Abstract:

Dieser Artikel weist auf die Problematik der Fremdwörter in der Textsorte "Speisekarte" hin. Nach der Begriffsbestimmung und der quantitativen Analyse der Fremdwörter im Korpus von 100 Speisekarten verschiedener Typen der gastgewerblichen Objekte wird geprüft, ob sie nach den vorgeschriebenen Sprachstandards erstellt sind. Besonderes Augenmerk wird auf die Verwendung der Fremdwörter gelegt, die besonders im kroatischen Text wegen vieler orthographischer Varianten problematisch ist.

Das im vorliegenden Artikel untersuchte Phänomen im Deutschen ist in der Literatur bisher quasi unentdeckt geblieben. Die einzige Ausnahme bildet der Beitrag von Berg (2008). Die Beobachtung ist folgende: Unter bestimmten Bedingungen, die mit Emphase zu tun haben, kann die lexikalisch festgelegte Betonung, also der Wortakzent, verschoben werden. Im Normalfall betrifft dieser Prozess nicht-native lexikalische Einheiten, denn die Akzentverschiebung passiert in der Regel von hinten nach vorn. AbstractThe paper takes plural formation as an example of morphological assimilation of loanwords into the German inflectional system and shows that the assimilation process proceeds in two steps. German speakers first create intermediate plural forms with the non syllabic suffix -s, later the definite forms with a schwa suffix.
