The theoretical part focuses on the basic concepts and the use of various valuation methodologies. The practical part is honored family house without land using the reference method in accordance with Decree no. 441/2014 Coll. and in accordance with Decree no. 419/2013 Coll. The results are applied in the decision scheme for the selection of individual valuation methodology.

The diploma thesis deals with the comparison of prices of a family house in years 2016 and 2017 in the Olomouc district and in three different locations – north from the statutory city of Olomouc, the surrounding area from the statutory city of Olomouc and the outskirts of Olomouc. The family house is located in the village of Bělkovice-Lašťany. This village is located in the northern area of the statutory city of Olomouc. Next, I will place a family house fictitiously in the town of Náměšť na Hané and in the town district Nemilany, which is the peripheral part of the statutory city of Olomouc. For specified locations, the price is determined and the usual price is compared and determines factors influencing the house price. In the theoretical part, I will explain the terminology, familiarize myself with the law, the comparative method on the basis of which I will determine the usual price and the comparative method according to the valuation order, which will determine the price determined.

The diploma thesis deals with comparison of family prices in selected localities in the Ostrava-city district in the years 2017 and 2018. These are the localities of Hošťálkovice and Slezská Ostrava, which make up town districts and the village of Šenov. For these locations, I will determine the price and the usual price for 2017 and 2018. Based on the project documentation provided for the new family house, I will also prepare an itemized budget and evaluate it all. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis deals with the introduction and explanation of terminology, with the introduction of legal regulations, a comparative method, on the basis of which I will determine the price of the usual and comparative method according to the valuation rules, which will determine the price determined. There is also generally mentioned the method of determining the price of the building work.

With help of analysis of the highest and the best use of property (HABU) are individual suggestions of use of the object examined. The theoretical part defines basic concepts, indivual methods of appraisement and explains analysis HABU. The first half of the practical part is about acquaintance with territory solution and property and the second part is about HABU method application. The aim of the work is based on analysis’ results that defines what use is the most appropriate. Value comparison of property with current purpose of use and property that appears as the best shows what effect has the change of purpose of use on property’s value.

This part of dissertation also characterizes operation program Human resources and employment. In practical part are presented the results of questionnaire survey and there are proposed concrete actions oriented to improvement of realisation of projects realised by employment agency of Czech Republic. Practical part of this document compares projects Educate yourselves for growing in region Vysočina and Educate yourselves for growing in region Vysočina II. and evaluates also economical side of both projects. Marginal chapter of practical part is comparation of the costs for one participant of welding course from the project Educate yourselves for growing in region Vysočina II. with the same course which is organised through the requalification secured by employment agency Czech Republic.

Il conduit en particulier a s'interroger sur les roles respectifs du juge et des parties dans le processus de recherche de la teneur de la loi etrangere. De nombreux systemes juridiques ont pose et continuent de poser qu'il doit revenir aux parties d'eclairer le juge sur la norme etrangere applicable. Cette orientation apparait toutefois critiquable. Des considerations theoriques et pratiques militent en effet en faveur d'un elargissement de l'office du juge en ce domaine, en particulier la necessite d'assurer l'egalite des plaideurs ainsi que l'effectivite du droit international prive. V diplomové práci se zabývám analýzou nezaměstnanosti v okrese Frýdek-Místek. V první části analyzuji nezaměstnanost podle dosaženého vzdělání, pohlaví, věku a podle délky evidence na úřadu práce. Druhá část je věnována dotazníkovému šetření, které probíhalo v měsíci září 2006 na Úřadu práce ve Frýdku-Místku. Výsledkem mé práce jsou doporučení a návrhy ve formě čerpání prostředků z Evropského sociálního fondu, systému investičních pobídek, snížení prostředků v oblasti pasivní politiky zaměstnanosti a její navýšení v oblasti aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti, zrušení či zastavení růstu minimální mzdy a dále také ve formě podpory počítačové gramotnosti s cílem zefektivnit způsob vyhledávání práce prostřednictvím nových technologií, především internetu.

This thesis deals with the evolution of prices in the housing market within the Czech Republic. The model of capital stock was used for this purpose. The factors that affect the price evolution were the size of income, the size of the first time buyer population, and the anticipated VAT change on new housing. Various evolution scenarios were presented under various conditions. Housing market in the Czech Republic as a whole and the market in the capital particularly were considered. In the case of the Czech Republic both real and simulated prices reached their peak in 2009, simulated price was 7 % lower than real. Concerning Prague, the real price peak happened in 2008, while the estimated price was 19 % lower compared to real prices.

Unemployment has begun to be considered as a European problem since the early nineties, when a coordination of activities in the social field at the EU-level has also gradually started. Since that time, spending on the social policy from the EU budget has been constantly rising, but, as shown in this thesis, the situation on the European labour market has not been significantly improved. This is illustrated also by the fact that any from the EU employment targets from the Lisbon strategy has not been until now met. The most important instrument of the EU-Employment policy is the European Social Fund (ESF). Because its expenditures on the Czech Employment policy are constantly increasing, it is necessary to ask whether it improves a condition of a labour market. Moreover, if nowadays contributions from the ESF represent the majority of expenditure on the Czech active labour market policy (ALMP) carried out by particular labour offices. Analytic part of this thesis focuses on the evaluation of the ALMP, which is financed from the Czech state budget as well as from the ESF and which is implemented by the particular labour office - in the region of Nachod. According to a similar analyses, programmes of a subsidised employment shows the highest effectiveness also in the district of Nachod, while direct job creation schemes and retraining courses contribute to reducing unemployment only to a limited extent.

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku implementace Iniciativy Společenství EQUAL v České republice, která je zde realizována na základě zpracovaného Programu Iniciativy Společenství EQUAL (CIP EQUAL). Cílem práce je detailně popsat způsob této realizace a podat ucelený obraz o jejím vývoji a aktuální situaci. Stěžejní částí práce je hodnocení tohoto stavu jak na základě vypracovaných hodnotících zpráv, tak prostřednictvím provedené analýzy schválených projektů. Analýza se týká zejména hodnocení kvantitativních charakteristik projektů a v samotném závěru sumarizuje nejčastější chyby ze strany příjemců při předkládání finančních monitorovacích zpráv.

Nous capturons la décision de contribuer volontairement au bien public en groupe restreint et important, en nous basant sur un classique de l’économie expérimentale. Contrairement aux prévisions, la décision dépend négativement du rendement du bien public en groupe important. Les joueurs percevraient l’enjeu comme faible. La décision dépend positivement, mais trop fragilement, du nombre de bénéficiaires du bien public en groupe restreint et n’en dépend pas en groupe important. La décision dépend toujours négativement de l’avancement du jeu, mais sans convergence vers la stratégie dominante. Le mode de calcul de la rémunération aurait une incidence. La réciprocité et l’aversion à l’iniquité sont toujours absentes. Cela serait lié au fait que les joueurs ne sont pas représentatifs de la population. Dans le sens des prévisions, deux propriétés de l’investissement public se dégagent et concordent avec les décisions observées dans la vie courante. La décision dépend positivement du rendement public en groupe restreint, dans la logique de cet incitatif à contribuer. L’altruisme est présent sous forme de traces en groupe restreint et disparaît en groupe important, désavantagé par la dilution du don. L’éclat chaleureux du don voit sa présence s’accroître en groupe important, favorisé par le changement de nature du don. Nous modélisons ces résultats en nous basant sur l’équilibre Logit. Il s’agit de fonctions de réponse perturbées comprenant différents composants. Les propriétés de ces fonctions rencontrent adéquatement la prise de décision et ont l’avantage de ne pas représenter certains errements empiriquesWe capture decision-making to voluntarily contribute to public good in small and large group, based on a Classic in experimental economics. Contrary to forecasts, decision-making is negatively correlated with Marginal Per Capita Return to investing in the public group in large group. Subjects appear to view the issue as weak. Decision-making is positively correlated, but too weakly, with number of subjects in small group and is not correlated in large group. Decision-making is always negatively correlated with game process, but without convergence to the dominant strategy. The method used in calculating compensation can have an impact. Reciprocity and aversion to inequity are always missing. This can be linked to the fact that subjects are not representative of the true population. In line with forecasts, two properties of public investment emerge and are consistent with decision-making of everyday life. Decision-making is negatively correlated with Marginal per Capita Return in small group, following logic of this incentive to contribute. There are signs of altruism in small group disappearing in larger group, disadvantaged by dilution of Giving. Presence of Warm-Glow Giving increases in large group, supported by changing nature of Giving. We model these results using the Logit equilibrium. It is noisy response functions including different components. Function’s properties properly meet decision-making and have advantage of not modeling some empirical contradictions

L'absence de lex fori dans l'arbitrage international de droit prive a ete generalement consideree comme un signe fort de la soustraction de l'institution - avec tous ses aspects (la convention d'arbitrage, la procedure proprement dite et le fond du litige)- a l'emprise de toute loi etatique, de sorte qu'on n'ait pas hesite de le considerer comme un terrain ou l'internationalisation et le depassement des conflits de lois se realiserait avec toutes les consequences qui en decoulent. En somme, l'arbitrage est considere comme un facteur de l'elimination des conflits de lois et de l'unification du droit. En effet, cette unification s'est confirmee, dans les annees recentes, par l'emergence de la doctrine lex mercatoria autour de laquelle la discussion est ardente. En fait, l'intitule de notre recherche atteste suffisamment a la position prise dans ce debat, puisqu'il suppose qu'il soit toujours possible de maintenir l'arbitrage, du moins en ce qui concerne le fond du litige, sous l'emprise d'un ordre juridique national sans pour autant considerer l'arbitre comme l'organe de l'etat dont la loi est jugee apte a regir le contrat litigieux. L'idee est concevable a condition que l'on se fonde sur le principe general et fondamental du rattachement des contrats internationaux a un ordre juridique determine soutenu tant sur le plan interne qu'international. C'est en quelque sorte la creation d'un rattachement ou d'un for arbitral- proche de celui propose par la doctrine de states contracts- qui a pour fonction de combler le vide juridique devant lequel se trouve l'arbitre international. Ceci dit, l'ordre juridique de base de, sinon tous les contrats internationaux du moins ceux prives est regulierement un ordre juridique national quelconque. Partant de cet element de base, l'arbitre pourra, par une synthese, localiser les contrats litigieux dans la sphere d'un systeme juridique determine. Dans cette perspective, l'application frequente, par l'arbitre, des usages du commerce international sans le souci de la designation de l'ordre juridique dans lequel ces derniers puisent leur autorite, ne contredit en rien ce rattachement de base. Car, ces usages font parties integrantes du principe general de l'interpretation suppletive admis par tous les systemes juridiques du monde. Market research was conducted in four categories: in category 1 + 1 and 1 + kk, in category 1 + 2 and 2 + kk, in category 3 + 1 and 3 + kk and in category 4 + 1, 4 + kk and larger. Price maps are based on data obtained by research. In these price maps are particular flats graphically divided into groups according to the amount of rent.

In this work is described the Operational Programme of Development of human resources (OP RLZ) that was realized in Czech republic in the year 2004-2006. In this Operational programme is this precedence:1: Interactive management of the employment. The next dissertation's part is focused to grant and national projects that were realized within the scope of this precedence at Středočeský district(county). Sequentially I indicate the realization of Interacive management of the employment at Kladno region. This region has specific position at Středočeský district because of the transformation of its economy in the 90th of last century that was influented by this changes so much (a bankrupt of Poldi Kladno factory, therefrom releasing of working forces and in the present high level of commute to capital). The emphasis of my dissertation is the evaluation of a realized projects that relate with precedence 1: Interacive management of the employment OP RLZ in Kladno region. An attention paid to: Efectivity of interactive management of the employment and its realization. Summary of advantage and disadvantage of realized projects. In terms of obtained informations are defined the recomendationes which should contribute to increasing done activities and its efectivity.

The goal of the diploma thesis is to perform an analysis of the labour market and of selected measures of active employment policies in the course of 2005 to 2015 and to evaluate its development during the observed years. The theoretical part of the thesis engages in the development of employment policies in the European Union as well as in the Czech Republic and in the characteristics of state employment policies. In the practical part of the thesis the analysis of the Vysočina region and of the regional labour market is performed. The following part analyses individual measures of employment policies and characterises new employment policy measure, "kurzarbeit". In the concluding part of the thesis recommendations leading to potential improvement of the situation on labour market in the Vysočina region are offered. The main output of the thesis is the realization that measures of active employment policies are not flexible enough to promptly react on the development of unemployment during the observed years, which was the case for example with the implementation of kurzarbeit. The analysis also shows that financing of active employment policies is heavily influenced by the funds the state receives from the European Social Fund.

The services are meant an active employment policy, for which we consider so-called socially useful jobs, public works, retraining, investment incentives, bridging subsidies, subsidies, integration and contribution in the transition to a new business program. The first part or the theoretical part of the thesis will look at how general treatise on the employment Department, which is mentioned as the actual historical development from the very beginning until now. This part is focused on the information and rules active policies employment and their instruments. Finally, attention is paid to the European social fund from which are also drawn funds for active employment policy. The practical part is focused on a specific contact office of the employment Department in Tabor. All supported projects and direct use of all instruments of active employment policy at a designated liaison department of the employment Department, are analyzed and statistically evaluated.

The objective aim of the thesis is to ensure a comprehensive treatment of the issue of active employment policy in the south Bohemia region, where the practical part will apply theoretical knowledge in practice in terms of the South Bohemia Region. Active employment policy protects a set of tools and measure to increase employment in the labor market.
The first part of the theoretical part of the thesis deals with the first general treatise on the Labor Office of the Czech Republic with regard to active employment policy, but its historical development from the beginning until now is also mentioned here. Moreover this part focuses on information and rules of active employment policy. Finally, attention is paid to the financing of the active labor market policy.
The second part is based on a comparison of data of one instrument of the active employment policy in the South Bohemia Region from 2011 to 2015. It includes data processing, statistical analysis, tracking of links and answering of hypotheses.

Nous avons conçu, développé et validé de nouvelles méthodes de traitement qui optimisent l'exploitation des données produites par des systèmes de prise de vue aéroportés bas coût. D'une part, nous présentons une méthode d'autocalibrage de la caméra et de la tourelle d'orientation, sans condition spécifique sur l'environnement observé. Ensuite nous proposons un nouvel algorithme pour extraire la rotation de la caméra calibrée entre deux images (gyroscope visuel) et l'appliquons à la stabilisation vidéo en temps réel. D'autre part, nous proposons une méthode de géoréférencement des images par fusion avec un fond cartographique existant. Cette méthode permet d'enrichir des bases de données de photos aériennes, en gérant les cas de non-planéité du terrainThe last decade has seen the emergence of many Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) which are becoming increasingly cheap and miniaturized. A mounted video-camera is standard equipment and can be found on any such UAVs. In this context, we present robust techniques to enhance autonomy levels of airborne vision systems based on mini-UAV technologies. First, we present a camera autocalibration method based on central projection based image \dimension{2}-invariants analysis and we compare it to classical Dual Image of the Absolute Conic (DIAC) technique. We present also a method to detect and calibrate turret's effectors hierarchy. Then, we propose a new algorithm to extract a calibrated camera self-rotation (visual gyroscope) and we apply it to propose a real-time video stabilizer with full perspective correction

The biggest problem of any market is its imbalance; such an imbalance in the labour market is called unemployment. The aim of my dissertation is to analyse the labour market in Tábor region, i.e. to assess job opportunities and employment and/or unemployment development and to propose possible solutions resulting in an unemployment decrease. Controlled interviews with the staff of the Tábor Labour Office, the Internet, the Czech Statistical Office information, specialized literature, regulations and laws and annual reports on the situation in the labour market in Tábor were the main information sources for my dissertation. My dissertation contributes to the situation with recommendations regarding an improvement of the labour market in Tábor region, which are based on the data established in my dissertation.

The thesis evaluates the work and the meaning of the Czech-German Future Fund as one of the key players in the role of deepening and hardening the Czech-German relations. The institution is characterized by the concepts of the soft power and of the reconciliation. The sources of the soft power are directly connected with the concept of the reconciliation. Namely it works with the sources of the foreign policy, the culture and the political values. These are connected with the prolongation of the Fund, Czech-German Journalist Prices and the announcement of the Topic of the Year. The Czech-German Fund was established on the basis of the Czech-German Declaration and its time of existence was initially restricted to 10 years. However, since its establishment in the year 1997 its existence has been extended twice already. The main aim of the work is to characterize the Czech- German Future Fund as a unique organisation of its kind on the background of the evolution of the Czech-German relationship. Besides the main concept of the soft power the work uses the concept of the reconciliation. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the opportunities in the development of (un)employment and to solve the established problems using the support of the structural fund of the European Union. The thesis uses the analysis of the labour market of the Písek region. It focuses on one of the two structural funds of the EU ? European Social Fund, and its targets and operational programmes for the period 2007 ? 2013. The main function of the European Social Fund is to develop employment, to support social integration of people and equal opportunities with concentration on the growth of the labour market and human resources. Theoretical part of the thesis uses primarily sources of subject literature, publications released by information centres of the EU, internet resources, laws and annual reports of the labour market situation in Písek in individual years. The practical part characterizes the Písek region, the labour market, the unemployment rates and evaluation of the working opportunities. Then the thesis evaluates the utilization of the tools of unemployment active politics and of the financial resources of the European Social Fund. On the basis of the obtained resources, data and information, the author presents suggestions for solving the labour market situation in Písek.

The present thesis focuses on the use of community interpreting in public services, with particular focus on Labour Offices. It builds upon the project Development of Labour Office counselling for foreigners carried out by the Fund of Further Education between November 2013 and November 2015. Pilot testing of community interpreting at selected branch offices of the Labour Office of the Czech Republic took place in the framework of the project. The theoretical part presents a brief overview of community interpreting and the specifics of its use in communication with public authorities. Then follows a panorama of the situation of community interpreting in selected countries of the European Union. The aim of this panorama is to describe how Labour Offices in these states work with people with limited knowledge of the country's official language. The empirical part analyses outcomes of in-depth interviews with Labour Office employees carried out for the purpose of a project evaluation study. Apart from that, we analyse outcomes of a survey conducted among interpreters who took part in the project. The results of both analyses helped create a comprehensive overview of the project. The topic of this work - social work in palliative care - is very up-to-date because in the last three years, thanks to the "Together until the end" program of the Avast Foundation Fund, specialized palliative care has been introduced in eighteen Czech hospitals, which is a response to the fact that 78% of the citizens of the Czech Republic die in healthcare facilities. The goal of the thesis was to answer the research question: "How do social workers at the Central Military Hospital in Prague who have experience with clients in the terminal stage of illness describe the means to achieve the goals of social work in palliative care in the hospital?" To find out the answer to this question, we have used the Grounded theory research method and realized a research in the CMH in Prague. The main findings of the research consist in describing the objectives of social work in palliative care in the hospital as understood by the respondents, and in the description of the means used to achieve these goals and the links between them. These objectives are: the client's wishes and the quality of life with dignified dying and among the means is the relationship between the social worker, the client and the family; social counselling and family care. Dans le cadre de la reconstruction sociale, nous avons effectué une enquête sur le terrain en Haïti, au printemps de 1998 et partagé l'expérience avec la société civile. Nos objectifs principaux, pendant ce voyage, se distribuaient ainsi:
-observer les réactions des différents groupes sociaux dans cette difficile période de transition et de reconstruction;
-dégager les différents types de discours, les différentes perspectives et réactions face à la reconstruction et aux problèmes de transition; -interpréter comment ces groupes sociaux conçoivent leur propre projet de reconstruction et de développement durable. Nous avons réalisé cette enquête ethnographique sur le terrain avec des entrevues de type semi-dirigé auprès de quatre groupes-cible, des paysans, des citadins, des policiers ayant participé à un programme de coopération/sécurité internationale et des journalistes. Notre cadre de référence théorique: celui de l'approche ethnographique de Geertz, en particulier avec son essai, "Local Knowledge": l'objectif de l'analyse et de l'interprétation ici consiste alors à dégager les différentes perspectives en présence, au sein du savoir local, des débats locaux au sein de l'opinion publique. Quant à la dynamique de communication et développement à l'étude, nous l'abordons avec comme porte d'entrée, le travail de reconstruction sociale et le processus de démocratisation tels que vécus par différents groupes au sein de la société civile en émergence. Pour les paysans que nous avons interrogés, la démocratie se résume au droit de vote et leur système judiciaire c'est la justice pour soi. Car, d'après eux, il n'y a pas de respect de droit en Haïti et il n'y a pas de reconstruction en Haïti parce que les programmes n'arrivent pas jusqu'à eux. Certains citadins eux vivent dans la splendeur du capitalisme. Ils ont accès à presque tous les biens, seul le pouvoir d'achat fait défaut à certains. D'après eux, ils sont en pleine reconstruction sociale, tout va bien. Pour d'autres, les stratégies employées par les différents forces en présence pour faire face aux problèmes de transition sont fragmentaires et sans l'intervention d'un gouvernement fort pour encadrer ces désirs de changement par des politiques et des aides financières, Haïti court vers une profonde catastrophe. Les policiers sont persuadés qu'ils ont un rôle important à jouer dans le processus de reconstruction en faisant la chasse aux criminels, en faisant aussi du travail communautaire dans la mesure du possible. Leur croyance est que chaque Haïtien a un rôle à jouer dans la reconstruction du pays. Les perspectives des journalistes concernant les problèmes de transition et reconstruction divergent, mais ils sont tous d'accord sur un point: Il faut changer la mentalité des Haïtiens pour s'en sortir. Ils croient que la presse est fondamentale au progrès social parce que c'est à travers ses lentilles que beaucoup de gens voient leur monde. Ces discours convergent vers un constat d'ensemble: la transition perdure en Haïti, parce que la reconstruction semble "bloquée". L'aide publique au développement sert surtout à enrichir les différentes forces en présence car la plupart des programmes de développement n'adoptent pas une approche participative. De plus, ils sont concentrés dans des zones privilégiées alors que la majorité des villages sont laissés à eux-mêmes, ce qui contribue à faire durer la crise et à maintenir le pays dans le sous-développement. Entre temps, la société civile en émergence a de plus en plus de la difficulté à accepter la misère et la pauvreté. Un nouveau degré de violence interne émerge. The thesis consists of an introduction, a theoretical part, a practical part, a conclusion and appendices. In the theoretical part there are the first introduced policies of the European Social Fund for the period 2007 - 2013 and then their application in the Czech Republic, made up mainly of the Operational Programme Human Resources and Employment and just his area of support 3.4 Equal opportunities for women and men in the labor market and to reconcile work and family life. The issue of equal opportunities for women and men is also used in the context of EU and in the context of labor market in the Czech Republic. Custom research is designed in order to analyze the implementation of the above- mentioned areas of support, specifically in the region Vysočina on the basis of already approved projects, using quantitative and qualitative content analysis. At the request Those projects are discussed both negative and positive gender lens. It is therefore a real form of project applications that are approved and draw on the financial resources of the European Social Fund.

My thesis ,,Possibilities of solving of unemployment in the Czech Republic and in France" has the objective of insight to the issue of solving of unemployment from the perspective of the state and its employment policy, especially to instruments of active employment policy in our republic and in France. My thesis is divided into nine chapters. The research part of the thesis deals with theoretical knowledge from areas as labour market, employment, unemployment and employment policies on the level of European Union and on the level of given surveyed states. At its end I made a short preview to the issue of macroeconomical indicators and national economy that I later used in the practical part for brief characteristics of economical situation of the states and their chosen parts. As I have mentioned above, the practical part of my thesis deals with economical characteristics of both surveyed states and analysis of unemployment in them. Its main part is formed by my focusing on the comparison of possibilities of solving of unemployment in selected higher territorial self-governing units of the Czech Republic and France. Here I perform analysis of the labour market according to different criteria in the Czech region Highlands and in the French region Limousin. Then I define and create a comparison of the particular ways of solving of unemployment in these areas. In my thesis I further express my own assessment of effectiveness of the Active employment policy operating both in the Czech Republic specifically in the Highland region and in France in mentioned Limousin region. The very end contains mainly summary of knowledge gained at the practical part and statement how the set target was achieved.

The thesis follows the development of the employment policy in both European Union and the Czech Republic. One part of the thesis is devoted to the pre-accession period and the other is concerned with the period after the Czech Republic has become a valid member of the EU. There were applied two theoretical concepts in the analysis of the European Union's influence on the Czech employment policy: social network theory and the concept of policy transfer. There are pointed out the changes that happened in both periods. The motivation of both parties to accept and implement the changes and to influence or to be influenced is described. The aim of this thesis is to prove that the Czech Republic has been influenced and to show the aspects of the influence: where, why and by whom.

The task of the dissertation is an analyse and a summary of problematic of increasing and widespreading of training in the concrete enterprise. The starting point for analyse is the finding out of the basic indicators. The analyses of all system connected with this problematic is followed by the assessment of the found data from the area of education -including improving and widespreading of training , personal planning and care of emploeeyes. Along with all above mentioned , the target of my dissertation is to make some suggestion and to take some measures for possible changes connected with education or social issues. The result of this survey is an improving suggestion related to assessment of effectivness of the gained knowledge - and their using in practice. I have made two assessment forms (they have form of survey) . The next part of my dissertation considers about the state policy of employment. There is (except of role of Labour Bureau, tools of active policy of employment, information about programmes for support of new labour places) also a mention about the financial state support. For this task (and for meeting of each of these targets) I have chosen the enterprise with headquarters in České Budějovice, called Jihočeská plynárenská, joint stock company.

This thesis covers the main problems related to loss of housing in the context of the institutional setting in the Czech Republic. The aim of this thesis is explaining the institutional setup of the system of prevention and help people / households that are at risk of losing housing and evaluate the system in terms of the possibility of prevention of social exclusion.The introductory part describes the characteristics of the key concepts in housing policy in relation to social housing and various approaches to social housing in selected countries (Sweden, Germany, Great Britain). The thesis focuses on the institutional analysis of the existing legal framework and possible solutions to the current housing shortage (welfare, social work, social services). In the research part of this thesis a case study of Louny municipality has been chosen as a model sample of resolving the current shortage of housing. Results of the analysis had been confronted and evaluated by perspective of people solving housing problems and relevant social workers working with poor people. In the end of the thesis, a SWOT analysis is delivered identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the system.
