BRCA1/2 are tumor suppressor genes involved in DNA double-strand break repair. They are the most penetrant genes for hereditary breast and ovarian cancers, but pathogenic variants in these two genes can be identified only in a fraction of hereditary cases. Abstract Welded 13% Cr steel specimens were tested at 80°C in de-aerated NaCl solution (1000mg/L) for 30 days purged with (i) ~10MPa CO2 and (ii) a mixture of ~9.999MPa CO2 and ~0.001MPa H2S. One set of specimens was submerged in the solution and the other was suspended above it. Two sets of specimens were prepared: (i) for corrosion test with no applied stress, and (ii) for stress corrosion cracking (SCC) test using a four-point method by applying 100% of 0.2% proof stress. The study of the impact of different vine load with fertile buds on the yield and quality of grapes of the table variety Karmen was conducted during the 2021 and 2022 vegetation season. The tests were carried out in the experimental vineyard of the Biotechnical Faculty in Podgorica. Four different vine loads with fertile buds were applied: 8, 12, 16 and 18 buds.
