and limits of its use in adult education. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first deals with the theoretical view of the vocational education, its development and specifics. The next section describes the differences between education of adults and children. Then the work is focused on the personality of the lector and didactic process, its aims, methods, forms and tools. To conclude the theoretical part summarizes the principle of feedback. The second part is summarized of research where respondents are lectors themselves. From research we know how much are they competent to exercise the profession of lecturers from the point of view of teaching, respectively didactic. The research used the questionnaire with closed and open questions.

Adults can be educated using different methods. A choice of a specific method depends on what an individual needs to learn. This thesis introduces interactive methods of adult education. Compared to other methods of education such as a standard lecture, methods mentioned above are rooted in experiential education and use play and experience to imprint acquired knowledge, abilities and skills in one's memory more deeply. Interactive methods of education are attractive, highly efficient and may act as a trigger to further development of an individual. The thesis presented addresses concepts such as experiential learning, a play as an important phenomenon focused on situation in Czech Republic, and relevance of a play to a child and subsequently to an adult. The thesis focuses on specificity of adult education developing particular play and non-play interactive methods of education in detail to enable a person to develop their potential and constituent social and personal skills.

TITLE: Methods and Forms of Educating Gifted Students AUTHOR: Zuzana Staňková DEPARTMENT: Department of Primary Education of the Faculty of Education of the Charles University in Prague SUPERVISOR: PaedDr. Nataša Mazáčová, Ph.D. ABSTRACT: The aim of this dissertation is to analyze all significant components entering the process of educating gifted students, with the objective to positively influence and develop their potential, in a complex manner. These components are the initial theoretical pieces of knowledge that should be incorporated into specialized competence of each educator. Among the components are, in particular, characteristics of a gifted student, defining the terms talent and aptitude, specification of a gifted student's motivation, talent models analysis, description of educational and psychological diagnostics of talent, and legal documents related to working with gifted students at schools. Principal part of the theory section focuses on the issue of adjusting the education and training process to the needs of gifted students.
