Z těchto praktických znalostí a pomocí teoretického základu jsou vyvozeny tři druhy strategií řízení lidských zdrojů ve franchisingových systémech. Jeden z těchto modelů je aplikován na společnost Pompo, která se připravuje na podnikání pomocí franchisingu. Jsou zde rozpracovány jednotlivé činnosti personálního managementu. V práci je také navržen franchisingový balík, který by měla společnost Pompo nabízet jako součást franchisingové licence.
